Oddly, the NYT says Epps is a "victim" of conspiracy theories. But Epps was the unwilling star of NYT earlier video-news show about his repeatedly exhorting scrummers to "go into the Capitol." Epps is caught on video over-and-over again. In the end, it is just depressing. The NYT has buried the JFKA for decades, and ridiculed anyone who thought deeply about it. Obviously, Hunter Biden has emerged in the MAGA-verse as the substance abusing Billy Carter of Biden's presidency. And, in the propaganda process, very little is ever said about Hunter's traumatic life history. I'm not very familiar with the details, but I know that Hunter was injured in the car accident that killed his mother. And his father was busy serving in the U.S. Senate. So, who raised Hunter before he eventually became substance dependent? And, do we blame the surviving single parent for such vicissitudes? Only in the Trump MAGA-verse. There are apparent genetic determinants of Anti-Social Personality Disorder (ASP.) Over-indulgent and/or absent parenting also seems to play a role-- not setting appropriate limits and consequences for bad behavior. Pure speculation on my part, but my hunch is that Joe Biden may have over-indulged Hunter, partly in an effort to compensate for the tragic loss of his mother. In a prospective MMPI study in Minnesota, the only personality trait that predicted future substance dependence in high school students was a tendency to take risks.
