A number of witnesses mention jfk raising his (right) hand/arm after a shot (might have said at same time as shot). This obviously duznt concern the shot at Z219 (the magic bullet) koz this would refer to jfk raising both hands/arms. The raising of the right hand/arm must concern the first shot, ie Oswald's shot-1 at pseudo-Z105. And Towner indeed shows jfk raised hand/arm just after pseudo-Z105.

I revealed that the AR15 had to be merely an inch or so above the level of the Queen Mary windshield to enable the last shot of the autoburst to hit the top of jfk's head. And that the AR15 had to be no higher than say 2 inches above the level of the Queen Mary windshield to enable the 2nd last shot of the autoburst to go under the divider/rollbar of the jfklimo -- & then hit the chrome trim above the rear view mirror. And that some of the shots of the autoburst passed throo the gap between the upturned vizors of the Queen Mary & between the upturned vizors of the jfklimo. And that the first shot of the autoburst caused the wound to Tague's left cheek. And that the autoburst did not go anywhere near the concrete manhole in Elm St (the manhole was about 13ft left of the autoburst).

I revealed that Oswald's shot-1 at pseudo Z105 was at what i called frame T137 of Towner's footage -- T142 being the last frame. And i showed that the Towner footage showed that jfk did indeed raise his (right) hand just after T137 (ie after the first shot)(as per witnesses).

I revealed that in the last frame of Muchmore's footage driver Kinney can be seen getting whiplash looking hard right a second or so after Hickey's autoburst (the muzzle of the AR15 was about 2ft from Kinney's right earhole). Alltho Kinney might be reacting to SSA Roberts barking at SSA Ready to get back onto the running board of Queen Mary.

I revealed that the Bronson footage shows Hickey holding the AR15. It shows Hickey raising up a half head higher at about Z300 -- ie a half head higher than his already high half-sitting half-standing height. It hows Hickey falling backwards after Z313 -- & shows the AR15 swinging upwards during the backwards fall. It shows SSA McIntyre looking at Hickey shooting. It shows SSA McIntyre getting whiplash looking forward to see if any damage has been done after Z313.

Good stuff. A minor point -- in the photo -- Brennan is not seen sitting at exactly the place on the wall where he was actually sitting during Oswald's shot-1 & shot-2 -- during shot-1 & shot-2 Brennan was sitting on top of the solid section of wall -- about 6ft east of where he is sitting in the photo. Hence to look up to Oswald's window he would have had to twist left say 30deg (& look up) -- rather than look straight ahead (& look up). However in the Zapruder footage we can count the number of times that Brennan looks up towards Oswald's window between Z133 & Z212. The count adds to -- zero -- nought -- nil -- zilch -- 00 -- 0.00 plus or minus 0.000. However Brennan might have looked up at Z216 when Oswald fired shot-2 -- in fact Brennan said that Brennan did look up a bit after shot-2 -- & saw a guy (Oswald) withdrawing a rifle (Carcano). Then Brennan did not hear or see Hickey's autoburst at Z300--Z313 koz Brennan at that time was diving behind the end pier of the wall, & laying flat on the grass, with his head tucked in like a tortoise. Brennan failed to say that he bumped heads with Euins (diving behind the same pier), & that Brennan was squashed by the Glovers (jumping offa the same pier).

Read my post from yesterday where i said that Oswald took 48 sec to get to the 2nd level (based on tests). The same tests also showed that 45 sec was about the best time one could do by rushing without actually running. Nearly forgot -- there were 2 lots of tests that gave 48 sec -- by 2 lots of testers -- at 2 different locations (1 at TSBD)(1 at facsimile)-- at 2 different dates.

Bang---Oswald fires at pseudo-Z104 (when JFK is unluckily in line with the support arm of the signals). ………… click--clack--clockk--klunketyklunketyklunk.………. (Oswald then takes aim). Bang—-Oswald fires at Z216 (the magic bullet). ………… click--clack--clockk--klunketyklunketyklunk. Oswald stands up & back from the window (Oswald duznt fire his last bullet). Brennan's wordage tells us that this must be so. Oswald (at Z300-Z313) sees SSA Hickey fire an autoburst of his AR15 that hits JFK in the head. Oswald rushes away quietly (he duznt delay to pick up his 3 hulls & his homemade rifle bag). Oswald wipes the Carcano -- & conceals it near the stairs. Oswald gets to the 2nd floor in 48 sec after Z313. He stops--what to do next? Should he continue down to the first floor? Should he go to the first floor via the front stairs? Should he lay low in the lunch room? His jacket is in the Domino Room. Uh Oh--he hears Adams & Styles klomping down the stairs in a real hurry. Best to visit the coke machine & hope that whoever it is goes clean past. They pass--he comes back out--what to do next? He can't decide--he will be less conspicuous if he takes the front stairs (but he would then have to walk back into & throo the storage area to get his jacket in the Domino Room). He decides to continue down the back stairs. He makes a start but then Truly hollers up the elevator shaft--so he goes back up. Then he hears Baker & Truly galloping up the stairs--he retreats to the coke machine a second time. He walks slow & cool. He would have been better off diving into the lunchroom in a hurry (& laying low)(he knows there is no-one in there), but he knows that if seen rushing (by Truly & Co) it will be a sure sign that he is guilty of something. He nearly makes it--another couple of slow steps & he will be out of sight. Damn--Baker spots a bit of him throo the glass of the door & says to come back. Truly says that Oswald works here--& Baker & Truly gallop off. Oswald gets a coke to look less guilty & more cool if confronted again (& assassinations go better with coke). The back stairs are now dangerous. He heads for the front stairs (either forgetting about his jacket or deciding that his jacket is a dead duck). But just in case more dumb cops are entering along the corridor he goes via the office. Damn--he meets Jeraldean Reid as she returns to her desk. She says something as they pass & he mumbles something back. Its not a good look--he has no business in the office--unless wanting change for the coke machine. Its not even a short cut to the stairs—damn--anyhow no big deal. He goes down the front stairs & mixes with the growing throng in the lobby near the front door. Someone asks him about a phone. Ok--things aint so bad--praps he can take a chance & get his jacket from the Domino Room anyhow. Hmmm--he can get his jacket by going out the front door & down the steps & around & entering via the Houston dock (like he does each morning)(& walking 13 paces to the jacket). Getting caught walking in shouldn’t result in getting bitten by a cop. So--off he goes--but he gets a little ways up Houston & he sees Officer Barnett on sentry duty at the dock (& Barnett looks vicious). So--a quick U-turn & back down Houston. Buell Frazier sees him walking south along Houston. No--the jacket is a dead duck. He decides to get out of there asap--he crosses Houston & then crosses Elm. Tippit is waiting.

However, Brennan's wordage tells us that (1) Oswald stood up & back after he had fired 2 shots -- & that (2) Oswald did not fire at Z313. Brennan was one of the most important witnesses.

The truth is not easy to find. But the truth once found is easy to understand. U dont have the wit to understand. I will continue............. I described/explained Oswald's actions during his 2 shots -- & then his trajekt down the stairs -- & then his trajekt out across Main St. 1 revealed (again) the results of the ricochet of Oswald's shot-1 at Z105 -- including the hole in the floor of the jfklimo. I explained how Hickey's 2nd last shot went under the rollbar/divider -- & how the fragmentation (the slug hit on the underside of the crease ie on the angled underside of the chrome trim) damaged the rearvision mirror. etc etc etc. I put up with dullards on this forum (eg palamara) -- koz i know that the truth will be understood by others.

Ok i am back... I revealed a new witness (Whatley) who was standing at cnr of Elm & Houston. I revealed a new witness (Christopher) who owns the overhead signals (Oswald's shot-1 at Z105 ricocheted offa the support arm guy rod). Christopher confirms that the signals (& the backboard) do not have a bullet hole or any such damage. I revealed that the Carcano bullet copper jacket (or was it brass, i forget) was made in 2 halves, which is why it fragments into 2 halves. I revealed that Hickey's accidental shot was an autoburst of at least 4 shots (a number of researchers reckoned that Hickey fired only 1 shot).

(B) I showed that the Bell film showed............ (1) Hoffman sitting near his lookout on Stemmens (as jfk was entering the triple underpass) -- or (2) showed Hoffman's falcon slowing to a near stop on Stemmens (after jfk had entered the Stemmens onramp) -- & (3) Officer Murphy jumping up onto his 3-wheeler at the eastern barrier of Stemmens (as jfk was entering the triple underpass) -- & (4) Officer Murphy after he had run across to the western barrier of Stemmens (looking up the onramp at jfk)(after jfk had passed under him at (3) -- & (5) SSA Hickey holding & swinging the AR15 soon after Z313 & up untill Hickey disappears into the shade of the triple underpass (i made a giff). (D) I showed that the Darnell film showed………. (1) Bell (& Bell's large friend) standing at location No 3 (on the south side of Main St)(Bell filmed from 3 locations)(a few minutes after Z313). (H) I showed that the Hughes film showed ………… (1) Romack (walking)(i made a giff) on Houston St extn north of the TSBD (as the jfk limo turned into Elm St) & (2) Rackley (standing) & a workmate (Lee)(standing). (L) I made a giff of Lattimer's 18 frames in his 1994 test showing……….. (1)The lapel flip in slow motion – & (2) The Lattimer test took a chunk out of the lapel – & (3) The Lattimer test took 4 zapruder frames from shot to flip – & (4) I showed that because the Lattimer slug hit the lapel then we could expect that the lapel flip seen at Z224 indicates that Oswald's shot-2 was 5 zapruder frames (not 4) before Z224 (ie shot-2 was at Z219). I explained the mysterious 4th shot heard about 4 minutes after the first 3 shots (2 shots plus an autoburst). I have revealed everything that it is possible to reveal re the who-how-where-when of what happened in Dealey Plaza. Oswald fired his shot-1 at Z104, his shot-2 at Z217, & Hickey fired his accidental autoburst at say Z300 to Z313. The above is a small portion of what i have revealed re the JFK saga (i am going to have a break & drink a can of red bitter beer).

Yes Oswald did have chances to say that he saw a guy shoot jfk. U are saying that there was a conspiracy to kill jfk & that Oswald was not in on it? Or that Oswald was in on it but did not get to hold a rifle? Ok a question for u -- if Oswald was a patsy then how did the conspirators arrange for Oswald to be arrested?

I have already just an hour ago explained fully why Oswald said that he was a patsy. I dont know anything about Lafitte & Co -- but for sure Oswald was not a part of any conspiracy.

Oswald was a (half) patsy koz he did try to kill jfk with his 2 shots (at Z105 [in the past i have said Z113] & at Z218). Then as Oswald stood up & back from the window (& did not fire his last [third] bullet) he saw Hickey blow jfk's head off at Z313 -- hence Oswald did indeed know that he was a (half) patsy. The CIA & FBI etc would have had zero influence on Hickey -- but might have had some kind of influence on Oswald earlier. And of course if the SS wanted to cover up SSA Hickey's accidental homicide then yes Oswald was the perfect patsy. But, Oswald was the perfect patsy for one main reason, & that reason is that Oswald was killed before Oswald could say much. If Oswald had gone to trial then he would not have been the perfect patsy -- i reckon that it would have emerged that Oswald did not blow jfk's head off -- in other words it would have emerged that Oswald scored zero out of 10 on the patsy scale. If the police etc say did not find any rifle or casings in the TSBD etc, & if the police did not find the killer of Tippit, & if Oswald had not been caught or even suspected, & if Oswald carried on working at the TSBD as if nothing had happened, then there would have been no patsy. Or in other words the blame could be placed on persons unknown. Much better than having Oswald in the dock blabbing his head off about how he did not fire the headshot etc. The perfect patsy was actually persons unknown.

There are lots of conspiracy theories re say killing jfk -- & some of them (including this thread) might have some truth -- but i know that none of them affected why-shot or who-how-where-when-shot. Alltho i admit that anything involving Oswald & the CIA or FBI etc might have affected Oswald's mind & hence his actions. But no conspiracy affected Hickey's accidental homicide -- except that if Oswald had not fired etc then of course Hickey would not have stood up with his finger on the trigger of his AR15.

Do u know of a conspiracy theory (ie re why-shot) that probably affected the who-how-where-when-shot in Dealey Plaza?

My version of who-shot how-shot where-shot when-shot is 100% correct re Oswald's shot-1 & shot-2 & re Hickey's 4 or 5 or 6 shot accidental auto burst. This present thread like all conspiracy threads are basically why-shot -- or could be why-shot if the conspiracy contributed materially to the who-how-where-when-shot (ie re what happened in Dealey Plaza on that Friday). But no conspiracy theory (including i suppose this one)(i havent read it) has (yet) contributed anything worth mentioning re what happened in Dealey Plaza. In other words no conspiracy theory (that i have ever bothered to read) has yet risen to the level of being worthy of explaining any kind of why-shot.

U can see some of the arguments re hickey if u search this forum for hickey (look for my comments). But i think that there are better photos & arguments if u search the jfkassassinationforum (look for my comments).

lol. And yes a bold statement. U will not find one iota of error or wrong in any aspect of my ending of the endless puzzle. I dont want to pollute this present thread (any longer than i already have) -- so if u find any problem with any of my postings on any threads here please bring it to my attention.

If u search hickey on this forum u get about 500 hits -- have a look at my comments. Or -- click on my face -- & read my over 200 comments. Not one iota of my theory will ever need changing imo -- it is perfect. I solved the jfk saga in late 2020 -- however some minor points had to be changed in late 2022 -- & now my theory is perfect imo. If u can find a problem with my theory then my theory is out -- one strike and every/any theory is out. It was an accidental homicide, not an assassination.

I am ok with revelations about possible conspiracies -- but i doubt that any conspiracy affected who shot who in Dealey Plaza. Who shot who has been explained by myself -- Hickey shot jfk (search for hickey on this forum).

But i have zero tolerance for krappynomicysts & their krappynomix -- eg idiots like Schacht. Re the jfk saga -- i solved the whole thing (ie what happened in Dealey Plaza on that day) in late 2022 -- but i do glance at the forums -- there have been a number of revelations etc by some very clever members. But revelations karnt of course change what [i said] happened in Dealey Plaza -- what [i said] happened being 100% true. This present thread is i think about some kind of conspiracy, & it might be 100% true -- but it wont of course change what [i said] happened in Dealey Plaza.

Krappynomix is a word that i invented -- to be used in place of krappy ECONOMICS. Krappy is based on the standard jargon KRAP or KRAPP. Nomix is my way of spelling --NOMICS, ie the last parts of econ-nom-ics. Were u around in Shakespeare's era? U would have loved giving him advice. But, back to my question(s)......... ..... Why are u on this forum if u believe the official jfk record keepers? ..... Is it to push the official jfk narrative(s)? ..... Why duz this jfk ed forum exist if everyone should believe the official jfk record keepers?

My main concern was that some readers might get the impression that Schacht was a genius -- he was the typical economist, an idiot. Otherwise i dont care much about the war -- except that i have spent years reading the non-official records. But i have zero tolerance for krappynomix. But, i thort that this whole jfk ed forum was about members knowing more than the official record keepers.
