Mahmood Karzai, meet Gerald Posner.

​You're a multimillionaire Afghan "entrepreneur" who happens to be the brother of fabulously corrupt President Hamid Karzai, and you've just been accused by the Wall Street Journal of airlifting billions of dollars of U.S. aid out of Kabul under very shady circumstances.

He's a disgraced journalist whose career just imploded over accusations he has plagiarized from virtually every printed source in the Western Hemisphere.

Sounds like a beautiful friendship in the making!

For everyone wondering how Posner could follow up his truly sublime past few months -- in which Miami New Times busted the South Beach author for stealing from dozens of sources, and Posner threatened us with a lawsuit over our reporting -- the answer comes this morning in a letter to the Wall Street Journal.

Posner responds to the Journal's scoop last week that more than $3 billion in American aid has been stuffed into suitcases and flown out of Afghanistan, and that Mahmood Karzai likely had something to do with it.

Posner, who is a former Wall Street lawyer, writes that "it is a shame that the Journal spent two days interviewing my client Mahmood Karzai and yet chose to include him" as a suspect in the story. He says Karzai "has never transferred large amounts of cash out of the country."

Finally, he pledges that "no Afghan businessman or politician or public figure is more transparent than Mahmood Karzai."

Coming from a trustworthy fellow like Posner, that's a ringing endorsement.

How Conservative Talk Radio Defends the Status Quo On JFK

One thing that stands out for me in listening to conservatives on the radio is how they are constantly telling their listeners how they cant trust the government. Its the liberals in there, they say, with their socialist agenda. They only thing they think government does well is the military through the Pentagon and the CIA. Maybe NASA when they have the money. They all seem to have some kind of affinity for the CIA as well. Ive lost track of the number of times Rush Limbaugh has railed against the Church Committee investigation of the CIA in the mid-70s, claiming how the Democrats destroyed the CIAs ability to properly function. Which of course, is utter rubbish. Limbaugh never takes the time to comment on what this Congressional Committee uncovered during the course of the investigation. Such as the CIAs assassination activities against foreign leaders, working in tandem with the Mob in the aforementioned murder plots and in other nefarious activities, committing LSD experiments on unwitting persons through the MK-ULTRA project, violating its own charter not to spy on citizens of the United States (which they did and still do), among many other things. In fact, I know of no conservative radio talk that criticizes the CIA in any way or ever has. If anything, they are often repeat defenders of the Agency. (To be fair, the mainstream media has never examined the CIAs role in the Watergate scandal despite the fact that all five of the arrested burglars were CIA agents.) Which makes one wonder why? Why be so beholden to them? Or for that matter to any of their other sacred cows, the two main ones being Israel and Halliburton.

(Recently one poor sap called in to the Mark Levin show and dared to mention the H word and it was like throwing gasoline on a fire. Levin went all off on this poor guy and before he cut him off calling him a dummy. Halliburton was originally known as Brown and Root, a contractor that benefited finically after John Kennedys death as the Vietnam war escalated. Theyve been around a long time and are most famous for their no-bid contracts. They are big-time contributors to both political parties. Practically all conservative radio hosts will defend them to the hilt, as I have heard Rush Limbaugh do on numerous occasions. Why is the defense so zealous? Perhaps ones feeds the other? Halliburton without a doubt is a major component of the military-industrial complex and instrumental in building its infrastructure.)

For the most part the Kennedy assassination is a non-topic on conservative talk radio. Conspiracy in general isn't unless the Democrats say or do anything--then its okay to hatch plots for their motives and activities. Anybody that calls into the Rush Limbaugh show and dared mention any unsanctioned conspiracy (such as the Bilderbergs) was mocked by Limbaugh as a member of the black helicopter crowd. This is getting harder to do now with so much information being published on the web regarding the secretive Bilderberg meetings, a cause for much conspiratorial speculation in the past.

Mark Levin Takes A Shot

Conservative talk shouter Mark Levin on his 6/24/10 broadcast went on a long rant on film director Oliver Stone, mainly over his support Hugo Chavez. He then went after Stones movies saying that anybody that watches them is a fool and that Stone creates conspiracy movies that are hate, directed at America. This from a man who admits never having seen a Stone movie but somehow, is all-knowing in regards to this subject. This is quite telling as the only conspiracy movie I know of made by Oliver Stone is JFK, a film that supports conspiracy in the death of President Kennedy, a belief held by a large majority of Americans.

Of course, this is not to say that noted liberals, such as Noam Chomsky and Alexander Cockburn scoff at the idea of conspiracy in the death of JFK, because they do. In many ways both sides of the political spectrum have joined ranks on this affair to shut down speculation on conspiracy answers for John Kennedys death. As if conspiracy never happens. The conservative talkers are big believers in the conspiracy alright, constantly harping on how President Obama is out do destroy the economy, our liberty, and so on. They just dont go near that other conspiracy.

There is however, one conservative talk host that does like to repeatedly invoke the subject of John F. Kennedy being killed by a long gunman and that is Bill Cunningham.

The Worst Offender

Conservative Bill Cunningham, who gained fame in 2008 at a John McCain rally for referring to front runner Barack Obama as Barack Hussein Obama. This annoyed McCain who had nothing more to do with him. Cunningham, who resembles a human version of Howdy Doody without the lines down his chin broadcasts on the former Matt Drudge slot on Sunday night at Sirius-XM. He is, for some odd reason, a constant defender of the Warren Commission. I find it peculiar that he does this so much. He uses call screening and thus a good idea what people are going to say when they appear live on-air. So when the Warren Commission doubter comes on to state conspiracy in the death of Kennedy, Cunningham is quick to shoot them down. One night he referred to one man as an idiot, all for simply doubting that Oswald was a lone gunman. For a man that constantly tells his listeners how incompetent government is he seems to have no issue with the Warren Commissions actions, which in essence, was not an investigation of the normal type, but an evaluation of what they were provided. And they were not provided everything! The Warren Commission did not field its own investigators. It basically did Investigation Theater to calm the masses, with Commissioner Allen Dulles arrogantly assuming the public would never be interested in examining the 26 volumes of evidence they published. (A lot of which, ironically, contradicts their final report.)

Cunningham riffs on the same old themes against a conspiracy: Oswald was a nut and loser; if there was a conspiracy it would have outed because people cant keep secrets; the Warren Commission did a thorough job, and so on. The argument that he uses that annoys me the most is the old, retreaded line on how people cant keep secrets. And just how much does get out? What really is going on at Area 51 right now? Or the Skunkworks? Or the CIA headquarters at Langley? Remember all of those banks the Federal Reserve propped up? We still dont know who got the Fed (tax payers) money because when the Congress asked the Federal Reserve and they refused to tell them anything. Any number of secretive government agencies with multi-million dollar black budgets do a pretty good job at keeping their operations under deep cover. Forcing people to sign non-disclosure agreements (as all personnel at Kennedys autopsy had to) doesnt hurt either. People certainly kept quiet in the Manhattan Project where thousands were involved with one of the top secrets of the war that was not revealed to years later.

Probably the most annoying thing about Bill Cunningham is how ignorant he is on this issue while he speaks with such an imperious and knowledgeable tone. It is almost as if he takes his cue from the Vince Bugliosi school of Straw Man arguments. I just fail to understand why he is so often on the issue, constantly reinforcing the Warren Commissions flawed conclusion, which a careful study of shows deception and a lack of serious inquiry; a rubber-stamping of the original lone gunman theory formed only a few hours after the tragedy took place.

Think about it...how can you have an honest investigation with dishonest people in charge? Many of whom, hated the man whose death they were pretending to investigate? Believers in the Warren Commission theory of a lone nut never seem to deal with this troubling aspect of the case. Bill Cunninghams of world do not. As Alex Jones said, he was vetted and offered a job being the next Rush Limbaugh but he would have to compromise his beliefs and reporting on conspiracy issues to achieve that position. He turned it down but not without eventually having his own success in developing a following. For years Jones could only be heard on shortwave or the Internet. Now he is Sirius-XM six days out of the week. The experience of Alex Jones may be a peek into how things work in the talk radio industry. Compromise and sail--remain independent and sink or flounder. Talk on-air about how liberals control everything and never mention government paid shills (as in the CIAs Operation Mockingbird) having a controlling influence and what we see and hear in the Big News and you rise to the top.

So we must be careful what we hear from these people as they pat themselves on the back, called each other good Americans and leave the Man behind the curtain alone.

US SENATOR ROBERT BRYD DIES AT 92

Senator Robert Byrd, the longest-serving member ever of the US Congress, has died at the age of 92, a spokesman said today.

The Democratic senator from West Virgina, who was a member of the Ku Klux Klan before becoming a civil rights advocate, died peacefully at Inova Fairfax hospital outside Washington, Jesse Jacobs said.

Byrd was an influential politician under a dozen presidents and his death, which follows that of Edward Kennedy in August, means the Senate has lost two of its most illustrious figures.

"I love to serve. I love the Senate. If I could live another 100 years, I'd like to continue in the Senate," Byrd said in a 2006 interview with Reuters.

In a notable moment of his career, Byrd spoke eloquently against the Iraq war, when so many of his colleagues were cowed into submission by the Bush administration. He also warned against a build-up of US troops in Afghanistan.

Byrd's death is not expected to change the Democrats' majority in the Senate. The West Virginia governor, Joe Manchin, a Democrat, is expected to appoint a Democrat to serve the remainder of Byrd's six-year term, which expires in 2012.

Byrd was first elected to the House of Representatives in 1952, serving six years there before moving to the Senate. In his early campaigns the self-described "hillbilly" used his musical skills as a bluegrass fiddler to help draw big and enthusiastic crowds.

His politics shifted considerably over the years, as he moved away from his hard-right origins.

"When I got here, I was to the right of Barry Goldwater," Byrd told Reuters, referring to a conservative Republican senator and failed 1964 presidential candidate. "I moved more to the centre."

In the early 1940s, before being elected to Congress, Byrd belonged to the Ku Klux Klan, a membership that he attributed to youthful indiscretion.

"It has emerged throughout my life to haunt and embarrass me and has taught me in a very graphic way what one major mistake can do to one's life, career and reputation," Byrd wrote in a 1987 memoir, Robert C Byrd: Child of the Appalachian Coalfields.

In Congress, Byrd denounced the civil rights leader Martin Luther King as a "self-seeking rabble rouser", before turning into a leading backer of civil rights.

Of the record-setting 18,500-plus Senate votes Byrd cast, he said his biggest regret was opposing the 1964 Civil Rights Act, a landmark law that brought down barriers for black Americans.

He said his views changed most dramatically after his teenage grandson was killed in a 1982 traffic accident. "The death of my grandson caused me to stop and think," Byrd said. "I came to realise that black people love their children as much as I do mine."

Byrd was born Cornelius Calvin Sale Jr on 20 November 20 1917 in North Carolina and was sent to live with relatives in West Virginia after his mother died in the 1918 flu pandemic. His new family renamed him and Byrd grew up desperately poor in the West Virginia coal fields. Unable to afford college, he worked as a meat cutter during the Great Depression and as a welder building ships during the second world war. Byrd married his high school sweetheart, Erma Ora James, in 1936. They had two daughters and six grandchildren.

"For two hillbillies – that is what we are, two hillbillies – from West Virginia, it has been an exciting and wild ride," Byrd said in a Senate speech marking their 65th anniversary. She died in March 2006.

Byrd set the record for congressional longevity last November, eclipsing the mark held by the late Carl Hayden.

On that day, Byrd said: "My only regret is that my beloved wife, companion and confidante, my dear Erma, is not here with me. I know that she is looking down from the heavens smiling at me and saying, 'Congratulations my dear Robert – but don't let it go to your head.'"

Who killed Kennedy? The “LBJ killed JFK” cover story began with James Evetts Haley – a Bircher – the first to connect Johnson to organized crime in Texas and Kennedy assassination, with particular reference to Billie Sol Estes – whose attorney was Douglas Caddy, an official of YAF. Subsequent writers have expanded on Haley’s smears, most recently and notably Barr McClellan (former Bush spokesman Scott McClellan’s papa).

Critic of LBJ and FDR

A sharp critic of U.S. President Lyndon B. Johnson, Haley, who was a member of the John Birch Society penned, A Texan Looks at Lyndon: A Study in Illegitimate Power. The bestseller exposes Johnson’s relationship with swindler Billie Sol Estes of Pecos. Haley pointed out that the three men who could have provided evidence in court against Estes — George Krutilek, Harold Orr, and Howard Pratt — all died mysteriously of carbon monoxide poisoning from car engines. Haley’s admirers claimed in 1964 that the book was outsold in Texas only by the Holy Bible. Haley’s fellow conservative, Phyllis Schlafly, then of Alton, Illinois, and now of St. Louis, self-published the best-selling A Choice, Not an Echo to bolster the Goldwater campaign, with emphasis on what she saw as the destructive legacy of the Republican “Eastern Establishment” formerly headed by New York Governors Thomas E. Dewey and Nelson A. Rockefeller.

Roosevelt and the New Deal within Texas. In 1964, Haley returned to his previous Republican affiliation to endorse then U.S. Senator Barry M. Goldwater of Arizona, who was challenging President Johnson but fared poorly in Texas.

Haley also claimed that Johnson had a motive for the assassination of President John F. Kennedy: “Johnson wanted power and with all his knowledge of political strategy and his proven control of Congress, he could see wider horizons of power as Vice-President than as Senate Majority Leader. In effect, by presiding over the Senate, he could now conceive himself as virtually filling both high and important positions – and he was not far from wrong. Finally, as Victor Lasky pointed out, Johnson had nursed a lifetime dream to be President. As Majority leader he never could have made it. But as Vice-President fate could always intervene.”

Houston Harte, a newspaper publisher in San Angelo, who supported LBJ, said that his friend Haley had gone to the extreme in writing A Texan Looks at Lyndon. “Haley can no longer be considered a serious historian,” Harte claimed.

In 1929, Haley published The XIT Ranch of Texas and the Early Days of the Llano Estacado. Accused of libel in a dozen lawsuits, Haley was compelled in 1931 to withdraw the book from circulation and to pay the plaintiffs $17,500 to settle all pending claims. He defended his work in which he had exposed “outlaws” and even made a trip into Mexico to authenticate a particular point in question …

Costner cleanup device gets high marks from BP

It was treated as an oddball twist in the otherwise wrenching saga of the BP oil spill when Kevin Costner stepped forward to promote a device he said could work wonders in containing the spill's damage. But as Henry Fountain explains in the New York Times, the gadget in question an oil-separating centrifuge marks a major breakthrough in spill cleanup technology. And BP, after trial runs with the device, is ordering 32 more of the Costner-endorsed centrifuges to aid the Gulf cleanup.

No visit to Dealey Plaza is complete without a run-in with vendors

selling maps, newspapers and conspiracy theories.

That may soon change as Dallas police crack down on the street peddlers,

who can be ticketed and arrested if they lack the proper permits.

"When a visitor is coming to ... Dallas, and the first thing they are

being cussed at or spit on or harassed, that's not the image we want

portrayed," Deputy Police Chief Vince Golbeck said.

Michael Brownlow talks about conspiracy theories and gives tours at the

downtown plaza alongside the spot where President John F. Kennedy was

assassinated. Even Brownlow acknowledges that sometimes the vendors get

out of hand.

"They walk up and say, 'Would you like a tour?' and you say no and they

continue on and continue on and they actually intimidate people, and

some people are scared," he said.

But Brownlow says not all vendors are like that. He says some, like him,

simply want to spread the word about different theories on the

assassination.

He said he believes that police are heavy-handed when dealing with

vendors, and he watched a good friend arrested last weekend.

"I feel like his civil rights were violated and his constitutional

rights," he said.

Dallas police say the vendors can give papers away or sell them on

public sidewalks, but once they enter Dealey Plaza, which is considered

a park, they are committing a crime.

"It is giving another perspective of that important piece of history,"

Golbeck said, "and that is fine if they are doing so on public property."

What would you say to Mr. Posner?

A: Well, first of all I would like for him to tell me how my story has ever changed. It has never changed. I never said that I used a Super Eight camera. That came from a man named Gary Shaw in a book that he wrote called The Cover-Up. I might have said to him, and this was 1970, Super Eight meaning eight millimeter. All I know is that it was a prototype camera that a man I was dating who worked for Eastman Kodak, by the name of Lawrence Taylor Ronco, Jr., gave me as a present the September before the President was killed in November, a brand new camera, a magazine load, and I had to send these little envelopes to Rochester to be developed. That's all I know about the camera, and it was a Yashika. When this came out about the camera, I called Yashika in New York and spoke to John Storch. I don't know what his position was. He was very excited to do research on the camera. Posner is right; that camera was not available to the general public in 1963, but it does not mean that I could not have had a prototype camera of it. I'm not saying it was Super Eight. I don't know what it was. A. AUTOPSY OF BODY OF PRESIDENT JOHN FITZGERALD KENNEDY

At approximately 3 p.m. on November 22, 1963, following the Presidents announced assassination, it was ascertained that Air Force One, the Presidents jet, was returning from Love Field, Dallas, Texas, flying the body back to Andrews Air Force Base, Camp Springs, Maryland. SAs FRANCIS X. ONEILL, JR. and JAMES W. SIBERT proceeded to Andrews Air Force Base to handle any matters which would fall within the jurisdiction of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, inasmuch as it was anticipated that a large group of both military and civilian personnel assigned to the Base would congregate at Base Operations to witness the landing of this flight.

Lt. Col. Robert T. best, Director of Law Enforcement and Security, advised the Presidents plane would arrive at 5:25 p.m. Subsequently, Col. BEST advised that the plane would arrive at 6:05 p.m.

At approximately 5:55 p.m., agents were advised through the Hyattsville Resident Agency that the Bureau had instructed that the agents accompany the body to the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland, to stay with the body and to obtain bullets reportedly in the Presidents body.

Immediately agents contacted Mr. JAMES ROWLEY, the Director of the U. S. Secret Service, identified themselves and made Mr. Rowley aware of our aforementioned instruction. Immediately following the planes landing, Mr. ROWLEY arranged seating for Bureau agents in the third car of the White House motorcade which followed the ambulance containing the Presidents body to the Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, Maryland.

On arrival at the Medical Center, the ambulance stopped in front of the main entrance, at which time Mrs. JACQUELINE KENNEDY and Attorney General ROBERT KENNEDY embarked from the ambulance and entered the building. The ambulance was thereafter driven around to the rear entrance where the Presidents body was removed and taken into an autopsy room. Bureau agents assisted in the moving of the casket to the autopsy room. A tight security was immediately placed around the autopsy room by the Naval facility and the U. S. Secret Service. Bureau agents made contact with Mr. ROY KELLERMAN, the Assistant Secret Service Agent in Charge of the White House Detail, and advised him of the Bureaus interest in this matter. He advised that he had already received instructions from Director ROWLEY as to the presence of Bureau agents. It will be noted that the aforementioned Bureau agents, Mr. ROY KELLERMAN, Mr. WILLIAM GREER and Mr. WILLIAM OLEARY, Secret Service agents, were the only personnel other than medical personnel present during the autopsy.

The following individuals attended the autopsy:

Commander JAMES J. HUMES, Chief Pathologist, Bethesda Naval Hospital, who conducted autopsy;

Capt. JAMES H. STONER, JR., Commanding Officer, U. S. Naval Medical School, Bethesda;

Mr. JOHN T. STRINGER, JR., Medical photographer;

JAMES H. EBERSOLE;

LLOYD E. RAIHE;

J. T. BOZWELL;

J. G. RUDNICKI;

PAUL K. OCONNOR;

J. C. JENKINS;

JERROL F. CRESTER;

EDWARD F. REED;

JAMES METZLER.

During the course of the autopsy, Lt. Col. P. FINCK, U. S. Army Armed Forces Institute of Pathology, arrived to assist Commander HUMES in the autopsy. In addition, Lt. Cmdr. GREGG CROSS and Captain DAVID OSBORNE, Chief of Surgery, entered the autopsy room.

Major General WEHLE, Commanding Officer of U. S. Military District, Washington, D.C., entered the autopsy room to ascertain from the Secret Service arrangements concerning the transportation of the Presidents body back to the White House. AMC CHESTER H. BOYERS, U. S. Navy, visited the autopsy room during the final stages of such to type receipts given by FBI and Secret Service for items obtained.

At the termination of the autopsy, the following personnel from Gawlers Funeral Home entered the autopsy room to prepare the Presidents body for burial:

Brigidier General GODFREY McHUGH, Air Force Military Aide to the President, was also present, as was Dr. GEORGE BAKEMAN, U. S. Navy.

Arrangements were made for the performance of the autopsy by the U. S. Navy and Secret Service.

The Presidents body was removed from the casket in which it had been transported and was placed on the autopsy table, at which time the complete body was wrapped in a sheet and the head area contained an additional wrapping which was saturated with blood. Following the removal of the wrapping, it was ascertained that the Presidents clothing had been removed and it was also apparent that a tracheotomy had been performed, as well as surgery of the head area, namely, in the top of the skull. [Emphasis added. This is the infamous phrase that set David Lifton on his odyssey toward body snatching, wound altering, and trajectory reversing in Best Evidence.] All personnel with the exception of medical officers needed in the taking of photographs and X-Rays were requested to leave the autopsy room and remain in an adjacent room.

Upon completion of X-Rays and photographs, the first incision was made at 8:15 p.m. X-Rays of the brain area which were developed and returned to the autopsy room disclosed a path of a missile which appeared to enter the back of the skull and the path of disintegrated fragments could be observed along the right side of the skull. The largest section of this missile as portrayed by X-Ray appeared to be behind the right frontal sinus. The next largest fragment appeared to be at the rear of the skull at the juncture of the skull bone.

The Chief Pathologist advised approximately 40 particles of disintegrated bullet and smudges indicated that the projectile had fragmentized while passing through the skull region.

During the autopsy inspection of the area of the brain, two fragments of metal were removed by Dr. HUMES, namely, one fragment measuring 7 x 2 millimeters, which was removed from the right side of the brain. An additional fragment of metal measuring 1 x 3 millimeters was also removed from this area, both of which were placed in a glass jar containing a black metal top which were thereafter marked for identification and following the signing of a proper receipt were transported by Bureau agents to the FBI Laboratory.

During the latter stages of this autopsy, Dr. HUMES located an opening which appeared to be a bullet hole which was below the shoulders and two inches to the right of the middle line of the spinal column.

This opening was probed by Dr. HUMES with the finger, at which time it was determined that the trajectory of the missile entering at this point had entered at a downward position of 45 to 60 degrees. Further probing determined that the distance traveled by this missile was a short distance inasmuch as the end of the opening could be felt with the finger.

Inasmuch as no complete bullet of any size could be located in the brain area and likewise no bullet could be located in the back or any other area of the body as determined by total body X-Rays and inspection revealing there was no point of exit, the individuals performing the autopsy were at a loss to explain why they could find no bullets.

A call was made by Bureau agents to the Firearms Section of the FBI Laboratory, at which time SA CHARLES L. KILLION advised that the Laboratory had received through Secret Service Agent RICHARD JOHNSON a bullet which had reportedly been found on a stretcher in the emergency room of Parkland Hospital, Dallas, Texas. This stretcher had also contained a stethoscope and pair of rubber gloves. Agent JOHNSON had advised the Laboratory that it had not been ascertained whether or not this was the stretcher which had been used to transport the body of President KENNEDY. Agent KILLION further described this bullet as pertaining to a 6.5 millimeter rifle which would be approximately a 25 caliber rifle and that this bullet consisted of a copper alloy full jacket.

Immediately following receipt of this information, this was made available to Dr. HUMES who advised that in his opinion this accounted for no bullet being located which had entered the back region and that since external cardiac massage had been performed at Parkland Hospital, it was entirely possible that through such movement the bullet had worked its way back out of the point of entry and had fallen on the stretcher.

Also during the latter stages of the autopsy, a piece of the skull measuring 10 x 6.5 centimeters was brought to Dr. HUMES who was instructed that this had been removed from the Presidents skull. Immediately this section of skull was X-Rayed, at which time it was determined by Dr. HUMES that one corner of this section revealed minute metal particles and inspection of this same area disclosed a chipping of the top portion of this piece, both of which indicated that this had been the point of exit of the bullet entering the skull region.

On the basis of the latter two developments, Dr. HUMES stated that the pattern was clear that the one bullet had entered the Presidents back and had worked its way out of the body during external cardiac massage and that a second high velocity bullet had entered the rear of the skull and had fragmentized prior to exit through the top of the skull. He further pointed out that X-Rays had disclosed numerous fractures in the cranial area which he attributed to the force generated by the impact of the bullet in its passage through the brain area. He attributed the death of the President to a gunshot wound in the head.

The following is a complete listing of photographs and X-Rays taken by the medical authorities of the Presidents body. They were turned over to Mr. Roy KELLERMAN of the Secret Service. X-Rays were developed by the hospital, however, the photographs were delivered to Secret Service undeveloped:

Mr. KELLERMAN stated these items could be made available to the FBI upon request. The portion of the skull measuring 10 x 6.5 centimeters was maintained in the custody of Dr. HUMES who stated that it also could be made available for further examination. The two metal frgments removed from the brain area were hand carried by SAs SIBERT and ONEILL to the FBI Laboratory immediately following the autopsy and were turned over to SA KURT FRAZIER.
