The idea of introduction of the peacekeeping contingent looks idiotic, especially, if to consider that it comes from Kiev. Peacekeeping forces can't be sent to Ukraine because recognition of need of it and other belligerent party for this purpose is necessary. And in Kiev is still not able to be defined with whom they are at war — whether DNR and LNR it, or after all Russia.

And thanks to the help of the Russian political, scientific and public figures of communistic orientation it is possible to master successfully effective forms of an antagonism of information aggression and slander which are brought down constantly on the rebellious people by the cynical and selling car of the western promotion. In particular, are widely used in Russia and the world of development of the Center of studying of mass communications at РАНХиГУ led by the largest researcher of actual problems of communication management, professor E.N. Pashentsev. Its works "Hugo Chávez in a flame of information war", "Presidents under a media sight" already became reference books for many heads of the independent states.

The sensible, clever, competent people who are quite adequately assessing a situation ask: why Europe has to burn down? Also motivate: first, how Americans will set fire to the next ally? Secondly, Europe can always think again, make the right decision, jump aside from the USA and subjects to escape?

Everything is it seems correct. And allies at the USA after Europe doesn't remain. And the EU forces to work nobody as a sacrificial ram and resignedly to move on sacrifice. Moreover, Hollande and Merkel's trip to Moscow, and then to Minsk, alarmed voices from Poland (the most faithful observer of the American interests in the EU), open mutiny of Greece and passing from Hungary, latent in an open phase, – all this testifies that in the EU at last realized (and at the highest political level) than they are threatened by continuation of unconditional support of nazi Ukraine and reckless following in a waterway of the American policy.

Yes, realized. However in policy the huge, often defining role is played by time factor. I was sure that the policy of the EU will considerably exchange last year (not later than September-November) as, from my point of view, the qualified European politicians couldn't but see danger, and the behavior of the European business testified that even if wouldn't see, was to whom to explain. And nevertheless the EU in the fall-winter of 2014 and at the beginning of winter of 2015 continued to toughen the anti-Russian rhetoric, all was more deeply involved in the conflict on side of the USA, barring itself ways to rescue and turning space for maneuver.

As I don't believe in full inadequacy of the European political elite, I have only one reasonable explanation of such behavior. For decades of the American hegemony the European politicians so got used to lack of alternative of domination of the USA that contrary to the obvious facts kept confidence that Americans all the same will win, so and it isn't necessary to fuss.

Change of a stereotype of behavior became noticeable only when inevitability of a great defeat of the Ukrainian troops in winter campaign on Donbass became clear. I think, nobody should prove that the European politicians aren't sentimental, and two thousand native soldiers were lost in the Debaltsevsky copper, or twenty thousand – to them all the same. To force Europe to be nervous, and leaders of France and Germany only the event menacing to interests of Europe can rush for Putin on a half of Eurasia. Means, defeat of the Ukrainian army led to threat of the European accident. It only in Kiev and only the most inadequate of a media service staff of nazis believe, what the chancellor and the president threw everything and some days slept a little and badly ate to rescue some Poroshenko (who it?).

Than the next defeat of the Ukrainian army could disturb so Europe? We will look back for half a year ago. After August defeat of the southern group of the Ukrainian troops and signing of agreements in the Minsk-1 format the Kiev mass media and politicians, including the most high-ranking, without disappearing told that it is necessary to wait a little and the Ukrainian army will make the same with Donbass that Croats made with the Serbian Krayna during the operations "Lightning" and "Storm". It is clear that this idea came not to the Ukrainian brains, as well as not to the Croatian. Both Tudjman's nazis, and Poroshenko-Yatsenyuk-Turchynov's nazis Americans directed.

Intentions didn't even try to hide just because it was clear that refusal of Kiev in Minsk from equal negotiations with leaders of DNR/LNR doesn't leave it other version of the solution of a question, except the military. As the long pause in active military operations allowed a militia to amplify, and the Ukrainian troops conducted to degradation, it was necessary to work as soon as possible – at once as soon as fighting capacity of the parts and connections crushed in the summer is restored.

It is obvious that the USA were counted on more passive position of Russia and could be convinced Europe that else until the end of winter Kiev will win civil war. We will agree that the hypothetical victory of Kiev significantly would change geopolitical deals, including possibilities of Russia of a message active foreign policy sharply would decrease, and internal threats of the Russian statehood so sharply would increase. That is, having suffered four-five months, the EU (without spending too big efforts) appeared on the party of the winner.

The defeat option too didn't seem deadly – well nazis couldn't smooth out Donbass completely, so the front line slightly more strongly or more weakly would change in this or that party then position war in which Donbass lost simply because the most part of its territory would proceed, including almost all large city centers was exposed to fire almost through. That the army of Donbass will be able to take the serious offensive, in Brussels and in Washington didn't trust – at best will effectively defend.

In principle, nearly a month so business also went. Yes, the front line didn't manage to be broken through. Yes, the airport of Donetsk was lost. Yes, there were intense fights under Happiness and Popasna, but in general everything was stable. And the EU didn't panic. Exactly until Uglegorsk was taken and eventual possibility of an environment of debaltsevsky group began to turn into reality promptly. We still learn, how many rebels took in Debaltseve tanks, guns, captured, how many thousands Kiev the killed lost. From the point of view of geopolitics it has no value.

Only the fact of large-scale defeat of the Ukrainian army which lost ability in rather short time to restore fighting capacity is essential.

Now, even if the USA will think up a real, but not virtual way to rearm the Ukrainian army, on it not less than a year and huge financial expenses is required. The USA obviously aren't going to go on it.

And it is known obviously in Europe. Moreover, knew still before on January 16-18 the Ukrainian army tried to move to unsuccessful approach. Too Merkel and Hollande on yet not taken place (only outlined) debaltsevsky defeat quickly reacted. They didn't need time for clarification of a position of the USA at all. They acted, proceeding from only the overall picture which started developing, already knowing, to what consequences it will lead.

That is, Berlin and Paris (naturally, and Brussels) were informed that it is the last attempt to save Kiev. If approach is failed, the situation will be neglected by the USA.

No, of course, in Washington don't recognize the Kiev nazis by the criminal mode and won't declare support of fair fight of the people of Donbass and an underground in the territories occupied by nazis. Simply they will cease to be kept from a showdown among themselves. Money too will cease to give. But it is most important – that will allow to fight freely for the power.

For the USA not a secret that in that case after a series of more and more bloody revolutions the power will pass to the most radical, the most nazi of nazis. Of course, this process will be followed by fast loss of external legitimacy of the Kiev power and political fragmentation of the territory under control to Kiev. But it, in principle, suits the USA.

First, civil war on the Somali type (when conflicting parties to ten and more) conducts to fast and effective destruction already even not economies, but the territory of accommodation. That is millions of people almost in one stage lose opportunity to be fed from that territory which was their state until recently and provided the acceptable standard of living.

Secondly, maintenance of such conflict doesn't demand big investments, it can not only samopodderzhivatsya, but even to expand as when the machine gun becomes the only means of production and an instrument of labor, all start working as soldiers (to whom will carry – field commanders). Otherwise simply you won't survive. That is the USA can be not spent money for Ukraine at all.

Thirdly, where it is more difficult for external force to extinguish such conflict even. It is necessary to deal not with one influential group, with which somehow it is possible to agree, and about tens small moreover and, often conflicting among themselves, constantly disappearing and arising. It is most difficult to suppress a guerrilla warfare which has no uniform control center which isn't attached to areas of supply, has no need to protect concrete points, and is at war only for food and the weapon giving this food.

Fourthly, until the power is, breaking up, to pass to more and more radical nazis, more and more effectively in Ukraine will cut those whom suspect of sympathies for Russia. Of course, will be already all the same, "pro-Russian" or "pro-American" soon, will kill not only for sausage, but it is simple for bread, but the first blows (will remain though some organization so far) will be put on Russians of Ukraine.

All this in interests of Americans or, at least, doesn't contradict these interests. And here further support of Poroshenko as the stabilizing factor of the Ukrainian political life, starts contradicting the American interests now.

First, time the Ukrainian army gradually, but quickly enough stops existing as organized force, and its restoration demands more time, than is in existence, and more resources, than it is expedient to spend, both the Supreme Commander and the General Staff too isn't necessary isn't necessary. Staffs aren't necessary to atamans.

Secondly, the situation in Ukraine worsens such rates that the people already need the victim. Someone has to be responsible for failures of reforms, for lack of a visa-free regime with the EU, salaries and pensions "as in Germany" and other delights which promised on "Maidan". If Poroshenko won war in the east, for this role also Yatsenyuk would approach. But Poroshenko lost war and now "the talented young reformer" suffers as the traitor and the reactionary in a presidential chair doesn't allow it to save the country.

Thirdly, it is also the major factor signing Poroshenko's sentence, nazi battalions and not ideologized volunteers who went "the country to protect", and the ordinary recruits who are simply caught by military registration and enlistment offices and sent goodness knows where after defeats at the front, death of companions and shameless lie of Poroshenko endowing soldiers for the sake of the ambitions want his blood. If desires simply of the people can be ignored, desires of the people armed should be met.

All this simply miscalculated, and in Brussels it had to know. Therefore as soon as it became clear that the next military accident is inevitable, Paris and Berlin organized strange mission. Strange because, allegedly supporting Ukraine, satisfied all wishes of Putin, as much as possible humiliated Poroshenko and, it seems, achieved nothing.

Didn't achieve – if to recognize that they rescued the Kiev mode. But in practice they tried to carry out exchange – as fast as possible to merge to Putin Kiev (which as they perfectly knew, it is already merged by the USA) to concentrate on stabilization of the EU.

However, as I already wrote above, in policy time often plays a key role. Europe missed the chance silently to drift from the USA last year. They for this purpose had everything:
— a kind position of Russia (ready even on concessions specifically the EU if Europe departs from the USA);
— support of the European business which wasn't wishing to be involved in confrontation with Russia because of some Ukrainian nazis, and also desire of Americans to keep world hegemony;
— more euroskeptical structure of European Parliament, than previous and sharp strengthening of eurosceptics and anti-Americanists in political circles of Europe. Their transition from a condition of outcasts in status politicians.

They weren't solved. Didn't decide – saw opportunity, but passed by it, being confident in a neodolimost of the American power. Now on silent drift time isn't present.

The situation in Ukraine has to go racing even before the following approach of a militia which is expected not later than May, and most likely, much earlier. After the fire is thrown on all Ukrainian territory, the EU won't have levers on a situation. Thus disintegration of the Ukrainian state will strengthen contradictions in the EU.

Pro-American wing (Poland and Balts) will accuse "Old Europe" of insufficiently radical opposition of Russia. Thus the USA for preservation not of simply European unity, but unity of the EU under control of Washington will need to suppress eurorevolts in Greece, Hungary and where they can become swollen still.

The traditional way of suppression – color mutiny against the central power, everyone following from which is carried out in more and more nazi format. I don't doubt that taking into account persons of heads of Greece and Hungary (and also the Ukrainian experience) in Athens and Budapest the "peace nazis" who took to the streets will be cruelly suppressed with police. The USA too understand it. Means, events have to go initially according to the power scenario of the armed opposition, and it is civil war.

Now only the sharp turn towards Russia could save Europe. But it is exclusively theoretical opportunity. The European politicians lost skills of a sharp rearrangement of a steering wheel long ago. The European structures stick in infinite coordination and consultations. The leader who would assume responsibility for the decision, no, and would be – isn't present in the EU of the constitutional mechanisms allowing such leader to realize the decision.

Europe convulsively tries to keep status quo in Ukraine as it is possible more long to manage to be reconstructed. But the system went racing long ago and she can't be held. Especially as deduction of system not in interests of the USA and not in interests of the Kiev nazis. And Russia and the EU don't possess sufficient mechanisms of influence on the Kiev nazis. However, I am not sure, as the USA in few months will possess such mechanisms.

Thus, having overslept a situation in Ukraine, being sure that everything will be solved in its advantage even without its essential efforts, Europe lost possibilities of influence on this situation just while its development threatens direct wellbeing of Europe.

Now on traditional slow political drift the EU has no time, and for adoption of fast radical decisions it has no mechanisms. The USA aren't interested in that Europe got out of their hand, and the situation in Ukraine stimulates in the EU growth of value of politicians like Orban and Tsipras.

The USA don't own other mechanisms of impact on similar politicians, except bribery, blackmail and revolutions. They use the last tool most often.

Taking into account readiness of the governments to be protected revolutions at once have to accept rigid power and bloody character, and it is transfer of civil war on the EU territory – thus that the last and is so unstable.

All this forces me to consider that opportunities of the operating political mechanisms for prevention of the European accident are already exhausted, and time for creation of new mechanisms simply isn't present. That is only the miracle can save Europe. The last years on miracles Putin specializes in policy. But Europe has no Putin, and it doesn't wish to use services of Russia.

Boris Nemtsov has been shot dead in Moscow. He was one of the most charismatic leaders of the "liberal" or "democratic" "non-system" opposition in Russia (please understand that in the Russian context "liberal" and "democratic" means pro-US or even CIA-run, while "non-system" means too small to even get a single deputy in the Duma). He was shot just a few days before the announced demonstration of the very same "liberal" or "democratic" "non-system" opposition scheduled for March 1st.

As I have already explained many times on this blog, the "liberal" or "democratic" "non-system" opposition in Russia has a popular support somewhere in the range of 5% (max). In other words, it is politically *dead* (for a detailed explanation, please read "From Napoleon to Adolf Hitler to Conchita Wurst"). In the hopes of getting a higher number of people to the streets the "liberal" or "democratic" "non-system" opposition allied itself with the ultra-nationalists (usually useful idiots for the CIA) and the homosexual activists (also useful idiots for the CIA). Apparently, this was not enough.

And now, in *perfect* timing, Nemtsov is murdered.

We all know the reaction of the AngloZionists and their propaganda machine. It will be exactly the same as for MH-17: Putin the Murderer!!! Democracy Shot!! Freedom Killed!! etc. etc. etc. etc.

There is no doubt in my mind at all that either this is a fantastically unlikely but always possible case of really bad luck for Putin and Nemtsov was shot by some nutcase or mugged, or this was a absolutely prototypical western false flag: you take a spent politician who has no credibility left with anyone with an IQ over 70, and you turn him into an instant "martyr for freedom, democracy, human right and civilization".

By the way if, as I believe, this is a false flag, I expect it to be a stunning success in the West and a total flop in Russia: by now, Russians already can smell that kind of setup a mile away and after MH-17 everybody was expecting a false flag. So, if anything, it will only increase the hostility of Russians towards the West and rally them around Putin. In the Empire, however, this will be huge, better than Politkovskaya or Litvinenko combined. A "Nemtsov" prize will be created, a Nemtov statue will be place somewhere (in Warsaw?), the US Congress will pass a "Nemtsov law" and the usual combo package of "democratic hagiography" will be whipped-up.

What worries me most is that the Russian security services did not see this one coming and let it happen. This is a major failure for the FSB which will now have a lot at stake to find out who did it. I expect them to find a fall-guy, a patsy, who will have no provable contacts with any western services and who, ideally, might even have some contacts with the Russian services (like Andrei Lugovoi).

As for the "liberal" or "democratic" "non-system" - it will probably re-brand the upcoming protests as a "tribute to Nemtsov" thereby getting more people into the streets.

"Today, on February 28, we remember one of the most awful tragedies of the XX century — the Volynsk slaughter. The action of destruction of the Polish population of Volhynia by the Ukrainian nationalists began at the end of February, 1943. The culmination of an event was reached in July, 1943 when groups of the Ukrainian insurgent army attacked about 100 Polish settlements. Murders of civilians proceeded up to occupation of these territories by Red army in 1944. About 100 thousand people, mainly, women, children and old men became the victims of ethnic cleaning.

Another 33,3% of respondents consider that "so far early to judge their work". From the provided figures it becomes clear that new public authority enjoys support from the population of Donbass. People wait from it for effective activities for restoration of the Republic.

Answers of inhabitants of the Republic to questions which concern future Donbass are essentially important. These answers set a certain vector of development of a situation as politicians should reckon with public opinion even during rather quiet periods and furthermore during civil war.

On a question, "As in your opinion the Head of DNR A.V has to arrive. Zakharchenko for settlement of the military conflict?" the vast majority of respondents – nearly 70% — chose option: "Has to aspire to reconciliation, but thus rigidly defend requirements of DNR". The such relation sets certain borders for possible compromises and can't but be considered in the course of political settlement. Thus more extreme positions – "to aspire to reconciliation and a compromise" and "to work from force position, to resolve an issue in the military way" – received rather small number of votes (13,6 and 11,9% respectively). That is can be considered marginal, and it is very important result of research as if to judge on mass media of all parties or on social networks, it develops incorrect as now it becomes clear, impression that all inhabitants of DNR demand war continuation.

And here it is important to note as opinions on a key question were distributed: "What option of future DNR is true personally for you?" Only 19% of respondents see in the future of Donbass as a part of Ukraine, and that only as the certain subject as a part of federal Ukraine, with the high level of political and economic independence. The majority – 74,6% – don't imagine the future as a part of Ukraine, even if federal. It is very important signal, including for Kiev in case he wants to conduct policy with a realism position, but not phantasmagoric utopias.

It is also necessary to consider almost unanimous opinion донетчан concerning, whether are military operations on Donbass military aggression of Ukraine against own citizens. 94,1% of the interrogated inhabitants of DNR in whole or in part agree with this statement. During the proceeding correspondence of the chairman of Federation of labor unions of LNR Oleg Akimov and the mayor of the Italian town of Cheriano Lagetto Dante Cattaneo details of diplomatic scandal which even more got respect and recognition of a principled stand of this person became known.

Pressure upon the mayor, was appropriated to one of which areas the name "Muchenikov Square of Odessa", also the prefect of the Italian state rendered. Under pressure of the ambassador of Ukraine he tried to cancel renaming of Muchenikov Square of Odessa. It didn't manage it. As they say in the letter signed by Dante Cattaneo, the board with the name is on the square, and its ceremonial opening took place on February 14.

"This sheer pleasure to receive from you the letter support and an official message of thanks. We will continue to act, shedding light on truth of events in Odessa and on Donbass. In hope for the world and friendship between our people, best regards from Ceriano Laghetto of Dante Cattaneo" — it is told in the letter which came to the address of the chairman of Federation of labor unions of LNR Oleg Akimov.

We will remind, the small Italian town of Cheriano Lagetto appeared in the center of diplomatic scandal. Muchenikov Square of Odessa which received the name in memory of two tragedies — destruction of Jews in 1941 and the fire in the House of labor unions on May 2, 2014 — aroused indignation of Embassy of Ukraine. The mayor Dante Cattaneo refused to rename Muchenikov Square of Odessa. On February 17 the chairman of Federation of labor unions of LNR Oleg Akimov on behalf of millions of inhabitants of Luganshchina and all Donbass expressed gratitude to the mayor Cheriano Lagetto for solidarity, courage and desire to tell the truth about tragic events in Ukraine.

"A considerable number of large-caliber artillery systems are still remaining at the Ukrainian army’s positions along the actual line of contact," the Donetsk News Agency quoted him as saying. "Kiev’s delays in fulfilling its liabilities concerning the pullout of heavy weapons from the actual line of engagement create prerequisites for Ukraine’s frustrating the implementation of the Minsk agreements."

The Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine comprising representatives of Ukraine, Russia and the OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe) adopted a memorandum on September 19, 2014 in Minsk. The document outlined the parameters for the implementation of commitments on ceasefire in Ukraine laid down in the Minsk Protocol of September 5, 2014. The nine-point memorandum in particular envisioned a ban on the use of all armaments and withdrawal of weapons with the calibers of over 100 millimeters to a distance of 15 kilometers from the contact line from each side. The OSCE was tasked with controlling the implementation of memorandum provisions.

Meanwhile, "deployment in Ukraine of an international operation of the UN contingent is not stipulated by the Package of Measures on implementation of the Minsk agreements," he said.

"Points 2, 3, 10 and 12 of the document signed in Minsk vest the OSCE [Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe] with the role of the observer monitoring and verifying the ceasefire regime and heavy armaments withdrawal, as well as other measures to restore the vital activity of the regional population," Pushilin said.

"In our view, the OSCE copes with the functions and there are no grounds to change anything. Moreover, it is very dangerous because interference may disrupt the launched process, which is turning the conflict round toward peace with such great efforts," he said.

The DPR representative urged official Kiev to stick to the reached agreements, and called on countries participants of the Minsk-2 meeting to push for the sides to strictly follow the reached agreements.

On February 24, 2015 deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Mateychenko K.V. I submitted the bill on modification of the Criminal code of Ukraine providing criminal prosecution of persons for the actions directed "on undermining authority of the state and its authorities" for consideration of the Ukrainian parliament.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Donetsk National Republic expresses the extreme concern about this fact. We consider that similar actions the Ukrainian government shows the intentions on systematic destruction of Ukraine as democratic state which cornerstone the right of each citizen freely is to express the thoughts.

We resolutely condemn similar actions of Kiev. We remind that provisions of this bill are contrary to the Universal declaration of human rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.

We urge the international community to pay special attention to actions of the Ukrainian authorities and to give them an adequate assessment in the context of compliance with world norms of democracy.

Donetsk, 4 Mar — is GIVEN. Operation on search and evacuation of bodies of the lost Ukrainian security officers at the airport of Donetsk again today was postponed because of threat of attacks from the Ukrainian party. About it box it is GIVEN reported in the Ministry of Defence of DNR.

"Today operation is again postponed as the staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is afraid of attacks" — told in military department. Earlier the deputy commander the case of the Ministry of Defence of the Donetsk republic Eduard Basurin declared to journalists that today this operation is planned to resume.

Search of the lost Kiev security officers in air terminal began a few days ago. During its first stage seven bodies of the Ukrainian military were found. However operation shortly had to be curtailed because of attacks from the Ukrainian party.

Donetsk, 4 Mar — is GIVEN. The Ukrainian party didn't offer the Donetsk National Republic the help of the rescuers in elimination of consequences of accident on mine of Alexander Zasyadko in Donetsk, declared today the vice speaker of National Council of DNR Denis Pushilin is GIVEN.

"Anybody from the Ukrainian party at the official level didn't address to us with the offer to send here the Ukrainian rescuers. Besides, and in return we didn't address neither to Ukraine, nor to somebody else for the help. If really it is required to us, we will address to Russia or to LNR" — Pushilin emphasized.

The official representative of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of DNR of Yulian Bedilo, in turn, I reported that with the offer to send to DNR of rescuers to it it isn't known of the address of the Ukrainian representatives. "I in this respect have no information on the official appeal of the Ukrainian party" — the representative of the Ministry of Emergency Situations told.

Earlier today the Ukrainian prime minister Arseny Yatsenyuk declared that representatives of DNR allegedly didn't allow to mine where there was an explosion, the Ukrainian rescuers sent there. In turn, the president Petro Poroshenko demanded "the admission to the place of the tragedy of the Ukrainian rescuers and law enforcement authorities".

Since February, 2014 actions of the Kiev junta contain obvious signs of the fascist mode:

- intolerance in relation to any dissent;

- mass manifestation of racism, russophobia, anti-Semitism;

- denial and open violation of fundamental human rights, first of all rights for life;

- the armed violence, physical destruction of political opponents.

After bloody events in Odessa on May 2, 2014, the terrible murder in the House of labor unions more than hundred opponents of the Kiev and Maidan power organized by fascist swells with silent connivance of the Kiev power structures and Odessa authorities became obvious that the Kiev junta won't stop before any victims for preservation of own power.

In the summer – were added to the extensive list of crimes of the fascist mode new, even more sophisticated in the fall:

- use of retaliatory battalions and national guard for suppression of the discordant;

- manifestation of a militant antisovietism and anticommunism;

- a ban of activity of communist party at the state level and repression to her members;

- barbarous destruction of historical monuments of the Soviet era, leaders of the Soviet state;

- implementation of terror against the civilian population.

Detection in the territory of the Donetsk and Lugansk national republics of mass burials of the civilians who are brutally killed by banderovsky chasteners indicates the fact of maintaining genocide by the Kiev authorities own the people that is confirmed with initiation of legal proceedings under article 357 of the criminal code of Russian Federation "Genocide" the Head investigative department of Russia.

It is obvious that actions and the nature of the present Kiev mode contain all list of key signs of fascism,

The anti-fascist committee of St. Petersburg demands from the authorities of the Russian Federation:

- to condemn the present Kiev power, as the fascist mode;

- to address to the international organizations with the offer to exclude any interactions with the management of the Kiev junta;

- to exclude Ukraine from the list of the countries on which the most-favored-nation principle in economy, trade extends;

- to apply the most strict sanctions and isolation mode just as it became the world community concerning fascist regime of Franco in Spain, Salazar in Portugal, "black colonels" in Greece, Stressnera in Paraguay, Pinochet in Chile to an imperious top of the Kiev junta;

- officially to recognize Allied the states of DNR and LNR and to organize the military and diplomatic aid to the national Republics

- exposures in the opinion of the world community of the war crimes which are created Banderovites nazis in Ukraine.

Russia, the world community can't ignore manifestation of "ordinary fascism" in the state where lives twenty million our compatriots! Criminal to support the fascist junta shedding blood of own people.
