Lawrence Schnapf Posted June 16, 2023 Posted June 16, 2023 The motion we filed last week in the MFF lawsuit seeks an injunction preventing the implementation of the Transparency Plans because we beleive they do not comply with the JFK Act. The hearing is scheduled for July 13th.
