I was wondering if anyone could furnish any more details concerning the following. A journalist in Texas named John Moulder supposedly obtained an affidavit from a woman who claimed that she witnessed E. Howard Hunt, Richard Nixon, Charles Colson and John Ehrlichman together at Love Field at about 10:30am on the day JFK was assassinated.

The affidavit was taken after the Watergate incident as she remembered that the key players in that event were the same ones in Dallas.

Any information, thoughts or comment would be appreciated.

It's a perspective that is not often seen. You said that Dealey Plaza was smaller than expected and I have heard this from many others.

I guess I'm wondering why Tosh chose this side of the Plaza when all the action was on the other.

I came across this image below which was obviously snapped a few days after the assassination and found it of some interest. Is the camera position roughly the location from where Tosh Plumlee said he was during the shooting?

Hi Steve,

I am far from an expert on the extant Dealey Plaza footage but from watching the Hughes film and given the cuts and jumps, one would have to say that this part of the film was no more than 2 minutes after the shooting.

Given that, it seems unlikely that an assassination participant would be still positioned there but as you pointed out, whatever that object is, it extends beyond the vertical surface of the exterior of the building.

Bizarre.

Here's a Liggett comparison. There is obviously many years between the images but I do believe it's the same man.

I was just curious about that frame Robin posted. I was checking what frames of the Hughes film I had and I found the following. I'm not sure if it's the exact same frame as your's but I noticed this curious item which I have circled. It does not appear to be in the frame Robin posted.

As far as scooting down elevator shafts go, we must not forget the information Richard Margeson voluntarily furnished to the FBI. Margeson spent some time with Lawrence Howard in the period leading up to the assassination.

Margeson talks about three men who visited Howard in Los Angeles. Rudy Hernandez, 'Slim' and an individual called 'Tex' who Margeson said gave his real name as Harvey Lee. All these men worked on a building renovation site where in the times when the boss was off-site, they held races to see who could get from the top to the bottom. Tex would always win as Margeson believed he rode the elevator cables down.

Margeson didn't believe Tex was the man shot by Jack Ruby but there was some resemblance. Could Tex have been Howard's fellow traveller William Seymour?

Was the cable riding exercise an attempt to create a possible escape route story for Oswald? Was plan A to find Oswald dead at the bottom of the shaft - an 'accident' while trying to escape?

Was Oswald supposed to go to the 6th floor so he could be dealt with? Did Oswald smell a rat and decide to stay on the second floor while he thought it through?

Lots of speculation here.

I can just see Hemming and or Hargraves knocking on the FBI's door doing their duty as honest citizens. Then again they visited Jim Garrison and straightened him out, and of course Oliver Stone was the recipient of their guidance.

GPH claimed that the infamous Raoul connected to the King assassination was one Robert Evan Johnson. This always felt like a deflection.

The 26th Of July Movement, with the Communist Party leaders in Chicago and elsewhere, were only concerned with pushing the 'powerful' Fair Play For Cuba Committee agenda, confident that it, they, and Castro would succeed. There were no statements from them to my knowledge re; Manuel Ray in particular. They grouped all anti-Castro movements as the common enemy. (Harry Dean)

Did you ever get any sense as to how the Communist leaders viewed Manuel Ray? Even though he was anti-Castro, did they see him as being different than contemporaries like Jose Miro Cardona and Tony Varona?

I ask as it relates to how right minded CIA guys like Morales and Phillips saw Manuel Ray, and what they could do to agitate the widening divide.

Along the line of Oswald playing both sides, pro-Castro and anti-Castro I am reminded of the time after being appointed acting secretary of Fair Play for Cuba Committee in Chicago by Communist Party, and 26th Of July Movement leaders this while I was reporting to the local FBI, they then later assigned to me the task of infiltrating the opposition anti-Castro CIA combine in order to discover when the attack/invasion of Cuba that was soon to take place. I was instructed to renounce the Fair Play For Cuba Committee, the 26th Of July Movement and other connections. I was also instructed to enlist with the combine as a volunteer, pilot or other. No 'exact' info. resulted from this effort. A short time later the invasion took place, and I was then distributing pro-Castro anti-invasion 'Hands Of Cuba' leaflets on the streets of Chicago, and continued reporting to the Bureau.

The translated "The Feast of the Goat" is very good. The original Spanish version however is very powerful with the depictions of torture and cruelty gut wrenching.

From the context I believe it is Eddie Bayo.  The passage is talking about "Operation Red Cross" which I believe was another name for Operation Tilt?

Eddie Bayo makes sense. The reason I asked is that I have been working on a bizarre connection between Alberto Bayo and Dennis Harber. Bayo wrote a book called, '150 Questions For A Guerrilla' which was translated by Harber.

All I have come up with is some contact in Mexico City.

Harber is one of those guys who is a real mystery. The image below shows Dennis Harber, Rudolfo Fasco and Bernardo De Torres.

Gerry Hemming knew Johnny Abbes Garcia, so his contention that Ramfis Trujillo and Johnny Abbes Garcia helped fund the assassination may be based on some personal knowledge.

"HEMMING first met "Colonel Alberto Bayo" (Eduardo Perez Gonzalez) in early 1960. He and Howard Kenneth Davis introduced Bayo to Johnny Abbes who had lost his lucrative job upon Trujillo's death, and was plotting with a group of Haitian exiles to put together one of their periodic attempts to overthrow Duvalier. Realizing that the Haitians involved were short on military training, not to mention combat experience, Abbes was looking for some kind of commando group to bolster the eager but amateur Haitians. Bayo met with Abbes several times and Abbes was impressed. HEMMING related: 'In fact the two of them signed a formal agreement in Abbes living room that stated in return for helping overthrow Duvalier, the new Haitian regime would grant the Cubans bases from which they could operate against Castro.'"(From ajweberman Nodule 10.)

In that piece quoted from Weberman's Nodule, do you have any idea if the reference is to Eddie Bayo or Alberto Bayo as both names are mentioned?

Eddie Bayo is of course the anti-Castro fighter who supposedly went missing on Operation Tilt and Alberto Bayo is the one who guerrilla trained Castro and Guevara.

Thank you, gentlemen. The Partin comment about being able to get explosives is interesting. I wonder if that's where Hargraves comes into it?

Also, Lee, the NARA hit made me double take. Contacts with the Cuban Embassy or Consulate in Mexico City? It's dated 1971 but that might make for some interesting reading.

I was wondering if anyone has any information that puts Roy Hargraves and Edward Grady Partin together in Louisiana?

Partin was a Teamster and was supposedly approached by Hoffa in a plot to kill Robert Kennedy. Other supposeds include that Partin was connected to Castro somehow and a photograph exists that shows Partin and Jack Ruby together.

I am really short on details here but Partin and Hargraves were supposedly together in Baton Rouge and involved with revolutionary type activities. If anyone has anything at all on this, it would be greatly appreciated.

    This is an Allen photo, he and Murray were there during the aftermath..

Murray took seven photos, his last shows the clock at 12.39pm, in one of the  photos that shows the FBI picking up the said bullet at the sewer hit site, along with the Dectective and DPD...in this particular photo you also see this man,

starting to walk across the street, this was Murray's last photo, then Allen took

the one you have shown....with him approaching the South side....
