Tosh,
Bill

I have a meeting in Dallas soon. Do you have any question you would like for me to ask?

I have one.

DA Watkins said there were films in that collection that he hadn't seen.

Is the Beverly Oliver's film one of them?

Steve Thomas

Steve: When this first broke, I was told that there were photos, and three boxes one marked 'White". I made contact with Janile Bradfield who directed me to Sharon Fuller. Mrs Fuller advised me that there were not any boxes reference as to "White", and there were NO photos. I questioned the information which is in the DPD vault and was told they had no information of anything in the DPD vault. The vault and the safe were two different places... the safe in the DA's office and the vault at the DPD basement. As to the meeting set with the DA it was suddenly canceled and there has been no further contact. I was later told (last week) that the information was going to go to the "Museum" and the DA was not going further with the investigation. Are we surprised? Same old same old...

My meeting with BSE is still on tract. The affidavit from my brother has been located and certified. FWIW

Peter,

Steve, Thanks. is: pdf 237. Connection Between Ruby and Oswald - Index one and the same as the 'dialogue' allegedly between Ruby and Oswald? If not, please do post it in full, when you can - if anything of value...name certainly seems 'interesting'..... I can't imagine you've been through 15,000 pages! Keep up the good work.

Here is the list of names in pdf 237. The numbers listed I believe are page numbers from the folder marked as pdf 224: Jack Ruby investigations:

With respect to the Passport, Lt. George Butler phoned in to DPD Headquarters and reported that Ruby and Oswald had gotten a Mexican visa at the same time.

On December 9, 1963 Lt. Jack Revill and Detective H.M. Hart filed a report with Chief Curry writing that Lt. George Butler had informed them that he (Butler) had information that Jack Ruby had applied for a visa to visit Mexico at the same time Oswald traveled there. Butler suggested to Revill that Revill should contact the Mexican Consulate.

They also said that Butler told them that he had information that Oswald was Ruby’s illegitimate son.

Okay,

They released 90% of documents and we're reading them, but what about the other 10% that they hadn't scanned yet, and what about the "autopsy photos" and "recordings" that Craig Watkins said they hadn't reviewed yet.

Where are they?

Who'se reviewing them?

What organizations are on the list of those being considered to be custodians of these records?

Who was the DA in 1992 when the JFK Act was passed by Congress and ordered the collection of all government records related to the assassination, and the ARRB, which held public hearings in Dallas and requested all relevant records, why was this law ignored? And what was the name of the DA who ignored it?

Thank you to anyone who can answer the above questions,

BK

I stand corrected.

"Aynesworth actually appears on page 2 of pdf 271, not 272. He doesn’t say that he, Aynesworth, saw Ruby around noon; he very specifically says that “other employees” saw Ruby at the News building around that time. "

I'm going to take this one a little out of order, but my eyebrows went up a little when I saw this.

This is from Group 45 pdf. 2127.

post-669-1205515093_thumb.jpg

the rest of the file would read: Troy West, 5314 Colonial St., Gladys Yoakum, 2234 Carnes.

This is the same Emmett Joseph Hudson who testified before the WC. He wasn't asked if he know LHO.

Peter,

It it really going to the WC Memorial Museum in the TSBD?

As Gary pointed out to me, the material has already been scanned and is available electronically. The 6th Floor Museum would love to have the originals. That's what museums are for.

It was a convincing argument.

As for Hudson, he was the grounds keeper for Dealey Plaza and the TSBD borders Dealey Plaza. It is not inconceivable that they might have met.
