    No, they didn't.

These documents were (I believe) obtained by @Denis Morissette So maybe he can say when he got them.

Marvin Wise, the police officer leading the tramps in the infamous photo that Prouty claims shows the backside of Lansdale -- He was interviewed by the FBI in 1992. Which was about the same time the  LaFontaines were busy trying to prove the three tramps were all accounted for and none of had any murderous intent.

The details of his FBI interview I imagine was only revealed by Denis Morissette's actions. I am fairly sure he did say it was he that got hold of the documents, I might be wrong. I merely swiped them from his site .

I added the red ... but he clearly stated that the tramps he was photographed with, they were released almost immediately, within 5 to 10 minutes -- they were certainly released on the day of the assassination, according to him.

The interview notes with Marvin Wise are here. I got these also from Denis Morrissete's website some years back. Credit to him.

Wise is contradicting other investigation interviews he's given.

There are more details that back up the three tramps named as Doyle, Gedney, Abrahms were in the train yard area and arrested. But they were detained immediately after the assassination -- which it states on their arrest sheets.

    Gedneys-arrest-sheet-incomplete.jpg

The arrest sheet of Gedney, above. His, and all three tramp's *incompleted* sheet state they were arrested right after JFK shot. That they were detained and after 4 days released, on the 26th, says in ink.

The three tramps photographed walking through dealey plaza were not arrested right after JFK was shot. The statements from several of the arresting officers mention anything up to two hours after JFK was shot.

I got those documents in about 1993. They were not available on the Internet before I put them up on my website.

Hi, Denis! Sorry for the delay in responding. No, I had no idea, especially because his video is titled "Miscellaneous ABC footage from the evening of November 22nd, 1963" and says nothing about Perry. I was sent an MP4 of just that part from an associate. I told Alex sorry and that I did not know where it came from. I have since pinned a comment on my copy giving him credit and the link.

It is a good thing that the Perry part was highlighted all by itself: while the original extended video (posted 3/7/24) has just 514 views, the Perry-by-itself version has a whopping 6800-plus-and-counting views in just 22 hours! I make zero money from any of my videos (most of which are copyrighted/originate with networks; neither of us have ABC News credentials) and I just intermittently post them for free for people to share and to spread the truth.

After all, many people (Alex, me, etc.) have versions of the Z film, ABC News, NBC News, CBS News, etc. on all our channels (unless/until they are taken down, which does occur from time to time [some guy---Dannotch's Videos---had a wonderful channel with even more subscribers than my 20K but his channel and all the videos were taken down due to the fact that his hundreds of videos were all NETWORK videos and nothing he himself filmed and owned].

I believe you. It happened to me too. 😊

Thanks. And do we know where Harris found this interview?

Was it in a vault somewhere?

I forgot I had more info. First, it is Sisco, not Cisco. And he's not to be confused with Dallas Morning News photographer Walt Sisco. Also, Paul Sisco arrived in Dallas from Chicago on Sunday, November 24. Cisco was there with cameraman Isodore "Izzy" Bleckman who filmed the shootin

I haven't researched the entire body of Seymour Weitzman's statements and testimonies so the following question is just a curious thought.

Did Weitzman ever say that he actually saw the word "Mauser" on the 6th floor found rifle?

I don't recall reading Weitzman ever stated he saw the "Mauser" stamp.

Roger Craig ( who truly was just feet away for the rifle ) claimed he saw the Mauser stamp on the rifle. Along with it's caliber number.

So, Craig just made that up?

Weitzman didn’t say that. I would have expected him to say he did because of some CTers’ strong opinion that cops would have necessarily have looked for the stamp with the name. Craig never said who saw the Mauser stamp. I thought I was the only one in the world noticing this unknown.

Regarding the Mannlicher Carcano in question, serial number C 2766. My research indicates the black and white images are from C 2766, indicating "MADE ITALY" and "CAL 6.5".

"CAL 6.5" image should be attached below.

The color image is not of C 2766. It is the same model.

This is where I sourced the images:

    https://www.recoilweb.com/carcano-kennedy-assassination-rifle-161186.html

Additionally, on July 2, 1964, Attorney Mark Lane testified to the Warren Commission after examining C 2766.

"I told the Commission that, while not a rifle expert, I was able to see that it was a 6.5 Italian rifle because stamped clearly on the rifle were the words 'MADE ITALY' and 'CAL 6.5'"

Mark Lane, "Rush To Judgment", Pg 96

Regarding the Mauser in question: you're not going to find any other specifics about that exact rifle, because they made it disappear. So I did research and searched for all images of Mauser rifles that would have been available in 1963 and then looked for any engravings on those rifles. That second collage is the result.

They made it disappear? 🫠 Who? Can you show one photo or film of that Mauser?

Has anyone made another go at enhancing the tapes of the Buell Frazier HSCA interviews. Some other attempts were borderline bizarre. I asked him about it at a Lancer conference and he confidently denied the rendition.

    Stu

I gave up on enhancing these Frazier tapes. The quality is horrible. The best would be that NARA grabs the original that they probably have in storage in the basement and digitize them.

  7. Both KVIL and KIXL are coming from NARA II. They were sent to me in error, actually. NARA's policy is that if an audio is on the shelves that are available to researchers, then they can not make copies for them. When I placed my order, the NARA person thought that the audio was not publicly available, when they were. I could have gotten the first reels of WRR, but the person who was supposed to take care of them no longer works for NARA. I waited too long before contacting NARA for an update.

What I find strange is that all the KVIL audio that they have add up to 11:51, but a 1964 SS document indicates that KVIL reported to them that they have an hour of audio...

As for KIXL, they told the SS they have 90 minutes. NARA has 2 hours.

I no longer do free sharing. I am now charging. It cost me airplane, hotel, Uber transportation. Most people would not even give me $2 to access my whole audio collection. If they want it, they can book their airplane to Washington and hotel online.
