Delegates designated the purpose of Federation of labor unions — observance and protection of the rights of workers, performance of all social guarantees by employers.

"Because of military operations in the territory of Donbass, rates of economic growth sharply decreased. In difficult economic conditions business intends to solve problems at the expense of workers. In this situation the role of labor unions is especially important. The first month of work of new Ukrainian department was shown that the power intends to control moods and statements of the citizens, Yury Gorodnenko notices.

Recently created ministry of information policy which is headed by the former employee of "the 5th channel" (belongs to Petro Poroshenko) Yury Stets, decided to hold in Kiev an exhibition about "the Russian crimes" in Ukraine. Similar actions have to take place in all regional centers of the country.

If to judge on presentation of an exhibition which was held by the deputy minister of information policy Artem Bidenko on air of Ukrainian of "the 5th channel" on February 16, the analogy to the "Museum archive of a transition period" created in 1942 in Kiev German to invaders arises. The expositions presented by Hitlerites had to convince Ukrainians of "advantages" of the Nazi regime and blacken actions of Moscow. However even under the threat of punishment inhabitants of occupied territories went to "The museum of a transition period" a little — no more than 20 people in day. As a result of it already in half a year it was necessary to close in connection with an inefficiency.

Current governors of Ukraine were more cynical and inventive. To reformat consciousness of Ukrainians, to impose them a steady image of the enemy in the person of Russia, they use the worst methods of the totalitarian modes.

Ministry of the truth

For realization of the tasks the Kiev mode created the whole propaganda megadepartment — the ministry of information policy (some Ukrainian journalists already called it "The ministry of the truth"). The relevant bill was approved by the Verkhovna Rada on December 2, 2014. It was specified in the explanatory note submitted to parliament that the new body of the central executive power will form the state information policy according to the European standards, to exercise "control of steady observance of the rights and freedoms" of citizens of Ukraine, will be engaged in "in implementation of the corresponding world experience in the Ukrainian legislation".

Activity of new department has to be carried out according to "The provision on the ministry of information policy". Attentive studying of this document proves that functions of new establishment are specially registered vaguely or as blind. So, the ministry of information policy is obliged to develop standards of television production (item 10 of Situation). But in Ukraine the State Committee on television and broadcasting, as which creation of a television product is created. The following activity of the ministry — promoting of domestic television production (item 29). But then this duplication of work of the Ministry of Culture of the country. The most absurd task is "the practical help to the press services of bodies of the central power". Involuntarily the conclusion arises that for service of the press services of public institutions it was necessary to create the separate ministry. And it when on request of the IMF the government announced reduction of number of civil servants for 20%.

Already at a stage of consideration of a question of creation of the ministry of an iformpolitika in parliament, against a number of the Ukrainian reactionary journalists deputies spoke on behalf even (Moustapha Nayem and Sergey Leshchenko of Blok of Petro Poroshenko, Victoria Syumar and Dmitry Tymchuk from "Popular front"). They directly specified that activity of "The ministry of the truth" will have repressive character.

As showed the first month of work, parliamentarians were right. Officials of the ministry at once concentrated on two main tasks — shadowing and censorship, having surpassed even methods of the ministry of promotion of nazi Germany.

Total shadowing

Data collection about "disloyal" to the authorities citizens became the main direction of work of the ministry of information policy. They carry out this activity in common with services on work with addresses of citizens of Ukraine at the ministries, the State Committees, regional and regional administrations. Formally refer to item 37 of Provision on the Ministry of information policy: "The organization of consideration of addresses of citizens for the questions connected with activity of the ministry". And though the speech in this point goes about protection of the rights and freedoms in the sphere of mass media, not it is the main thing for officials of "The ministry of the truth". They collect data (denunciations) about various "the Russian spies", various "the anti-Ukrainian elements", "sympathizing separatists". Form databanks about all citizens of the country.

To receive more information on moods of Ukrainians, the whole group of officials which traces visitors of the "pro-Russian" blogs on "Facebook", by "VKontakte", on Youtube is created, study their correspondence, note those who puts likes near "separatist" statements. In fact, it is about creation whole "polices of thoughts" which has to control of what think that residents of the country feel.

Thoughtcrime and Doublethink

Creation of system of total control is only the first step on the way of full reformatting of consciousness of citizens of Ukraine. To accustom them to live in a condition of continuous fear, the Kiev mode started applying repressions even to those who simply does "seditious", from the point of view of the power, the statement. It is a little more — will also put for gestures or think (thoughtcrime).

Today Ukrainian "The ministry of the truth" collects data on those who is dissatisfied with increase of tariffs and is ready to come to protest actions. Data on them transfer to prosecutor's office which brings criminal cases according to p.1 Art. 258-3 of UK of Ukraine "Creation of terrorist group or organization". Accused under this article quite concrete term — from 8 to 15 years with confiscation of property threatens.

One more category of citizens against whom at the suggestion of "The ministry of the truth", started bringing criminal cases — those who helps the relatives or acquaintances on Donbass (transfers or transfers money, clothes, means of hygiene). It forms the basis for charge according to p.1 Art. 258-5 of UK of Ukraine "The action made for the purpose of financial security of terrorist group (organization)".

At last, at the suggestion of the Ukrainian minister of information policy Yury Stetsya who declared that stay of the Russian journalists in the Ukrainian territory is inadmissible, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the bill of the termination of accreditation of representatives of the Russian mass media to public authorities. Now "The ministry of the truth" together with SBU forms the list of all Russian sites which "participate in information war against Ukraine". According to this list it is planned to block work of these Internet resources in the Ukrainian segment of the Network.

It is more dangerous only that lawlessness is presented to society as absolutely normal things, and justification for them — "world practice". Thereby accustom citizens of Ukraine to live with the doubled consciousness, that is to a doublethink. It is a little more — and will proclaim the official slogan of the country: "War — is the world. Freedom — this slavery. Ignorance — force".

"Week of hatred"

The brainwash by means of the actions which are followed by visual and acoustical effects has to become deification of all activity of Ukrainian of "The ministry of the truth". To prove such actions as "an exhibition about the Russian aggression", declared to Mininformpolitiki: "in the conditions of a truce information war from the Russian Federation will accrue".

Similar statements even in the conditions of wild promotion for considerable part of the population look as absurdity. But for those who doubts, the Kiev mode prepares changes in the Criminal code. It is going to be added with the article 436-2 "Public Denial or Justification of Military Aggression of the Russian Federation in relation to Ukraine in 2014-2015". It provides imprisonment for a period of 6 months till 3 years with confiscation of property for all who doesn't agree with official promotion. The bill is already submitted to the Verkhovna Rada by the deputy from presidential "Blok to Poroshenko" Igor Artyushenko.

This legislative initiative as if is copied from the law "About Protection of the Government of National Revival against Artful Encroachments" adopted on March 24, 1933 in nazi Germany. The difference only that term for "rough distortion of reality, stated the judgments able to cause damage to wellbeing of Germany or to authority of the government of the Reich" at Hitlerites was less — till 2 years of prison.

Ministries of the world, abundance, freedom

If realization of the worst totalitarian methods is continued, already shortly we will see the Ministry of the world which will direct war on Donbass in Kiev, telling Ukrainians that there the silence reigns.

The ministry of abundance (it the current Minister of Finance, the U.S. citizen Natalia Yaresko, of course, will head), which will publish every week statistical data on GDP growth and a standard of living of ordinary citizens.

The ministries of freedom (which, it is sure, the head of SBU Valentin Nalivaychenko concerning whom the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine in September, 2013 opened criminal proceedings upon cooperation with CIA will head) where "mysleprestupnik" will be brought on "re-education". That they as a result will completely disappear won't tell, of course.

On this way the Kiev power will have only one obstacle. Any totalitarian promotion always works roughly, rectilinearly, openly. She ignores feature of human psychology — not to perceive that impose. As a result will receive reaction with an accuracy on the contrary — will even more begin to hate this mode.

And it will become the reason of a total failure of fascist promotion in Ukraine.

Donetsk, 22 Feb – It is GIVEN. As a result of attacks of Donetsk by the Ukrainian security officers new destructions are recorded, in the city the cannonade again sounds. Today reported about it in city administration of the capital of DNR.

In the city rescue and recovery operations are continued. According to the city hall, for the morning on February 22 in Donetsk 88 transformer substations are disconnected, don't give the heat carrier of 40 boiler rooms, without gas supply there are 5305 subscribers.

For the present I didn't communicate with the others".

The day before, on February 21, in the Lugansk National Republic the exchange of prisoners between DNR and LNR on the one hand and armed forces of Ukraine with another took place. DNR carried out with Kiev an exchange in the 36 on 36 format; initially the exchange was planned on a formula "37 on 37", but the plan underwent changes as one of the Ukrainian prisoners decided to remain in DNR. In turn, LNR transferred to Kiev 115 prisoners in exchange for 17.

The Ukrainian party also agreed to take away heavy machinery within two weeks since February 22.

According to the Package of measures on implementation of the Minsk agreements coordinated on February 12 by Contact group on peaceful settlement, the Ukrainian security officers have to allocate for the technician from the actual line of contact, and DNR and LNR – from the line determined by the September Minsk memorandum.

The plan of measures on implementation of the Minsk arrangements assumes immediate and comprehensive ceasefire in Donbass since February 15, branch of heavy arms, creation of a safety zone, the beginning of payments of grants and pensions to inhabitants of DNR and LNR, and also the constitutional reform in Ukraine which result has to be a deep decentralization of public administration.

By words zamkomkorpusy since evening on February 21 the fighters of "Azov" who are to the west of Shirokino actively celebrated anniversary of "Maidan", and around 03:00 on February 22, according to radio interception, verbal between two commanders of chasteners there was a skirmish in an air.

After that since 05:00 divisions of "Azov" opened heavy fire on DNR positions that led to death of one and wound of two more rebels.

Some part of bodies managed to be taken, the others can be got from under building fragments only with use of special equipment.

It appears that much of the western world is waking up to the facts. Possibly that is why the current mouthpieces of various ruling cliques, who depend entirely on the propaganda machines of the major media barons to keep a veil over the truth, are displaying more and more hysterical tendencies in an attempt to stoke the fires in a situation where the solution is looking more and more as being that which the opponents to the fascist junta in kiev have asked and demanded since the coup : listen to us. If the working class of the west were to be allowed to hear the truth the junta would collapse and the drive towards a far right west would be replaced by a fight for socialist principles.

"It has been a year of growing and escalating crisis in Europe since the Maidan Square protests in Kiev succeeded in toppling Ukrainian president Viktor Yanukovych in February 2014. Those protests, which people in eastern Ukraine consider to have been the basis of a coup that brought down their government and thus trampled over their rights, were openly and materially supported by the West. It saw the likes of US Senator John McCain – a man whose quest for a new Vietnam War never ends – travelling to the country to personally urge on the demonstrators in Kiev alongside Britain’s Catherine Ashton, representing the EU.

With this in mind, just imagine the reaction if Russian politicians had travelled to Mexico to urge on an anti-US protest movement to topple the elected government there and replace it with a pro-Russian alternative. And imagine too that at the head of this movement to topple said government were avowed neo-Nazis and fascists. Imagine what the reaction of the United States would have been then.

Then we have the open admission by the US State Department’s Victoria Nuland, another visitor to Maidan Square during the protests, that the US had ‘invested’ $5billion dollars to help secure Ukraine’s ‘democratic future’ since 1991, combined with the staggering contents of a taped telephone conversation she conducted in early February 2014 with the US ambassador to Ukraine, Geoffrey Pyatt, during which they discuss whom they would like to see ‘appointed’ the new Ukrainian president, anticipating Yanukovych’s imminent demise.

Is there anybody who seriously believes, given the aforementioned, that the US and its European allies were not engaged in a nefarious attempt to destabilise and undermine an elected government?

Ukraine’s history is inextricably linked to Russia’s. In the east of the country especially, cultural, ethnic, economic, and historical links with Russia are deeply entrenched. It describes a fissure between east and west in which one half of Ukraine favours close and fraternal ties to Russia on the basis of those links, while in western Ukraine the dominant political current is anti-Russian and pro-West.

Professor of Russian and European Politics, Richard Sakwa, explores the two competing models of statehood that have arisen on the basis of this fissure in his recent book, Frontline Ukraine (IB Taurus 2015). He describes the first of these as monist nationalism, involving the assertion of an ethnocentric identity that underpins a regeneration of the nation’s culture and social values along rigid and exclusionary nationalist lines. The second he refers to as a pluralist model, denoting an inclusive Ukrainian identity that embraces the disparate and diverse peoples and ethnic groups who make up the country, a consequence of its “long history of fragmented statehood”.

These two contested models of statehood are being played out in the current Ukrainian conflict, which has been ramped up by the geopolitical stakes involved as Washington and its allies seeks to ‘contain’ Russia in a struggle over the continuation of the unipolarity enjoyed by the West since the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, or the multipolar alternative which Russia’s re-emergence as a global power demands.

With over 5000 people killed and over a million displaced in the ensuing conflict in eastern Ukraine, the need for a political solution is self evident. Yet, judging by the intensity of the demonisation of Vladimir Putin and Russia by the British political and media establishment recently, it is clear that an intensification of the conflict is the preferred option of those who refuse to accept that the British Empire no longer exists.

When he’s not being compared to Hitler, a particularly offensive caricature for historical reasons, the Russian leader is being accused of harbouring ambitions of forging a ‘Russian Empire’. However, Defence Secretary Michael Fallon takes the biscuit with his ludicrous assertion that Putin constitutes as great a threat to Europe as Islamic State. It reveals a political class that has suffered intellectual collapse.

That such accusations stem from a nation whose government has played a key part in reducing Afghanistan, Iraq, and Libya to a state of chaos in recent years, only makes them all the more hypocritical if not downright noxious.

But then this should come as no surprise, as we’ve been here before, haven’t we? Remember when Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez was being similarly demonised and held up as a dictator? His crime when he came to power and remained there on the back of numerous democratic elections was his refusal to allow Venezuela’s wealth to continue to be shipped out of the country, as it had been for decades, by a small group of Western-supported oligarchs.

What the crisis and conflict in Ukraine has done is remind us that we live in a world in which the West’s interests and rights are the only ones deemed legitimate. This is what drives the repeated attempts by Washington and its allies, especially the UK, to push a hegemonic agenda. And whether in the Middle East or in Europe, it is this agenda that has been the root cause of instability and conflict that is unfolding in eastern Ukraine at present and which has pushed the Middle East into an abyss of carnage and barbarism.

The US is a global hegemon. With over 1,000 military bases covering the planet, 11 navy battle carrier groups, and a military budget exceeding that of every other major industrialised nation combined, the challenge facing the world is not how to contain Russia but rather how to contain Washington. Vladimir Putin and Russia’s crime is to dare resist this US Empire, taking a stand against the hypocrisy, double standards, and complete lack of respect for other countries, cultures, and values it represents. The concerted attempt to expand NATO and an ever more militant EU all the way up to Russia’s border has nothing to do with democracy and everything to do with the projection of imperial power masquerading as democracy.

When it comes to Britain, ours is a government that has made a virtue out of attaching itself to Washington’s coattails. Indeed it is no exaggeration to state that when Washington sneezes Britain is ready with a handkerchief to blow its nose. It is a sordid and eminently dishonourable relationship that has allowed the UK to parade itself as a first rate power when in truth it hardly qualifies as third rate.

An escalation of the conflict in eastern Ukraine benefits no one, least of all Russia. But the principle at stake is one that must be upheld – namely an end to the West dictating orders to the rest of the world and thereby spreading destabilisation rather than stability, war instead of peace, and chaos at the expense of respect for international law. Only when the proponents of ‘democratism’, an ideology not to be confused with democracy, understand that the world is not theirs to control will there be an end to the never-ending spiral of conflict that shows no sign of abating anytime soon.

MOSCOW, February 20. /TASS/. Prospects for the setting up of an alternative General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces testifies to the ineptness of top commanders of the Armed Forces and to the attempts to organize "an oligarchic coup" in favor of the country’s political warmongers, experts polled by TASS said on Friday.

On Thursday, the commander of the Donbas punitive battalion and Verkhovna Rada deputy Semyon Semenchenko made public a plan to set up a Unified Staff of Ukrainian Volunteer Forces with headquarters in Dnipropetrovsk. A memorandum on the motion was signed by representatives of thirteen battalions and public associations, including five warlords and the leader of the radical nationalist Right Sector movement, Dmitry Yarosh.

According to the organizers, the staff of volunteer battalions will be a center for coordination, exchange of intelligence data, and the drafting of operation plans that will be handed later on to the General Staff of the Armed Forces.

"Events of the past few months and especially of the past several weeks have shown inability of people at the General Staff to control and coordinate the Ukrainian troops appropriately," Semenchenko wrote. He called on President Petro Poroshenko to change the top commanders in the General Staff.

Somewhat later, however, Semenchenko who had familiarized himself with reaction to his declarations in the Internet rushed to disprove the accusations that the "volunteer forces" staff he was about to set up together with Yarosh would put pressure on Poroshenko or would commit violent actions against the incumbent authorities.

He promised to obey the orders of government agencies.

"For any country, one-man command is the cornerstone element for defense capability of any country," Dr. Konstantin Sivkov, the president of the Academy of Geopolitical Problems told TASS. "The setting up of a parallel ‘general staff’ in Dnipropetrovsk process the system of control over the Ukrainian Armed Forces is collapsing and the ‘volunteer detachments’ have totally stopped reporting to the Supreme Commander personalized by President Poroshenko and to the country’s Defense Minister."

"Standing behind this ‘unified staff of volunteer forces’ are Ukrainian oligarchs with Igor Kolomoisky, the governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region at the head," Dr. Sivkov said. "Kolomoisky, whom the Russian Investigators have placed on an international wanted list in connection with a case on the use of prohibited instruments and methods of warring, propelled the field commanders to the Verkhovna Rada."

"In other words, the oligarchs are setting up a strike fist in the strife for redistribution of state power in Ukraine in favor of the ‘party of war’ alongside with the (existing) center of political influence," he believes.

"It’s all too obvious that the initiative for an alternative ‘general staff’ emerged after a collapse of the operation the pro-Kiev forces had been conducting near Debaltsevo and it aims at a revenge, at a continuation of the civil war in Donbas in violation of the agreements on ceasefire and pullout of weaponry reached in Minsk on February 12," Dr. Sivkov said.

Colonel-General Leonid Ivashov, the president of the International Center for Geopolitical Analysis believes the setting up of the parallel "general staff" deserves a "Farewell Ukraine" epigraph.

"An uncanny radical force, the Right Sector, and the field commanders of paramilitary ‘volunteer’ units have spoken out in defense of narrowly egotistic interests of the oligarchs," he said. "But if you take account of the fact this force is well-organized and armed and that it has heavy armaments in its disposal, it will be tearing the state and society apart," Gen Ivashov said.

"Demands for resignation of top commanding officers of the General Staff will be followed by the attempts on the part of the parallel staff to dislodge the Supreme Commander," he said. "The country will be pushed into turbulence, with everyone warring against everyone."

"Europe may bump into a situation the Middle East gripped by the unruly and uncontrollable Isis has bumped into," the expert said.

"The surfacing of an alternative ‘general staff’ in Ukraine exposes a practical split between Poroshenko and Kolomoisky, who is trying to turn the battalions he finances into an own army," said Alexander Khramchikhin, a deputy director of the Institute for Political and Military Analysis."

"Initially, this quasi-army was knocked together to suppress revolt in the east of Ukraine but now it will be spearheaded at the ‘party of peace’ in Kiev," he said.

"The rise of this parallel center of political and power-wielding influences is bearing a threat to Ukraine’s existence within its current border and its transformation into a semblance of Somalia where two de facto states and several illicit zones exist at a time," Khramchikhin said. "The problem is the dismantling of a state in the center of Europe will pose a threat to the entire continent and will have totally unpredictable consequences."

The UAE supplying weapons to Ukraine could be part of a US covert operation, former US diplomat James Jatras told RT.

“This discussion in Washington about supplying weapons has been going on for some time. Usually that indicates that some kind of a covert program is already in operation and that we already are supplying some weapons directly,” he said.

Jatras added that it is hard to believe that UAE would sell these weapons to Ukraine “without a green light from Washington.”

“There is a lot of worry in Washington that our European satellites are slipping the leash and that this Minsk 2 agreement represents a possibility of a peace settlement that is really advantageous to the anti-Kiev forces in Lugansk and Donetsk. And one way to shake that up is to pour some weapons in there,” Jatras said.

Commenting on Poroshenko’s statement that the weapons are not intended for offensive use, Jatras said that “the notion that there are offensive and defensive weapons is really absurd here” and that supplying the weapons is “clearly designed to give Kiev some kind of military option that Kiev does not currently have, and of course it has an offensive intent behind it.”

The ministry has begun accepting applications from people wanting to join the online army. Once users are registered, they ... receive instructions on how to proceed.

One of the users published the first set of instructions he allegedly received from the “internet army headquarters.”

The task outline is to create as many fake accounts on social media as possible without raising suspicion. The instructions explain that it is preferable to set up a new email account that uses a Western server. It also advises to set up new Twitter, Facebook, and VKontakte accounts (the Russian equivalent of Facebook).

The instructions also detail that users must use real names, be careful not to add too many friends (in order to seem legitimate), and select their geographic location to be in eastern Ukraine or Crimea.

In order for the account to seem more authentic, users are encouraged to write a few personal posts and comment on non-political issues.

However, another instruction was distributed to bloggers on the same day. It gave the same blueprint for creating a fake account in Crimea or Donbass, but claimed that is the way “information agents of Kremlin work.” "

In the ministry specified that explosion happened on February 24 at 12:05 on a stage Ilovaysk — Hartsyzsk.

"As a result of explosion all six employees suffered. These are young children to the senior from which it wasn't executed and 38 years — reported in Ministry of Transport. — All workers suffered serious injuries: wounds of feet, fragmentary injuries of a face, injury of eyes". Victims are hospitalized, necessary medical care is provided to them. The condition of employees of DONZhD is estimated as satisfactory, but some of them are threatened by partial loss of sight.

Earlier, on February 9, around station of Skotovataya in the territory under control to the Ukrainian security officers the crew of employees of DONZhD which was engaged in tracks repair, underwent aim mortar attack from the Ukrainian post. Three persons were lost, two got severe wounds. Ministry of Transport of DNR requested in OSCE investigation of this incident.

The chairman of Federation of labor unions of LNR Oleg Akimov, the chairman of labor union of workers of trade, public catering and life Anatoly Sobolev, the head of department of FP LNR Anna Mineeva held a press conference in Lugansk information center. Break of information blockade and a diplomatic victory of labor unions of Luganshchina became the main subject.

"Today we received the final text of the resolution XII of the World congress of labor unions in which all points offered by Federation of labor unions of LNR were brought. It is a big diplomatic victory of all people of Luganshchina. We achieved two main goals. The first — to break through information blockade. The second — to give the chance to the truth to win against double standards" — Oleg Akimov noted.

As it became known, the representative of LNR became the member of the central committee of the World labor union of public servants and workers of allied industries. The world labor union fixed such decision the corresponding declaration. "The list from thirteen countries which are included into the central committee of the World labor union of public servants and workers of allied industries included our representative. Anatoly Sobolev, the member of presidium of Federation of labor unions of LNR became him. It for us very big step as to present ours was included into governing body of one of the world trade-union organizations" — Anatoly Sobolev told.

Also at a press conference it was talked that today the Federation of labor unions of the Lugansk National Republic prepares documents for the accession to the World organization of labor unions of civil servants and workers of allied industries. "After successful performance of our delegation we prepare documents which we will file to the World organization of labor unions of civil servants and workers of allied industries for inclusion of Federation of labor unions of the Lugansk National Republic in structure of this world association as the full member" — the chairman of Federation of labor unions of LNR Oleg Akimov told.

According to Oleg Akimov, membership in so authoritative international association will give the chance to representatives of the LNR trade-union organizations publicly to state the position and to be heard. "It is necessary to inform a voice of the truth of Donbass, LNR voice. It we will come to a stage, absolutely new to us. It is a unique information platform, a unique exit of solidarity for the whole world. And we will use it for all 100%" — he explained.
