  1. When I wrote the above I was relying on the information I obtained from the television programme and on internet websites. Over the last couple of days I have been in email communication with Judyth Baker and I have to confess I have been impressed by her willingness to answer my detailed questions. I still have a few problems with the story. As do most people who have studied the assassination of John F. Kennedy. It is not only John Macadams who have found the story difficult to believe. This is not to say the story is not true. However, researchers will need to see documentary evidence that Judyth Baker was involved with Lee Harvey Oswald in a conspiracy in New Orleans to develop a new biological weapon. (1) This story involves several characters who had the potential to reveal the truth of why Oswald was in New Orleans in the summer of 1963. Therefore it was understandably why people who knew about the conspiracy (Lee Harvey Oswald, Dr. Mary Sherman, David Ferrie and Guy Banister etc.) were murdered or died in mysterious circumstances soon afterwards. I would have thought that if this was the case than Judyth Baker would have been killed during this period. (2) I would have found the story more believable if characters were named who were still alive to answer questions about the case. Characters like David Ferrie, Guy Banister, Clay Shaw, Mary Sherman, David Atlee Phillips, Carlos Marcello, etc. have been mentioned several times before. One of the advantages of naming these characters is that they are dead and cannot contradict the theory. Judyth was never called to testify in any case or hearing (like Ferrie, Giancana, Nicoletti, Roselli etc), nor did she volunteer any information (like Cheramie, Kilgallen, Craig, Pitzer, Ruby, etc) "How could I contradict the official story? All my witnesses kept dying on me." - Jim Garrison I would definitely be interested in hearing from the “two living witnesses” who could back-up this story. You say “these recorded interviews could not be used in the documentary because these witnesses have been threatened thereafter”. You have to ask Judyth about them. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to release their names. Who is still alive to keep these witnesses from talking. Heirs and friends of LBJ, George H. W. Bush, Gerald Ford, Arlen Specter and on and on. For example, Billie Sol Estes has recently provided information on the case because all those involved in the original conspiracy are now dead. Billy Sol is blowing smoke or just does not have the full picture. Chauncey Holt applied the same reasoning. He was just wrong. This was a compartimentalized operation. (3) Researchers have found it difficult to believe that a 19 year old girl, however talented, would have been recruited for such a project. Why was David Ferrie, someone with no medical qualifications, recruited by the CIA for this plot. Mary Sherman was a doctor but she was not a cancer specialist (she was a orthopaedic surgeon). Yeah, well, ther was a time researchers found it difficult to believe the earth is round. (4) If this cocktail of a virus designed to knock out Castro’s immune system and cancer cells that would infect him and cause his death, was developed by Dr. Mary Sherman and her team, has it been used since? (Jack Ruby?). Bingo! Why has this means to kill people remained a secret since 1963? Because this secret is even more damning than the truth about the Kennedy assassination. How would you feel if you know your polio vaccine had been contamined with a cancer causing virus? (5) Why did the CIA have to develop a new method to kill Castro? Surely they had plenty of undetectable poisons that would have been able to kill him? Because this one would furnish plausible denial. Ochsner was just promoting that cigarette smoke causes cancer. Castro smoked cigars like a chimney. (6) Some critics have suggested that Judyth read Ed Haslam’s book “Mary, Ferrie and the Monkey Virus” and inserted herself into the story. The book describes the cancer research story and the discovery of simian virus contamination of the Salk vaccine, which is believed to be responsible for a particular cancer variant occurring in some patients today. I know Ed and he knows Judyth. They didn't know each other before Judyth came out with her story. They got to know each other when they were both invited for CBS 60 minutes, which was canceled last minute (of course). Ed believes Judyth. Simple as that. He had been familiar with the name Judyth Vary Baker for 30 years. Despite these doubts I believe Judyth deserves a hearing. I would like to think that by rational debate we can eventually get near the truth of why Kennedy was killed. I have been dismayed by the attitude of some Kennedy researchers who have attempted to stop her from communicating her story to a large audience. It is hoped that this forum will provide a place where people with a wide variety of different views can debate these important issues. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.
  2. The History Channel recently showed ‘The Men Who Killed Kennedy: The Love Affair’. It told the story of Judyth Baker. She claims that during the summer of 1963 she was recruited by Dr. Canute Michaelson to work with Dr. Alton Ochsner and Dr. Mary Sherman in a CIA secret project to kill Fidel Castro. This involved creating the means to insure Castro developed cancer. In 1963 Baker moved to New Orleans where she worked closely with others involved in this plot. This included Lee Harvey Oswald, David Ferrie, Clay Shaw and Guy Bannister. Later she claimed she began an affair with Oswald. The research into this biological weapon was carried out in the homes of Ferrie and Sherman. And three more undercover labs, according to the research Of Ed Haslam who wrote "Mary, Ferrie and the monkey virus". Judyth was only aware of the homes of Ferrie and Sherman. This should sufficiently answer the question whether Judyth consulted the work of Ed. Oswald role in this conspiracy was to work as a courier. However, the project was abandoned in September, 1963, and Oswald was ordered to Dallas. Oswald kept in touch with Baker and in November, 1963, he had been forced to join a plot to kill John F. Kennedy. No, he had NOT been forced to join a plot to kill John F. Kennedy. He had been instructed to INFILTRATE a plot to kill Kennedy with the objective to sabotage and PREVENT it. Where these instructions were sincere and genuine, is an entirely other question. Oswald believed that the conspiracy was being organized by Mafia leader, Carlos Marcello and a CIA agent, David Atlee Phillips. Who told you that? As far as I know he never expressed to Judyth who were behind it, except that he felt in the end he might have been setup by David Atlee Phillips, who according to another source (James Files ) was his CIA controller. Oswald told her he would do what he could to ensure that Kennedy was not killed. After the assassination of Kennedy and the arrest of Oswald, Baker received a phone-call from David Ferrie warning her that she would be killed if she told anyone about her knowledge of these events. The story is appealing and included a lot of facts known to conspiracy buffs. For example, Dr. Mary Sherman was a close friend of David Ferrie, a leading suspect in the assassination of John F. Kennedy. She was also murdered soon after Kennedy and her laboratory was destroyed by fire. In the book, ‘Mary, Ferrie & the Monkey Virus : The Story of an Underground Medical Laboratory’, Edward T. Haslam argues that Sherman was involved in laboratory-made biological weapons. And I will guarantee you and everyone else that Ed has MUCH MORE to corroborate Judyth's story and I have it on record too. I did a search of the Internet for information on Judyth Baker. I came across John MacAdams' article on Baker: http://mcadams.posc.mu.edu/judyth.htm Of course! Mcadams has all the sponsorship of the CIA that does not want its role in the JFK Assassination exposed. Note that Mcadams' site is a die-hard proponent of the "single bullet - Lee Harvey Oswald did it alone theory", a THEORY that is dismissed by over 80 % of the american public as a blatant, unscrupolous LIE, yet his website comes first in Google or any other search engine if you enter "Kennedy Assassination". That should tell something to anyone with a brain, is at least my humble opinion. His article led to other links. For example, a posting she made on her high school reunion website and on a forum on the Kennedy assassination. Her comments about the Mormons indicates she is a fantasist. The school website proudly states that she took a degree in creative writing at the University of Florida. So what? What's the point? Sorry John, but I have no other option than to view this as suggestive conjecture. Which I am pretty certain, is not intentional, but it shows to me a certain degree of success of Mcadams' campaign. Further research revealed that she definitely lived in New Orleans in the summer of 1963. I suspect she began fantasising about what might have happened if she met Lee Harvey Oswald. Futher research should also reveal that she was a wizkid in cancer research and was discovered and recognized as such by high-level people. Judyth has numerous newspaper articles, some with pictures of her, along with letters, to prove this without a shadow of doubt. Now, the obvious question is: How does a young proven cancer researcher end up in the cancer research capital of the world, working as a secretary in a coffee company, which had demonstrable ties to Dr. Alton Ochsner? Furthermore: The Reily Coffe Company had no more then hundred employees, and yet Judyth can prove she entered duty on the same day as Lee Oswald, and left on the same day as Lee Oswald. What is the chance she did NOT know Lee Oswald? In addition: What is not known to readers of this forum, nor to the viewers of Nigel Turner's documentary, is that Judyth has at least two living witnesses on record, certifying that she and Lee Oswald were dating and developing a more than friendly relationship. These recorded interviews could not be used in the documentary because these witnesses have been threathened thereafter. But I have seen and heard these interviews and you can take it to the bank that they leave no doubt whatsoever on Judyth's veracity. Many people may think there are no documented ties of Ochsner to Oswald, but there are: Here is one: http://www.conelrad.com/media/atomicmusic/....php?platter=19 It's a record from the kitchen of INCA, the right wing CIA sponsored organisation founded by Ochsner, reiterating the guilt of Lee Harvey Oswald as the lone assassin, with personal comments of Alton Ochsner himself (see middle photo on the back cover). This book probably began life as a novel. As she did her research (she seems to have depended to a large extent on the books by Edward Haslam and Jim Garrison (On the Trail of the Assassins). If it was true that Judyth Baker knew as much as she did, she would have been killed at the same time as Mary Sherman. Sorry, but this is pure baloney. If one brings up this argument, it should also illustrate why Judyth has kept her mouth shut for almost 40 years. It further demonstrates her courage to come forward finally. There are still more people alive who are keeping their mouth shut, but know more about the Kennedy assassination. One of them for example is Charles Harrelson. He talked once, yet he isn't dead either. Daniel Marvin is another example. Luis Posada Carilles one more. The main reason I doubted her story concerned the section in the documentary where she describes the last time she spoke to Lee Harvey Oswald on the phone. She begins to cry and tells the director to stop filming. I am very tuned into emotion. However, I was completely unmoved by her comments. Did that mean she was not telling the truth? Or did my instincts let me down? I guess so. Because I believe their is nothing strange about getting emotional while talking about the loss of the man you loved, while having been forced to keep your mouth for all those years and while having lived in fear because of it. 3. "His book ‘A Texan Looks at Lyndon’ was a best seller and it is claimed that in Texas only the Bible outsold Haley's book in 1964" Yes, and Ruby read the book in jail, apparently he thought it was pretty important: www.jfkmurdersolved.com/ruby.htm Wim
  4. To John, Thanks for the open-minded answer. Is this website work in progress? Because I am curious why Tosh Plumlee, James Files and Chauncey Holt, Pete Licavoli and Charles Nicoletti are not on your list of ïmportant witnesses and/or major figures and/or possible conspirators. Wim
  5. To John Simkin: I do not know who or what you are, from what I read so far on these pages I am inclined to believe you have a sincere and open interest in the truth of this case. Therefore, before you read and promote "excellent" articles of John Mcadams, you should know that Mcadams is a PROVEN lyer, a twister of evidence and most likely a CIA disinfo asset. www.jfkmurdersolved.com/mcadams.htm Wim
  6. To John Simkin: I have explored this website and can't find how long it has been up, who the initatiors and/or sponsors are. Is there information on this? Could you give me the link? Thank you, Wim Dankbaar
