  1. I believe it was taken at the DPD, maybe Friday night?
  2. Apparently, the guy on the right is not Jack Ruby, so I put Basement Ruby's hat and eye shadow on to see what he looked like, and Presto, 2 Jack Rubys.
  3. A lot of people under that traffic light area. The clanging sound of a super sonic round passing through metal would be notable.
  4. Ruby on Sunday, morning and afternoon. He rushed his shave that morning, he mis-matched his sideburns
  5. It was all about timing to pick your suspect number; Mr. BELIN. What number was over his head? Mr. WHALEY. Well, they--when they walked over the line and they stopped him, No. 2 was over his head, but he was pulling on both of the other men on each side and arguing with this detective, so he didn't stay under any certain number.
  6. So we see that Baker clearly conformed to the official story by the time he testified. His 4th floor stairway man became the 2nd floor lunchroom Oswald. Truly was the first to buckle. He had Oswald in the lunchroom by Saturday. Which leaves us with the identity of the 4th floor stairway man. We are looking for a dark haired white male approx 5'9" 165 pounds that works in the TSBD. I believe I know who that guy is. I'll wait to see if anyone else names him.
  7. Baker's affidavit has a man "walking away from the stairway" on the 3rd or 4th floor. Baker called out and the man walked back towards the stairway. No lunchroom, in fact no room at all. Remarkably, Baker's description of the man matches the ground level witness description of a suspect that Sawyer put out on the radio at approx 12:43. (most likely Brennan) What are the chances of that? We have Truly leading Baker up the stairway, so who would be closer to a man walking away? The answer is Truly. But Truly does not mention he initially saw this man, he continues on, then returned when he heard Baker. Sounds like a puzzle right? Not really. If the man walking away from the stairway was known to Truly as a TSBD employee, why stop? Keep leading the cop to the rooftop where a crazed gunman maybe firing pot shots.
  8. Mr. BAKER - I didn't get anything out of him. Mr. Truly had come up to my side here, and I turned to Mr. Truly and I says, "Do you know this man, does he work here?" And he said yes, and I turned immediately and went on out up the stairs.Mr. BELIN - Then you continued up the stairway?Representative BOGGS -Let me ask one other question. You later, when you recognized this man as Lee Oswald, is that right, saw pictures of him?Mr. BAKER - Yes, sir. I had occasion to see him in the homicide office later that evening after we got through with Parkland Hospital and then Love Field and we went back to the City Hall and I went up there and made this affidavit.Representative BOGGS -After he had been arrested?Mr. BAKER - Yes, sir.
  9. Yes, but there is a big difference in compromising or conforming after the fact, as opposed to being an inside man or complicit in the lead up to the assassination.
  10. Which would then call into question everything Truly stated. Baker's original Friday affidavit precedes and contrasts with Truly's Saturday affidavit. If Truly was the inside man, favour swings to Baker's 3rd or 4th floor encounter, which negates Truly's 2nd floor lunchroom story. It also means that Baker later conformed to Truly's scenario. Further, it was Truly that spoke to Ruth Paine, and later agreed to hire Oswald. By implication, the "inside man" was complicit in positioning the patsy over the motorcade route. Baker stated in testimony that he recognised Oswald, after he was arrested, as the same man he encountered in the TSBD. Therefore, if we believe Baker, it was Oswald on the 3rd or 4th floor, just over a minute after the shooting. Unless of course Baker later conformed to Truly's Oswald ID on the way up the stairs. I'm not convinced ... interesting though
  11. Truly was with Baker. Truly did not report an encounter with any strangers.
  12. No-one saw strangers, except for one old man that entered the ground floor for a leak. What stranger would risk shooting from the 6th floor and hope to escape unnoticed? That plan, IMO, would never be considered in the first place. Until you find evidence of a stranger, you must consider that there were none.
  13. If that's you're train of thought, it's possible, but there are obstacles to overcome. Descending stairs in hard sole shoes generates noise. There was a man who testified he was at the 5th level north/west corner staircase area at the time of the shooting. This man testified he did not use the stairs after the shooting, he used the elevator. The elevators were both on level 5 according to Truly when he peered up the elevator shaft in company with Baker.
  14. Geneva Hine, Credit desk, 2nd floor.
  15. Caster's office was on the 2nd floor. The door to these offices were locked at the time of the shooting. There was a person on the phone, inside the office, immediately after the shooting. Hine tried calling out to that person, knocked and shook the door, but they would not respond.
  16. Good to see you aren't fooled by those who sought to eliminate all traces of a conspiracy. When Craig contacted Fritz that afternoon, and was invited by Fritz to his office to view the suspect, we can safely say that Fritz, at that point in time, was not adverse to exploring the possibility that Oswald was chauffeured from the scene. Fritz then passed the information to his boss, Curry, who then passed the information onto the press on Saturday. Then the shift happened, no conspiracy please. Craig's visit with Fritz was downplayed, a bus transfer was 'found", etc. So we see Fritz then conforming to the no conspiracy storyline, and Roger Craig officially became a kook at 12:40pm Friday the 22nd. So we had a 7.65 Mauser found near the stairs, and 3 spent shells that were discovered side by side, all pointing the same direction, on the Sniper Nest floor. All this before 1:06pm, which makes sense, as the rifle window was actually pointed out to Inspector Sawyer at approx 12:40/42pm. A shift then occurred, the spent shells scattered, and the Mauser became a Carcano. The planners set the assassin patsy up with a weapon. Does anyone seriously think that they would originally set him up with a junk rifle like a Carcano with a mis-aligned scope? The introduction of the Carcano seems hasty and on the fly, but had to to be done. You just need to work out why.
  17. From a planning perspective, to ensure the assassination from the South Knoll area, they would not place you at that elevation to begin with. The planners would regard the bubble-top as a variable. The windscreen is non-variable. The shooter is below you.
  18. Lets say you are the shooter. You are in you're assigned South Knoll area early and its raining; They are paying you to shoot the president right through the head, and you have no idea if the bubble-top will be covering your target before you arrive at you're shooting location. You're location was chosen for a shot over the windscreen. The limo appears, and it has the bubble-top on. Do you take the shot?
  19. Its a mirror out of a Lincoln Continental that matches the one installed on the JFK limo.
  20. Analysing reflective surfaces is very subjective. What seems like a dent could be various reflected shades. For instance, the shadow of the mirror mount stem could account for the dark streak at the arrow. The camera flash can also account for the lighter patch above the selectors, due to that area being at the apex of the rear mirror housing curve, and would then be most likely to reflect directly back to the camera lens.
  21. The effect of the shot that struck close by Tague, and resulted in injury, caused him to retreat behind the abutment. He may not have been consciously aware of that shot, but it contributed to his retreat. Tague's exit from his car, in that area was unexpected. So was it a deflected shot, or a directed shot?
  22. Putting up theories is a good idea. It opens the theory up for scrutiny which helps you forge on, modify, or discard. Regarding Tague; Mr. TAGUE. Well, I was standing there watching, and really I was watching to try to distinguish the President and his car. About this time I heard what sounded like a firecracker. Well, a very loud firecracker. It certainly didn't sound like a rifleshot. It was more of a loud cannon-type sound. I looked around to see who was throwing firecrackers or what was going on and I turned my head away from the motorcade and, of course, two more shots. Tague would have had the motorcade coming towards him on Elm. In order to turn his head away from the motorcade, to source the loud firecracker sound, he would have scanned the area that comprised the wooden fence, trees, and grassy slope. This is the area that multiple witnesses on the overpass saw smoke. The firecracker sound and smoke, I have no doubt, came from that general area. On the other side that area was Bowers who saw a flash of light and smoke. He saw no weapon, no-one saw any weapon. That area is the source of the firecracker/cannon type noise. That area is where Decker sent his deputies, the area where everyone ran to, the area where the smell of gun smoke wafted over the motorcade as it passed by. The smoke and loud noise in that area was a magnet for everyone, it was a cover noise, it was planned that way.
  23. Do you realise how many witnesses you need to discard with this theory that Oswald fired first and intentionally missed? There are dozens of witnesses that associated the first explosive sound heard with JFK raising his arms to his chest/neck and/or slumping. How many explosive sounds did Connally hear before he turned? The answer is one.
