  1. Pete, Thanks for the kind words. Sorrels says that the words in his notes about the "ramp" comes from his overhearing FRITZ ask RUBY. Mr. HUBERT. Do you know if anyone asked him how he got in? I think perhaps you have testified to that already. Mr. SORRELS. Yes, Captain Fritz asked him that. Mr. HUBERT. And he said he came in through the ramp, I believe you said. Mr. SORRELS. That is right. Mr. SORRELS. I do not remember just exactly the time, but it was some time after that when Jack Ruby was brought to Captain Fritz' office, and Captain Fritz questioned him. I was present at that time and heard Captain Fritz interrogate him and made some notes and wrote them up. And I also at that time asked him a few questions myself, on some points I wanted to clarify. Mr. SORRELS. It probably brought it to my mind that there were other people present there, and I think I so informed Mr. Griffin on the telephone. But that is not what prompted me to make the call about the two uniformed officers, because that had no bearing on what I told Mr. Griffin. What he was asking me over the telephone is what I had heard Ruby say. And I told him what I had heard Ruby say. And he had asked me about certain things that I did not recall hearing Ruby say, and I told him so at the time. And when I was in District Attorney Wade's office, the question was asked of me by Mr. Wade as to whether or not certain statements alleged to have been made by Ruby were made to Officer Dean in my presence, and I told him I did not hear anything like that. Mr. SORRELS. The only comment that I can remember that he made is when Mr. Wade asked me if certain things were said by Ruby when I was talking to him in the jail on the morning of November 24, when Dean was there, and I told him no, that that statement was not made in my presence, I did not recall any statement like that. And Dean said, "Well, maybe it was. after you left." And I said, "Well, if it was--if the statement was made, it would have had to be after I left, because I don't recall any statement like that." In his report to Chief Curry two days later, on November 26, Dean said that Ruby told him “in the presence of Mr. Sorrels that he (Ruby) had entered the basement through the ramp entering on Main Street.” Dean told the WC about their conversation. Ruby allegedly told Dean, "I walked in the Main Street ramp…I have just been to the Western Union to mail a money order to Fort Worth…. I walked from the Western Union to the ramp…. I saw Sam Pierce drive out of the basement. At that time, at the time the car drove out is when I walked in.” Agent Sorrels, head of the Secret Service in Dallas, reported that Ruby “said no such thing.” Mr. HUBERT. And he said he came in through the ramp, I believe you said. Mr. SORRELS. That is right. (Again - I think the distinction is between FRITZ and DEAN) SORRELS. Now, I might put in here as an explanation that these are in response to questions that Captain Fritz was asking him. That he had this gun for 2 or 3 years. That George Senator was a roommate. That he came in the basement--the word "basement" is not shown here he came in off Main Street, off of the ramp.
  2. It is uncanny how he fits so well into the image... I posted a while back how this part of that frame of the 8mm film is ridiculously small.. even at film resolution of about 1000dpi converted. This is ALL my putting Oswald into the image.. Top right tho
  3. I believe that's Joe MOLINA.. Mr. BALL. Where were you when you saw him go into the building? Mr. MOLINA. I was right in the entrance. Mr. BALL. Did you see a police officer with him? Mr. MOLINA. I didn't see a police officer. I don't recall seeing a police officer but I did see him go inside. Mr. BALL. Did you see a white-helmeted police officer any time there in the entrance? Mr. MOLINA. Well, of course, there might have been one after they secured the building, you know. Mr. BALL. No, I mean when Truly went in; did you see Truly actually go into the building? Mr. MOLINA. I saw him go in. Mr. BALL. Where were you standing? Mr. MOLINA. Right at the front door; right at the front door. Mr. BALL. Outside the front door? Mr. MOLINA. Yes, outside the front door I was standing; the door was right behind me. Mr. BALL. Were you standing on the steps? Mr. MOLINA. Yes, on the uppermost step. Mr. BALL. You actually saw Truly go Mr. MOLINA. Yeah. Mr. BALL. You were still standing there? Mr. MOLINA. Yes.
  4. Mr. BALL - I have here Commission's 163, a gray blue jacket. Do you recognize this jacket? Mr. FRAZIER - No, sir; I don't. Mr. BALL - Did you ever see Lee Oswald wear this jacket? Mr. FRAZIER - No, sir; I don't believe I have. Mr. FRAZIER - No, sir; I don't believe I have because most time I noticed when Lee had it, I say he put off his shirt and just wear a T-shirt the biggest part of the time so really what shirt he wore that day I really didn't see it or didn't pay enough attention to it whether he did have a shirt on. Mr. BALL - On that day you did notice one article of clothing, that is, he had a jacket? Mr. FRAZIER - Yes, sir. Mr. BALL - What color was the jacket? Mr. FRAZIER - It was a gray, more or less flannel, wool-looking type of jacket that I had seen him wear and that is the type of jacket he had on that morning. Mr. BALL - Did it have a zipper on it? Mr. FRAZIER - Yes, sir; it was one of the zipper types. Mr. BALL - It isn't one of these two zipper jackets we have shown? Mr. FRAZIER - No, sir. Mrs. ROBERTS. He went to his room and he was in his shirt sleeves but I couldn't tell you whether it was a long-sleeved shirt or what color it was or nothing, and he got a jacket and put it on---it was kind of a zipper jacket. Mr. BALL. Had you ever seen him wear that jacket before? Mrs. ROBERTS. I can't say I did---if I did, I don't remember it. Mr. BALL. When he came in he was in a shirt? Mrs. ROBERTS. He was in his shirt sleeves. variants or less commonly shirtsleeves or shirtsleeved : being without a coat Mr. BALL. What color was his shirt? Do you know? Mrs. ROBERTS. I don't remember. I didn't pay that much attention for I was interested in the television trying to get it fixed. Mr. BALL. Had you ever seen that shirt before or seen him wear it---the shirt, or do you know? Mrs. ROBERTS. I don't remember---I don't know. Mr. BALL. You say he put on a separate jacket? Mrs. ROBERTS. A jacket. Mr. BALL. I'll show you this jacket which is Commission Exhibit 162---have you ever seen this jacket before? Mrs. ROBERTS. Well, maybe I have, but I don't remember it. It seems like the one he put on was darker than that. Correct me if I'm wrong, OSWALD only had the 2 jackets which are in evidence.. 162 and 163 - this one and the dark blue very puffy jacket. If he wore his light-grey colored one to work... then this - via WESTBROOK - is a plant. Where is the light grey jacket Wesley says he wore that morning? The dark blue jacket CE163, was found at the TSBD in the following days. And he came home without a jacket. Any ideas about where his jacket went? And yes, it being "M" does not remove it from consideration... other items do. Still would have like to see it on him.. FWIW, There is not a single photo of Harvey wearing that, or any jacket for that matter.
  5. His trying on the jacket would have made some sense, no? It was obviously way too big. How did he assemble the rifle, when and where? Where did he leave it after he gets to work. When did he retrieve it prior to 12:15? How did he know JFK was 20-25,minutes late when all info prior pointed to his passing the TSBD prior to 12:00 and the luncheon starting at 12:30. The motorcade was supposed to leave at 11:30 and did not until 11:50... would Oswald have known this? Mrs. REID. Well, I left, I ate my lunch hurriedly, I wasn't watching the time but I wanted to be sure of getting out on the streets in time for the parade before he got there, and I called my husband, who works at the records building, and they had a radio in their office and they were listening as the parade progressed and he told me they were running about 10 minutes late. Mr. BELIN. All right. Do you know about what time it was that you left the lunchroom, was it 12, 12:15? Mrs. REID. I think around 12:30 somewhere along in there. Mr. BELIN. Were there any men in the lunchroom when you left there? Mrs. REID. I can't, I don't, remember that. Mr. BELIN. All right. Mrs. REID. I can't remember the time they left. And why wan't he charged with attempted murder of a police officer in the theater? If he did actually pull a gun and try to shoot McDonald. Same why the Aussie girls were not shown a photo, or Duran not being shown the application photo, or Bowen. Easier to simply avoid it.
  6. Thanks Mark, Only 1 concern... The lettering on the rifle in evidence is filled in with white as we see in the only image of it from the WCR. Those dark letters would be tough to see on the dimly lit 6th floor. I'd think. DJ
  7. thanks Ben... @Michael Kalin I see what you mean... thought I was fortunate there for a moment... Old eyes... 🙂
  8. @Michael Kalin JASPER CLAYTON BUTLER was the Ambulance driver for DUDLEY's Funeral Home who was finally questioned in 1977. I have the images but no room left to post them. IM me and I will send them directly. He was asked about his trip ticket and said he produced it for 2 members of LIFE magazine in 1965 but cannot recall their names. The questioning continued and his call slip was never mentioned... He says from the time of their call to them pronouncing him dead at Methodist was 4 minutes. Here is every ambulance transmission from the what we know to be time-altered transcripts of the DPD. The other call log would be sweet. 1:08 603 (ambulance) 603 1:11 603 (ambulance) 10-4. 1:12 603 (ambulance) 603 out. 1:16 607 (ambulance) 607 1:16 607 (ambulance) We're going to be en route to Parkland. 1:16 602 (ambulance) 602, Code 5. 1:16 603 (ambulance) 603, Code 5, Baylor. 1:16 602 (ambulance) 602, Code 6 (?). 1:19 602 (ambulance) What was that address on Jefferson? 1:19 602 (ambulance) 602, Code 6. 1:19 605 (ambulance) 605, Code 5. 1:19 602 (ambulance) 602 1:19 602 (ambulance) 602 1:22 602 (ambulance) 602 in service. 1:22 603 (ambulance) 603 out, Baylor. 9. Here's the FBI report from '67. @Michael Kalin I'll look around for the others. 67-03-01 BENAVIDAS is asked about IGOR VAGANOV - driver of the RED FALCON.pdf
  10. Thanks for the kind words Gene... to finish the thought. The wallet which WESTBROOK has and brings from the Tippit scene is the only one from which HIDELL was ever associated. Yet the evidence only shows 2 DIFFERENT wallets. One red and the other with a Marine group photo that is also NOT in evidence related to a wallet: No one in the car with the OTHER wallet from Oswald's pants says they see HIDELL... the lawyers appear to put those words into their mouths. BENTLEY: HILL: I never did have the billfold in my possession, but the name Lee Oswald was called out by Bentley from the back seat, and said this identification, I believe, was on the library card. And he also made the statement that there was some more identification in this other name which I don't remember, but it was the same name that later came in the paper that he bought the gun under. Mr. BELIN. Would the name Hidell mean anything? Alek Hidell? Mr. HILL. That would be similar. I couldn't say specifically that is what it was, because this was a conversation and I never did see it written down, but that sounds like the name that I heard. Mr. BELIN. Was this the first time you learned of the name? Mr. HILL. Yes; it was. Interesting selective memory. The accused killer of the president has only 2 names from ID, and this HOMICIDE DETECTIVE can't remember the name associated with the purchase of the gun which killed the president which he can remember IS the same. Right. The below confirms not only there was a wallet at the Tippit scene, but that CROY knew about this wallet before WESTBROOK shows it to BARRETT. Barrett explained, "I went on over there and Captain Westbrook was there with several of his officers.... It hadn't been very long when Westbrook looked up and saw me and called me over. He had this wallet in his hand. Now, I don't know where he found it, but he had the wallet in his hand... the wallet was there. There's no getting around that. Westbrook asked me, "Do you know who Lee Harvey Oswald is?' And, 'Do you know who Alek Hidell is?' And I said, 'No, I never heard of them.'" Westbrook then showed Barrett the wallet and the contents of the wallet. Barrett said, "I'm adamant that there was a wallet." There is no doubt that Barrett saw the 2nd wallet....an extremely important piece of evidence that would ostensibly link Oswald to Hidell and to the weapons that killed both Tippit and Kennedy. But FBI Agent Barrett did not report examining or handling the 2nd wallet in his official FBI report. This connection to HIDELL ID is only established thru the ID now attributed to one of the 5 wallets found and has no chain of custody from any location to the DPD. CLEMENTS' report says "a PHOTO of the SSS card". not the card itself BOOKOUT'S report is from PHOTOS given to him by FRITZ ...who on the 27th now gives the BILLFOLD and 16 items of evidence to the FBI. I posted this earlier... this is a FBI RECAP of the INVENTORY with "A", "B", "C" and "D" listed items. https://www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.html?docId=10746#relPageId=1 Commission Document 345 - FBI Unofficial Inventory of Physical Evidence (Other reports in this # area are from End of Jan early Feb '64 meaning the FBI wuld be fully aware of the HIDELL ID attributed to the wallet from the CLEMENTS and BOOKOUT reports) P.3 and p.18 list the 2 wallets in evidence - neither of which has any of the 16 items in it (FWIW there is no stamp kit in this doc Results for: kit Page 24: Q` Sewing kit with medal (religious) Mexican 20 cent piece, package of needles with fingernail file 453. 11. Waldman (12/7/63) confides in FBIA SA DOLAN (who took and didn't take the microfilm) that on 12/5 a rep of "Senator DODD's Committee" to secure same type of riflesight and sight mount as used on rifle attributed to Oswald. WALDMAN stated he had "Senator DODD's committee on my back in recent days" but did not elaborate. DOLAN who signed reports about leaving the microfilm with WALDMAN and another taking it with him let's us know the FBI copied the film and returned a copy to WALDMAN... FBI keeps the original. We will never see a single one of the other 99 rifles in that supposed order despite it supposedly being in stock to fill orders from Feb thru Nov. Not a single rifle of that type with any one of the other 99 #'s is EVER seen. I think it more likely Oswald's name was used and HIDELL was added to the situation after the fact. Just like the book from which the Postal Money Order is taken... Despite Holmes claiming that's how it was found. We SHOULD be able to see the STUB connected to the BOOK from which the PMO was taken. No such thing exists It is possible he was used like that but I highly doubt it. It is hard for me to stop at some imaginary line that was not crossed in creating the evidence against Oswald by others. The rifle in question was NEVER at Klein's. The FBI had a report from Chicago - 11/23 - explaining that C2746 and N2766 were shipped from Crescent/Folsom Firearms after NY tells Chicago the same info - 11/22. The follow-up FBI double speak at bottom right of this graphic just says Crescent got the rifles from Italy while trying to tell us C2766 was indeed sold to KLEINS - despite no evidence to support it. Larger version: "Sold to Klein's on June 18, 1962". But the evidence below says receiving February 21, 1963 ?? Even more interesting is how all these #'s look like they've been written over a white-out area... and while the order # 1243 is at the top left... ther3e is another order # and page 1 of ? at the top right: Finally is the FELDSOTT affidavit - which is usually shown without the accompanying letter which states the affidavit is ENCLOSED, already written and ready for Feldsott's signature. This is JULY 1964. We have successfully proven a number of times that C2766 was never at KLEINS or anywhere near Oswald. I've also shown the rifle DAY takes from the TSBD is not the rifle in evidence. There is no "CAL 6.5". It seems to be a "3" This is the ONLY known photo of the rifle's CAL designation in all of the evidence. OSWALD was simply not involved with these weapons, ever. He did not order them, and most certainly did not retrieve them from these 2 locations. Oswald, being so frugal, would NOT have used the shipping box to carry his rifle home? Would NOT have kept the box to move the rifle around as he moved so much? Despite keeping virtually every piece of paper he every touched... And at the bottom we learn that HIDELL never paid his COD charges, as the consignee. Pretty sure REA was not in the business of giving away its services or eating its fees... Like the Money Order... all this incriminating evidence against Oswald is just junk.. manipulated and created for and by the FBI.
  12. @Martin Nee CE1986 and CE1990 are the 2 FBI reports pn the contents of the wallet. CLEMMENTS lists items which includes a PHOTO of the SSS card Notice of Classification with HIDELL on it... this is the 22nd BOOKOUT'S list on the 24th (coming from a batch of photos FRITZ gives him) now includes an item not listed by CLEMMENTS - The HIDELL Certificate of Service In fact there are a few things different about the 2 lists. https://www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.html?docId=1140#relPageId=39. CLEMENTS 11/22 CE1990 https://www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.html?docId=1140#relPageId=35. BOOKOUT 11/24 CE1986 === The HIDEEL certificate was used to allow the story to have OSWALD bypass the vaccination inspection/shots when reentering the country from Mexico. Since he was not seen at any of these locations for a shot, the story goes he was able to show that HIDEEL Vacc card and n ot have to. FWIW, the Stamp kit was not in the list of inventory taken to FBI on the 22nd but was returned to the DPD and then taken again as an OSWALD BELONGING the following week. NOTE: The Dallas Police did not find a Warrior Stamp Kit at either Ruth Paine's or Oswald's rooming house after the assassination. The Warrior Stamp Kit was not initialed by Dallas Police detectives, was not listed on the DPD inventories of November 22-23, and was not photographed on the floor of the Dallas Police station. 27 27 WC Stovall Exhibit A & B; WC F.M.Tumer Exhibit I. If the Stamp kit was added to the evidence after the fact... what does that do to the quality of that evidence? You might also notice there are no additional individual letters in that kit... And where is that "Brush in can" container? Back to Hidell. This is all the items in evidence with HIDELL. This is the "B" FBI evidence list which shows OSWALD's Notice of Certification as part of his wallet contents - does not show the HIDELL Notice of Classification which CLEMMENTS lists first in CE1991. Nor even lists the Cert of Service for HIDELL which BOOKOUT lists in CE1986. In their "D" evidence list, the FBI now shows the BOOKOUT item which is added to the wallet's contents on this report of the 24th. IMO - HIDELL was planted in to Oswald's "wallet" contents to allow for the connection to the BOGUS Postal Order. I don't see where we can show an authentic example of the actual Oswald using "HIDELL" to refer to himself
  13. A new investigation was done Ben... and with evidence potentially as questionable as that which we use today. Potentially. But rather than engage in thorough analysis as any piece of evidence requires, the reality Salandria was right is ignored and the forum toddles along regurgitating the same Evidence of the Conspiracy as if we're saying something new. Why do you suppose we are satisfied with agreeing and re-agreeing there was a conspiracy and cover-up.. AND we agree the assassination was a separate conspiracy than the ensuing cover-up. AND we expect the answer to be in documents provided/created by the same people who we think perpetrated it. What makes one set of evidence more or less important to consider/authenticate/incorporate than any other? We are aware reports are written, documents placed into evidence for the sole purpose of deception. But it takes dedicated analysis to sniff these out. Why is the newest evidence of the actual plot to assassinate JFK any less important to examine thoroughly, than anything that has come before? "Micro-analyzing" is what we've all done to the WCR, HSCA, ARRB and independent research our entire lives.. and are still no closer to who did what BEFORE he arrives at Parkland. I suggest we take a different approach. "I'm afraid we were misled," Salandria said sadly. "All the critics, myself included, were misled very early. I see that now. We spent too much time and effort micro-analyzing the details of the assassination when all the time it was obvious, it was blatantly obvious that it was a conspiracy. Don't you think that the men who killed Kennedy had the means to do it in the most sophisticated and subtle way? They chose not to. Instead, they picked the shooting gallery that was Dealey Plaza and did it in the most barbarous and openly arrogant manner. The cover story was transparent and designed not to hold, to fall apart at the slightest scrutiny. The forces that killed Kennedy wanted the message clear: 'We are in control and no one -- not the President, nor Congress, nor any elected official -- no one can do anything about it.' It was a message to the people that their government was powerless. And the people eventually got the message. Consider what has happened since the Kennedy assassination. People see government today as unresponsive to their needs, yet the budget and power of the military and intelligence establishment have increased tremendously. "The tyranny of power is here. Current events tell us that those who killed Kennedy can only perpetuate their power by* promoting social upheaval both at home and abroad. And that will lead not to revolution but to repression. I suggest to you, my friend, that the interests of those who killed Kennedy now transcend national boundaries and national priorities. No doubt we are dealing now with an international conspiracy. We must face that fact -- and not waste any more time micro-analyzing the evidence. That's exactly what they want us to do. They have kept us busy for so long. And I will bet, buddy, that is what will happen to you. They'll keep you very, very busy and, eventually, they'll wear you down."
  14. @James Norwood @Sandy Larsen So we're all ok with a Moderator of this forum putting HORNE in the same category as SPECTER and POSNER?
  15. https://harveyandlee.net/Oswald_Killed/Oswald_Killed.html After reading numerous reports of Ruby visiting police headquarters on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning, attorney’s Burt Griffin and Leon Hubert were convinced that Ruby had been stalking Oswald. They knew that Ruby’s presence at City Hall on Sunday morning was not coincidental, and they knew that Ruby somehow entered the basement for the purpose of killing Oswald. After months of deposing witnesses and examining evidence Griffin and Hubert both believed that when Ruby left Western Union he entered the 1st floor of the Annex building thru a door on the east side of the building, walked down the stairs (fire escape), and then entered the basement parking area. When Griffin deposed Sgt. Dean on March 24, 1964 he seemed sure that Dean was lying about Ruby telling him that he entered the basement via the Main St. ramp. The overwhelming evidence was that Ruby did not enter and walk down the Main St. ramp. Griffin suspected that Ruby entered the basement parking area via the stairway adjacent to the elevators. He asked Dean for the names of the officers that Dean had assigned to guard the parking area. Dean told Griffin, “I assigned Officer R. E. Vaughn to the entrance ramp, which is entering on Main Street, Officer R. C. Nelson to the doorway coming from the police and court building and into the basement, Officer B. G. Patterson to the Commerce Street ramp, which is the exit, and I assigned one reserve officer to the southern portion of the basement, to the stairways that lead into the subbasement or the machine room. Griffin was waiting for Dean to identify the Officer assigned to watch the elevators and the stairway, but Dean was silent. At 10:45 AM Officer Brock was removed and assigned to traffic detail by Sgt Putnam and/or Sgt. Dean. A few minutes later Officer Worley was removed from his post near the incline that lead to the ramp. Both men were assigned to traffic detail. There was now only one “unidentified “ reserve officer in the basement parking area near the door to the stairway (fire escape), but Sgt. Dean did not provide any of this information to Griffin. Burt Griffin now had several good reason to doubt that Ruby told Dean he came down the ramp, because the overwhelming evidence was that Ruby did not enter and walk down the Main St. ramp. While questioning Dean on March 24, 1964, Griffin abruptly stopped and told the stenographer to take a break. Griffin confronted Dean, said that he didn’t believe him, and asked him to reconsider his testimony. Griffin expressed his doubts about what he felt were untrue answers given by Dean and suggested Dean may need an attorney. Griffin wrote a memo to J. L. Rankin, the WC chief counsel, explaining “I believe it likely Ruby came in by another entrance to a point where Dean could have stopped him and that Dean... is trying to conceal his dereliction of duty”. On May 15, 1964 both Griffin and Leon Hubert sent a memo to J. Lee Rankin with a list of areas that needed further investigation and a list of people they wanted to question. Sgt. Dean complained about Griffin’s accusation to D.A. Wade, who then called President Lyndon Johnson at his ranch in Texas, and told him about the Dean/Griffin confrontation. Seth Kantor acknowledged that President Johnson began to exert pressure on Earl Warren.    Dallas Morning News reporter Earl Golz interviewed Dean concerning his dispute with Burt Griffin. Dean said, “”Henry Wade (Dallas District Attorney) called President Lyndon Johnson at his ranch and told him about this trouble I was having with Griffin. The next day it was on the front page about Griffin loading his butt on the airplane and going back to Washington.” Texas attorney general Waggoner Carr accompanied Dean to Washington DC when he met and shared his complaints with Earl Warren about Griffin’s behavior. Griffin was not allowed to confront Dean at the Warren-Dean meeting. The WC soon recalled Griffin from Dallas and the investigation of the Dallas Police stopped. Griffin had this to say: “I always thought all along about the Dallas police that anything that would get them into trouble or embarrass them, THEY WOULD LIE TO US ABOUT. NO question about it.”
  16. He also wasn't on the 6th floor, never at the Tippit murder scene, had 5 wallets found yet only 2 from Irving are in evidence, and was brought to his own execution by the Dallas Police. Yes, as my other esteemed colleagues - and virtually anyone who scratches the surface knows - Oswald was played to make it appear he was pro-Castro, and in turn guilty by reputation. He played "pro-Castro" for men who wanted the names of those who agreed with the FPCC... While simultaneously doing this work for the intel community, he unknowingly allowed himself to be painted as an assassin sent from Castro, or not, while building his bone fides for further "penetration" work. Honest Q here: If the Chicago players didn't mess-up, wouldn't this conversation be about how Arthur Vallee was or was not innocent? "No apparent connection to LHO". 11/2/63... "Unlawful use of a weapon". Never mind the arsenal he was using. and btw, OSWALD was not one of the 4 men... so the story is bogus. Start here and scroll down for more: https://www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.html?docId=10448#relPageId=14
  17. One of the key similarities among all those you name here Joe: Hatred of Communism How does one get consensus among such a diverse group of groups? "JFK doesn't want to fight Communism, he wants us to live along side it". As I see it, Not a single member of the groups on that list could abide by that happening. Yes it would also solve the different group's individual concerns... but those concerns pale by comparison to the perceived and real threat of Global communism. If you haven't read the reports of GEORGE KENNAN https://nsarchive2.gwu.edu/coldwar/documents/episode-1/kennan.htm If you'd like to understand why the US turned its back on Russia during WWII and beyond... one should be acquainted with his work. Another important book to understand why we get to where we got is "The Wise Men" https://archive.org/details/wisemensixfriend00isaa_0 https://www.amazon.com/Wise-Men-Friends-World-They/dp/1476728828
  18. Hoover on Dec 12, 1963: to his Sr Staff I said I personally believe Oswald was the assassin; that the second aspect as to whether he was the only man gives me great concern; that we have several letters, not in the report because we were not able to prove it, written to him from Cuba referring to the job he was going to do, his good marksmanship, and stating when it was all over he would be brought back to Cuba and presented to the chief; but we do not know if the chief was Castro and cannot make an investigation because we have no intelligence operation in Cuba; that I did not put this into the report because we did not have proof of it and didn't want to put speculation in the report; that this was the reason I urged strongly that we not reach conclusion Oswald was the only man. The FBI report from Dec 9th: On the contrary, the data developed strongly indicates that he acted on his own initiative or impulse with little advance planning.
  19. So when records finally do emerge they will have so much more credibility than they deserve. You wanna make most people really WANT something? Withhold it or make it illegal Ben - had you ever considered that Oswald was silent because he "fell on his sword for the cause" believing in what occurred thru the combined efforts of the intel community pulling his strings? As long as everyone thought he did it, those who did would be safe and communist appeasement would end. We literally do not know enough about Oswald, even aft3er all these years, to say who he was or what he was thinking.
  20. Hi Roger, "gain acceptance"? "what really happened"? I see where we can already prove Oswald's innocence... changing how history talks about it remains another thing FWIW These are the conclusions of the WCR. 1. The shots which killed President Kennedy and wounded Governor Connally were fired from the sixth floor window at the southeast corner of the Texas School Book Depository. No other locations were considered, and Robert West's actual surveys prove otherwise 2. The weight of the evidence indicates that there were three shots fired. How does this have anything to do with Oswald? 3. Although it is not necessary to any essential findings of the Commission to determine just which shot hit Governor Connally, there is very persuasive evidence from the experts to indicate that the same bullet which pierced the President’s throat also caused Governor Connally’s wounds. 🤥 Simply not physically possible... proven ad nauseam. 4. The shots which killed President Kennedy and wounded Governor Connally were fired by Lee Harvey Oswald (a) The Mannlicher-Carcano 6.5-millimeter Italian rifle from which the shots were tired was owned by and in the possession of Oswald. Provably false (b) Oswald carried this rifle into the Depository Building on the morning of November 22, 1963. Provably false (c) Oswald, at the time of the assassination was present at the window from which the shots were fired. Provably false (d) Shortly after the assassination, the Mannlicher-Carcnno rifle belonging to Oswald was found partially hidden between some cartons on the sixth floor and the improvised paper bag in which Oswald brought the rifle to the Depository was found close by the window from which the shots were fired. Provably false (e) Based on testimony of the experts and their analysis of films of the assassination, the Commission has concluded that a rifleman of Lee Harvey Oswald’s capabilities could have fired the shots from the rifle used in the assassination within the elapsed time of the shooting. The Commission has concluded further that Oswald possessed the capability with a rifle which enabled him to commit the assassination.19. Provably false (f) Oswald lied to the police after his arrest concerning important substantive matters. Provably false and has no bearing on real evidence (g) Oswald had attempted to kill Maj. Gen. Edwin A. Walker (Resigned, U.S. Army) on April 10,1963, thereby demonstrating his disposition to take human life. Provably false 5. Oswald killed Dallas Police Patrolman J. D. Tippit approximately 45 minutes after the assassination. Provably false 6. Within 80 minutes of the assassination and 35 minutes of the Tippit killing Oswald resisted arrest at the theatre by attempting to shoot another Dallas police officer. That's the story we're told. If Oswald tried to shoot another policeman in front of more policeman, why wasn't he charged with attempted murder of McDonald? They literally asked Oswald NO QUESTIONS related to any details of the Tippit murder other than "did you kill Tippit" "No". 7. The Commission has reached the following conclusions concerning Oswald’s interrogation and detention by the Dallas police. What does this have to do with either Tippit or JFK's murder evidence? (a) Except for the force required to effect his arrest, Oswald was not subjected to any physical coercion by any law enforcement officials. He was advised that he could not be compelled to give any information and that any statements made by him might be used against him in court. He was advised of his right to counsel. He was given the opportunity to obtain counsel of his own choice and was offered legal assistance by the Dallas Bar Association, which he rejected at that time. (b) Newspaper, radio, and television reporters were allowed uninhibited access to the area through which Oswald had to pass when he was moved from his cell to the interrogation room and other sections of the building, thereby subjecting Oswald to harassment and creating chaotic conditions which were not conducive to orderly interrogation or the protection of the rights of the prisoner. (c) The numerous statements, sometimes erroneous, made to the press by various local law enforcement officials, during this period of confusion and disorder in the police station, would have presented serious obstacles to the obtaining of a fair trial for Oswald. To the extent that the information was erroneous or misleading, it helped to create doubts, speculations, and fears in the mind of the public which might otherwise not have arisen. 8. The Commission has reached the following conclusions concerning the killing of Oswald by Jack Ruby on November 24, 1963. Again, how does this impact Tippit or JFK? 9. The Commission has found no evidence that either Lee Harvey Oswald or Jack Ruby was part of any conspiracy, domestic or foreign, to assassinate President Kennedy. OK, RUBY is off the hook and Oswald was acting alone. Is that what the evidence shows? 10. In its entire investigation the Commission has found no evidence of conspiracy, subversion, or disloyalty to the U.S. Government by any Federal, State, or local official. You ain't gonna learn what you don't wanna know 11. On the basis of the evidence before the Commission it concludes that Oswald acted alone. That's what #9 said.. and is easily proven wrong 12. (f) Within these limitations, however, the Commission finds that the (SS) agents most immediately responsible for the President’s safety reacted promptly at the time the shots were fired from the TSBD. This, to me, is one of the more disgusting examples of supreme power of the facts. Between the first HIT and 2nd those most responsible (Kellerman & Greer) not only did nothing, Greer stops the limo between frames 302 and 303... and lies to the WC. I do believe we are getting extremely close to illustrating exactly where, when and how the limo stop occurs and is removed, but that's for another discussion.
  21. CROY would make the most sense if he ever actually went over to that part of the parking garage. Batchelor was placed at the top of the Ramp directly across from the double doors in front which Oswald was led. Oswald is shot within a minute of the Pierce car going up the ramp past Vaughn. Batchelor would not say he had escorted Ruby, of course, and his testimony seems to account for all the time when he'd need to be there to meet Ruby, and/or open the door for him if needed. I don't think it was Batchelor given how closely aligned CROY and WESTBROOK are throughout. Mr. GRIFFIN. Did you watch Pierce and Maxey's car go through the line of newsmen? Chief BATCHELOR. I saw it. I wasn't Mr. GRIFFIN. Were you paying any attention? Chief BATCHELOR. Not particularly. I do remember seeing it. Mr. GRIFFIN. After Pierce and Maxey's car broke through the line of news-men, what do you remember next happening? Chief BATCHELOR. I remember backing these or pulling up these two detective cars that were to carry Oswald, and one detective pulled up here a little ways, and he had to pull up a little further so this one could get up, and they then backed up. And this one had hardly gotten in place, barely had stopped, when somebody shouted, "Here he comes." Mr. GRIFFIN. All right, now, are you sure how certain are you that these two detective cars pulled out after Pierce and Maxey ? Chief BATCHELOR. I don't think Pierce and Maxey could have gotten out with those two detective cars where they were. Mr. GRIFFIN. Sounds pretty good to me.
  22. Thanks Ben... again, just thoughts to consider: By doing so, records which are still not going to tell us much get elevated to a much more important status so the next layer of the "truth" can more easily be accepted. We're not going to find anything because the assassination was accomplished outside these US institutions from which we are getting these misleading documents. "No really, this time they're telling the truth" Please Oh yes we do Ben... what we don't know is generally referred to in other documents, so that when we try to find the referenced source, it's not "available". Sorry sunshine, there is no Santa Claus. There will be ZERO records from our government that will present anything "more clear" Again.. to me, the shape of the Conspiracy is the one and only thing we do see clearly. Just look at the evidence from Bethesda. Have we narrowed down who the Knoll shooter(s) were? How many shots from how many directions? Seen an unaltered Z film?, or other film or Photo that can match the conclusive evidence from this frame from the MUCHMORE film of not only a frontal shop but the subsequent covering of the avulsed occipital in this and other frames? (below) Please consider thinking bout it this way... we're given a box with a photo on the outside and 500 puzzle pieces on the inside yet 475 of those pieces do not match what the outside of the box shows. Some pieces are blank. And yes, some - a rare few - are glimpses into what actually happened, like the frame below. It is not possible, in my opinion, to reconstruct the truth with the pieces of the multi-layered cover-up we are given. Didn't happen with the 50,000 records released since 2017... FWIW - Do me a favor please. With the pre 2017 evidence plus '17 thru '22 doc releases... anything there present a more clear picture of those who perpetrated the JFKA versus a more clear picture of the cover-up and conspiracy to cover-up? Yes, Veciana was Military, Conein was Military, they were ALL military before, during and after the CIA. How many ONI or MID files have you seen or think we will ever see... if they even exist anymore. Final thought... what is the HISTORY of anything founded upon? Can you name a single monumental event in our history that has not been shown to involve employing the necessary "propaganda" from which the agreed upon History is now based? ...only to further learn there are many layers of Propaganda to these events and learning the truth of these events completely depends on who the empirical data, and/or legends comes from. I highly suggest you read BERNAY's PROPAGANDA written in the mid 1920's. Propaganda will never die out. Intelligent men must realize that propaganda is the modern instrument by which they can fight for productive ends and help to bring order out of chaos To avoid such confusion, society consents to have its choice narrowed to ideas and objects brought to its attention through propaganda of all kinds. - Edward Bernays 1925 “Propaganda” final words
  23. Consider this please A successful cover-up is a layered affair. Should the initial story be proven false there's be a 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc story and/or set of evidences which point to yet another false conclusion. The evidence in this case provided by all the key players describes the conspiracy... over and over and over again. The autopsy only helps us conclude there was a cover-up ... the WHO/WHERE/WHAT/HOW is only a result of which rabbit hole you chose to drop into. Whatever EVIDENCE remains unseen gets elevated to GOLD STANDARD by virtue of it's elusiveness, NOT by the content or its relationship to reality. Can anyone explain to me why you'd feel that more government files would clarify a picture for which we haven't found a single indication they relate to the actual event? I use evidence all the time to illustrate the conspiracy.. Can anyone please point me to a piece of evidence which authentically and reliably illustrates the actual event - which I cannot demonstrably prove to be contrived, planted, or simply created out of thin air? Other than "JFK was shot" on 11/22, which evidence released to date proves anything more about the event and not the subsequent layers of cover-up. THX
  24. Tippit killing didn’t get much attention in the interrogation Hi Kevin, There's a simple and amazing reason why all the interrogation reports only mention Oswald vehemently denying killing anyone, including Tippit, and why there is no mention of any investigation into the Tippit murder or questions put to Oswald about the details of the murder The Wallet Westbrook brings in the wallet from the Tippit scene and gives it to Fritz... who is also aware of the wallet found in Oswald's pocket on the ride from the theater... the wallet with the Elsbeth Library card in it, supposedly. Neither the Tippit or Arrest wallets are in evidence Here is the FBI B1 inventory report of the wallet's contents (which wallet?) The one wallet in evidence is a plastic red one and there's this one with the related photo... the three photos described above are of Lee as a marine, Marina and the baby The problem of 2 wallets and all the contents which has no relation ship to the wallet other than by Fritz. This remains the only physical evidence of the existence of that wallet.. CROY. If Oswald or anyone is asked about the Tippit scene, wallet and murder it calls into question the validity of not only the wallet but the bogus FBI provided evidence attributed to it. Between the FBI report of Clements on the 22nd and Bookout's on the 24th, more HIDELL ID was added while other items disappear. It's all in the article as well as at the end of my DPUK discussion Take care DJ
