In new society the new economy aimed not at enrichment of owners of means of production, and at satisfaction of genetically caused needs of all residents of the country on principles of social justice has to be born.

It is necessary to remember history when within 20 years after destruction of the USSR the short-sighted and selling politicians who were at the helm public life of the country brought up the whole army of the youth drugged by idea of nationalist chauvinism, Nazism and hatred to the Russian world which integral part is Ukraine in Ukraine.

To change the perverted outlook and outlook of these people – a very daunting task, but it should be carried out, correcting the mistakes made by you (all people) who didn't wish to take in time a sincere active civic stand, having refused cozy and convenient narrow-minded paradise that the trouble didn't come to the native earth. It will take not year, not two and not three, on it decades, but there are no two ways about it will leave, have patience.

Russia never left brothers in trouble, helps you and now, than can, both at the level of the government, and from the population of Russia. The deputy commander the case of the Ministry of Defence of DNR Eduard Basurin reports that rebels stopped attempts of the Ukrainian armored groups to break through defense in Lozovom and Uglegorsk.

"Also under control of fighters of DNR the settlement of Novogrigorovk and northern part of Kamenka passed today. On Donetsk the direction the artillery of VSU conducts intensive attacks from jet systems "Tornadoes" and "Hail" of residential quarters of Donetsk and suburbs", - he notes.

The Ukrainian army tries to punch defense of a militia and to break off the ring closed by forces of DNR and LNR round Debaltsev. As reported in a staff of a militia of DNR, VSU go to attack by forces of several tank platoons. Successfully to resist to approach of the Ukrainian security officers and not to hand over a position, rebels for the first time carried out rotation at strategic heights near Uglegorsk and Debaltsev where there is a copper with thousands of Ukrainian military.

— Artillery calculations and weapon emplacements of VSU were destroyed for the last days by militia backfire — the correspondent of LifeNews told. Together with rebels the film crew of LifeNews rose by one of heights, from where approaches to "a debaltsevsky pocket" are visible clearly.

From a disembarkation point from trucks to entrenchments rebels need to pass about a kilometer. This field can be under supervision of the opponent therefore fighters of DNR army share on groups and pass a field to distances of 5-10 meters between with each other.

The army of Ukraine even in the summer of 2014 turned Debaltsevo into the base for approach against the national republics. During a truce in the fall-winter military built some lines of defense in the neighborhood of the city and threw a huge number of heavy and artillery machinery here.

Rebels recorded a big congestion of the Ukrainian security officers to the north of Donetsk and believe that VS of Ukraine can prepare break towards the city.

It was declared at a briefing on Tuesday by the second-in-command of a staff of a militia of the self-proclaimed Donetsk national republic Eduard Basurin, transfer RIA Novosti.

- To the north of Donetsk the congestion of forces of VSU — about four battallion and tactical groups is recorded. It speaks about possible approach to Donetsk — Basurin told.

As transfers RT, it noted that groups gather in Orlovki's region.
Three weeks ago after sharp increase in number of the victims of the conflict among civilians after a number of artillery attacks across Donetsk, rebels declared that will remove a front line to avoid attacks of residential quarters.

On Tuesday the propaganda tonality of the Ukrainian sources considerably changed. All at once started talking that "it is necessary to stop a slaughter", and it is the first sign of a close apocalypse. The war which became aggravated in view of proximity of negotiations all the same develops under the laws and on the logic. However attack of Kramatorsk even drops out of this logic.

In Debaltsevo the 40th battalion slowly but surely capitulates. Despite a set of hearings, there are no real confirmations of existence at VSU of any blocking detachments, especially in the surrounded Debaltsevo. Most likely, it is about controllability loss by troops is the most terrible that can occur in the war. Without communication, without coordination even with neighbors, not to mention staffs, commanders of separate parts (even at the level of companies, but not battalions) independently make the decision on a disengagement.

Thus there are data according to which some parts in Debaltsevo decided to go for break, probably, "warmed up" by orders from staffs. Strong fights go at Chernukhino and in quarters to the north of a switchyard though from the military point of view it is senseless. It is impossible to break there in an open country, it is rather, gesture of despair from separately taken commanders.

Other separately taken commanders as representatives of DNR report, throw the soldiers and escape. "Officers left to the mercy of fate staff and tried to disappear on the civil car in the direction of Artemovsk. Passing a militia post, officers of VSU, colonels Sergey Tsyganok and Igor Pavlov didn't obey to the order to stop and were destroyed", – Eduard Basurin declared, in particular, a zamkomkorpus of the Ministry of Defence of DNR.

Only the political decision can stop destruction of a copper in general. Doesn't remain to a militia other exit as it is simple to shoot those who doesn't give up. But this difficult decision which to the last nobody wants to accept. "We not the necessary others blood, don't need corpses of soldiers of the Ukrainian army. It would be desirable that surrounded in the Debaltsevsky copper it understood and made the correct decision", – words of the same Basurin claiming in addition that "simple soldiers still don't know that appeared in a copper and are in danger of death".

Debaltsevo's attacks only amplify though messages on use of aircraft against the Ukrainian parts weren't confirmed. Most likely, the disoriented Ukrainian troops apprehended gaps from RZSO for air bombs.

Widely raspiarenny approach of the battalion "Azov" near Mariupol appeared attack on a secondary direction. They moved on a straight line along the sea on the village of Shirokino, and already from it tried to promote further to the east, specifically – on the village of Sakhanka where were stopped. After several hours of clashes on Sakhanki's suburb "Azov" returned to Mariupol, and upon "approach" it was officially cancelled.

For VSU such attacks on minor sites – the only opportunity to conduct offensive actions. Even near Mariupol where the militia doesn't make attempts to attack week, the Ukrainian troops chose the weakest sector of the front as the main forces of a militia both were, and remained slightly to the north – in the steppe with the settlement of Sartana.

However, in DNR declare that have information on plans of approach of VSU to Donetsk, but on this subject don't sound a reality. On the most part of the front active military operations on Tuesday practically stopped. Even in the area Peskov it wasn't observed clashes. Especially strange in such situation attack of Kramatorsk which it is first really far from the front looked, and, secondly, didn't bear a practical component. Scattering was very big – from Recreation center to Palace. Artemovsk could be the real purpose, but not Kramatorsk, such attacks of the deep back are senseless and inefficient.

Now war in many respects turned into public action, and attack of rear Artemovsk before negotiations looks strange. Yes, the militia has a need of advance to the north, but it is rather towards Lysychansk, but not Kramatorsk and Slavyansk. If it was attempt to destroy positions of the Ukrainian Tochka-U rockets, it is extremely unsuccessful. There is no sense in general to shoot these rockets, they disposable. Shot – drove off. It is also possible to assume that attack of Kramatorsk could be an initiative of some separate division, but controllability is completely restored, and such couldn't occur physically.

Attack of Kramatorsk initiated also talk on "quality" of civil war: the civilians still remain peace, and whose mode will be in the concrete city, that and the power. War already came to that level when losses of civilians are perceived (forgive, My God) is "normal". The death of people became daily reality and anybody doesn't stop any more. Feelings became dull. Death – only a reason for propaganda talk.

In general the scale of accident is awful. If parts in Debaltsevo aren't given, it will be an improbable slaughter.

European Union leaders made a flurry of diplomatic visits in early February, holding panicky negotiations with Kiev and Moscow to reach a ceasefire in the war between Ukraine and the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, also called Novorossiya.

On Feb. 9, German Chancellor Angela Merkel met with President Barack Obama in Washington to discuss U.S. plans to openly arm the Ukrainian coup regime of oligarchs, neoliberal politicians and neo-Nazis installed with Washington’s help one year ago.

This followed whirlwind visits by Merkel and French President Francois Hollande to Kiev and Moscow. The leaders of the two dominant EU economic powers met face to face with Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin for five hours on Feb. 6 to present a ceasefire proposal.

Held with no other diplomats or media present, the meeting fed speculation that the EU bosses wanted to speak frankly with Putin about the U.S. attempt to push Europe into conflict with Russia. The EU is being economically hurt by sanctions on Russia, imposed at Washington’s insistence.

French media reported that Hollande and Merkel undertook the trip without consulting Washington — a highly unusual step. Other reports suggested that a section of the Obama administration shares the European concern that the West may lose out by escalating the war. (RT.com, Feb. 6)

The Hollande-Merkel proposal is to be the focus of reconvened negotiations in Minsk on Feb. 11.

A high-ranking source in German intelligence told the newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung Feb. 8 that the real death toll of the Ukraine civil war is nearly 50,000, including civilians and troops. This is almost 10 times the “official” United Nations figure.

Interest from the EU and perhaps U.S. leaders has little to do with stopping civilian casualties in the besieged Donbass region. Rather, it is prompted by the Novorossiyan militia’s successful encirclement of an estimated 6,000 to 7,500 Ukrainian troops in the region of Debaltsevo in northern Donetsk and southern Lugansk.

The looming defeat of the latest Ukrainian offensive — begun by Kiev in early January — also stepped up calls by the U.S. Congress to provide the coup regime with more powerful weaponry.

McCain admits Ukraine used banned weapons

Senate Armed Services Chair John McCain — who has based his long career on support for war crimes — leads the charge for openly arming Kiev, with $3 billion in heavy weaponry as a starter. At a Feb. 5 Washington news conference, he admitted that the Ukraine junta has used internationally banned cluster bombs in its war against Donbass. McCain said this war crime was a reason to give Kiev more weapons: “I think that if we had provided them with the weapons they need, they wouldn’t have felt they had to use cluster bombs.” (Sputnik News)

The overwhelming majority of Congress — both Republicans and Democrats — plus Secretary of State John Kerry and outgoing Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel, back the plan to arm Ukraine, as does Ashton Carter, Obama’s nominee to replace Hagel. (Sputnik, Feb. 4)

Washington has been arming Ukrainian President Peter Poroshenko’s government, both through proxies like Poland and directly in secret, since at least mid-December. Novorossiyan militias have captured U.S.-made and NATO-distributed weapons during the past month.

Kerry and State Department official Victoria Nuland, an architect of last year’s coup, rushed to Kiev Feb. 5, a day ahead of Merkel and Hollande’s visit, in an attempt to stiffen Poroshenko’s backbone with a pledge of another $1 billion in economic assistance.

The same day, NATO announced it would increase its “Rapid Response Force in Europe” to 30,000 troops, from the current 13,000.

Poroshenko’s government showed no signs of wanting peace. In the past week, Ukraine’s armed forces, National Guard and volunteer fascist battalions continued to terrorize civilians throughout the Donbass by shelling homes, schools and hospitals. They killed five people by striking a hospital in the capital of Donetsk Feb. 4. Other reason is that in democratic society it is possible to recognize someone as "terrorist" only after comprehensive and fair judicial examination. Judicial examination isn't held yet. But by investigators it is established that attack of the bus couldn't be carried out by so-called "fighters" from Grad group (most likely, it is necessary to call them rebels as they don't represent army of the Republic of Ukraine). Also it is the fact!

My remark would be not full and a little objective if I didn't note also that the careless statements the patriarch Filaret pours water on a mill of the international, interreligious and international relations.

It is no secret that so-called "terrorists" are helped by the international department of Estonia and other countries. I will remind that only official Estonia through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs helped with treatment of several "fighters". Recently, according to Estonian mass media, Rotari Klub to Tartu and the local city hall was directed on Ukraine by some thousands of euros for the aid to the victims of Mariupol, and also refugees. And what, you will order me, the patriarch Filaret to consider Estonia as the country which supports terrorism? No. No. No! Also it is the third fact!

And in summary

I don't doubt that any Church as a cell of society, has the right for own opinion on events in Ukraine. But when hierarches of this or that church assume functions not peculiar to them, it is very suspicious. Because the Church is urged to serve the flock, but not to call the international organizations for recognition someone "terrorists". For this purpose there is a secular court which actually isn't an appendage of church court. I am confident in it!

Trouble of Ukraine — in absence of love of one to another. Trouble — in avidity and lack of will of the authorities. And I am confident in it!

Nearly a year after the massacre on Kiev's Maidan left over 50 dead, the BBC has aired footage of an opposition fighter who says he fired at police in the early morning that day, bringing into question the popular narrative that riot police fired first.

"I was shooting downward at their feet," says a man the broadcaster decided to identify as Sergei.

"Of course, I could have hit them in the arm or anywhere. But I didn't shoot to kill."

According to Sergei, he took up a position in the Kiev Conservatory, a music academy located on the southwest corner of Kiev’s Independence Square, on February 20.

One day prior, he had met up with a man who offered him two guns. The first was a 12-gauge shotgun, while the other was a hunting rifle – a Saiga that fired high-velocity rounds.

He chose the Saiga and hid it at a post office that, along with the conservatory, was under the protesters’ control. Sergei told the BBC he was later escorted to the Conservatory, where, with a second gunman, he spent 20 minutes before 7:00 am firing on police.

Other witness testimony has corroborated his account.

Andriy Shevchenko, who was an opposition MP at the time and also part of the Maidan movement, said he had received a phone call from the head of the riot police on Maidan Square claiming his officers had come under fire.

"He calls me and says, 'Andriy, somebody is shooting at my guys.' And he said that the shooting was from the Conservatory," Shevchenko said.

Shevchenko, in turn, says he contacted Andriy Parubiy, who headed up security for the protesters and was known as the Commandant of Maidan.

It’s at this point where the details of what followed become murky.

Parubiy says he sent a group of “his best men” to scour the Conservatory and determine if anyone was firing from it. Parubiy, who now serves as deputy speaker in the current Ukrainian parliament, claims his men found no gunmen in the building.

A photographer who had gained access to the Conservatory later in the morning just after 8:00 am, however, took pictures of men with guns in the building, though he never saw them discharge their weapons.

All the while, Shevchenko claims he was getting increasingly panicked calls from the head of the riot police, who said that five officers had been wounded and another killed before he decided to pull out.

Sergei's account appears to contradict Parubiy’s.

"I was just reloading," Sergei told the BBC. "They ran up to me and one put his foot on top of me, and said, 'They want a word with you, everything is OK, but stop doing what you're doing.'"

Sergei says he was convinced the men who dragged him away were from Parubiy’s security unit, though he admits he did not recognize their faces. After being taken out of the building, he was dropped off outside of Kiev by car, though it appears no further harm came to him.

By this point, the BBC notes that three policemen had been wounded fatally and the mass killings began that ultimately left more than 50 protesters dead.

Snipers on Maidan: unsolved mystery

February 20 was the bloodiest day of protests since they started in November 2013, and the bloodshed ultimately led to the ouster of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich. Both sides have blamed each other for being behind the sniper fire that brought the Euromaidan revolution to a head.

RT's Aleksey Yaroshevsky, who was reporting form the scene that day, came under fire from unidentified gunmen at the time.

Witnesses at the time said they saw snipers shooting at both protesters and security forces.

A leaked recording of a conversation between European Union foreign policy Baroness Caroline Ashton and Estonia’s foreign minister, Urmas Paet, also appeared to confirm the possibly that it had been members of the opposition, and not Yanukovich’s security forces, who fired the first shots.

“There is a stronger and stronger understanding that behind the snipers – it was not Yanukovich, it was somebody from the new [ruling] coalition,” Paet told Ashton, citing claims that “there were the same snipers killing people from both sides.”

Ukraine’s former State Security chief, Oleksandr Yakymenko, would also blame Ukraine's current Euromaidan government, saying they hired the snipers who precipitated violence on the square.

The protest leaders, many of whom hold positions in the current Ukrainian government, insist that Yanukovich and his security forces bear full responsibility for the shootings.

In April, almost two months after the shooting, Ukrainian prosecutors arrested several Berkut riot police officers as possible “Maidan snipers.”

The investigation, however, seems to have ended there.

In October, Reuters published the results of its examination, which analyzed Kiev’s probe into February’s Maidan shootings.

The news agency’s reporters uncovered “serious flaws” in the case against Berkut officers. Dozens of families of Maidan victims are still demanding "an objective and accurate investigation."

On Sunday military operations in the east of Ukraine, according to the Minsk arrangements, have to stop. However it didn't suit part of separatists and military personnel of VSU. Supporters of DNR don't understand, why they need to stop approach. Security officers, in turn, aren't sure that rebels will fulfill the obligations taken by their commanders. The head of DNR Alexander Zakharchenko declared that in case of violation by Kiev of the agreements adopted on Thursday in Minsk, other meetings between warring parties won't be. "All points of the signed document demand additional coordination therefore in case of violations no new meetings and memorandums will exist. All responsibility for any violation of provisions of the memorandum will lay down on Poroshenko" — Zakharchenko declared. At the same time, results of a meeting, for one reason or another, didn't suit neither rebels, nor the Ukrainian military.

"Three civilians were killed, three more were wounded. Two were killed in Donetsk and one - in Gorlovka," he said, adding that shelling had become somewhat less heavy by the evening.

New agreements on Ukraine

In a many-hour negotiating marathon that ended on Thursday, the leaders of the "Normandy quartet" - Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany - reached new Minsk agreements. According to Russian President Vladimir Putin, the sides have reached an agreement on the most vital issue and on many things.

According to Putin, two key agreements: first - on a ceasefire in Donbas as of 00:00 of February 15, and the second highly important one - on the pullback of heavy armaments and measures on a long-term political settlement of the situation, are the main outcome of the negotiations.

Putin also mentioned a "set of issues related to long-term political settlement." "There are several points here: first, a constitutional reform that must accommodate the legitimate rights of people resident in Donbas," Putin said.
