I don't think he's worried about that at all.

All his evil and greedy gut is worried about is how much he might be taxed.

Whereas, the Constitutions of the United States and the State of West Virginia require that only legal citizens may vote in U.S. and West Virginia elections, and that there is abundant evidence that non-citizens have been and are being registered to vote in the national election of 2024; therefore, be it

Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That, the sovereign State of West Virginia declares it will not recognize an election for President if such election is enabled by illegal or fraudulent acts; and be it

Further Resolved, That, the State of West Virginia will not recognize any election of the Democrat candidate for President during the 2024 election cycle if the Republican presidential or vice-presidential candidate is assassinated, seriously injured during an assassination attempt, incarcerated, de facto eliminated or barred from the ballot in any states, or is the subject of legal actions that preclude their effective campaigning; and be it

Further Resolved, That, the State of West Virginia will not recognize an election of a candidate for President during the 2024 election cycle if the Attorney General of West Virginia or the Secretary of State of West Virginia, in consultation with the West Virginia Legislature, determine that election fraud in any state was a major reason that resulted in a candidate for President obtaining a majority in the Electoral College. Election fraud includes non-citizen voting, vote buying, ballot forgery, illegal or illicit ballot harvesting, illegal or illicit discarding of legal votes or voter registrations, ballot miscounts, algorithmic manipulation of votes or vote tabulations,...

He's definitely worried about going to prison. He knows what he's done.

He's essentially functioned as an arm of the FSB in their efforts to interfere in U.S. elections.

He's in very deep sh*t.

Geez... When attacking immigrants, blacks, and Muslims doesn't quite suffice, attack trans people!!  🙄

After all, the Party of MAGA can't very well get elected on their platform of more tax cuts for billionaires...

Trump and Republicans Bet Big on Anti-Trans Ads

October 8, 2024 at 3:57 pm EDT By Taegan Goddard

“With just four weeks until the election, Donald Trump and Republican candidates nationwide are putting transgender issues at the center of their campaigns, tapping into fears about transgender women and girls in sports and about taxpayer-funded gender transitions in prisons,” the New York Times reports.

“Since the beginning of August, Republicans have poured more than $65 million into television ads in more than a dozen states on these topics in some of the country’s most competitive races.”

“They are a sign that Republican strategists believe they have found a potent third leg for their messaging stool in 2024, along with the mainstays of inflation and immigration.”

He'll get away with it.  He's projecting his own "dark MAGA" fantasies of locking up millions of "leftists."

Steve Bannon promises "the biggest infrastructure project in history" -- a vast gulag of "detention centers" for the undocumented, "tent cities" for the homeless, and black sites for Trump's political enemies.

It, certainly, happened in Germany after the Reichstag fire.

Hitler and his goons immediately shut down the opposition press, banned opposition political parties, and incarcerated leftists at Dachau.

The public also started reporting their neighbors and associates to the Gestapo-- even for cracking jokes about Hitler in beer halls-- and the offenders were taken away to prison in the middle of the night.
