Jack White
That is much clearer. I can see the white hat on the cop, which I had a hard time with previously. What is the source of that? It is the best rendition of a Z frame I have seen...better than Costella's. Thanks. I sharpened it somewhat, for enhancement. chris
Jack White
Here is another comparison of the crosswalk people. The only person I can find common to both images is the white socks lady in the green dress. Can you find any other matches? Jack IMAGE IS NOT POSTING AFTER FIVE TRIES. I have not been able to access the forum for about 4 or 5 hours. I finally was able to just now log back on, but this message still would not accept the image I tried to post, so I am asking Bernice to try. For more than 6 hours last night I could not access the forum nor post images. Here is one more on the subject. I wish others would study the crosswalk people. All three images cannot be genuine. I vote for Towner as being unaltered. Jack

Jack Jack, Look directly above the drivers head in Towner, the man in uniform is no longer missing, as he was in Zapruder. Jack, I suspect this may be a dumb question but can you explain why anyone would want to alter images so far, relatively speaking, from the actual assassination, just a question Jack, not a criticism. Jack White
"Jack, Look directly above the drivers head in Towner, the man in uniform is no longer missing, as he was in Zapruder. Denis." That does appear to be a man in a cap, but is not clearly identifiable. And the young lady he is talking to in Altgens is not there. I am not suggesting that any of these images were ALTERED. I am suggesting that the three images are mutually exclusive and that all cannot be genuine, given the location and time frame. I have no idea why they are inconsistent, and I doubt that it was done intentionally. We have no way of knowing. Dr. Costella and I both believe that the Z film was BASED ON a guide film shot from the pedestal perhaps fifteen minutes earlier; if that is the case, the people in the crosswalk may represent persons in that location fifteen minutes earlier. Also, Altgens denied taking "Altgens 5". It possibly is a composite which also shows an EARLIER CROWD; I have already pointed out how the people are NOT LOOKING toward the president as would be expected. Denis. If I may interject: The simple answer to your question is to create cognitive dissonance among observers/investigators, which in turn will contribute to the perpetuation of both doubt and acrimony among those for whom truth and justice matter..
