Lets go to the alleged source of the shots. 3 guys hanging out windows about 10 feet under the Sniper's Nest. You speak of reaction. After the 3rd shot, one of the 3 guys said to the others along the lines of, I don't think it was a backfire, it was somebody shooting at the president. Another one of the guys told the WC, "The first shot, I really did not pay any attention to it." No "startle" or "reaction" there. So my question is, where do you believe the shot came from that hit the signal arm?

Do you think that bullet striking the signal arm created a loud cracking metallic sound? Before you answer, stand under any type of metal infrastructure, and ask a friend to fire a round into it. Take note of what you heard, then look through the hundreds of witness statements for such a report.

I'd like your opinion on this; If you were hanging out a 5th floor window diagonally below the Sniper's Nest watching the motorcade, and a high powered rifle was fired 3 times from the SN, is it possible that you could describe the sounds as coming from somewhere below? Thanks

The transcript; UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Did you shoot the President? OSWALD: I work in that building and -- UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Were you in the building at the time? OSWALD: Naturally if I work in that building, yes, sir. If we remove the second question; OSWALD: I work in that building and naturally if I work in that building, yes, sir. hmmm ...

The person X who asked "were you in the building at the time?" was the same person X who asked "did you shoot the president?" immediately before. To be clear, this person X asked this exact same question as another person before him. So if Oswald was directing answers at this person X, let's look at the first response: Question from person X "did you shoot the president? Response "I work in that building". That doesn't make sense right? It appears Oswald was not responding to this person X. Next we have the "were you in the building at the time?" question from person X. Oswald responds with a sarcastic "naturally" as if he felt that his previous answer was sufficient, an answer to someone else. not this person X. In a nutshell, we don't know the context of Oswald's response when he said "I work in that building", and therefore we don't know what the answer "naturally, if I work in that building, yes sir" actually relates to.

Sketchy 1. not thorough or detailed. 2. Informal: dishonest or not reliable.

Ok, and what did Oswald reportedly say about such a package, and/or curtain rods?

Actually listen to the video, the CNN transcript is incorrect. it's obvious when you hear it. Oswald had a black eye, he was not a black guy.

That reporter you quoted asked another question immediately before. Do you believe Oswald responded to that question?

The one on the left would be a studio photo with touch-ups for vanity. The centre one I believe is post assassination at some court appearance. Same lady, the glasses change her appearance, nothing more.
