Why are 7,885 already released in full?

In this letter to POTUS the CIA gives the wrong citation for the JFK Act.  It's Public Law 102-526, not 525.

The motion we filed last week in the MFF lawsuit seeks an injunction preventing the implementation of the Transparency Plans because we beleive they do not comply with the JFK Act.  The hearing is scheduled for July 13th.
