It is my understanding of the situation that by the time a film reached NPIC Sat night, it was already altered. Ask yourself... Max Philips sent a film to DC Friday night. Chief Rowley should have had it by 2-3 am. As you look thru any timeline - try to find any reference to THAT film after it arrives in DC... Guess that would depend on who was helping him.... or whether he somehow acquired the actual Oswald DOD card and had his image pasted in... or if the DOD/ONI/MID did it themselves to add to the Oswald backstory.... Chris - would the real Lee get one of these cards after leaving the Marines (remember Gorsky tells us this was March 1959, not Sept.)... Associating a specific plan with those IDs and that photo is so convoluted... My main concern is who took that photo and for what purpose. Where was it from 1960 until it was used?

There are only 123 school days in the entire period yet the records show 200... But the FBI isn't trying to hide anything by never offering the originals of these records.... How could we prove it was taken in MINSK Jim? All we have is that image on the DOD and SSS cards... what evidence places it from Minsk other than Jack White's comment on the Oswald poster he created? It would appear to come from some form of ID created within Russia. Work ID? Internal Travel Visa? or maybe the real man playing the Oswald part's actual Passport? No school administrator in their right mind would enter those figures onto that child's perm record.... they know how many days there are in a school year... Why didn't the FBI? Are you going to claim Oswald didn't go to YOUTH HOUSE for over 2 weeks? Are you going to claim Oswald went to summer school that year? Are you going to claim Oswald did not get to take off school holidays like the rest of the children? If not, then there are only 123 days of school attended despite the records repeatedly claiming otherwise... 210 days - minus 55 days of summer - 17 days at Youth House - minus 15 days winter break = 123 days of possible school for little Ozzie... This has him attending/absent 127 days from 3/23/53 to the end of that semester... 109 3/2 + 15 3/2 = 127 From 3/23/53 to the end of the semester there are 70 TOTAL SCHOOL DAYS from which YOUTH HOUSE and Spring break are removed. According to this Little Ozzie starts PS44 on 1/19/53 but doesn't show up until 3/23... FACTS Tracy... try one on for size?

hint well taken Sandy Here are the variety of images which appear to be the same. I've done repeated slow transitions between images and they are the same, simply different versions and quality. Just a thought Sandy... With a MINOX, Oswald or anyone could take a photo of the object that includes the bottom corner stamp and a new print of the image can be created for these multiple purposes...your identification of the straight stamp printing instead of curved suggests to me Oswald made it himself as he did the SSS card... imho.

Richard... when looking at the front of the card the writing on the back bleeding thru would be reversed. When reversed we should also see any heavy pressure imprints that can be seen from the other side. I also use the negative version of images to bring out detail lost in the positive. I take the logic approach focusing on what we should see in a normal world as opposed to the upside down one of the WCR. Again using the PMO as example.. while ""Goods" can be seen bleding thru to the back, the "*21.45" impact stamp cannot... why do you suppose that is Richard? With regards to the forged DOD card, one would expect to see the reversed imprint of the signatures given how these are signed. The paper may be thicker but the question remains, why is only one side of that card stained when they are supposedly two sides of the same thing... ?

There are 210 total school days available in that time period... Youth House takes up more than 10 days and comes after 3/23/53... So we're already less than 200 without removing SUMMER... Maybe you need to go reread Parker's 'splanation

Tom... The signature is cut off on the image of the front... add that back and the shapes are the same... But how come all that fingerprint gunk did not bleed to the back?

A little too far out on the assumptions limb for me Jim... The signature on the Nagel version is definitely not Lee's. You'll notice too that Nagel's doesn't have the official seal watermark. Finally, since it's a copy, the whole thing could have been pasted together with little if anything left of an original... IDK.

Here's the results of Oswald's infamous Stamp Kit - seeing you've brought up a good point... those marks ARE in a straight line... (well done!) I also think this vaccination form was created using the same stamp kit (a vaccination cert like this relieves the traveler from getting a shot and being recorded as they enter back into the US) IMO Oswald took an active part in his clandestine life creating some of what we see to help him in his FBI work. But most of the evidence was created by the FBI.
