Boone had seen the rifle the previous year, a rifle he did not even hold. Of course, he cannot say that it is the same rifle. That's just logic. No big deal. But he said it looks like the one he saw.

From 1986's "On Trial: Lee Harvey Oswald".
Dallas Deputy Sheriff Eugene Boone admits that when he was shown the rifle in evidence, CE 139, during his WC testimony, he could not identify it as the rifle he found on the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository.
Gil Jesus, are you saying that Boone is saying that the rifle shown to him was not the rifle he found?

IIRC) There was some confiscating going on up on the 6th floor.
Some newsmen/witness had to lower their evidence outside the window & down to the ground.
You’re saying that « they » confiscated some Alyea’s film? What do you mean by lowering their evidence?
-
Boone said a newsman, obviously Tom Alyea filmed the Mauser. Where is that film??? I know that Alyea filmed the Carcano. Two rifles would be something Alyea would have talked about at least once in 60 years, but he never did! David Josephs??? Gil Jesus?

Not real familiar with Mark Groubert, however I just watched an interview of him by Eric Hunley.
The discussion was mostly about David Ferrie.
Groubert's got a style of presentation that reminded me of stand up comedian Mort Sahl. Sarcastic.
Groubert mentions Joe Pesci listening to tapes of David Ferrie speaking to prepare for his Ferrie role in Oliver Stone's film "JFK."
If true, then somewhere there are actual taped recordings of Ferrie speaking.
In the beginning of this interview host Mark Hunley shows and plays the exact same Ferry speaking tape Morrisette has linked us to.
Nice! Thank you.

I meant that I’m skeptical that the recording in the original post is of an interview by Garrison since there is no word about anything related with the assassination.

Are you sure Garrison didn’t record Ferrie? I thought that interview transcript in the Garrison files with the “wise bunch of birds” quote came from a recording. There are a ton of other transcripts in there too of various witnesses.
And not a word about the jfk assassination??

B.R. 1967?
What does that stand for?
I wish I knew.

Meek says the unidentified man « picking up » a bullet is FBI agent Bob Barrett. Totally false.

Garrison interviewed Ferrie. Too bad he didn’t record him. Didn’t he say that Ferrie was the most important person in his investigation? Wasn’t it worth it to obtain a tape recorder in 1967 when recorders were more common than in 1963?
-
A friend of mine went to Nara to listen the audio I posted. On the box, it says « B.R. 1967 »

Is there anyone alive that knew David Ferrie back then that could verify whether this tape is actually David Ferrie speaking?
They'd have to be in their eighties I would imagine.
I messaged Alain Beauboeuf with the link to my video of Ferrie's tape. He saw my message but never replied to me. He deceased.

I obtained this several years ago. See the NARA sheet for more info. I’ll work on it to get a more realistic speed.
If it’s Ferrie, then this one would be the first one available on Internet.

Where does it say that Enron was present at the testimony of Marina in 1964?

Clearly a ringer for the police department basketball team.
I doubt so. I think he looks like another big guy. He’s in the middle of the image. But he doesn’t have a hat. Notice the guy with the shirt reading Golden Bears which was and still is a high school football team in Oak Cliff.

Who is the big and tall intimidating fellow in the picture above. Right behind the man holding the cigar leaning on the top of the car?
He looks at least 6ft. 6in. tall.
He’s huge. No idea who that is.

Thanks Steve... nice find to expand the knowledge base... here are some thoughts and sources.
County sheriffs vs DPD? I've not seen them but have to think they'd be different. Found this... Sheriff wearing a very different uniform than DPD - most images of sheriffs show plainclothesmen.
Beers photo. Deputy Sheriff Al Maddox on the left.
CASH, BEN (Constable/Sheriff's Dept - Weitzman was a Constable)
Al Maddox had the uniform worn by the deputy sheriff working at the County Jail.
The man smiling is not Ben Cash, but Eugene Boone.

Allen 3-13 shows Marvin Wise talking with Inspector Sawyer on the steps of TSBD. So, Wise left momentarily Bill Bass with the Tramps. We can theorize that Wise wanted to know from his superior where he should take to his prisoners. 3-14 is the first photo of the Tramps. Two more photos of the Tramps were taken. Allen changed rolls. The first photo he took shows Det. Montgomery with the bag that contained the rifle.

Of you can try to understand what I posted -
No @Matt Allison you cannot get a key and start adding bogus records to the Archives... all you can do is leave a trial of any changes you initiate in the records themselves
bu-bye now
I’m not blaming or trying to ridicule you.

Sad that you find fabrications about JFKA evidence so amusing, Denis.
It’s your comment that made me laugh. I agree with that comment.

Frenchie? Those pictures were sent to me by John Woods, but he did not specify it is a tramp. I think that is Frenchie. The hairline does not match in both color pictures.
-
Paul, I appreciate, but that's not the Old Tramp. Not much of ressemblance.

Maybe? You're making up stuff. Nobody touched his film by the time he threw his film down to his colleague.
