  1. Why don't you send me a photograph by post. I will PM you with the details.
  2. Today I recieved a request from Mr. Hynomen to supply an avitar as specified in the forum rules. Unfortunately, I am unable to comply because I do not have a scanner nor a camera to supply one with. Even if I had one it would probably take me weeks to learn how to operate it as I am not nearly as efficent as many of you guys seem to be on your euipment. Therefore, I guess I will give up my membership in the forum and thank you all for your excellent work and past comments on the posts I have made. I do this without hard feelings towards anyone, as rules are rules, and where would we be without them. If I am somehow able to comply in the future I hope to re-register again with this forum as it is the most interesting thing on my computer. Until another time I will continue to watch and learn from the sidelines. Keep up the good work fighting the good fight ! Jim Feemster
  3. Hey Jack, Thanks much for the heads up on this great site of asassination photos. I have some of these pics but they are scattered all over my computer. Thanks again, jim
  4. I have a copy of the manuscript I bought about ten years ago. It is named, " WHEN THEY KILL A PRESIDENT", by Roger Craig, Copyright 1971. It can hardly be called a book{ although Craig does call it one } since it is only thiry two pages long. But I think it tells his story completely in his own words and is at every turn very interesting. I don' know where it can be found today but I bought my copy at an assassination shop just off Dealy Plaza about 1996 for the price of ten dollars. It appears to have been made at a printers ' shop as the cover is see-through plastic and bound by two thin metal strips painted black. The first unnumbered page has this inscription: This book is dedicated to my wife Molly, who meant it when she said " for better or worse." This manuscript gives very insightful background into the workings and attitudes of the Dallas Sheriff's Office and officers in 1963 and of the trials and hardships Graig had to endure for telling what he knew was the truth. And he continued to do so up until the time of his self inflicted death in 1975 in Waxahachie, Texas at his father's house. Jim
  5. Duke, A cab driver's function is to look for pedestrians. Even if Scoggins dropped his sandwhich on the floorboard and reached to pick it up he would have seen the killer coming from the West towards the intersection or seen the killer cross in front of his cab or seen the killer walking to the spot where the killer and Tippit met up. To me the fact that Scoggins doesn't notice the killer until just before shots are fired is the same thing as saying he did not see the killer cross in front of his cab or at any time or location prior. In this way it becomes a FACT to me and one a lawyer would prove out in court. Also, I don't remember seeing curbs on Patton as it runs South to Jefferson in any photos so Helen M. couldn't have seen the killer cross Patton behind the cab, { Someone may prove me wrong if they have photos of the complete intersection} and step up on to the curb. She never even acknowledges the cab being there. I can believe almost nothing of what Helen Markum says about this event. I don't think this is a minor point. IMO Ozwald wasn't the killer----Case Closed. jim
  6. OK. Let's forget Helen for a minute. If Scoggins is setting in his cab facing North at the intersection of 10th&P, then why did he not testify that he saw a man walking in front of his cab crossing Patton as the man walked from West to East on 10th? To my knowledge this question has never been raised by WC or anyone else. This was my reason for beginning this post. Scoggins would have had the best vantage point had this event occured. Markham never mentions the cab. She could have said she saw a man walk infront of the cab that was parked on the South East side of the intersection and there was a man sitting in the cab-- ask him--he'll tell you about the killer passing right in front of his cab walking from the West to the East. Helen didn't see a man before or rather right before the actual shooting. So if she didn't see the killer of Tippit cross her path and Scoggins didn't the killer cross his path , then the killer didn't come from the West and with the timeline in play Ozwald wasn't there--so he didn't and couldn't have killed Tippit== Case Closed. IMO jim
  7. If you only had three paragraphs of text and three pieces of evidence {letters, pictures, maps , diagrams ,testimony, ect..}, to convince someone of conspiracy in the JFK Assassination what would your top selections be? MINE: FBI agents receiving bullet from JFK's Back. The one that didn't go through his neck and didn't hit Connally. Evidence: FBI memo. The written and sworn report of the finding of a Mauser rifle on the sixth floor of the TSBD by Dallas lawmen. Evidence: The actual report. Ozwald changing seats at the Texas Theater. Sitting beside one person and then sitting beside others in an almost empty theater. Evidence: Statement of theater patron. Very interested in your responses, jim
  8. Gosh James, That ure could be OZ. The one closest to the camera. This photo could use some Badge Man type of scrutiny. jim
  9. Duke, you are absolutely right. on my second post on this thread that I started I got east and west turned around. I really know the difference but posted it wrong. Time not withstanding, my point is this: If Scoggins is setting in his cab eating his lunch at or about on the corner of 10th and Patton with his cab facing North as he says in the WC Hearings why does he not see the killer pass in front of his cab walking from WEST to EAST. He had to have been real close to the corner because he states he was about even with a stop sign that had been knocked down at that intersection previously. If the killer did not pass by Scoggins" cab then he had to have been walking from EAST to WEST when Scogins did see him. And if that's the case then the killer was not or could not have been OZ and here is where the time element could be analized. jim
  10. thanks for responding guys, Smitty, this is my point. From where Tippit's car is parked to the intersection of 10 th and Patton is only about 3 or 4 car links to the east of 10 th and Patton. So if the killer was walking East and turned to walk west as Tippit's squad approached from the west then why did not Markum or the cab driver see him cross their path as he was walking east to begin with. As Markum appraoched 10th and Patton she would have seen the cab driver parked across the intersection and anyone crossing Patton to her front. The cab driver would have seen the killer pass directly in front of his cab as he crossed Patton. Fom the time Markum got onto Patton { a full block to 10 th } she would have had to have been looking at her feet all the way up to 10 th. w/o seeing the killer while the killer only walked less than half of the block he was in before the incident with Tippit. So since niether witness sees him walking from the east to begin with I contend he must have been coming from the West. Which IMO pretty much rules out the patsied Mr. Oswald as having been the villian. jim
  11. Jim, I remember reading this somewhere a few years ago, but dont remember where, or who came up with this answer. It was explained, simply enough, that Oswald was walking, lets say east [for the sake of arguement], and was walking along. He saw the police car approching, and turned around and proceeded in the opposite direction [lets say west]. It is a simple answer, and is one that would fit the scenerio. If someone is trying to avoid being obvious, and unnoticed, sometimes people will do that..........change direction, so as not to be seen directly in the face, or what ever reason, or make some other change to avoid a confrontation with whoever it is they want to avoid. So simply said, he was walking down the street one way, saw the police car, turned directly around and continued in the opposite direction to keep from being seen directly, or draw attention to himself by getting further away from the police car. This is the best answer I have heard yet as to why two different people [or maybe more] saw Oswald walking in two different directions. Sometimes the best answer is the simplest, and thats why we dont ever see it. Hope this helps. Just my opinion FWIW. thanks-smitty
  12. w ould someone commit on the direction the murderer of Tippit was traveling when spotted by Markum? If this man was walking from west to east Markum must have seen hjm cross the street in front of her as she approached the intersection of 10th and Patton. and the cab driver having his lunch near the same intersection on the southwest side must have seen this man pass directly in front of his cab if he was walking from west to east. this means to me he was coming from the west. can we agree on this as a fact? jim feemster
  13. Guys I still think i am seeing a nurses uniform on the lady and i definitly believe she is with " hat badgeman". Anyone else see the uniform? There was testimony of a nurse administering to the epeleptic guy before the motorcade showed up and they are both walking from that general direction { the corner of Elm and Houston }. jim
  14. My theory: Two cops are sitting in their car close to Oswald's rooming house . They see him arrive and pull up in front and " tit-tit" their horn just like Erlene Roberts said. { The number of the car doesn't really matter---why would she make this story up? } At this pre-arranged signal Oswald comes out of his room after changing from his work clothes and walks out to the street, turns right, walks to the corner bus stop . { The opposite direction from the Tippit murder scene } . This is the last Erlene sees of him. The two cops { or pretend cops } pick up our boy just around the corner and drive him up close to the Texas theater where he exits their vehicle and walks a short distance to enter. Possibly from the West. Several witnessess place Oswald in the theater well before Tippit could have been shot. Then, here comes the Oswald decoy from the East leading Brewer to Oswald's " safe place ". The ticket taker would not have recognised or had reason to, someone approaching from the West sometime before the decoy came along, without buying a ticket, enters the theater and ascends to the balcony. Think. Out of all the houses in Dallas, why would a squad car pull up to Oswald's rooming house just after he arrived and signal with their horn. I know there is no proof to back up my theory but does it make sense to anyone else? Jim
  15. I don't belive there isn't a photo of Shelley. And it's hard to believe JR can't come up with one. BK Bill, I have one of Bill Shelley but not one of Jerry Pat Shelley. First time I have heard that name. James
  16. I just found out last night a friend who I've known for 17 years mother worked for Jack Ruby as a cigarette girl and told him Ruby was a cross dresser. Her real name was Rose McGee and later in life when I met her she owned a private club in DeSoto, Texas named the Armadilla VILLAGE. My friend, her son owns a resturant now and was very busy last night so I didn't get to ask him more but I will. Anyone ever heard about Ruby liking women's clothing?
  17. To John Howard, When Roy Vaughn came to Midlothian, tx. and became chief of police he later hired Fowler as an investigator. Halloween, 1987, someone cut a rams head off its body and dumped it out behind my house in some woods. One of my renters found it and told me about it so I called the police and Roy sent Fowler out to my office to investigate. After viewing the scene of the ram's head incident we came back up to my office and Fowler noticed a book on the assassination laying on my credenza. It was then he mentioned that he'd been Tippit's pardner but was off the day he was murdered. Iasked him what he thought happened to Tippit and he said he had no idea and closed the subject and left to go back to work after telling me to keep a lookout for anymore satanic related happenings as they were picking up in this general area at that time. Some years later I bought a book of witnessess and he was in there telling a story about stopping a guy in a Volkswagon with notes and letters addressed to Jack Ruby in the Dallas jail before Ruby died. I loaned the witness book out to someone and can't remember the name of it. But it may be the source where you found Fowler as Tippet's pardner. jim
  18. Come on Brendan, answer Dawn's question! With just a few dollars in his pocket who was going to help him keep up his lone nut M. O. ?
  19. hey guys, when i log on to the forum i get about 15 pop ups but my blocker prevents them from coming on screen. however, i am not able to start using the forum until this process goes by.
  20. Dear Members, I am not an expert on anything excecpt my own business. I live in the counrty. When I smell a skunk there is always one around. No other animal creates that distinctive odor. Mr. Jack White has my vote. The current "smeller " should be chastised for his treatment of such a serious and devoted researcher as Mr. White. What ever her reasons, it does make a difference what Marina said AND when she said it. If someone doesn't understand this concept they shouldn't even be a novice researcher like me. Marina could be a creation of the Bard in one of his plays. I am certainly sypathetic with her lot in life. But I do believe she was playing both sides against the middle in late '63 and in '64. Who could blame her? Not me { and I believe } not most of this forum.
  21. I M O, Alot of us wouldn't be here today reading and adding to { or taking away from } this forum if not for the efforts of Jim Garrisson. Garrisson was wondering through a castle with a candle while today we have spot lights and 20/20 hindsight vision. Without him i think the case would have faded away. Sure some of you and others were on the case before Garrisson but with no venue. Garrisson and Stone have kept this case in front of the public and that is they're legacy.
  22. Jim, I don't know the answer to the second question, but the film "Three Days of the Condor" was based on a fictional book called "Seven Days of the Condor." The real CIA Operation Condor involved the overthrow of the government of Chile. The CIA not only paid analysists to read and review works of fiction, but they actually wrote fictional books under CIA auspicies in order to try to fool the opposition readers, with E. Howard Hunt being the CIA's most prolific scribbler and David Atlee Phillips, whose "Carlos Contract" provides much fodder for those who see little difference between fact and fiction. Years before 9/11 Tom Clancy wrote a fictional novel about a jet liner being crashed into the Capitol by a suicide pilot, a scenario the DOD and NORAD said they never considered possible. Bill Kelly
  23. I recently watched " Three days Of The Condor " w/ Robert Redford. I've seen it before and often wondered if the government or CIA or other agencies actually have operations like Redford's character worked on? You know. where a set of people read mystery and spy novels and tally up the different crime senarios and put them on a computer. Years ago I heard there was a giant computer system in the basemrnt of a highrise building out on Stemmons Expressway. Kind of a ' Big Brother ' type of intel gatherer. Anyone know of either of these two questions? Jim Feemster Midlothian, Tx.
  24. I have been reading this post thru out and so far have not read anywhere or heard anyone explain, who, if Oswald was the lone shooter with no help, who ,i ask again, PAINTED THE STRIPES ? Jim feemster
