A lot of things don’t make sense on this planet. Doesn’t make sense that nobody remembers 2 rifles on the 6th floor, unless you claim that no Carcano was found.

I don’t know how many people got a very good look at it. I was not there. The authorities were a mix bag of knowledgeable and professional people, idiots, know-everything but knew little, people who didn’t care, etc. Carcano was not stamped on the rifle. Not sure how well known Carcano was known then.

A few hours earlier, Day was seen with a Carcano on the 6th floor. Why didn’t Day also show the Carcano? And didn’t even say that 2 rifles were found? Your case for a Mauser is extremely weak. Mine is strongly supported by hard evidence.

They could have done better at getting out the Carcano name. But fortunately, tons of photos and films taken inside and outside the building shows a Carcano. Craig said the police took photos of the Mauser, but there is none. You should be puzzled

Carcanos are Mauser bolt-action. I think that’s what got Weitzman.

A mis identification is not surprising. After all, how many Carcanos did he see in his life? You should more puzzled by the fact he never said he saw the Mauser stamp which was the best argument he could ever bring ? The stamp was not mentioned by Craig before until 1971. Craig didn’t mention it during his testimony in the Clay Shaw trial.

It looks much like a Mauser much, so his mistake was honest. I talked to a deputy sheriff who saw the rifle on the 6th floor. He told me, “A Carcano is a Mauser. Isn’t it?” I don’t how I can get this through your head.

Funny that Weitzman didn’t mention the Mauser stamp neither to the WC, CBS in 1967 or to the HSCA. He had plenty of occasions to. Craig lied again.

So this is false: "As Gilbride puts it, "Frazier stood next to Oswald in a DPD lineup--an incident never before reported" I can't hold this against Gilbride. The audio is so awful that you hear things that are not there. NARA has transcripts for many interviews, but don't seem to have one for this interview. Maybe they thought it was no use. I'm wondering if the original audio or at least one generation earlier than the audio cassette I copied is much better.

This is the full interview. Below is a summary I made. The times I put on the left is for each individual cassette. At certain points, I indicate the time on the right that matches the YouTube video. If you reply to this post, please don`t use the quote function because it's going to make a crazy long reply. Some parts are better than others. I recorded this with good equipment at NARA. The squeezing noise the tape at times, very tight tape, was incredible. I could hear it 200 feet from the cassette player. If I heard properly, Frazier did not mention the physical threat made to him. Listen at 29:05 and 51:30 and 1:23:24 up to 1:24:33. Do you full transcript of it? In the tape, the HSCA investigator indicates he would give Frazier a separate audio tape and a transcript of the interview. Frazier told me he does not have any of it. I think he never listened to this interview.
