This seems to be your go-to explanation for a lot of damning JFKA evidence, Fred-- i.e., that dishonest people simply "made it up."  

For example, you claim that Dr. Victor Weiss and Lt. Fruge simply made up their story about Ruth Cheramie's foreknowledge of the JFK assassination plot.

But that makes no sense.   Why would a physician and a cop lie about something that important?

You also claim that Richard Case Nagell made up his story about foreknowledge of the JFK assassination plot, then feigned a bank robbery to "get psychiatric help."

But I've never heard of a single case, during the past 40 years, where a patient feigned an armed robbery to "get psychiatric help."

Some suicidal people engage law enforcement to shoot them, but that's different than robbing banks.

Sadly, mentally ill people often end up in jail, (about one-third of Colorado prison inmates are mentally ill) but they don't typically commit crimes to "get psychiatric help."   For one thing, psychiatric help is scarce in prisons.

Not true.

She was arrested Valentines Day 1941 for vagrancy in San Antonio.  Broke, after sitting out her time in jail she hooked up with bartender Johnny Delano.  After about a year of running drugs for him among other things, she stole a good bit of his stash and cash, took him to work and took off with his car heading north.  He turned her in for stealing the car.  She was pulled over in Canyon, TX., taken to jail then transferred to Amarillo.  Where she was convicted of Larceny and drug possession.

Johnny's home address was actually in Shreveport La.  Where the car was registered?  Anyway, she was transferred there to be sentenced and received 2 years in Angola.  Where she learned to please visiting dignitaries for a "better life."  (no bruises preferred ).

Dr. Niederhut: I never claimed Dr Weiss lied. That video is useless as evidence first, because he is not a direct witness to what Rose Cherami said before the assassination, and second, in 1967, he identified the Dr. he heard it from, and that Dr. denied it. 

Fruge's contemoraneous reports from 1967 indicate that the only thing he heard from Cherami was that Oswald and Ruby were bed partners and had been shacking up for several years. And that she stripped for Ruby at the Pink Door. All of this is nonsense.

Have you read Fruge's deposition?

As for Nagell, he was also suicidal. He had been divorced and had lost custody of his children. He told a jail cell roommate that he wanted to find a situation where he would be shot. Later he would tell various doctors that he was desperate to see his children, and that he needed psychiatric help. He had been in and out of VA hospitals and they were giving him the help he needed.

Among conspiracy theorists, the story has been considered quite credible since 1979, when an account by investigator Patricia Orr was published by the House Select Committee reviewing the JFK assassination (HSCA). This account was based primarily on the HSCA interviews of Francis Frugé and Victor Weiss, a doctor at the Jackson hospital.

The problem is that in accounts given by Frugé and Weiss to the New Orleans District Attorney's Office over a decade earlier, in 1967, there is no indication that Cherami had made any statements about the assassination prior to the time it occurred.

On the contrary, several 1967 accounts by Frugé state only that, following Cherami's November 26 release from the Jackson hospital, Cherami informed Frugé that she had worked for Ruby as a stripper, that Ruby and Oswald had been in Ruby's club together, and that the two were "good friends" and "bed partners.

Joe, they didn't mention foreign dignitaries.  I thought they were talking state or local.  One example was supposedly of a doctor based out of the East Louisiana State Hospital, working for the government testing the effects of various drugs on patients and doing the same with prisoners at Angola.

Regarding having it rough she brought that upon her self.  She left home at a young age to waitress in Houston living in flop houses she learned to party, oversleep and get fired.   

It is noted that she contracted encephalitis at age 12.  The doctor warned her parents there could be changes in her behavior, that this could impact her the rest of her life.  Also to keep her away from alcohol or any drugs not prescribed by a physician.

Given her criminal history started in San Antonio with the vagrancy, stealing the drugs, money and car maybe we owe her a song for singing about JFK's assassination a day before it happened.
