  1. Seems there are lots of full shadows back there due to the trees....
  2. First of all, the photo is from Oct 2nd not 1st... Second, nothing from 9/27... so to say "Oswald" in the "Oct 1" Mystery Man photo is this man would be technically incorrect... Don't think anyone mistook this man for Oswald... no reason to expose himself like such... LEONOV was at the Soviet Embassy under diplomatic cover until June '64 which means one of the voices on the phone could have been him instead of those the CIA say it was... IDK. I'm surprised I had not seen more of his name in all the writings and reports from LITAMIL... don't even see the other name, LEONID IVANOV, anywhere... Do we have anything that connect the two names other than the CIA photo? https://www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.html?docId=147865&search=aestorage#relPageId=20&tab=page Or the entire thing is made up.... the calls, the visits, everything.... cause they knew for a fact that Oswald was not there, never was... and that notification that he was there is CIA/DFS only... The call on the 27th is a blank... could have been anyone and we know the desire of this person was not the same as was attributed to Oswald. the call on the 28th is an obvious set-up... the call on the 1st of October once again associates Oswald with these activities... DURAN is not nearly as important as the ALVARADO episode and how that evolved and changed... Alvarado and Duran told the CIA/DFS very little yet everything that the LI project claimed to have turned up could not be used as primary source for fear of discovery. So the CIA claims Duran and Alvarado filled in the blanks enough to confirm it was Oswald... for their purposes... The choice of THAT photo... and then for Goodpasture to change the date to the 1st suggests a lot, no? There were quite a few photos of that man as well...
  3. George, do a Google search for how cells are stored and transported.... This isn't an episode of GET SMART buddy... I don't want to get into it with you over why/how the Amer Cancer Society was formed and who funded it and who benefited from it... suffice to say it's a pretty profitable industry... Cancer. Arguing bananas and crackers diverts the conversation from the main point... your assumption that these people could do what the CIA/FBI says they were doing is absurd... The best a brightest minds available to the US Govt at the time and you think Judy, Oswald and Ferrie were involved in the charge... Mammalian cells including human cancer cells are usually transported in cryovials on dry ice or in a liquid nitrogen vapor shipping vessel between different places at long distance. The hazardous nature of dry ice and liquid nitrogen, and the associated high shipping cost strongly limit their routine use. In this study, we tested the viability and properties of cells after being preserved or shipped over long distance in Matrigel mixture for different days. Our results showed that cells mixed with Matrigel at suitable ratios maintained excellent viability (>90%) for one week at room temperature and preserved the properties such as morphology, drug sensitivity and metabolism well, which was comparable to cells cryopreserved in liquid nitrogen. We also sent cells in the Matrigel mixture via FedEx service to different places at ambient temperature. Upon arrival, it was found that over 90% of the cells were viable and grew well after replating. These data collectively suggested that our Matrigel-based method was highly convenient for shipping live cells for long distances in semi-solid gel condition and at ambient temperature. For storing and shipping cells in medium-supplemented Matrigel, the following procedures were followed: Let the Matrigel liquefy overnight at 4°C. Mix the Matrigel with cell growth medium (cold on the ice) at desired ratios and keep them on the ice before use. Detach cells from the flask or plate with trypsin-EDTA before centrifugation at low speed. Remove supernatant and resuspend the cell pellet with 1.2 ml mixture of Matrigel and media. Aliquot the resuspended cells to 1.5ml Eppendorf tubes (300μL per tube), and place them at 37°C under 5% CO2 in a humidified incubator for 2 hours to allow the Matrigel to solidify. Move the tubes out of the incubator for shipping at ambient temperature. For recovering cells: Place the tubes on ice for two hours to allow the mixture to liquefy. Add 0.7ml cold cell growth medium to the tube and gently mix by pipetting. Transfer the content to a 15ml tube containing 9ml cold cell growth medium, followed by gentle and brief pipetting to mix. Transfer the content by pipette to the flask or plate, incubate at 37°C under 5% CO2 in a humidified incubator for 24 hours before changing to fresh growth medium.
  4. Nice sleuthing buddy.... Amazing the body of knowledge we pick up just doing basic research.. way to go! Now, are you saying Boris is really Robert Fitzpatrick - as that's what it appears to me. If Marina was really a spy, she'd need to get her info out at some point... Tom Hume reminds us there is much more to the words and letters in spy-craft than meets the eye... Has anyone gone back to confirm these "translations" of her letters... then again any letters in Russian... or we just trust the DPD and Dallas white Russian community of 1963? CE76... the letter from Robert Fitzpatrick with envelope...
  5. Micah.. I crushed the black on purpose... When you do the same for real dark shadows, they don't change shape, they follow what is causing the shadow... That's just a square that. As David says, does not follow the lines of the head. Those who have seen this frame in stereo say that black box just hovers over the image in 2d
  6. Here's a real after the fact black marker alteration... Almost perfectly square and right where a hole is....
  7. Mr. H.... Please take a minute or two to familiarize yourself with the subject matter.... The Blackened teeth remark is quite unnecessary as if you look thru most any high school yearbook you wil find many images of clowning around like that. Jumping in unprepared and sticking foot in mouth = CLASS CLOWN. And yes, we're a bit surprised at your little outburst... Did the Oswald Ruby killed strike you as a "CLOWN around" kind of guy? That was Harvey... The jovial, less intelligent, larger, rougher man is Lee.... Google... Armstrong Poage Baylor collection... There are thousands of pages, many you won't find at Mary Ferrell. Its the results of a real investigation...
  8. And not to put too fine a point on it... Lee I think was gay.... You find an awful lot of men living together, in the ranks behind the evidence... And quite a few informants were gay... Just thinking aloud.... That and the religious angle provides interesting cover.....
  9. Great work Steve, really well done Sherlock Holmesing I did not add anything... Should be from the article... Also, Oswald... Florida... 3/63? That would be Lee, not Marina's husband... As We all have shown... H&L is very real... The Sturgis, Lorenz Oswald was Lee.... At least that's how I'm seeing it
  10. They would have to be 2 items since Ruth was not in AL to send that letter on the 22nd.... nor is that envelope in evidence - that I've been able to find anyway... Could the letter have been THRU Marina to Ozzie and related to Alpha-66 ?? Possible I guess but without knowing what the letter says...
  11. no George, it's not. I'm curious... what are you using as supporting documentation for that conclusion? Specifically, that is was our Oswald and Judyth... so far it's just Ed... and JVB... What does she offer as proof of this trip? Her own recounting of the event? Maybe go back to the beginning of the thread and separate the wheat from the shaft you've been served.... STATEMENT: Lee Oswald and I together made a trip to and from Jackson and its nearby mental hospital within 72 hours AFTER Lee's trip to Clinton and then to Jackson's mental hospital in the company of Dave Ferrie, Clay Shaw, and a hospital aide. These were two distinct trips. Indeed, people have tried to conflate these two distinct trips into one, thereby providing 'arguments' that the testimonies of witnesses who saw Lee Oswald with a woman in an old, battered car AND the testimonies of groups of witnesses who saw Lee Oswald with Shaw and Dave Ferrie in a black Cadillac could not BOTH be correct. In fact, two distinct and separate trips WERE involved, and there is No conflict when all facts are accounted for. The errors in people's heads came via trying to make a single, three-day trip, a situation in which the highly busy Clay Shaw could not, of course, have participated. However, Shaw was able to take off part of ONE day. Please read my book for more information. Judyth knows only second-hand what happened in Clinton, because she wasn't there. (63) STATEMENT: Lee told me what happened during the trip to Clinton and from there to Jackson's mental hospital. Oswald, Dave Ferrie, and Clay Shaw were in Clinton, Louisiana, on (probably) August 23, 1963. (64) CORRECTION: This was my first estimated date, when asked to give a reasonable date-- and at first I just guessed. But there were problems with it, mainly because I remembered leaving very soon after that date for Florida, and August 23rd was simply too early to be the correct date. We are talking about a date from thirty-five years earlier that I was trying to recall. When I finally looked at various records in my possession, which I reviewed with Dr. Platzman, Irealized the date had to be at least a week later. When I finally looked up the date of the march on Washington, I then knew I was about a week off in my original estimated date. Oswald, Dave Ferrie, and Clay Shaw were in Clinton, Louisiana, on August 29, 1963. The date is easily determined because it was the same day Martin Luther King, Jr., led his famous march on Washington, D.C. (65)
  12. http://jfklancer.com/Page1.html If you haven't already, please read and then we can talk about the "sightings" of Oswald, a woman and children.... when our Oswald is known to have been elsewhere... Oswald in Aliceland? A Tale of Two Days; A Tale of Two Oswalds by Chris W. Courtwright
  13. Did Fitzgerald speak Russian well enough to understand... or did our little Marina speak English oh so much better than anyone knew...
  14. From the new release... https://www.archives.gov/files/research/jfk/releases/104-10529-10368.pdf This talks about LEONOV as a target of the CIA for turning.... https://www.archives.gov/files/research/jfk/releases/104-10218-10034.pdf and this is 165 pages related to the man and where "Leonid Ivanov" came from:
  15. This envelope is dated Oct 7 1963... and I couldn't find it in the Dallas Archive or the WCRH&E... but I'll keep an eye out... Since she wasn't there at that time... what do you think this means Steve?
  16. http://www.mobilebaymag.com/Mobile-Bay/January-2014/Sixties-Flashback-Lee-Harvey-Oswald-Visits-Spring-Hill/ Flashback: Lee Harvey Oswald Visits Spring Hill Originally run in Mobile Bay Monthly's September 1993 issue, this article explores Lee Harvey Oswald's speech at Spring Hill College in July 1963, just months before the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Lee, Marina and June were three of eight who made the trip to Mobile, piled into a station wagon driven by uncle Charles "Dutz" Murret, accompanied by Dutz's wife Lillian, their daughter Joyce and her two children, all of whom put up at the Palms Motel at Highway 90 and Azalea Road, Uncle Dutz footing the bill. The court record might also help discount the coincidence that Laurel. Md., where Hawkins reportedly made his threat in earshot of a plainclothes F.B.I. agent, is about a 10 minute drive from the Washington, D.C. suburb of Silver Spring, Md. one of the 13 cities, along with Fairhope, that the F.B.I. report of May 8. 1963 (six weeks before Hawkins' arrest on the causeway) listed as a headquarters for Alpha-66. https://history-matters.com/archive/jfk/wc/wcvols/wh17/html/WH_Vol17_0073a.htm CE416 letter from July 21... c/o Young at her friends/relatives in Woods Hole Mass... Naushon Island. "I am now planning to leave here on Saturday, the 27th of July" Mr. DULLES - Could we have the date of this letter once again? Mrs. PAINE - The date of the letter. We have no date on the letter. It was written somewhere between July 18 and July 21, which is the date of my reply. Ruth wasn't in Alabama in July of 1963... she was on her trip to the northeast....... and gives Marina the address to send a reply. Ruth is in Irving until the 27th of July.... and it's 600 miles to Mobile.
  17. George... read my post again... In your haste you missed 90% of it... Mary is REEVES daughter.... Just because it's published in a book - that doesn't negate the actual source material... https://deeppoliticsforum.com/forums/showthread.php?14240-JVB-vs-Scott-Kaiser&p=94477#post94477 is yet another lengthy discussion about the same debunked topics... From what I see George, the only place where MARY sees the car and driver is in Ed's book... Do you have the source from which this conclusion was drawn? Here is the passage: On Aug. 31, Lee drove Judyth up to Jackson in an old Kaiser, a car he borrowed from Guy Banister who parked it several blocks from his office and used it for his agents to drop off information and materials without coming to his office. That is the car that the barber saw in front of his barber shop with a woman sitting in the front seat and a baby carriage in the back seat. During the hair cut, the barber gave Lee the name of the state representative in Jackson, Reeves Morgan. Lee then drove to Morgan's house where his daughter Mary also saw the old car with a woman sitting in the front seat.
  18. "follow the money" couldn't agree more Mervyn... and this is where I see it pointing... A number of years ago I read an article that I found after reading in PROUTY's book that General Cabell, Earl's brother, was consulted on TEXTRON's interest in buying BELL by telling the key players about the plans for SE ASIA and the use of helicopters.... Mr. MILLER was made Chairman of the FED as well as Treasury Secretary under Jimmy Carter - Not only entering aerospace to limit its development, Textron continues its asset-stripping activities in all acquisitions. As one Textron manager explained in 1964, "Our program is based on an incentive-compensation program. Our people request only the capital equipment which really pays for itself. It made the general foreman try to operate on as low inventory as he can." In 1974, it appeared that Textron would gobble up the ailing and much "watergated" Lockheed Aircraft. Miller decided not to, but maybe it was already in the family. Lockheed was being run by Felix Rohatyn, of Lazard Freres, part of Rothschild ally Andre Meyer's London-based Lazard group. Rohatyn was the organizer of the Saratoga Springs Governor's Conference at which he and Miller laid out the Energy Corporation of the Northeast. What is George William Miller's next asset stripping operation? Probably wrecking U. S. commercial banks, the cornerstone of American industry. Early in his career, Mr. Miller helped build a moderate-size textile manufacturer into the giant aerospace conglomerate Textron, diversifying its reach from consumer goods to industrial equipment and aircraft, including Bell UH-1 helicopters, or Hueys, which were the workhorses of the Vietnam War. As chairman of the Federal Reserve from March 1978 to August 1979, Mr. Miller pushed interest rates, though not enough to satisfy many of his critics. He also called for a national policy to reduce consumption of foreign oil, recommended cuts in government spending and taxation, and urged labor and management to moderate wage demands and price increases. TEXTRON buys Bell Helicopter in 1960 when it's $100M down in sales from years previous and in the red... and they buy it for book value - $32M - with a $25M unsecured note from Prudential Insurance with a 6-year grace period on the start of repayment... not your typical Insurance company loan. The key players for TEXTRON in the 50's and 60's: Cravath, Swain and Moore McCloy - brought to West Germany a dozen Cravath Swain and Moore lawyers to run the Occupation. Roswell Gilpatrick - Cravath partner and Asst Sec of Defense Royal and Albert Little Sun Life of Canada and London - Alistar Campbell American Research and Development Corp - buys $260M share of DEC George William Miller General Cabell First Bank of Boston
  19. In the works I've done on the rifle, the conflicts are glaring... HILL is seen around 1pm leaning out the 6th floor window https://statick2k-5f2f.kxcdn.com/images/pdf/JosephsRifle.pdf And check out everything BOONE claims to have done before he's at the TSBD discovering the rifle... and who HE claims he was with... Whitman is Weitzman I believe... yet these Sheriffs don't seem very well acquainted with each other... I added in Brennan's statement which basically further corroborates the rifle in the building was not what he saw... the scope simply matched the order.... From 12:30 until just after 1pm, the only men in the TSBD appear to be Sheriff’s Deputies and members of what would become ATF including one Frank ELLSWORTH. MOONEY, a Sheriff Deputy himself, claims not to recognize men from his own office. ATF agents also dressed in plainclothes. Mr. MOONEY - It was a push button affair the best I can remember. got hold of the controls and it worked. We started up and got to the second. I was going to let them off and go on up. And when we got there, the power undoubtedly cut off, because we had no more power on the elevator. So I looked around their office there, just a short second or two, and then I went up the staircase myself. And I met some other officers coming down, plainclothes, and I believe they were deputy sheriffs. They were coming down the staircase. But I kept going up. And how come I get off the sixth floor, I don't know yet. But, anyway, I stopped on six, and didn't even know what floor I was on. Page 26 of 28 Mr. BALL - You were alone? Mr. MOONEY - I was alone at that time. === "...[FBI Agent James] Hosty told the [House] Select Committee that at the time of the assassination 'Frank' Ellsworth...had indicated that he had been in the grassy knoll area and for some reason identified himself as a Secret Service Agent.' 8 Ellsworth, deposed by the Committee, denied Hosty's allegation. We know, however, that he was in the immediate area.9 Interestingly, he and seven other ATF agents were among the first law enforcement personnel of any description to reach the sixth floor of the TSBD. If Ellsworth was in the vicinity, it remains to be asked how Hosty knew about it. (Peter Dale Scott, "Deep Politics," pg. 274)
  20. Go read the work George.... You want me to spoon feed it too you as well? Debunk the legend that Mary or her father saw anything of significance... Check McGehee was debunked in the previous posts The HSCA also deposed Reeves Morgan after he had testified at the Shaw Trial: Q: Mr. Morgan, did you get a look at the automobile in which he arrived? A: No, sir, sure didn't. Q: You didn't see it at all? A: Didn't see it -- period. I didn't go no further than the door to let him in when he knocked, and when he left I didn't go any further than the door We are to remember from the passage from Mary’s Monkey: “Lee then drove to Morgan's house where his daughter Mary also saw the old car with a woman sitting in the front seat.” The HSCA report which follows is very specific about what Morgan says about this visit to his house: "Unfortunately, Mr. Morgan or his daughter, who was present at the time, did not see the car or possible driver."
