My Belated Obituary for David Lifton

Recommended Posts

I kept our disagreements out of this, like on Garrison.  And tried to stay as positive as I could.

I understand that a friend of Lifton's, Pat Valentino will be on BOR this week to talk about Lifton's life and work.

Thank you, Jim.  Best Evidence was one of the first 4-5 books I read on the assassination.  It was an eye opener.  His work deserves acknowledgment.

Whatever one thinks of Best Evidence, he brought some important issues to the forefront.

I loved his confrontation with Dulles.

Is this ok to share with the PR firm?

I always felt that his confrontation with Dulles was his finest hour. Thanks for this, Jim.

Yes, no, maybe so?  Best Evidence led to questioning the medical evidence, essential.  Questioning Dulles personally is unprecedented, and telling.  Both important.

Welcome Chris.

And Ron, yes, his book did focus on the medical evidence.

But I have always thought that if Finck's testimony had not been censored out of New Orleans, it would have happened sooner.
