The message from a militia.

"Information from locals arrives that in Lysychansk aside of the RTI plant residential district at 11:05 (on Moscow time) artillery firing from howitzers from VSU was audible. Because of attacks from the Ukrainian military for the last days in Donetsk three were lost and 13 civilians are wounded. Slaughter on the eve of a truce

On the eve of a truce fights between rebels and the Ukrainian troops became hardened.

At midnight since Saturday on Sunday the truce about which leaders of the countries agreed at a meeting in Minsk formally came into force. However only a few hours prior to the expected calm in the southeast of Ukraine fights only became hardened. Rebels report about attacks of Donetsk, near the residence of the head of DNR Zakharchenko mines became torn, to Debaltsevo there are fights, and the leader of "The right sector" Dmitry Yarosh declares that war will go to the last.

Thus, as rebels report, on February 14 Donetsk continued to remain under attack.

So, according to information of Donetsk news agency, two persons were lost at a trolleybus stop of the 14th route on Teatralny Avenue, one person was lost in the apartment from a splinter of a mortar shell on Universitetskaya Street.

Messages on the proceeding attacks come and from Lugansk. Locals report that the city was under attack all night long, and on February 14 under mortar shells residential Kirovsky district of Lugansk got, the dead aren't present.

In the community "Reports on Novorossiya's Militia" publishing operational news from the front report meanwhile that the Ukrainian troops intend "to shut the door with a bang" and to make the most massive attack of territories of DNR and LNR on the eve of a truce.

The Ukrainian party on Saturday was inaccessible, and on the site of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of news on the current situation wasn't.

Debaltsevsky "world"

The situation around Debaltsevo where fierce battles between rebels and fighters of VSU proceed is far from a truce also. Rebels which the last days reported about successful blocking of the Ukrainian military in a so-called debaltsevsky copper, report about unsuccessful attempts of VSU to break through a cordon.

"The Ukrainian security officers make desperate attempts with fights to break through an environment ring around a debaltsevsky copper, but though according to some messages of the Ukrainian party, no copper is present and the VSU debaltsevsky group is only in an operational environment, all counterattacks of the Ukrainian military beat off a militia" — speak in "Novorossiya's Reports".

In the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine where from the very beginning denied hit of the Ukrainian military in a copper, recognize that on the debaltsevsky direction there is heaviest fighting, but claims that rebels lose many people and armored machinery in unsuccessful attacks.

"The greatest number of attacks is recorded on debaltsevsky the direction. In a night the enemy more than 15 times with use of jet systems of volley fire, tanks, artilleries fired at the city and neighboring villages — reports the press center of ATO. — During opposition of illegal paramilitary groups with the Ukrainian army rebels sustain huge losses. So, according to the intelligence data, only for the last days they lost nearly 100 people, about 180 more got wounds".

SNBO in turn claims that rebels can't break through the line of defense of VSU under Debaltsevo and therefore fire at the settlement from artillery.

"Without having opportunity to break through defense of the Ukrainian military (rebels. — "Gazeta.Ru"), second day conducts a gun-fire on residential quarters of Debaltsevo with use of heavy howitzer artillery and systems of volley fire. Satellites of supervision recorded the black smoke cloud closing all city" — declared in SNBO of Ukraine.

"But in advance we warn …"

Thus both parties of the conflict hurried to stipulate truce conditions as if having a presentiment, as after midnight shots will sound. So, the president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko declared that if rebels won't lay down arms according to the Minsk protocol, it will enter the martial law in Ukraine.

"We need to represent our actions in case of failure by the enemy of a truce. To Minsk at cabinet council of ministers I warned that it will be necessary for us in case the world isn't, to accept very heavy, but the decision on introduction of the martial law is necessary. In this case the martial law will be entered not only in Donetsk and Lugansk, but also over all country" — Poroshenko declared.

Alexander Zakharchenko in turn declared that the truce doesn't extend on a debaltsevsky copper and attempts of the Ukrainian military to escape from a copper will be stopped.

"We cease fire, except internal regions of DNR. Their any attempt to escape from a copper us will be stopped. I already gave such order" — Zakharchenko reported.

The leader of DNR specified that "for Debaltsevo any word in agreements isn't present".

"It means that Ukraine simply betrayed 5 thousand people in this copper" — Zakharchenko told.

"I am a person not blood-thirsty, but them, probably, starvation waits. They won't be fired, but from a copper not be let out. Sorry, and why we have to let out them? We provide them chance to remain live, this is the enemy, the real enemy who came to our earth" — the second-in-command of the case of the Ministry of Defence of DNR Eduard Basurin declared at a briefing.

In SNBO already regarded statements of rebels as frank failure of the Minsk arrangements.

"The head of DNR Alexander Zakharchenko declares non-recognition of the Minsk arrangements and continuation of military operations, in particular firing across Debaltsevo" — declared in SNBO.

Thus, the situation around Debaltsevo remains to one of the most probable factors of blasting the Minsk arrangements. Actually both parties undersigned that aggression from the opponent will become a signal for counterattacks. In a case with Debaltsevo where, by recognition of the Ukrainian party, fighters of VSU really are in "difficult situation", war can not end at midnight.

We will remind, in Minsk negotiations on settlement of crisis on Donbass with participation of the president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, the president of France François Hollande, the German chancellor Angela Merkel and the Russian President Vladimir Putin took place on February 12.

New arrangements to which "the Norman four" came, provide ceasefire in the east of Ukraine from 0.00 on February 15, and also branch of all heavy arms from the Ukrainian territory. The exchange and release of all hostages are also provided.

MOSCOW, February 15. /TASS/. The self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) urges Kiev to observe the truce and vows it is doing so on its part, Eduard Basurin, a spokesman for the DPR defence ministry, told a briefing at the Donetsk News Agency on Sunday.

"Over the past night and during the day on Sunday, the situation in the DPR was calm for the first time in months," he said, adding that the situation in Debaltsevo was still tense. "The ceasefire regime there did not came into force in due time. Ukrainian troops blocked in Debaltsevo keep on trying to break the encirclement," he said.

"Our positions, primarily at Logvinovo, were shelled from the town all through the night," he said.

The ceasefire regine between the conflicting parties in Donbass came into force at midnight on Sunday (01:00 a.m. Moscow time).

The Minister of Defence Sergey Shoygu made big Latin American tour during which visited Venezuela, Cuba and Nicaragua.

At meetings with heads of these states questions of military and military and technical cooperation, and also foreign policy situation both in the world in general, and in the Latin American region in particular were discussed. - Many experts say that this tour across Latin America wasn't planned that we after imposition of sanctions quickly look for a support in the region.

- Separately I would like to emphasize that it were planned visits, but not extraordinary. It not result of sanctions of Europe and USA. Yes, I heard that many say today that Russia after sanctions began to deal with problems of Latin America. It not so. For us always there was important a development of dialogue with Latin America and in the last two years our minister already makes these trips twice. And our interaction with the countries of Latin America it not tactical approach. It is the thought-over line of our country on strengthening of regional stability and rendering assistance of the region to the states in construction of their armed forces. We with sympathy treats activities of Venezuela, Cuba and Nicaragua for social and economic development. Are firmly convinced that for further progress in these areas reliable, strong armed forces are necessary. And it is not about militarization of economies of these countries, namely about creation of a reliable barrier to obstructionist or terrorist forces which are in the region.

- What now disturbs our Latin American colleagues? For certain didn't do without discussion of policy of the USA?

- During visit much attention was paid to the analysis of regional problems, and them collected much recently. Former problems were added to new calls and threats. Such as territorial disputes between the states, political contradictions. Certainly, the special attention was paid to activity of the USA in the region. The policy of Washington causes many questions there. It is enough to tell that in this region of the world Americans created 24 military bases, in essence shrouded in them the region. It was talked that Americans impose values alien to these countries. They try to replace the governments which pursue objectionable to Washington policy. Leaders of those countries where Sergey Shoygu visited, accurately understand that the problem of color revolutions which many countries in the north of Africa faced today, of attempt of their organization in the territory of the former USSR, is a serious call and safety of the states of Latin America. In this regard we support efforts of the leadership of Venezuela, Cuba and Nicaragua on strengthening national, and I would tell the real sovereignty and independence.

- The subject of Ukraine at negotiations rose?

- Leaders of Cuba, Venezuela and Nicaragua vividly were interested in a situation in Ukraine. They highly appreciated Vladimir Putin's initiatives of settlement of a situation in the southeast of Ukraine. Supported efforts of Russian government on the termination of bloodshed there and positively estimated results of the Minsk arrangements. They count that honest implementation of these arrangements will allow to provide the world in Ukraine. It is remarkable that in all countries causes concern a political situation in this country when some politicians try to involve ultraradical, and at times and fascist groups in the interests. Here, in the region, perfectly remember that occurred in the 40th years in Europe. Oppose falsification of history and consider important not to allow such attempts. By the way, all countries condemned sanctions which were imposed against Russia. They consider them unfair and consider that they won't yield any result.

- What our vision of questions of military cooperation with these countries? About what we agreed and we continue to agree with Venezuela, Nicaragua and Cuba?

- In recent years we considerably promoted in development of military and military and technical cooperation with the states of the region. The military and delegatory exchange became more active, pass effective consultations through the General Staffs. Our colleagues come to us as observers on military exercises. The countries of the region are in great need in the qualified officers and here the Russian military educational institutions are ready to render them assistance. Already today many thousands of young people from the countries of Latin America study in Russia. They consider the acquired knowledge invaluable. Today we think of development of interaction with armed forces in the field of military medicine, we seek to sate our interaction with practical actions, especially in the area of navy and land forces. By the way, these countries expressed readiness to stage joint drills. We develop arrangements on the simplified calling of the Russian warships ports of the countries of the region. With some states we study possibility of creation of points of material support.

- That is we create the bases in the region, I correctly understood?

I would like to emphasize that the speech doesn't go about creation of bases, it is about rendering assistance to our ships which are in long campaigns. In providing them water, provisions, rest of staff and certainly in maintenance of the ships if in it there is a need. So, for example, during visit to Nicaragua such agreement was signed between the Ministries of Defence of two countries. If to speak in general, visit of the Minister of Defence to the countries of Latin America confirmed a community of interests of the states of the region and Russia. I put much, they are clear, there is the general desire and a spirit to work together. It is impossible to solve all problems alone. We are ready to collaboration.

- If it is possible, let's talk about the American-Cuban relations. How treats statements of the USA what after long-term isolation they want to approach with Cuba?

- The steps of Havana and Washington directed on restoration of diplomatic relations, release of the Cubans who were in the American prisons can only be welcomed. Overcoming of long-term confrontation, undoubtedly, would be equitable in the bilateral relations of Cuba with the USA to interests of both states and regional stability. We count that the administration of the USA at last will go for cancellation of trade and financial blockade of the island. For several decades it caused the most serious damage to economy of Cuba, struck at the rights and legitimate interests of Cubans. Intend to give to Cuba full support in this question further.

- What, besides equipment and arms we can offer?

- I would like to draw attention to a new initiative of the minister. The suvorovskikh and Nakhimov schools is about possibility of training in Russia of citizens not only this region in Russian cadet. Investigators of the RF IC interrogated as the witness of the former Minister of Defence of DNR Igor Strelkov on the case of application by the Ukrainian security officers of the forbidden war methods in a zone of power operation in the spring-summer of 2014. According to preliminary information, interrogation took place in the building of Investigative committee in Tekhnichesky Lane at the beginning of last week and took nearly six hours.

During this time Igor Strelkov in detail told investigators about cases of attack of Slavyansk and Semenovki by phosphoric bombs and shells with chemicals. According to him, as a result of application of phosphoric bombs and toxic agents wounds were got by 12 people.

Unfortunately, many documents which the former minister of DNR collected as evidential base on application of VSU of the forbidden war methods, were destroyed during withdrawal from Slavyansk. Nevertheless Shooters were specified by a number of other witnesses capable to confirm its indications.

Incontestable proofs of use by the Ukrainian security officers of phosphoric bombs were published on February 13. On air of the LifeNews channel the scenes shot by fighters of one of divisions under control to Kiev were shown. In the car easy conversation is conducted — five men (in a shot only four of them are visible, one more carries out shooting on GoPro hand-camera) discuss as there is a rupture of phosphoric bombs.

For the first time the army of Ukraine attacked residential quarters phosphoric shells in the summer of 2014 on the suburb of Slavyansk, in Semenovke and her vicinities. Then Russia demanded immediate investigation of application in Ukraine of incendiary bombs and the other forbidden types of arms.

Thus he added that the militia is ready to begin branch of heavy arms at any time, but only along with the Ukrainian security officers. The day before the State Department of the USA again urged to cease fire in Donbass, and addressed to all, except Kiev. "Aggressive actions and statements of the separatists supported by Russia threaten a recent truce and put at risk the planned conclusion of heavy arms, - the press service of department noted. - We call Russia and separatists whom it supports, immediately to stop all attacks, to conduct negotiations with OSCE for simplification of a ceasefire regime and as calls a package of measures of February 12, completely to realize the Minsk obligations of September 5 and 19". The representative of the press center of special operation of security officers Anatoly Stelmakh also declared that the Ukrainian party is ready to branch of heavy artillery, but only after ceasefire by rebels, reported RIA Novosti. "As soon as fighters will cease fire, the Ukrainian party will begin branch of heavy artillery from the line of fighting contact", - he emphasized.

But even if the solution will be found and military will leave Debaltsevo's territory, on it questions don't come to an end, the expert reminds. "There is one more subject – under whose control there will be this territory? – Pogrebinsky asks a question. – It is possible to consider option of full demilitarization of this zone. But also then it is necessary to understand who it is necessary to order in the city. It is still not clear", - he notes.

Rebels reported about delivery in captivity of nine servicemen of a separate 8th regiment who were blocked in "the Debaltsevsky copper". The Ukrainian military declared that command threw them, around Debaltsevo they are in full isolation: to them don't bring a reinforcement, ammunition, they didn't even know about new Minsk arrangements and a truce.

The 8th regiment (Hmelnitsky area) — is one of the most professional parts of army of Ukraine. Judging by records in social networks, in the period of the Euromaidan in its structure cells nationalist "The right sector" were formed. Presence in Debaltsevo's region of the military personnel of the 8th separate regiment of special troops wasn't advertized earlier as it is considered one of the most elite and secret divisions of the Ukrainian army. The Ukrainian military long time didn't state intention to be given but if to captivity voluntary there are fighters of the most elite army division of Ukraine, the situation at any time can be changed.

As told at a meeting with prisoners the head of DNR Alexander Zakharchenko, at the Minsk negotiations the Kiev officials denied existence of a problem in the form of "the Debaltsevsky copper": "I lips of one of Petro Poroshenko's envoys was told that they have no "copper" in Debaltsevo. Allegedly everything who sits there, they are normally protected. Your president betrayed you. You for it — anybody. Though you there five thousand, though 50. You for Poroshenko — a piece of meat".

And now, I offer the article "Kantslerakt" to attention of readers, I ask to find interrelation between the facts and events specified by Igor Shengalts, my opening speech and to answer a question of the author of the article "Kantslerakt": Whether "Really each new German chancellor before taking office is obliged to be to Washington and to sign the classified document?"

It isn't known how the calm will be long. Already there were disturbing messages on tightening of heavy artillery to the district of Artemovsk. But so far the agreement is carried out …

Merkel did everything possible that the document was signed. She made the strong diplomatic course which very much wasn't pleasant to Washington. Similar "amateur performance" surprised many on both sides of Atlantic – though, apparently, the leader of the leading European country with powerful economy has the right for independent policy. Or after all has no?

In 2007 in Germany information on one extremely classified document, so-called "kantslerakt" was published.

So, in the book of the German general of army intelligence services Gerd-Helmut Komossy "The German card. Hidden game of secret services" (Gerd-Helmut Komossa. Die Deutsche Karte: Das verdeckte Spiel der geheimen Dienste) is said that on May 21, 1949 the U.S. Government and the future of Germany signed a certain document in which independence of Germany up to 2099 is confirmed (that is for 150 years ahead). Instead of the USA receives complete control over all German mass media, including printing and cinema products, over school educational programs, etc. Also one of conditions was storage of the state gold reserves of Germany in the American banks (allegedly, as pledge).

Already on May 23, 1949, that is in two days after signing of a kantslerakt, in the west of Germany the constitution is accepted, there is a new state - the Federative Republic of Germany and the new currency – DM is issued. In response to it some months later the German Democratic republic in the east is created. In such divided look Germany also existed the next 40 years until association in 1990.

It is probable, logical to assume that signing of a kantslerakt was one of indispensable conditions of support of the new government of Germany by America.

The "law on the foreign help" adopted a month earlier in the USA provided allocation 5,43 billion dollars on restoration of Europe (I will remind that the dollar of 1949 was attached to gold and I was several times more expensive, than present "a green piece of paper"). At the same time the USA, Great Britain and France proclaim the new status of the occupational zones in Germany, uniting them, and having created thereby Germany.

Further restoration of the crushed Germany couldn't be successful without foreign investments. Triumphal speed with which the country lying in ruins gained economic power again strikes.

Against all this there is a question: whether there was in the next years Germany the independent state or only had such official status, in reality being the territorial education which is completely controlled by America? However, this question can be asked also to present Germany.

Of course, existence of a kantslerakt is only not proved documentary conspiracy theory. But, as well as any good theory, it leans on a set of the facts, indirectly it confirming.

I won't try to confirm it or to disprove. Simply taking its authenticity for an axiom, there is a wish to ask some questions:

1. What happens if the next elected German chancellor refuses to sign канцлеракт?

Whether it will mean cold war, but already between Europe (let only Germany, how the main locomotive of the EU) and America? Or Europe is expected by a number of local wars? Spheres of influence, both in Europe, and in the USA will how exactly be redistributed?

Of course, it is unlikely someone can talk about disintegration of Germany now. Now nevertheless not 1945, and present Germany is absolutely other country, with other mentality, other tasks. It in post-war years easily could happen so that the country simply wouldn't become. The western territory could be divided on American, British and the French colonies, east part would depart to the socialist block. Now economic power of Germany surpasses French and British, and the socialist camp sank into oblivion at all.

And here disintegration of the EU can appear more realistic scenario – for example, as a result of an exit of Great Britain from structure of the European Union. In this case Germany risks to become only one of two-three centers of gravity for the European countries (and it is rather obvious that from a burden in the form of the countries of PIGS – Portugal, Italy, Greece and Spain – Berlin will try to be freed in this situation).

2. Whether present decisions of Angela Merkel (including, signing of the Minsk agreements) are completely independent?

If yes, that how reacts to such obstinacy Washington? If isn't present, then it turns out that the White house, consciously showing open aggression and readiness to deliver arms to Ukraine, at the same time through Merkel pursues a policy of appeasement, let rather compelled, than desirable. Or it only a syllogism – the maneuver urged to take aside others eyes? And actually something is planned absolutely other?

After all it is obvious that the western analysts miscalculated at least the sums necessary on destabilization for a situation in Ukraine. Now from Brussels and Washington wait for multi-billion monetary injections, but whether they are ready to go for such expenditure? It is unlikely.

Europeans are horrified by only one thought of the visa-free regime for Ukrainians announced by Poroshenko. Anybody never and on any conditions won't make up the mind to such mad step. The crowds of "the European brothers" which got drunk house blood will rush to the civilized silent world for a long time seeing aggression only on screens of TVs. It will be stronger invasions of the Romanian Roma.

Happen similar, any chancellor or the president won't remain sitting in the chair. After all each normal person wants to live in a peace time in a prosperous country – and the European who got used to comfort especially. But sometimes the reason of people as if eclipses a certain delusion. So was in Russia in 1917, in Germany – in the 1930th years, so now occurs in Ukraine. From where from depths of society there are leaders, and the people as if the herd, follows them. It is possible to judge persons of similar leaders at least on their appearance and habits. Sukhoruky robber of banks, loser artist, bald and political speculator having a burr. Blood shed from their blessing would be enough for the whole sea.

And present Ukraine? The person with a face of eternally hungover panda, the boxer not capable to connect and several words and is still the little man with is disproportionate the big head, a predatory mouth and evil eyes, and for ostentatious tolerance didn't do without open homosexual – so to speak, the terrible back of the Ukrainian Rada. It is also leaders there is no time though rather poor, but quite decent country. And on their conscience already many thousands, if not tens of thousands, human lives …

3. Last question. What will occur in Germany if existence of a kantslerakt suddenly obtains the real evidence?

By the way, besides the German gold with which return from the Fort Knox storages there are some mysterious difficulties all the time, the great variety of objects of art and other cultural values is stored in America even since the end of World War II. Apparently, too nobody is going to return to their Germans.

And, above all, whether such humiliation will sustain reason of the German inhabitant? Germans always differed in the overestimated self-conceit which two wars lost in the 20th century couldn't correct even. And public recognition of own helplessness will become the strongest blow to self-respect of the whole country.

Whether names of the secret puppeteers ruling Europe the last 70 years will become known? And the main thing, whether present Europeans are ready to the inconvenient or maybe frightening truth? Basurin: Security officers undertook tank attack to Logvinovo

The Ukrainian military around midday undertook tank attack to the Donetsk settlement of Logvinovo, the situation around Debaltsevo also became complicated, the deputy commander of a militia of the self-proclaimed Donetsk national republic Eduard Basurin reported.

"At about noon VSU with assistance of tanks conduct attack to Logvinovo. Forces of a militia constrain attacks. The situation around Debaltsevo became complicated. Attack of divisions of DNR is conducted from mortars and artillery" — Basurin at a press conference told.

"We once again suggest the Ukrainian security officers to leave "copper" in Debaltsevo, having left the weapon" — he added.

Debaltsevo — the city of regional value in Donetsk region and one of the largest railway junctions of Ukraine. At the end of July of last year Debaltsevo and the neighboring villages security officers took under control. The strategic importance of the city is explained by that debaltsevsky "language" presses in the territory of DNR and LNR, threatening such cities as Gorlovka, Enakiyevo, Shakhtersk, Lysychansk and Stakhanov.

DNR reports about establishment of control over the most part of the city.

Despite the truce which came into force, around a debaltsevsky copper fights don't cease. The militia reports that 2/3 cities are already taken under control and now are smoothed out. The full capture of the settlement, according to rebels, will require no more than two days. Also rebels claim that for the last days in captivity over 100 Ukrainian security officers gave up, and fighters of VSU ask about a reinforcement.

Rebels of the self-proclaimed DNR control the most part of the city. The head of department of the international information service of a political department of the Ministry of Defence of the Donetsk republic Vladislav Brig reported about this "Gazete.Ru". According to him, for establishment of complete control over the settlement rebels will need no more than two days.

"According to the latest data, we control 2/3 Debaltsevo. Now in the city there is a cleaning. I think that we will establish complete control in a day or at most — through two — told the Brig (according to him, the Ukrainian military personnel continues to give up in captivity). — I find it difficult to call exact figure, but for the last days more than 100 people gave up. Constantly there are attempts of break from a copper, they are constantly stopped, and trying to escape are destroyed. Remained conduct chaotic firing, get on settlements. But there everything is destroyed around, people aren't present — all of them are evacuated and left".

Nevertheless, according to the head of DNR Alexander Zakharchenko, evacuation of people from Debaltsevo is still not complete.

"This morning I instructed to allocate transport and urgently, today, to evacuate the remained civilians from Debaltsevo.

People sit in cellars, without food, electricity, water and heating long ago — quotes the head of the unrecognized republic community "Reports of a Militia of Novorossiya". — It was initially planned to send 10 buses until sent only five, about 11 hours they already had to arrive to a place, at present there is a loading of people. If it is required, we will send still necessary number of buses".

Data on a militia entrance to Debaltsevo are confirmed also by the Ukrainian party. The journalist Andrey Tsapliyenko who is in the city wrote on the page on Facebook that rebels seized buildings of the railway station and city department of militia.

"From Debaltsevo. Fifteen minutes ago rebels seized local department of militia. An hour ago — the railway station" — was declared by Tsapliyenko.

A bit later the chief of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Donetsk region Vyacheslav Abroskin reported that law enforcement officers simply replaced a dislocation place.

"In mass media information on occupation of the building of Debaltsevsky city department extends. It not so as the building is partially destroyed as a result of direct hits of shells of artillery of a militia. On my order militiamen left the building and moved to another, more strengthened" — Abroskin on the page on a social network commented on a situation.

About that now in Debaltsevo there are street fights, also the chief of the press center of ATO Alexander Motuzyanik reports. "Partially I confirm information. These minutes there are fights on Debaltsevo's suburbs. Rebels storm our base camp. Separate groups try to get in itself Debaltsevo. On suburbs there are fights between with ATO forces" — the serviceman declared, acting at a briefing.

The fighters of the battalion "Kievan Rus'" who are under Debaltsevo also report about the catastrophic situation. According to them, they will be able to hold on at most 12 hours.

"I received the message from fighters of the battalion "Kievan Rus'" which is located near the village of the Commune under Debaltsevo. They say that will stand at most 12 hours. Otherwise unaided all of them will be lost" — the journalist Olga Germanova wrote.

It should be noted that earlier the representative of the Ukrainian General Staff Anatoly Stelmakh said that VSU was succeeded to establish control over strategic Debaltsevo Route – Artemovsk. However these data were disproved by both DNR, and Ukrainians.

"Hardly it (route) is deblocked. That to deblock it, it is necessary to take the settlement of Logvinovo under control — I reported "Gazete.Ru" the commander of the voluntary battalion "Donbass" Semyon Semenchenko. — As far as I know, it isn't under control of the Ukrainian troops. The parallel route on which supply, through Old Lozovoye is delivered is near, it also is under our control.

No copper is present. There are simply complicated ways of communication".

At the same time Semenchenko disproved words of the Brig about capture of the most part of Debaltsevo. "I have no such information. All this lies" — was declared by the commander of the battalion "Donbass".

Kiev, Feb 17 (Prensa Latina) Heavy fighting was reported today in the frontline between the Ukrainian troops and the Donetsk and Lugansk unified militias around Debaltsevo, despite the ceasefire declared 48 hours ago.

Last-hour information reports of clashes in the bordering areas of the cities of Artiomovsk, controlled by the forces of Kiev, and Debaltsevo, where about five thousand Ukrainian soldiers are surrounded.

The defense spokesman of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Eduard Basurin told the local news agency that the unified army of the DPR and Lugansk control 80 percent of this strategic city, including the train station.

The Ukrainian military has only control over the western sector of the city, pointed Basurin.

According to the source, another group of about 20 soldiers laid down weapons and voluntarily surrendered to the militia. Even so, an estimate of five thousand are still surrounded, made harder in the last hours by the unified armies of the two insurgent regions.

48 hours away from entry into force of the ceasefire, none of the warring parties has pronounced itself for the start of the withdrawal of heavy weaponry, one of the main points of the February 12 Minsk agreements.

The militias reiterated on Tuesday that they respect the commitments made in the Belarusian capital, but the process of moving the weapons into the containment area is reciprocal, they warned.

Sources of the alternative power in Donetsk confirmed the completion in the afternoon of the Contact Group video conference, whose results have not transcended so far.

UN up-to-date statistics estimate in at least 5,665 the victims of the Ukrainian conflict, plus 13,961 wounded as a result of the Ukrainian conflict.
