Its that people will protest the fuel situation, inflation, food shortages and so on. What the state will do is make all of these people out to be anti-democratic, right wing revolutionaries and they’ll want to thwart them under domestic terror laws. Anti-democratic will come to mean anti-establishment. We’ve seen them use these linguistics to demonise and exploit the middle east, of course they’ll do it at home.
