Rudy evaded process servers until he was served a summons on his surprise 80Th birthday celebration. Just before being served he confidently wrote this on twitter with a picture of him and his friends saying. “If Arizona authorities can’t find me by tomorrow morning: 1. They must dismiss the indictment; 2. They must concede they can’t count votes,” Giuliani wrote on X at 7:06 p.m. on Friday.
