Douglas Caddy
From the NY Times: WASHINGTON — A second set of classified documents from President Biden’s time as vice president were discovered at a storage space in the garage of his home in Wilmington, Del., his lawyer said Thursday. The documents were the second batch to be publicly acknowledged, after the administration said this week that others had been discovered on Nov. 2 in the closet of an office at a think tank that Mr. Biden had used after leaving the vice presidency. Sloppy stuff here. This is an unforced error that he's now going to have to deal with.

The article was published in the Washington Post. Have the media lied to us about how well the Ukraine is doing? Of course they have. It’s called propaganda, both sides are doing it. Douglas Caddy
The FBI has been working for months on Trump's intentional theft of classified documents that he took when he left the White House. This includes interviews with numerous persons, such as employees at Mar-A-Lago, who have first-hand knowledge of how the documents were handled and removed. Missing documents are of critical importance. Many of these persons will be called to testify at trial. In short, a trial of Trump will show in detail his intentional criminality in his taking of the classified documents. The media hubbub now never focuses on the all-important trial. The case of Biden's documents is straight-forward. Edited January 12, 2023 by Douglas Caddy
Matt Allison
I think a lot of people are wondering why it took almost 2 years to appoint a Special Counsel for Trump's 1/6 and election stealing crimes, and a mere 2 days to appoint a Special Counsel for Biden's classified documents problem. It's a valid question.
Steve Thomas
- Donald Trump - ""The Special 'Prosecutor' assigned to the 'get Trump case,' Jack Smith(?), is a Trump Hating THUG whose wife is a serial and open Trump Hater, whose friends & other family members are even worse, and as a prosecutor in Europe, according to Ric Grenell, put a high government official in prison because he was a Trump positive person," Trump posted. "Smith is known as 'an unfair Savage,' & is best friends with the craziest Trump haters, including Lisa Monaco who runs 'Injustice.' The Boxes Scam is a HOAX."" Unfair Savage? That'll learn ya! Douglas Caddy
It is my understanding that when a Special Counsel is appointed, it must be a criminal case. This means that the crazies in the House of Representatives will be unable to hold public hearings on Biden's classified documents case because it is a pending criminal case. This is why the Justice Department moved so quickly on the matter. Edited January 13, 2023 by Douglas Caddy
