Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Thursday almost unanimously adopted the law allowing the Ukrainian commanders to use the weapon in case of disobedience of subordinates and concerning deserters. 260 deputies at 226 necessary voted for it.

In the explanatory note it is said that military chiefs are allocated with powers personally to apply measures of physical impact, special means, and in a fighting situation to use the weapon or to give to subordinates the order on application of such means if in a different way can't cope with soldiers.

As it appeared, as illegal actions it should be taken into account the criminal offenses of soldiers connected with disobedience, resistance or threat of violence to the chief, and also unauthorized leaving of fighting positions and places of a dislocation of parts.

One of authors of the document submitted for consideration in Rada on January 29 is the scandalous people's deputy Yury Bereza on whom in Russia criminal case for a terrorism justification is brought.

In the last some months official Kiev was seriously disturbed by a desertion problem in divisions of VSU. The day before the order of the first deputy head of the Anti-terrorist center at SBU lieutenant general Sergey Popko on creation of blocking detachments in the territory of Kramatorsk was at disposal of "Kiberberkut". The most active military operations go in Kamenka, Chernukhino, Debaltsevo, Uglegorsk, the Red Guerrilla. In Debaltsevo fights on the western suburb of the city proceed.

For two days penetration from Artemovsk is stopped of three columns with ammunition and the food. At the same time some Ukrainian transports manage to break in Debaltsevo, supply of VSU group is limited here but proceeds.

On the southern site of a bag of a position of the parties for two days didn't change. Active fights proceed in Kamenka, but the most part of the village remains under control of VSU.


Chernukhino

The difficult situation developed in Chernukhino. The settlement is controlled by variegated paramilitary groups: fighters of the battalion "Aydar", "a battalion of Dudaev", mercenaries from Belgium and Poland.

The post in the north Chernukhino is controlled by a militia, other departures - under control the probanderovskikh of parts. Even with an individual transport it is difficult for inhabitants to abandon Chernukhino. To a militia post where constantly there are firefights, units reach.

Through the southern Ukrainian post in the morning the column of civil cars left on February 4, but could pass with great difficulty. The red Guerrilla - Popasnaya

To the North from Debaltsevo there are active, but mainly position fights. Rebels from the Red Guerrilla attack VSU positions in Troitsk, but full approach can't still be organized because of a big congestion of forces of the opponent here.

To Popasnaya there are exchanges of mortar artillery attacks. On February 4 here rebels destroyed 2 tanks, the opponent's UAV is brought down. On February 5 Kirovsk underwent attack (to the east of Popasny and Pervomaisk).

Volnovakh - Starobeshevo

In recent days activity of the Ukrainian artillery not only in the direction of Dokuchayevsk and Elenovki, but also to Starobeshevo's direction is noted. Was exposed to attack Komsomol where fights weren't since the end of summer of 2014 twice.

On Bakhmutovskaya Route exchanges of mortar and rocket artillery attacks proceed. Positions of the parties almost didn't change. Under massive attacks the militia was compelled to leave the village of Novotoshkovskoye, but it wasn't occupied by the opponent. At the moment the village is the neutral territory. Strategic height 175.9 near Novotoshkovsky remains behind a militia.

The 29th post too is left by rebels because of continuous attacks, but the artillery of LNR doesn't allow to come on it and Ukrainian of army. Thus the post too remains neutral. The militia continues to control the 31st post and page. Fillet.

On February 6, in the Government house deputies of National Council unanimously voted for adoption of the Memorandum of DNR of bases of the state construction, political and historical continuity.

Deputies of the Donetsk National Republic accepted the memorandum of continuity of DNR to the Donetsk and Krivorozhsky Republic 1917-1920 (DKR).
During debate small amendments were made to the document. All 66 being present deputies of National Council of DNR unanimously voted for adoption of this document.

It is the political document on continuity of the Donetsk and Krivorozhsky and Donetsk Republics. We feel as part of that historical construct which was proclaimed in 1917" — the chairman of national council of DNR Andrey Purgin declared.

He noted that the management of DNR conducts negotiations with Lugansk for synchronization of legislative activity.

"The memorandum of bases of the state construction and continuity to the Donetsk and Krivorozhsky republic will be accepted as well in LNR" — Purgin added.

In turn, the speaker of National council of LNR Alexey Karyakin reported that the question of adoption of the memorandum will be considered at the next session of parliament of the self-proclaimed republic.

"Considering that we with colleagues always closely cooperated with the Donetsk national republic, of course, we will consider also this question. The memorandum was proclaimed today therefore so quickly we won't manage to formulate our answer, I can't be responsible for all depuy corps. The matter will be submitted for discussion of National council" — Karyakin reported to the press center of "Novorossiya".

The text of the Memorandum with the made amendments is given below:

"We, the deputies of National Council of the Donetsk National Republic of the first convocation elected on a general democratic and free election on November 2, 2014 in view of the principles of international law embodied in the Charter of the United Nations, proclaim the Memorandum of bases of the state construction, political and historical continuity.

Relying on the will of the people of Donbass expressed on a referendum on May 11, 2014 in the Act of declaration of the state independence of the Donetsk National Republic, the Declaration on the sovereignty of the Donetsk National Republic of April 7, 2014, realizing need of progressive development of law-making and process of the state construction, we confirm a historical link of the state formations of the Donetsk and Krivorozhsky Republic and Donetsk National Republic.

On February 12, 1918 at the IV congress of councils of the Donetsk and Krivorozhsky pool on the basis of idea of economic economic integration the Donetsk and Krivorozhsky Republic (DKR) was created. Fedor Sergeyev (Artem) stood at the origins of construction of the multinational national state.

Territories of the Kharkov and Ekaterinoslavsky provinces, Krivorozhye of the Kherson province, part of districts of the Taurian province and industrial regions of Area of Army of Donskoy were a part of the Republic. The Donetsk and Krivorozhsky Republic officially didn't stop the existence, despite the German occupation, military operations and other social cataclysms.

Her ideas lived in a fit of temper and souls of millions of people. In Ukraine hotly discuss how the commander of one of battalion companies with the loud name "Kievan Rus'" Evgeny Tkachuk brought the division out of the closed debaltsevsky copper – to the back.

On Inter TV channel in a plot it was told that residents of Uglegorsk mediated and transferred on behalf of a militia to representatives of "Kievan Rus'" about existence at those chance to remain live and to leave the city. From interview of the representative of the battalion "Kievan Rus'" on shopping Mall Inter:

Locals warned us. In the evening came and told us: if you remain here till the morning — we will simply destroy you. Those who remains live, we will cut out.

After that Tkachuk made the decision on withdrawal of a unit which commander he is.

After a conclusion of fighters of "Kievan Rus'" from an environment Tkachuk appeared in hands of Ukrainian "commissioners" who declared it the traitor of interests of Ukraine. Still! After all Tkachuk went against the sacred order of Pyotr Alekseevich Poroshenko – "more mogilization – good and different", having kept lives to tens citizens of Ukraine.

Now threatens Evgeny Tkachuk who is in an insulator of the city of Kramatorsk till 10 years of imprisonment.

Thus the fighters brought by Tkachuk declare that their commander made only the right decision as at them didn't remain neither ammunition, nor provisions, and means of communication weren't initially. On the Ukrainian generals this information didn't work. The fighters of "Kievan Rus'" who left an environment are threatened by different imprisonment terms.

"In the first day, on Tuesday, there arrived many people, about 600 people. Refugees are placed in the empty chambers of two city hospitals, the center of rehabilitation, hotel and hostels of the city. About 40 people lodged in dispensaries of Enakiyevsky steel works. The bed linen and warm clothes is provided to them" — Korovyakovsky noted.

He also emphasized that inhabitants of the private sector of Enakiyevo urge to provide housing for refugees whenever possible: "Such people at us it appeared much which have opportunity to place immigrants from Uglegorsk".

"Concerning food: in Enakiyevo three social dining rooms where daily feed inhabitants and city visitors work — Korovyakovsky noted. — Refugees from Uglegorsk eat according to separate coupons. The clothes and products are collected by volunteers of public organizations. Yesterday the staff of regional committee of the Red Cross brought warm jackets and blankets".

The situation around Enakiyevo remains still intense. "Because the Ukrainian artillery regularly fires at the city, we have interruptions in electricity and gas — the head of We Will Help Each Other fund told. — On streets columns and multiple damages of lines are tumbled down. Municipal services try to eliminate breakages in time, but big expenses are for this purpose necessary. Everything hangs by a thread".

The Head of administration Enakiyevo Roman Hramenkov gives help in evacuation of residents of Uglegorsk. He personally takes part in search operation, helps people to get out of cellars, persuades local population to leave a zone of military operations. Now in Uglegorsk practically there is no light, water and gas. From bombardments inhabitants hide in underground shelters. In the city a set of destructions — at schools, kindergartens, municipal institutions, high-rise buildings stand without glasses, continuous ruin everywhere.

We will remind, on January 30 after heavy fighting and cleaning of the city from divisions of VSU over the city hall of Uglegorsk the colors of the Donetsk National Republic are hoisted. The Ukrainian security officers continue to fire at the city.

At this time animal elements of material human nature are actively cultivated and cultivated. These elements are expressed in aspiration of people to the maximum satisfaction of the material requirements to the detriment of spiritual needs of soul.

In intellectual part each Society starts understanding ancient sources of an origin of the breed profoundly. And on requirement inherent in the demonic beginning to prove all the superiority, people begin with quite peaceful discussions about superiority of the historical ancestor over ancestors of all other breeds of people which we understand nationalities. In such state it is possible and even is welcomed to kill own brother and even the father as proof of the devotion to nazi idea. Minds of fanatics are united by a devil by which active destructive forces they become. If the nationalist is still capable to recognize objectively along with advantages of the people and its shortcomings, and even the nazi — never agrees with estimates of the reasons of historical defeats, owing to different mistakes which are peculiar to any people on the earth. He won't see a log in an own eye and won't miss chance to pull out an eye of the enemy, having found in it a grain of sand.

Between religious extremism and Nazism the difference is that if the first of them on ignorance and delusion think that protect and defend God on the earth, nazis put the self-interests will above all and always send where far away God if He isn't equitable to their national interests. But also that, and another is a Satanism in pure form. If nazis unite temporarily for elimination of the general enemy, after a victory over it all of them will equally kill each other. Eventually, one of them will begin to prove the superiority now over yesterday's associates whom they will declare nedochelovekam in comparison with them.

I don't know, on what counted Bander and Shukhevich, serving fascist Germany which considered Slavs as bad people?! On what the modern followers who declared them the national heroes count them?! In the Writing it is clearly told that God created the person, and people on the national shelters after crash of the symbolical Babel tower dispersed and to this day prove each other the heroic past and mythical merits. God doesn't know other merits of people besides their virtues and that is considered those, each person if it wasn't left finally by reason has to know.

Even if to set the object to justify actions of the Ukrainian authorities forming certain moods in the opinion of the people and to criticize the same in Russia for itself, it turns out at all efforts not in favor of the first. The evil measure on a bowl of scales of the Ukrainian politicians which they filled with the actions for short term is too great …

There are facts which are indisputable and obvious to all parties of an antagonism. Donbass is destroyed, people perish, and it is the obvious evil. This evil — the reason of modern disagreements.

The measure of the evil was overflowed, and it began to overflow that it was already impossible to suffer further, and the criminal power demolished. But to this power there was a power not less criminal and antinational, and to it — same the corruption and treacherous, operating against interests Nations.

To the last Maidan nationalists Banderovites were only on a roadside of processes and actively didn't interfere with questions of the state construction and management. Nowadays their time has come time has come them, and they came "to bring an order to the country".

When still the Crimea was Ukrainian, and Donbass was industrially developed edge, nationalists also chanted "a moskalyaka on a gilyaka". Their activists like Sashko Bely already then volunteers were at war in Chechnya and threatened to stop by on the tank in Moscow. Now clearly "to a moskalyak on a gilyaka", and then, what not so? Whether they adequately, what such understand the national sovereignty for which really it would be worth putting the lives if completely transferred the state under external management?! Neither Russia nor who another shouldn't get into sovereign affairs of Ukraine, but there a stone on a stone doesn't remain from real statehood after the last Maidan.

Neither Hitler, nor Barack Obama never sincerely would recognize in the Ukrainian of the full-fledged person, and in Ukraine — the full-fledged state. It is what there has to be a thinking scale to get into "a mouth to a crocodile" for the second time and from it to threaten Russians?! The first crocodile crushed to Bander and Shukhevich in the mouth, bones of the history of Nazism crackled. New kamikazes who decided to repeat a feat of the national madmen were An - No.

That wanted itself Bander? Yes as well as any other vlastolyubets — the authorities and influences, even if under Hitler's heel. Such people look for self-satisfaction of vanity, and the people and the homeland — only a pretext and a rattle. It were the same traitors of the homeland, as well as thieves who nowadays seized upon the power, parasites and traitors of interests of unfortunate Ukraine.

Nowadays Ukraine won't do without direct democracy to which its people will come after becomes stupid and will howl from results of work of the last government. Here who should be sent on justice to a gilyaka, so it is own political class of modern Ukraine, all to one!

Even if to assume, what Russia — the enemy, at least, is the enemy clear, and whether the Ukrainian patriots imagine degree of insidiousness and danger of the enemy who offers them "partnership and friendship"? It even not the state and its political institutes of the power, is anti-human system for which enemies are even own citizens whom it will destroy systematically and purposefully. This is that "crocodile" who if will swallow Ukraine and all her citizens, without fail will digest in the digestive tract. The person it is possible to digest in manure, but the return process doesn't exist, you won't make of manure again the person?! Manure ceases to understand even sexual distinctions, it doesn't know a difference between the father and mother, the man and the woman. Political correctness of "crocodile" introduces gradual innovations in social life of society and inspires desire to change even laws of language in consciousness of citizens, having eliminated from it the words indicating a sex of the person.

"Crocodile" changes consciousness of mankind and declares that he — only in this world who knows that is decently, and that is indecent that such is politically correct, and that isn't politically correct. Manure is stuffed with the engaged information and correct his outlook. Even food it is given only that which "crocodile", genetically modified and unhealthy considers it necessary the person. For mutants the main vital values consist in food, sex and entertainments until they don't go to the Hell, the lowest and aggressive sphere of own consciousness.

Christian precepts say: love the God all heart; arrive with others as would like that arrived with you; love the enemy. Probably, Banderovites understood the last precept so, what it is necessary to love "crocodile" who, perhaps, because of mutual love will take and won't eat them?!

Ukrainians shouldn't be reproached for love to Ukrainian and idea of an ukrainstvo. Besides, not all Ukrainians — Stepan Bandera's adherents, and for this reason they aren't Banderovites. Most likely, for them Banderovites as a bone in a throat, even for politicians, which without difference on what necks of devils to reach the power. Their "godfathers" the Americans who allowed them to rise for a while from ashes don't love Banderovites and Europeans, and even. They aren't loved by anybody, even their father Dyavol. For this reason they are worthy compassions, their reason stays in darkness of own consciousness, at those its levels where the gloom covers a gloom.

It is difficult for person to understand that this such if only to present abstractly. Probably, it would be wrong not to welcome the Ukrainian patriotism, as well as Russian, and any other, but it is important to understand in what real national interests consist?! When confuse concepts national egoism to patriotism, everything turns over upside down. And already precisely patriotism and the blood lust which is difficult giving in to understanding pathological hatred to everything that is connected with Russian, readiness to deprive of life of everyone who doesn't share your subjective belief, and violent imposing of these belief to society, contradict one another.

If in a multiroom house neighbors attack on residents who don't speak their language, consider as a private property the living space which got to them by inheritance from parents in one civilized country of the world, such act couldn't be welcomed. But when the attacking and attacking team is called the protected party, and those who forcedly occupied defense and it is protected, call terrorists, all the same that at rape to declare it the victim of the tyrant.

To Yanukovych held down hands and feet and let know that if will sound though one shot on a Maidan, it is expected by Slobodan Milosevic's destiny. And the power which came to it to replacement set a condition: if war against Russians doesn't begin, and Russia won't be involved in military opposition, they are expected by the same troubles promised Yanukovych. Where then independent Ukraine and why patriots don't take down the power which frankly betrayed national interests of the state?

The huge number of citizens of Ukraine evades from mobilization, and it — not a sign of cowardice of Ukrainians, but understanding of the purpose of war. Against recruits have claims of mother and wives of recruits and each time protest more actively. If conversation went about defensive war, we would see absolutely other picture.

In the direction of the movement of refugees clearly that nobody runs towards invaders and doesn't look for at them protection. Civil war always happens in the country in which its population has no common ground in an assessment of the historical past. The impossibility to agree and come to peace consensus, an insuperable abyss in outlook, breaks a peace tide of life. If ruling regime of the country unconditionally sides with one of opponents, ignoring opinion of the second party, civil war becomes inevitable.

Such impression, what the congress of the USA and European Parliament even prior to the conflict solved for themselves who is guilty?! It is obvious that walls of these establishments left reason and justice. When in money, the power and sex strength of the person disappears, in them force of a devil prevails. Festive celebrations are accompanied by abundance of food and alcohol. But when people forget, why they gathered, and lean on food and alcohol, it becomes without difference for what they were invited, actually?! The holiday turns into a fight, beastliness and orgy. It also happens to world political systems.

Politicians forget for what they are elected by the people, they turn into certain ringleaders with the drugged reason. The separation of own interests of politicians from interests of the people will create between the power and society sooner or later an abyss in which the whole state can disappear as in "a belly of a crocodile". To force to profess alien vital values and ideals — all the same what to force to pray to foreign "god".

On what directors of civil war in Ukraine counted? That the considerable part of the Ukrainian society won't begin to pray on Bander as doesn't consider it not only the national hero, but even the person. It was important to provide a freedom of action for them to nazis, and not only Ukrainian, to let to them to feel terrible force and to provide the arena for military operations.

After the homeland at the airport of Donetsk was left by the last cyborgs (many - feet forward) all attention concentrated on "the Debaltsevsky ledge".

Here VSU kept positions since summer, having deeply dug and having well become stronger. Certainly, about any copper last year and the speech wasn't - the Debaltsevsky group was perfectly supplied to several free roads and created real threat in case of approach of VSU on this direction of possibility of separation of LNR from DNR and an environment of Gorlovka and Donetsk.

By the present moment about it the speech doesn't go - VSU showed full unavailability to come in general somewhere. Besides, approach with the purpose to cut the territory of LDNR in two completely lost strategic sense - the army of Junta really has no forces on break expansion, and counter blows to flanks with guarantee conduct to huge losses already in new coppers. That is, to hold Debaltsevo with prospect of further approach there is no sense.

Besides, for the last two weeks of VSN it was succeeded not only to narrow sharply borders of controlled territories, but also "to pull together a bag mouth". Then command of VSU and ukrosma was exorcized amicably about "heroic defense" and about at "urgent counteraction to separatisto-terrorists in attempts to arrange the next copper".

Here only anybody didn't set such task for VSN. Simply to surround many thousands group there is no sense. Then already VSN get under flank blows of okruzhenets and unblocking group, sustaining big losses. Everything was made much smaller blood - more simply and more elegantly. Dug round in Debaltsevo and vicinities of army of Junta are gradually destroyed by fire of artillery and RSZO. In the same way, from two parties the only route on which there is a supply of group through is exposed to fire. It allows, avoiding losses of staff from both parties systematically to destroy artillery and armored machinery of Junta, to fill which Kiev isn't able - all warehouses of long storage are opened for a long time, training centers are cleaned without remainder, tanks on restoration take away from the open areas on which they decayed more than a quarter of the century.

Not less difficult situation develops at Junta and with ammunition. According to their data, each howitzer of VSN in days spends 15 tons of ammunition (roughly - 150 shots), working round the Debaltsevsky copper. Even if to agree that at troops of Junta of trunks is less, than at the opponent and to be limited to 200 units in a copper (and today it is a full-fledged copper), only shells daily for adequate counterbattery firing and prevention of sorties of the opponent and continuous developing attacks, 3 thousand tons daily are required. It is one thousand trucks only of shells! And after all 7-9 thousand soldiers still are required to be fed and given to drink, supplied with cartridges and medicines, to bring fresh equipment instead of destroyed and failed.!

We perfectly understand that the road has no such capacity. Therefore inevitably troops in it is mute will test the increasing lack of ammunition supply, and army of Junta in general it is simple because of losses in way on the shot road - to lose ammunition and equipment, so valuable to it. VSN completely arranges such situation. It is possible to work also two months on a copper, having mown clean some honeycombs of pieces of equipment and artillery. Plus as much again will simply fail and will decay on a place as a result of noncombat losses. Taking into account losses on other sectors of the front, troops of Junta will remain simply without armored machinery and self-propelled artillery.

Reached already before that today the Russian officers openly entered Debaltsevo. In the city four points in which there will be buses were defined. Evacuation will take place step by step in presence of OSCE and officers of the Russian Federation, the second-in-command of a staff of a militia of DNR Eduard Basurin reported.

When these lines are written, buses have to begin in 4 places of Debaltsevo loading the eakuiruyemykh of residents. As it is specified on the site of the city authorities of Donetsk, in the morning the head of administration Igor Martynov left with a column 11 buses to Uglegorsk to evacuate peace citizens. Residents of Uglegorsk will be transported and settled in the territory of the Donetsk national republic.

"In the city of Debaltsevo four points in which there will be buses and on which it will be written Gorlovka and Artemovsk were defined. Procedure will begin at 11.00. Evacuation will take place step by step in presence of OSCE and officers of the Russian Federation. Evacuation will take place from 11.00 till 15.00. Then buses will part. The termination is planned at 18.00. We expect that the quantity evacuated will be about one thousand people" — Basurin reported.

Evacuation means that the Junta made the decision further to continue to defend the city and a ledge turned into a trap which lost military meaning.

That is, if to reject policy, to hold sense and further troops in Debaltsevo are absent at all. To stay there until the end of April means to lose all war once and for all.

But so far ambitions of politicians in Kiev are higher than common sense and even an instinct of self-preservation.

The correspondent of "joint venture" spent one day on a front line with rebels of DNR.

According to instructions of the press service DNR, place names, numbers of parts and real names of rebels are lowered.

To the village of N I leave Donetsk early in the morning. One by one the small miner's cities, in different degree victims of fights rush behind a window. The Donetsk driver agreed to take us only to bus station of the district. Further, speaks, I won't go not at any price – don't judge too severely! There mines, "ukrovsky" posts, easily it is possible to lose not only cars, but also lives.

Well, and it is fine. Having bypassed the local market and having bought a few products and cigarettes for our children, we go to the parking with "chequered pattern". From local taxi drivers only one agreed to carry us. My old friend "Kostroma", whose division stood in that village, I said to me that it is more than 150 hryvnias not to give to taxi drivers. Sergey, the driver of "Field" asked 200. 150, I told, it is unreal – too risky. Having bargained, it is rather for the sake of appearance, we agreed because other options all the same it wasn't expected. And here I and my familiar colleague journalist from Vladivostok Sasha whom we incidentally happened to meet in the middle of war, we go to a front line to my friends.

About this village I heard from news earlier. In my opinion, about it even there was a plot on one of the central channels. It is between positions of two armies in the lowland and doesn't represent for one of the parties of interest as any group which entered it appears under the opponent's sight. It made sense to occupy it only to stake out the base for further advance. There too many refused to carry the Russian film crew.

In an amicable way to go there half an hour. But at us on it left about an hour. The driver of the road plainly doesn't know. Or rather, knows, but won't think on what it is possible to go: the district represents a chessboard, never you know, where ours, and where fennel, so danger to come to them "on a spark" a bike. The road awful, besides a few days ago frosts were succeeded by plentiful snowfalls which don't stop practically for a minute, snow large, wet and sticky.

We go long. Sergey continually consults by phone to colleagues how it is better to go. Snow continues to bring down, roads it is almost not visible. Around only boundless steppes and waste heaps. And kopanka. In the district of these a kopanok as dirt. They, by the way, function. On one of them in detail explained to us how quicker and more safely to reach. On the road two miners in "the full calculation" occurred once — I published them even for Blacks took. By the way, one pretty large mine, however, here is near it since summer works only in the life support maintenance mode: pumping of water and ventilation of excavations is conducted. Miners receive 2/3 monthly salaries.

Through some time we get to the required village. We brake at shop. It only all around. And though three times a week, it actually the center work. Local meet and communicate here. The range is rather poor: cigarettes (the most usual, 3-4 look), bread, milk, eggs, grain, canned food, candies, household chemicals. Well, and of course, beer, vodka and cheap wine in packages – where without it. Generally, it is possible to live, but hardly it will be to taste to residents of big cities. Rebels — generally people not rural, but they quickly get used. Local little men stand in a queue for products, mixed up with them. Little men – clear business, behind vodka. Rebels have Prohibition.

"Kostroma" meets us at an entrance to shop, having leaned the machine gun against a little table behind which in a peace time local men, probably, played dominoes or discussed the latest news. He drinks a cheap energy drink from plasticity of a bottle. Here it is drunk by all – probably, as compensation for impossibility to consume alcohol or normal coffee. On my reasonable remark that, consuming this nasty thing in liters, harm for health will be more, than from vodka, "Kostroma" waves away supposedly so every day under death we go.

We wait for fellow soldiers – they buy something in shop. Leave. The rebel "Electrician" shows us an old sleeve: "Here, in the earth I found when the blindage was dug! I rusted but if to rub properly, it is possible to see year …".

We go to an arrangement. Usual such Soviet village. Houses with the rotted-through straw roof aren't present, palaces too. So, averages one-storeyed with extensions, what in bulk in any of villages of the Moscow region. Some houses endured a direct hit – stand completely destroyed, ruins are strewn lightly with snow. But it is a little of them. Houses on - to the neighbourhood stand with the beaten-out glasses and the warped frames, whipped with splinters. However, recently here it is silent. But also remained to the people a little, the majority left even at the beginning of war. And before war there lived about 600 people here, how many really remained – anybody won't tell. But judging by my own supervision, it is hardly more than one hundred

Silence, occasionally by there pass people with kegs on a sledge – the conduit was killed even in the summer so on water all to a well go. Local greet rebels, cheerfully about something stir – at once it is visible, contact is come. As I already spoke, especially strong destructions aren't present. There is a truck which grew into the earth, nearby a playground long ago: the sandbox brought by snow, a double swing, the driven painted tires, a fir-tree with the fluttering tinsel. Nearby anybody. Once here the shell arrived – but also then was nobody, and nobody was lost, thank God. Nevertheless, children in the village are. Here by there passed a young girl delaying for herself a sledge the child.

Silently. It is somehow unreal silently, even dogs it isn't audible. And from it it is terrible, apparently, that any minute the artillery will earn, turning this corner into a fiery hell.

We approach one of houses of rebels. When those before the Newest year entered the village, locals showed them the thrown houses. "How in general the local met?" — I ask. "Normally! Not bread salt, but also nobody stated displeasure, met us, placed" — one of rebels tells. "Everything somehow absolutely routinely was. Only on the road our motolyga (MTLB) slightly was I didn't run into a mine. Well patrol I noticed. Two more under caterpillars got. So nevertheless not without adventures" …

On a porch the rebel "Chernomor" in unloading and with a manual machine gun of Kalashnikov, on which wide wooden butt a sticker with DNR flag as it appeared – the commander of a platoon smokes. The rebel "Czech" gave us indispensable attribute of the journalist in the conditions of military operations – helmets. We sit in a blindage, the machine gun on a lap, we smoke, we poison jokes, glancing towards the opponent. Who knows that it is going to do there. Suddenly will advance to the attack at night. Or now. Or their DRG will creep up to us, and it is possible to make it imperceptibly in a maskhalata in twilight. Even when I go outside on need with a cigarette in teeth, I think of what I after all an ideal target on this hill moreover with a cigarette in the dark. And even without. Ours were compelled to recede with several killed and wounded. The killed some more days didn't manage to be carried away from the line of fire, it was necessary to creep up in a maskhalata and to tie a rope to feet. I still don't know who wasn't lucky that day, perhaps, to someone with whom for couple of days before we together drank tea in kitchen or smoked on a porch …

Basurin also reported that rebels of DNR established control over Chernukhino. "Under control of forces of a militia passed Chernukhino which northwest suburbs were left by the Ukrainian troops which departed in Debaltsevo" last night — Basurin reported.

He noted that despite attempts of the Ukrainian group settlements: Uglegorsk, Kalinovka and Lozovoye remain under complete control of divisions of DNR army.

"On the Debaltsevsky direction the opponent conducted active military operations in areas of settlements of Chernukhino, Maloorlovk, Kumshatskoye, Novogrigorovk, Logvinovo, Kalinovk and Redkodub. As a result of counterattack of divisions of armed forces of DNR the Ukrainian security officers were forced out from the settlement Lower by Lozovoye, in 5 kilometers to the north of Debaltsevo" — he told.

Basurin also noted that security officers continue to fire at residential quarters of Donetsk, the Donetsk airport and suburbs from jet systems and artillery.

MOSCOW, February 8 /TASS/. The Russian Emergencies Ministry relief convoy bound for Donbas has arrived at the Russian state border in the Rostov region, Oleg Voronov, the deputy head of the ministry’s national crisis management center, told TASS.

"The customs formalities at the Donetsk and Matveyev Kurgan border crossing posts are over and now head for Donetsk and Lugansk," he said.

Representatives of Ukraine’s customs and border services and OSCE monitors are helping to inspect the vehicles.

More than 170 trucks will deliver over 1,800 tonnes of relief cargoes such as food, sanitary essentials, building materials and other life necessities for the population of the conflict-stricken Donetsk and Lugansk regions.

"The relief convoy was formed in the territory of the Rostov region over the past week. Cargoes were delivered from various parts of Russia," Voronov said adding that the Russian Emergencies Ministry had practiced to perfection all the mechanisms of dispatching aid to Donbas from the convoy’s formation to the aid’s delivery to the final destination in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.

"The aid convoy is going to split in two parts: more than a hundred vehicles will deliver over 1,100 tonnes of relief aid to Donetsk; the other 70 trucks with more than 700 tonnes of relief cargoes will head for Lugansk," Voronov clarified.

"The drivers know the route very well. They have already delivered aid to the people of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions, sometimes in harsh weather conditions in which they had to display self-possession and concentrate attention," the Emergencies Ministry representative said.

On February 7, the Emergencies Ministry staff working at the Donskoy rescue center allowed journalists to look inside the trucks, which the latter chose to their own discretion.

A TASS correspondent said that some trucks contained canned food and sacks with rice and flour; others were loaded with building materials, which the people of Donbas needed urgently to restore and repair buildings damaged by shells.

The Russian Emergencies Ministry leadership has said many times that the ministry will continue sending relief aid to Donbas so long as the region needs it.

Another aid convoy will head for Donbas on February 15.

The Russian Emergencies Ministry truck convoys have delivered more than 16,000 tonnes of relief cargoes to the Donetsk and Lugansk regions since August last year.

Opening of branch of the movement "Novorossiya" in the region became a main goal of arrival of Strelkov to the capital of Siberia. This movement organized in August, 2014 today in the most active way helps the population of the unrecognized Donetsk and Lugansk national republics humanitarian aid, the help in treatment of wounded rebels and civilians.

Novosibirsk, according to Strelkov, long ago and actively works on sending humanitarian aid to Novorossiya therefore became the city, the first beyond the Urals, in which the branch of the movement will be open.

February 8, 2015. The situation in the Donetsk and Lugansk National Republics remains intense.

Chasteners, using jet systems of volley fire, artillery, tanks and mortars, continued to strike fire blows to positions of rebels, and also to residential areas and objects of infrastructure of Novorossiya:

Twenty two cases of use of heavy arms are recorded by the Ukrainian fascists:

at 17.50 and to 21.00 attacks from jet systems of volley fire and artillery pieces from Avdeevki positions of rebels of DNR near the village Spartak underwent. To the same positions of defenders of Donbass from the settlement Thin the opponent three times (in 17.50, 18.00 and 18.50) struck fire blows from jet systems of volley fire;

in 17.50 and 18.00 from mortars fighters of a militia of LNR near the villages of Novokiyevka and Coastal are fired;

at 18.00 and to 19.50 shelling from Starognatovki positions of a national militia around Petrovsky underwent, and at 18.05 nazis from the same positions fired at rebels near the village of Novolaspa;

at 18.10 from the tank the rebels of DNR defending near the village underwent attacks Ran cold;

at 18.30 from Avdeevki from jet systems of volley fire positions of rebels around the Donetsk airport are fired;

at 22.50 from the settlement of Nevelskoye from jet systems of volley fire the fire blow to DNR militia positions around Staromikhaylovki is struck;

at 23.00 from jet systems of volley fire positions of DNR Army near the settlement Komsomol underwent a fire raid.

As a result of the struck fire blows the Ukrainian fascists on settlements of Novorossiya of loss among civilians made: the killed — 2 persons, are wounded — 4.

Power structures of chasteners continue to hold events for improvement of defensive works, building of group of troops and conducting diversionary activity.


Situation under Debaltsevo. Report on the commander of a company of GBR "Batman" of Plastun.

Late at night, at last there was a communication with Plastun and we managed to learn what now a situation under Debaltsevo — Alexey Chmilenko reports.

Roman with a call sign of "Plastun" by phone told about an operational situation at the front. The Ukrainian artillery and systems of volley fire conduct continuous attacks of positions of the Militia, there are losses.

The commander of a company reported that positions of LNR Army were attacked by the American fighting AH-64 "Apache" helicopter which coped professional crew.

Plastun also told that fighters most of all don't have means of communication, but the warm footwear and clothes won't prevent.

The Ministry of Defence of DNR has information on the movement of a big column of military equipment from Dnepropetrovsk in the direction of Donetsk, declared at a briefing in the press center today the deputy commander by the case of the Ministry of Defence of DNR Eduard Basurin is GIVEN.

"Yes, such information is available, it is objective need: VSU sustain big losses, and they should fill up reserves" — Basurin answered a question of the correspondent. It is given about reliability of the messages which appeared today.

"On east suburb of Mariupol arrival of the Ukrainian armored machinery from 20 units is also recorded — the representative of the Ministry of Defence added. — Concentration of VSU of additional forces on this site, is a sign of preparation for storm of the defensive strengthenings of a militia located near Novoazovsk".

"VSU lost for day of 11 people the killed and 29 wounded — reported the zamkomkorpusy. — Losses of VSU in days: 11 tanks from which eight it is destroyed, three are captured, six BMP and the armored personnel carrier from which three it is destroyed, two BMP and one armored personnel carrier are taken, and also staff of 45 people the killed".

In total in 22 days from the moment of renewal of active military operations the Ukrainian security officers lost three planes, one helicopter, 168 tanks, 133 armored personnel carrier, BMP and MTLB, 124 tools of field artillery, 94 cars and 2056 people the killed.

The most active military operations now go in Debaltsevo's suburbs. Besides, the Ukrainian security officers continued a rocket shelling of Donetsk.

"On Donetsk the VSU direction continued to conduct attacks of peace quarters from jet Tornado and Hail systems — I reported the zamkomkorpusy. — So, in Donetsk four attacks, in its suburbs — 21 attacks, in the territory of the Donetsk airport and its vicinities — seven attacks are recorded today".

According to Basurin, among civilians of DNR two persons are killed, nine are wounded. The representative of the Ministry of Defence also noted that today in Donetsk calculations of the Ministry of Emergency Situations which left on suppression of the fires caused by attacks of VSU were twice fired

Donetsk, 8 Feb – It is GIVEN. The full termination of the conflict on Donbass requires creation of the demilitarized zone and attraction of the peacekeeping contingent. I said it in interview today the official representative of DNR in Contact group on peaceful settlement, the vice speaker of National Council Denis Pushilin is GIVEN.

"We said for a long time that such zone is necessary and the peacekeeping or observation contingent is necessary — Pushilin told. — And it will be nearly the only opportunity fully to stop a slaughter on Donbass and that there was no next activization of military operations from now on".

The creation initiative on Donbass of the demilitarized zone up to 70 kilometers wide was taken by the president of France François Hollande. It is supposed what exactly this measure the peace initiative of Hollande and the German chancellor Angela Merkel whom they presented to Moscow and Kiev means.
