Rebels of the self-proclaimed Donetsk national republic will return heavy machinery on a position if accumulation of military force by the Ukrainian military is recorded. About it as transfer RIA Novosti, declared in the Ministry of Defence of DNR.

- If we notice on those directions where we took already away equipment that VSU not only don't take away, but also increase forces and arms, and also initiate clashes, on these directions the artillery will be returned — the Donetsk news agency quotes the statement of the Ministry of Defence of DNR.

After three days of negotiations in Minsk in various formats on February 12 the contact group on settlement in Donbass signed the document containing steps on resolution of crisis. He assumes ceasefire since February 15, branch of heavy arms, creation of a safety zone and an exchange of prisoners.
Rebels of DNR continue branch of artillery from the line of contact, according to the Minsk arrangements. Now from the southern suburbs of DNR the RSZO installations are taken away.

OPINION

The copper needed to live few hours. At most days. On the eve of VSN began storm of the city which terminated in occupation of its zanchitelny part.

Speak rapidly VSU and voluntary battalions aren't operated the general command for a long time, and therefore work it is separate at own risk. Considerable part of soldiers (who have nothing to be afraid): prizvnik, reservists lay down arms. LDNR writes about hundreds of prisoners. But it only beginning.

I think bulk of prisoners will be today - tomorrow.

Why so I consider.

Till yesterday the surrounded soldiers had still a hope that will rescue them. Yesterday's storm of the city which took place for republicans very successfully showed that for garrison of VSU/NG the Debaltsevsky bag can turn into a grave if not to take urgent actions.

Possible actions two: to be given or break. For fighters-volunteers hit in captivity not the best exit. To soldiers to conscripts and reservists it... the second ticket in life. A withdrawal from a war on which they feel strangers for a long time. And captivity as it is already clear in last cases (summer) is life and... freedom. Many soldiers of VSU who were taken prisoner prefer not to come back to Ukraine and prefer to overstay a hard time in Russia (realities of civil war are that).

But it is necessary to understand that now crews it not only reservists. Many terbata were a part of these divisions (in structure of the 128th crew whole THREE). And not all soldiers of the 128th will give up. Nevertheless already yesterday there were messages what even soldiers of "Krivbass" give up in captivity (from the commander of a battalion).

And therefore still yesterday withdrawal of some parts of VSU to the city that could was noticed means preparation for break. And it began this morning. How successfully it isn't clear yet (chaos there), but it is clear that losses on march are simply huge. Semyon Semenchenko writes to FB:

The situation to Debaltseve became aggravated.

I received the report of the commander of division which holds the advanced positions on "Road of Life" closer to Debaltseve. The column leaving from Debaltseve on a site of the road remained without cover of tanks. Tanks of terrorists came to positions and in an emphasis shot a column.

Our artillery and grada work on the opponent's tanks. There is an evacuation of wounded and export of the dead. We hold the road. We specify information.

Poroshenko reported today that parts leave Debaltseve nearly smart system (aha 30 wounded). But Petya it still that source. So far it is obvious that attempts to escape from a copper already led to huge losses among staff of VSU/NG and almost total loss of military equipment. We learn an approximate order of figures in some days. Not earlier. Also we learn soon and how many soldiers of VSU preferred to give up reasonably to attempts of break and probable death. Though the authorities of LDNR declared that they won't "shine" the soldier without their desire and will transfer them to hands to relatives.

So far under Debaltseve: HORROR, GLOOM, FIRE and DEATH. One can be told safely: comparison Debaltseve with Ilovaysk not only is pertinent, but also it is obvious.

To whom copper, coma beginning

The death of the VSU shock group in the area Debaltseve, of course, can become the bright page of a new Ukrainian historiography, as fight under Krutami, summer coppers, and the senseless meat grinder at the Donetsk airport.

But can serve and the beginning of the latest new era of this territory, a key event where angrily Ukrainian national idea lost silly and absolutely not heroically, having again proved a known maxim that in operetta and basten Ukraine the history can repeat only as the inevitable bloody farce.

Event after which to worship to that national idea which is, it will become opposite to much of her present thoughtless admirers or it isn't fashionable. They will abuse by inertia still Russia, but unpleasant осадочек as in a joke, remains.

Heroically without recognizing a copper, and within long hours diligently putting it outside brackets of arrangements in Minsk, Petro Poroshenko tired out in a trap not only himself and the Kiev mode, but also some thousands of Ukrainian soldiers which had to cut and isolate powerful approach the republics of Donbass from each other and from Russia. May be that Debaltseve, as well as the airport, it will be offered to consider as strategically unimportant object, a question – whether it will be possible to convince of it the American military advisers and any person who looked at the card. Judging by the last reactions of the Ukrainian politicians, deputies, and – oh, my God! – the most patriotic Ukrainian mass media, anything, except the story about heroism starving, freezing, senselessly shot "odvichnikh litsariv", there is nothing to show them the public which is eager for a feat. Unless the mythical hero-pravdoruba Semyon Semenchenko who got already the second wound at the obscure juicy details and epic Yarosh, engaging "guard" to action, removing it on "Facebook" without rising from a cozy hospital bed. It is unlikely thus the attention that both were wounded actually at flight from a battlefield will be focused.

What a difference Alexander Zakharchenko. That the prime minister of the Donetsk national republic and chief "separatist" never bowed to bullets, and always I was on a front line – long ago it is known, and it is repeatedly documented – eventually, he from field commanders. But now already attractive image gained development – the wound got in fight, but not in vitro. And now it is the indisputable leader for the army and the people because here not the public relations works, and logic of war – the most strict and clear. So the Ukrainian atamans and the Russian generals of all wars received authority. Or, simply speaking – without having lost eyes, Kutuzov you won't become.

There is a temptation to compare Zakharchenko to Akhill, but thought that that after all died in silly war because of the woman, doesn't allow. Because on Donbass Russians, regardless of surnames, against the absolute fascist evil are at war. And myths will be enough from it, to mythologize the politician – only to spoil. For that sad examples are enough. Thank God, which got to it only to a foot, thanks to protection that took away this fool from a front line.

Especially as room work and departures "on objects under construction" is necessary to it. At least, it would be desirable to trust in it because such operating schedule now of Alexander Vladimirovich will be the main sign of approach of the world and result of the Minsk arrangements.

Zakharchenko and Poroshenko's long-awaited meeting which the first it is oath has to become one more important result promised to organize. It can take place and in a meeting room, under a crash of cameras. The Minsk arrangements in development, with the actual federalization and coordination of amendments to the constitution, in principle don't exclude such format. And here when their meeting will take place, the latest Ukrainian national myth will start evaporating, as dew on the sun. Will lose purely esthetically.

To observe ceasefire, so, and to finish the begun peace process, Poroshenko already frankly pushes not only Russia.

If the USA in UN Security Council votes for the Russian draft resolution on Ukraine, and Jen Psaki says that "the vvyazyvaniye in war by proxy with Russia – not that is equitable to interests of Ukraine or to interests of the international community" is something yes means.

For the first time since the beginning of war "world community" appeared almost deafly to hysterical shouts from Kiev, clearly having let know that game with Donbass goes already on the Hamburg score, and Russia doesn't play but only keeps count.

That is, willy-nilly, but to Petro Poroshenko it is necessary to answer on many "why", concerning a debaltsevsky copper which already start being set with all flanks of the Ukrainian patriotism. And the more will be these questions, the it is less than chances at fights for the junction Debaltseve to become an example of heroism of the Ukrainian army and mind of the Ukrainian commanders.

Answers for Poroshenko, undoubtedly will be thought up by numerous consultants. Their persuasiveness can be checked easily on Semenchenko and Yarosh's reaction. Then it will become clear, whether still an eagle our sweet Don, or already lame duck. At least, John Kerry who visited with inspection Kiev it – to Turchynov and Yatsenyuk – didn't give obvious command to dethrone "the president of the world" to competitors in personal offset. May be that yet not time, also is in arsenals of State Department and Pentagon novel provocations. But today such case when Pyotr Alekseevich wants to wish long years, the following elections and Alexander Zakharchenko as the competitor.

Donetsk, 18 Feb – It is GIVEN. In points where military operations were least active, the heavy arms of DNR army were taken away almost completely. About it it is GIVEN reported in the Ministry of Defence of DNR.

"The term of branch of heavy arms – was stated 14 days in the Minsk agreements — reminded the correspondent. It is given in the Ministry of Defence. — If everything occurs according to plan, perhaps, we will consult quicker" — added in military department.

On the line of contact where it wasn't conducted active military operations, the arms will be taken away within 3-4 days.

At the moment only in the Starobeshevsky direction branch of RSZO and howitzer batteries, and also armored brigade took place.

The day before, on February 17, Basurin reported that command "intends to begin in an initiative order branch of artillery with quiet sites through differentiation".

The plan of measures on implementation of the Minsk arrangements coordinated on February 12 by Contact group assumes immediate and comprehensive ceasefire in Donbass since February 15, branch of heavy tools, creation of a safety zone, the beginning of payments of grants and pensions to inhabitants of DNR and LNR, and also the constitutional reform in Ukraine which result has to be a deep decentralization of public administration.

Donetsk, 16 Feb — is GIVEN. Debaltseve completely passed today under control of DNR, reported at a briefing in the press center the second-in-command of the case of the Ministry of Defence of DNR Eduard Basurin is GIVEN.

"Separate groups of the opponent still work in the southern part of the city and try to show resistance. Their neutralization – a question of the near future. Divisions of a militia now hold the search events to Debaltseve directed on identification and blocking of these groups" — he noted.

Engineering divisions started cleaning of objects of railway infrastructure and the territory of the city of mines and other explosive subjects which in a large number were left by the Ukrainian army today.

On Donetsk the direction the opponent continued to fire at city airport of Donetsk from positions in settlements Visible and Skilled today.

On the VSU Mariupol direction of activity didn't show, focusing the main efforts on deduction of the taken positions and maintaining the disturbing mortar fire on positions of forces of DNR around Shirokino.

On all directions activization of the Ukrainian diversionary and prospecting groups is noted. The organization of provocations concerning observers of Special monitoring mission of OSCE operating in the territory of our republic isn't excluded.

Ukraine communist leader: Kiev labeled 7 mn people 'terrorists,' slaughtered civilians

The Communist Party has been speaking against Ukraine’s new authorities since the coup in February 2014, which saw President Viktor Yanukovich ousted.

However, the persecution of the Communists Party began in April, shortly after Kiev launched a military operation against the country’s south-eastern regions.

Communist leader, Pyotr Simonenko, said the military campaign is Kiev’s war against its own people, stressing that if he was the head of state, he “would immediately recall all the troops.”

He openly accused the Ukrainian authorities of the “slaughter of civilians and mass murder,” saying they had labeled the 7 million people in Donetsk and Lugansk as “terrorists."

Commander so-called. The Georgian legion which is at war as a part of VSU in Donbass, Mamuka Mamulashvili for the first time gave interview to the Ukrainian mass media. There was it during rewarding with a church award with the pseudo-patriarch Filaret (the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Kiev Patriarchy) of 29 Georgian chasteners who offered the services to the Kiev junta from them two — posthumously.

Before Mamulashvili caused a stir in statements that war in Donbass will end with an agony of the Russian power, etc. soon. Absolutely badly with the head and feeling of a political insight of Mamuka. So far a defeat behind defeat is suffered by the ukro-Wehrmacht which didn't get for a year of war of love to itself of locals. Donbass not simply hates the Ukrainian army. He fiercely hates it. It is characteristic that fascists trained fighters of a legion in the Western Ukraine. Mikhail Tsulukidze, the officer of a cavalry division CC ordered a legion.

Why the Georgian supporters of "Euromaidan" didn't think up the name better? Probably, because subconsciously conduct "chronology" of the ideology from the Georgian collaborators. As well as their Ukrainian allies who aren't avoiding to paint a swastika and an emblem of CC on helmets and banners.

Doesn't want Mamulashvili to be the successor of those soldiers of a legion who, violently being enlisted in it, lifted hopeless revolt in Holland, bravely battled to Hitlerites and almost completely lay down.

Mamulashvili lovelier those Georgians who saw in Wehrmacht of the ally. The same as Shevardnadze saw allies in the Ukrainian neo-Nazis who were active in Ossetia and Abkhazia. Now the retaliatory group of Mamulashvili inherits traditions of the Georgian groups in troops of the Third Reich.

Meanwhile, in the ranks of Novorossiya's militia too there are Georgians. And the speech not about the commander of Somalia group of Givi. It just ethnic Russian. The speech about the ordinary Georgian men of courage who are at war in DNR and LNR in various fighting units. Not Mamulashvili — the hero of Georgia. Heroes of Georgia — here such unknown Georgian rebels incognito giving rare interviews of mass media.

After all Tbilisi declared that will punish the citizens for participation in armed conflicts in other countries, except (attention!) Ukraine! It concerns, of course, to Mamulashvili and his fresh, but not to those courageous Georgians who consists in the ranks of a militia: such Tbilisi intends to put for a lattice.

At the Kiev junta and its allies, whatever one may do and that manufacture, at the exit all the same the fascism turns out. Kiev gives to the battalions neo-Nazi symbolics, and even their friends from far Georgia, and those didn't think up anything better how to be called in honor of retaliatory group of Wehrmacht of times of the Great Patriotic War.

What would Georgians if such Mamuka declared such group in 1945 make? It would be torn on pieces. Georgians — the people which gave life on an altar the Victory more the 300th thousand would tear! For what? In order that then were born such here Mamuka, ready shoulder to shoulder to stand with the Ukrainian Banderovites?

The fascism still rescued nobody and to nobody did credit. The Kiev junta and her Georgian wards preferred to declare itself successors of mean traditions of the uncle Adolf. It is their choice. Only let then don't rave against fate when they are comprehended for it by a fair penalty.

n the Debaltsevsky question Novorossiya's guide made only the right decision — quickly and resolutely to destroy group of chasteners, without shelving the solution of a task.

It is possible not to doubt that the Kiev junta by means of OSCE and other international structures tried not to pull out even the fighters from a copper, and to keep the Debaltsevsky base for further attacks of the cities of DNR, and in the long term — for approach to them.

Actually, Poroshenko claimed in Minsk that no copper is present, not because hoped for a miracle and that "something will turn up". Proceeding from last experience he was convinced that VSN will cease fire around the Debaltsevsky copper, and by means of OSCE it it will be possible to deblock, begin rotation of the contingent which is there, and under this pretext to bring a reinforcement and ammunition.

However heads of the National Republics showed that they studied a lesson of the first truce well. Having once again offered invaders will disarm and to leave a copper and without having received a consent, Donetsk and Lugansk started liquidation of group, having shown that are able to treat conditions of a truce not worse, than Kiev.

The junta tried to distract somehow attention of VSN and to leave an impact in a copper by means of attacks of Donetsk and Gorlovka, sorties on the Mariupol direction and at the Village Lugansk, but everything is ineffectual. Today it became obvious that the Debaltsevsky group lives the last hours.

Debaltsevsky defeat can become that not only for the surrounded chasteners, but also for Poroshenko and his team. All actions of Valtsman, including his impudent and silly lies, give fine trumps in hands to his political competitors — rivals to oligarchs, divanny "battalion commanders", the fighting gay Lyashko, Yatsenyuk and Turchynov.

It is possible to add "gratitude" of the fighters thrown in a copper to it and their relatives. The deputy battalion commander of "Krivbass" Yury Sinkovsky reported: "The moral spirit weakens, looking at how "300th" was a lung, it became heavy, it became "200th". The moral spirit falls because of such relation — neither a reinforcement, nor representatives of OSCE".

Meanwhile, all perfectly understand that accept Poroshenko Zakharchenko's proposal on "green channel" for an exit of chasteners from a copper, it would manage to save not one thousand human lives at least.

Now instead of "shameful delivery" Debaltseve, it should be answerable for not less shameful death of many thousands group.

Very few people doubt that debaltsevsky defeat will become the end of political career of Poroshenko. The most amusing that in the context of logic of the Kiev promotion to it the Minsk negotiations as they as it will be declared, allowed artful Russians to outwit brave, incredibly strong, but awfully trustful Ukrainians will blame and under the guise of peace initiatives to strike with it in a back. And guilty will declare Poroshenko for his desperate, but unsuccessful attempt to rescue "the debaltsevsky base" by means of negotiations.

It is possible not to doubt that the "moderate" fascist (if fascists in general can be moderate) Valtsman will be replaced by radical, extreme nazis like Tyahnybok or Yarosh. Also it is absolutely necessary castling as after debaltsevsky defeat to force Ukrainians it will be possible to be at war only by means of cruel terror which will be carried out by karbata and "The right sector".

However Poroshenko's discharge from the power will cause additional problems with legitimacy of junta (with which at it and it is so not too good) in the opinion of the world community. So Valtsman can be left, nominally, having put under rigid control of nazis.

And what with a truce? On the one hand, of course, to junta, no matter what, it is necessary though some peremoga. But with cash forces, in the circumstances it is somehow difficult to represent something. So, most likely, the slow truce still will last some time.

And as "peremoga" to gramadyana will deliveries American are shown to "vundervaffa" which after Debaltsevsky defeat, most likely, will begin.

A year ago, in the middle of events on the Maidan, the Russia Today information channel published video on which unknown snipers who shoot at people on the Maidan are depicted.

On 26-27 seconds of it the video camera depicted the certain imposingly sitting sniper in a camouflage, poigryvayushchy a sniper sight.

It would seem that there will be a loud investigation which will come to the end with arrest and court of these unknown snipers, is dug so out lit the faces.
However instead of investigation the Ukrainian public received a hole from a bagel. The reason of it was cleared by the High Representative of the European Union for foreign policy Catherine Ashton who in the conversation, sensationally leaked to the Web, with the head Estonian Urmas Paet popularly explained the Ministry of Foreign Affairs why such investigation won't be:

Catherine Ashton: "They should be very careful. People demand serious changes, but it is necessary that the mechanism functioned. They should be at the same time activists, doctors and politicians, it is very difficult. They need to hold on at least some weeks, then there will be elections".

As showed further events, anybody and wasn't going to investigate murders on the Maidan. Even it is more. The people who organized these murders held the presidency in Ukraine, and direct performers too were treated kindly.

The attention of the whole world is riveted on Debaltseve, where still war today. Terrible pictures appear at us in news releases. But to watch one business on war on TV, and absolutely another – to face it face to face. Mother of two children Victoria Sytko (the surname is changed – a comment of the author) together with a family arrived to Orsk the Orenburg region from this hot spot.

– War it is very terrible, – Victoria speaks. – When at us military operations only began, all hoped, they will quickly end. But time went, became worse. Around the city the Ukrainian security officers went, patrolled the territory. Never I will forget the moment when I hanged out linen on a balcony, and snipers below went and aimed on windows. Fear not to express in words. In the city explosions were constantly heard. It was necessary to hide with children in the cellar. Once to us there arrived mother: cries in a hysterics, hand-legged shiver. I understood – it is necessary to leave.

- Together with children I got over to the Crimea, at us there acquaintances live. The husband remained in Debaltseve. I told that there is created. For some reason the Ukrainian authorities preferred to put all forces and finance in armed conflict. It is a pity only, they don't understand that as a result of this slaughter many children remain without parents, many people simply run from a home together with the families in search of the peace sky.

The fighter the shelf "Azov" Evgeny Chudnetsov voluntary gave up in captivity to Novorossiya's rebels in the settlement of Shirokino. However, the help of foreigners the shelf "Azov" wasn't settled by only one theory — on the party of the Ukrainian nationalists also foreign mercenaries were at war.

— If to judge on arms, it generally snipers, plus was one more specialist in communication and UAVs. For what they arrived to Ukraine, what personal aims pursued, I don't know. I can only tell that saw Swedes, several French, one citizen of Serbia — Chudnetsov told.

As a rule, foreigners carried out functions of scouts saboteurs and went to specialtasks — they didn't take part in the general combat operations. However, who gave out tasks to mercenaries, Chudnetsov didn't explain. I specified only that foreigners didn't know neither Russian, nor Ukrainian, and therefore it isn't absolutely clear, what practical benefit they could bring as scouts.

As for the Ukrainians entering a regiment "Azov", the vast majority of them according to the prisoner, really were nationalists or the former participants of the okolofutbolny movement — ultras.

— Any ideological promotion among us wasn't conducted. Their such application is explained by that karbata are intended for actions in the second echelon, carrying out cleaning, deduction and control of the seized territories.

Chasteners carry out the functions on control of "army zradnik" with pleasure especially as after summer defeat volunteers try to steer clear of "front".

At the same time in the army formations completed mobilized enthusiasm much less. Even more often they run across on the party of government troops of the National Republics with the only hope that to them will help to get over on the territory of Russia. And, strictly speaking, blocking detachments aren't able to stop this tendency.

Moreover, to chasteners hatred of divisions of VSU more and more amplifies, as required to them shoot at a back. Some episodes when on positions of chasteners soldiers opened a gun-fire are known even.

It should be added to it that soldiers of government troops of the National Republics don't take fighters of retaliatory battalions prisoner recently. Those know it and act, proceeding from this reality.

However, and soldiers behave concerning civilians not better, than volunteers and national reptiles. But it is a subject for separate conversation.

The main thing that are sent to the power of chasteners not only civilians of occupied territories, but also their "sworn brothers" now from army formations concerning which they act as military police with unlimited powers.

In this context announcement by Yarosh of "the shadow General Staff", about submission to which already declared allegedly 17 karbat united by feeling of own exclusiveness and permissiveness, executed contempt as to "rear rats" (to whom carry all non-belligerent population of Ukraine), and to "voyskovy zradnik" (VSU). As show the latest events, to use against them the weapon for chasteners isn't a problem — they do it easily and with pleasure.

At the moment in Ukraine the real fascist dictatorship where control will be exercised total terror according to Bandera's precepts is established: "Our power has to be terrible". Also will do it that by hands of karbat and pravosek which in the ukroreykh will play a role of CC.

Obviously, now precisely Europe reaches a consent with Russia in questions of such strategic horizon which allowed Merkel to give a hint in Munich about Europe from Lisbon to Vladivostok.

Against talk about arms supplies to Kiev because of the ocean, I began to smell fried by the old woman Europe it became notable more clearly especially as the scenario of crash of the EU still "in a trend", after all Costa of Concordia pronounced to the captain a sentence too 11.02. and Greece now doesn't agree with policy of the European Union and shows "separatism".

Lukashenko in the last year – two changed with aggressive on the neutral. Lukashenko's relation to the West, judging by its last performances, too. Besides part of present Belarus and Ukraine (the western regions) for more than 200 years (in the XVI-XVIII centuries) were in structure of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth that postponed the print for local mentality, the regions entering it. And the present relation both in Russia and in Ukraine to the president of RB A.G. Lukashenko more than friendly (is an answer to a question of the reasons of simultaneous "fraternization" of Lukashenko with Poroshenko and with Putin).

If from Ukraine to separate the territories which are ill a benderovshchina, time of accumulation of new forces for a throw to Russia under any plausible excuse is a matter of time. Therefore it is so important to keep integrity of Ukraine (The Crimea naturally costs independently, on strategic and on world outlook aspects) that presence of Donbass at its structure didn't allow Ukraine to take place purely fascist state and would start qualitatively other processes of the state construction. For this reason process of preservation of Ukraine by the uniform state, with targeting in it the European order as Belarus, is possible only under its protectorate. Especially as "the last dictator of Europe" in the country is a good judge of targeting of a lawful order …

In day of negotiations in Minsk the rating of the scenario of the section of Ukraine was continued, and Internet mass meeting thoughtlessly picked up and incurred pleasant to it symbolism. So, for example, the "uniform Ukraine" tram derailed in Dnepropetrovsk, and during the Minsk meeting the flag of Ukraine "incidentally" fell; Poroshenko declared that make a basis of ethnos of Ukraine to the galichena.

Domestic patriotic forces parallel to Hollande, Merkel, Putin's negotiations also continued to download military scenarios of the section of Ukraine a la Poland or the Czech Republic as a result of the Munich arrangement.

At the matrix level it was expressed in opening of the monument devoted to anniversary of Yalta conference on which it is agreed about repartition of borders after the end of war. First of all for peace-making in Ukraine it is necessary to deal with territorial battalions. Soon his statement was removed from the national guard site - probably whispered that "I included the head" and "included back".

Especially as a year later after the beginning of a Maidan, the BBC (!) channel dug out the Ukrainian sniper who shot at the Golden eagle, and published his recognition.

In Kiev scented a smell of Nuremberg therefore unexpectedly remembered about Yanukovych and accused him of "the constitutional revolution". Yanukovych collected on himself all slops (fairly or not – a single question) and after this on public there was N. Azarov. Its emergence - a certain test with the purpose to check as far as "maydanuty" psychodynamics was developed and whether the Ukrainian crowd is ready to kickback back.

The forcedness of similar maneuvers once again emphasizes, how hardly in Ukraine with shots. Even Azarov repeating nearly one and too at different press conferences reading the text of the address from under the camera against mayors-boxers and presidents - "peacekeepers" looks quite reasonably and judiciously. And 13.02 on a fence of the residence of Yanukovych in Mezhegorye somebody left an inscription: "Yanukovych, return!".

Meanwhile 21.02.2015 "patriotic" forces of Russia will organize "anti-Maidan". The REAL intentions I Will sink down everything more difficult to hide, time less therefore 21.02 call straight on REVOLYUTSII Square (in anniversary of the Ukrainian Maidan).

Rebels to Debaltseve took the American sniper who didn't manage to be evacuated from the city prisoner, the rebel Alexander Zhuchkovsky reported.

"Yesterday we from Donetsk came to a teleconference from the Moscow NDP, and us among other things asked about foreign mercenaries in Donbass, in particular instructors and fighters of NATO. This question is asked often, it is a lot of information, and it isn't enough confirmed facts. And today just rebels took the American sniper, the U.S. citizen in Debaltseve. Probably, didn't manage to evacuate it from the city, didn't expect that we will so promptly occupy it (usually mercenaries are pulled out quickly from an environment)", – Zhuchkovsky on the page wrote to social networks.

"The sniper rebels gave at once MGB. It is a pity that children didn't guess to photograph the American and his documents, but information true. Maybe after all in state security of DNR will confirm later, such things should be shown. Unfortunately, our bodies share information on foreign mercenaries and saboteurs" a little, – he added.

Earlier on Thursday the Ukrainian military Evgeny Chudnetsov who voluntary gave up in captivity to a militia told that among volunteers of the Ukrainian battalion "Azov" there are foreigners who are equipped with the foreign weapon.

Armed forces of Novorossiya count trophies which the Ukrainian security officers left under Debaltseve. Only tanks — about 90 units. Now fights move to Mariupol. According to the Ukrainian security officers, now rebels conduct regular attacks of the village of Shirokino which is in 20 km from Mariupol. Field commanders say that can take Mariupol in two weeks.

Opposition of a militia and armed forces of Ukraine under Debaltseve terminated in unconditional loss of the last. Now, as the head of DNR Alexander Zakharchenko reported, cleaning in the city is ended, and losses of Kiev both in people, and in arms "don't give in to the description".

Debaltsevsky results

"We finished operation on cleaning Debaltseve from illegal paramilitary groups. Unfortunately, the Ukrainian authorities didn't apprehend the word of reason to lay down arms. Losses of VSU are estimated in a copper about 3-3,5 thousand by the killed — Zakharchenko reported.

"Yesterday cleaning Debaltseve ended. There still are some separate divisions showing resistance in a copper, but these are isolated cases. The mayor Debaltseve together with the Ministry of Emergency Situations started restoration of the city and providing the civilians who remained there with humanitarian aid — told the Brig. — Yesterday in captivity more than 300 Ukrainians gave up. Today at 16.00 in Lugansk parade of prisoners of war will take place. Was lost as it was already told, 3–3,5 thousand people.

According to the representative of the Ministry of Defence of DNR, in a copper there were about 20% of all military equipment of VSU. "Only tanks we took about 90 pieces. Mariupol front

Now fights moved to the south — towards Mariupol. The most serious situation as "Azov" reports a voluntary regiment of Ukraine, developed in the village of Shirokino which is only in 20 km from Mariupol. On the official page of division in a social network it is said that on February 18 the Ukrainian positions 13 times were fired. Everything, according to data of "Azov", on their party one military was lost, one more got wounds.

"Troops of DNR strengthen the positions on the direction of Novoazovsk, Shirokino and Perevalsk, throw manpower and equipment. The opponent threw to the district of Novoazovsk a reinforcement from hundred people and about seven units of armored machinery — it is told in the official statement of a regiment. — In Shirokino tactical reserves are tightened and attacks from small arms don't stop. Also the opponent continues a regrouping of forces and means in Pervomaisk-Alchevsky. Through Krasnodon towards Perevalsk 11 covered trucks and five armored cars are thrown".

Rebels are in turn convinced that a city capture — business of two weeks.

"I think that Poroshenko isn't necessary Mariupol, Kramatorsk isn't necessary. The Ukrainian army is completely demotivated, it is in a condition of continuous retreat. And hardly they will have a desire to stand up to the end for Mariupol or still some settlement — the field commander of DNR Oleg Melnikov reported. — City fights actually were already many times. Starting with Debaltseve, Uglegorsk. Partially they were and in Donetsk. In this plan the militia is ready.

There is one more very demotivating factor for the Ukrainian forces — in Mariupol and Kramatorsk rather large number of groups which support a militia, and a capture of Mariupol — this business literally of two weeks.

The resident of Mariupol Alexey says that now in the city is rather quiet. According to him, locals after all sympathize with DNR militia more.

"Generally in Mariupol it is silent. On suburbs periodically postrelivat, shots are audible and in the city. And in general Mariupol leads usual life. It is a lot of military equipment: trucks, armored cars — Alexey told. — I can tell that mariupolets were got by war, all want the world. Most of all the war termination those people whom (Ukrainians) call by "quilted jackets" want. But is also such which stand up for continuation of absolute war — Nikolay tells.

— The vast majority of inhabitants against the Kiev junta to call them the Ukrainian power simply language doesn't turn.

Mariupol as object

Mariupol is included into ten the largest Ukrainian cities. It is one of the most important centers of metallurgy and mechanical engineering, and also large seaport (the largest on the Sea of Azov and one of the largest in Ukraine, goods turnover about 15 million tons a year). Besides, it is a point of intersection of routes of national and international value: Slavyansk — Donetsk — Mariupol and Rostov-on-Don — Odessa. The regiment "Azov" near Mariupol lost two brand new "Spartan"

From February 10 to February 15 the Ukrainian voluntary regiment "Azov" took part in offensive operation near Mariupol in the direction of N of the item of Shirokino. It is the first considerable fighting action for "Azov" ended with considerable losses of staff, equipment and "with withdrawal on in advance prepared positions". It is known that this village for both armies has an important strategic importance. It is on an eminence from which the Ukrainian troops tried to control advance of forces of a militia. As the correspondent of LifeNews reports, heavy fighting for Novogrigorovka went for several months. Exactly here the Ukrainian army built serious strengthening areas and tired out a lot of military equipment here. In this regard militia forces always received serious resistance from VSU. Leaving the settlement, Ukrainians left 18 units of heavy machinery: two tanks, five cars of BMP and some self-propelled artillery installations. During escape they threw a huge number of the killed and wounded colleagues. Also on a place dry rations of production of the European countries and the whole boxes with medicines which belong to the category of opioid analgetics were found.

As the correspondent of LifeNews reports, now groups of forces of a militia continue cleaning of Debaltseve. In the city, according to fighters of national army, there were some more areas which need to be exempted from the remained groups of the Ukrainian military. According to preliminary data, already tomorrow troops of DNR which will help soldiers of LNR to continue cleaning of the city and the settlements which are a row will enter Debaltseve.

Donetsk republic self-defense forces to continue active pullback of artillery as of Friday

MOSCOW, February 19./TASS/. Combat operations in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) have practically ended, republic’s defense ministry spokesman Eduard Basurin told a briefing on Thursday.

"On the whole, the situation along the contact line is gradually stabilizing," he said. "Units of DPR’s armed forces strictly abide by a ceasefire and don’t fall for sporadic provocations from Ukrainian troops," Basurin said.

Militias have liberated all settlements around the Debaltsevo pocket, he said.

They continued blocking isolated subversive groups of the enemy remaining on the outskirts of the town, Basurin added.

In interview to the Ukrainian edition the Minister of Energy Vladimir Demchishin told how the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine plans to reform mining branch in the country.

According to the Ukrainian Ministry of Energy, the best decision will be to stop work of 12 coal mines in 2015 and to dismiss 10 thousand miners.

"From 35 mines under our management we will close 5, 7 more we will preserve this year. 20% of people will need to be reduced. These are 10 thousand from 52 thousand miners" — Demchishin told about plans of department, having noted that mainly are going to reduce the workers who reached a retirement age.

"Globally within 2–3 years we in general need to leave on mines only 25 thousand people" — the minister designated prospects of branch.

We will note that hardly such initiative will get a response from the Ukrainian miners who, by the way, already started striking in the Western Ukraine and even carried out protest actions in Kiev.

To the 70 anniversary of the Great Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War over fascist Germany
For the Soviet people the Great Patriotic War of 1941 1945 was a holy duty, war fair, liberating, I.V. Stalin in the speech quite so called it on July 3, 1941.
But from humanistic positions war "an event opposite to human reason and all human nature" (L.N. Tolstaya).
In the middle of last century to our fathers and mothers, grandfathers and grandmothers was brought to enjoy to the bottom the most bitter bowl. Because the world imperialism involved them in the most terrible and terrible tragedy of mankind – a world slaughter. As well as 1812 when "forces of Western Europe overstepped the limits of Russia" about what L.N. Tolstoy wrote, and on July 22, 1941 fascist Germany, having taken armed forces and economic capacity of continental Western Europe, having subordinated them to itself, having brought together them in a uniform fist without declaration of war, suddenly all the power I fell upon the Soviet Union.

On July 22, 1941, "that long day in a year, with its cloudless weather gave out us the general trouble on all, for all four years" (K. Simonov). The Soviet Union appeared in private with the strong and predatory opponent who set as the main objective not only occupation of its territory and elimination of the Soviet system, but also destruction of the Slavic people and, first of all, the Russian people. In the book "Mayne Kampf" Hitler offered destruction of Slavs, and a main goal proclaimed I (quote): "… destruction of the Russian state, elimination and enslavement of its population, transformation of all Russia into a colony and a place for moving of the German race of "misters" (Yu. Kvitsinsky). Today try not to remember it.
Well, and on the other hand, the West always built the wellbeing on violence and a robbery of other people. And here the one sixth part of the land of the planet with infinite stocks of mineral and fuel and energy raw materials, with immense open spaces of chernozem arable lands and deciduous and coniferous forests, is in possession of some "barbarians". So from time immemorial considered Russians in the West. "Our country is long since perceived in the West not only as alien, but also as the hostile continent. Also it is geopolitical – belief, undoubtedly, remains firm – at least in the expected future", the great thinker of the second half of the XX century V. Kozhinov claimed.
Now we will remember who raised the German fascism. It is known that after World War I Germany humiliated with the Versailles contract and robbed by the winner countries dragged miserable existence. But with coming to power of Hitler suddenly I started trampling openly and roughly on requirements of the Versailles contract, and I began to increase the armed forces and military potential. Great Britain and France silently all this swallowed guarantor states of the Versailles agreements. About a huge contribution of bank structures and industrial corporations of the USA, and also the leading English and French monopolistic associations in revival and development of the German military industrial complex it is in detail told in the book of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the USSR in 1957-1985, the Doctor of Economics A.A. Gromyko "External expansion of the capital".
Financial support to nazis was given also by Zionists. V. Kozhinov slightly opened this great secret in the book "Victories and Troubles of Russia", (M. publishing house EKSMO-Press, 2002 – p. 402): "… interaction of Zionism and Nazism – obvious reality which can't be disproved". But also in a diplomatic field of the country of Western Europe indulged in everything to Hitler. The "free" western press and our homebrew "advocates of a freedom of speech" about it prefer to be silent. Now heads of present Poland demand that anniversary actions for a case of the Great Victory took place in its territory. But unless not Poland, the first of the European countries signed in 1934 the nonaggression pact with Hitlerites. And here great European powers – Great Britain and France how they diplomatically resisted to aspiration of Nazism to world supremacy? As burzhuina of these countries made investments in development of economic and military potential of the former opponent in World War I, heads of these countries acted on a diplomatic field by the ancient bible rule: "Where my treasures, there and my heart". In words they combated distribution of fascism, but their affairs spoke about other. On the come true anschluss of Austria Germany they kept silent, but already they blessed a partition of Czechoslovakia with Hitler.
But even before Chamberlain and Daladye's Munich arrangement to Hitler according to the section of Czechoslovakia Chamberlain arrived on bow to the Fuhrer with the plan of "Zet" containing as he said "the decision accepted for all except Russia". That is Hitler was begged obviously to move to the east. Then I was published in the leading newspapers of the world, the photo which today prudish British try not to remember. Still, after all on it "Hitler, standing on a ladder of the mountain palace two steps above Chamberlain, looks from top to down on being twenty years is more senior than him who is on the last legs after tiresome travel of the governor of the British Empire" (V. Kozhinov).
The persistent offers of the USSR addressed to Great Britain and France to create the anti-Hitlerite coalition and not to allow an initiation of war in Europe in every possible way were chattered by the last. In these conditions of the USSR it was necessary to do nothing how to accept the offer of the German government to sign the non-aggression pact for a period of 10 years. It allowed the Soviet Union to win nearly two years of a peace time and more thoroughly to be prepared for a meeting of an aggressor. Moreover under the certificate of Japanese professor H.Teratani the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact played not the last role that Japan didn't begin to start military operations on northern theater, and directed to the south
It isn't necessary to forget that after the conclusion of "Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact" the western Frontier of the USSR was restored by the Liberating campaign of Red Army on geopolitical border of Europe and Russia which was established in the X century and removed on 250-300 kilometers to the West that created conditions which in many respects predetermined failure of "blitzkrieg" against the USSR. Entry of the Baltic states into structure of the Soviet Union, allowed to block troops of Red Army the southern way to Leningrad. As the colonel general V. Chichevatov specifies: "Hitler even prior to military operations against the USSR lost to I.V. Stalin two most important strategic operations – fight for Space and fight for Time, than and doomed himself to defeat in 1941".
That's it I.V. Stalin and V. M. Molotov's these magnificent diplomatic steps still enrage and cause a gnashing of teeth and in bourgeoises of the whole world, and homebrew zapadoid. Professing the principle of double standards and fierce hatred to the Russian people and socialist system of economy they with diligence of the honest fool try to shift the blame for an unbinding of World War II to the Soviet Union. But all facts indicate the opposite. In my opinion, to this skulezh it is very accurate, with authority and figuratively Yu. Kvitsinsky answered: "The Soviet Union didn't sell in 1939 soul to a devil. He sat down to play with devils cards and beat them. I beat clean".

It is also not necessary to forget that all European economy diligently carried out military orders of Wehrmacht. The English historian Alan Taylor wrote in 1975 that after attack on the USSR "Europe became economic whole". Kept the democratic system and proclaimed themselves neutral: Sweden delivered to Germany iron ore, and Switzerland – exact devices, without it Germany couldn't wage war. Collection of occupational expenses from France provided the maintenance of army numbering 18 million people. Besides, Germans took in France sufficient reserves of oil … for the first large campaign in Russia. But convincing victories of Red Army on the Soviet-German front, an exit of its connections to frontier forced allies to make on March 26, 1944 the decision on invasion into France. Therefore on July 4, 1944 allies resumed the approach in Italy, and on June 6 - landed in France. The course of fights on the West European theater is well-known therefore on it I won't stop.

According to A.I. Vdovin, this plan was a peculiar development of the plans of war against the USSR under the names "Renkin" and "Inconceivable" developed in 1943 — 1945 at the suggestion of U. Churchill. According to V. M. Falin and L.A. Bezymensky this plan was under construction that in arrangement to Germans Anglo-American troops land on the continent, the western front of Wehrmacht is dismissed, the released troops are thrown on east front to detain advance of Red Army.

Powerful resistance to the German fascism took place only in Yugoslavia, Albania and Greece. B. Urlanis specifies that "during the Yugoslavian Resistance about 300 thousand people (from about 16 million population of the country), Albanian – nearly 29 thousand (from only 1 million population), while the Polish –33 thousand were lost (from 35 million). Apparently from the provided data, the share of the population which died in real fight against fascists in Poland is 20 times less, than in Yugoslavia, and nearly 30 times less, than in Albania.
Such is the severe and bitter truth about a role of the West European states and the USA which now apply for a role of the only winners of fascism on the planet and to which homebrew followers of professor of the Moscow university of the middle of the XIX century V. S. Pecherina calling "… echo it is delightful - to hate And waiting for fatherland greedy it abasement! And in destruction of fatherland to see World a revival right hand". Oh, as much in their Russia divorced.
