I do think the subject was inclusive of why Tom Hanks/HBO/Bug might be falling short of the whole story. Most don't buy the WC report, so it would be good to explain or field a few points as to why, and their motives. Consideration of how to get into the deeper issues on what was left off the JFK issues by just following the WC report becomes important. So, the best counter point is to develop the Morris Jaffe theme with Dal-Tex as a shooting point, and tie in Jaffe and LBJ USAEC uranium dealings. The subject is still on the issues of the serious omissions that might stem from the Hanks and Bug movie making. Bringing up the Dal-Tex, Jaffe, and uranium issues hooks up LBJ into the scheme of things and makes for lots of motive to fake up a WC report. I do think some folks don't understand the concept of a lense's field of vision and how that vision area tracks the JFK Limo. The Zapruder Lense did not have an ultra wide angle and the field of vision was pretty tight on the Limo. Zapruder's lense barely caught the SS agent jumping on the bumper of the Limo. Zapruder's lense was tracking the Limo, not the motorcycles. He didn't care about the motorcycles. The motorcycles were lagging so far behind when the SS agent jumped on the Limo's bumper that only some of the sprocket vision area catches one cycle slightly. Then it slows and leaves the Zapruder Sprocket view area as the SS agent connects. When the Motorcycle Cops stopped, the Zapruder lense was tracking the Limo and no knowledgable person would expect to see the stopped Motor cycles on the Zapruder Film. He panned on past them and left that view way behind. The subject was if the Limo stopped, not the follow cars and motorcycles. Obviously, the motorcycle cops got splashed with blood and brain and the other films show they stopped. But that has nothing to do with Zapruder's Images as that was way out of Zapruder's lense field of vision. Suggesting that the Zapruder Film does not show the stopped motorcycles shows up as a lacking for the understanding of the concept for the Lense field of vision angle. No lense expert that knows about cameras and lenses field of vision angle would even expect the motorcycle stops to be seen on the Zapruder Film. It just would not happen or be expected to happen. Likewise, if Moorman or Hill jumped on the pavement well ahead of the Limo, that also would not show up due to field of vision angle issues. They suggest the missing photo was done before the arms and fist up effect from the back shot hitting JFK, so that was around 4 seconds before the head shot and likely not in the Zapruder lense field of vision. None of these comments can beconsidered contradictory for the Zapruder Film, and the issues would never be expected to have been in the Camera's field of vision.

The rest of the story to connect for the RFK's loading of Time Magazine's story on LBJ's Crooked Dealings with Billy Sol Estes, is that one also has to include LBJ's DNC finacier "Morris Jaffe" for USAEC uranium land deals. Most likely, when RFK and JFK found all the dirty dealings with Estes, they also found the even bigger LBJ deals with Jaffe and the USAEC for huge Uranium profiteering. Jaffe is one of the ones that forced LBJ onto the JFK ticket in California. And that links to all the USAEC uranium good ole boys back in Texas, and even to Oak Ridge, Tennessee, where the kill JFK plot seems to have first been started by telling Jack Ruby these issues. The "Bill Miller" motorcycle windshield height issue is not impeachable. She was standing on the grass for that photo. Zapruder's film is fine. As, for any speculation per Z-alterations, there is this challenge issue of take the Zapruder Film and make a fake. Let Arlen Spector become the Limo's driver. Put LBJ into the Lemo's right front seat and demonstrate issues of how a film could be faked. Put Mariyln Monroe in place of Jean Hill and put both the girls in the street to get run down by the motorcycle. That would be hilarious to watch. Unfortunately, since all the other films support that Zapruder is what it is, the alteration gang has slowly grown long noses as now they are up to claiming all photos and all films were remade to support Zapruder. It is now utter wild speculation that can't be sustained. Was it not Bob Harris who challenged: Show us by making a faked up Z-film. We've not seen a demo of that yet, and it will also have to go change every single film and photo to match. It is virtually impossible to fake a Zapruder Film because for each image frame the succeeding and the preceeding frames are interlocked by the lense overshine into the sprocket area. The transition areas in the spocket area has two photos on top of each other---which ties each adjacent frame together. Anyone that has done the close examination of Zapruder finds the issues of the Limo stopped were more slips of the tongue from people in shock for the extremes of violence they just witnessed. It is like Stop Signs, everyone tells they stop at them, but a good many do rolling stops. Most think that for the SS agent to get to the Limo the Limo had to stop, it never stopped and the SS agent had to run. Cars further back in the procession could well have stopped as Algen's captures a White Four Door with doors opening and that one likely stopped to let the agents out of the car. Zapruder is still solid as the Rock of Gibralta. IMHO---a few still exploit slips of the tongue and fail to integrate each witness into the whole of the scene and other evidence.

He told her that LBJ's Secret Service people instructed the motorcycle cops at the Dallas airport that these changes were being made: (a) the parade route was being changed to cut through Dealey Plaza on Elm Street; ( the motorcycle cops would not be at the front of the presidential limousine as they normally would have been, but would only be at the rear of the presidential limousine; © the order of the cars in the motorcade was changed so that Johnson's car would not be immediately behind the presidential car, but that a carload of Secret Service would be in between the President's car and LBJ's car. Most shocking of all, was his report to Jean Hill that another motorcycle cop witnessed that LBJ started ducking down in his car at least 30 to 40 seconds before the first shots were fired. 4. Arlen Specter, who questioned her in Dallas for the Warren Commission, was the one who proposed the "single bullet theory" that was adopted by the Warren Commission. Why she refused to go to Washington to testify before the Warren Commission. 2. That she was romantically involved with a married man at the time (J.B. Marshall) and how he repeatedly tried to convince her to keep quiet about what she knew, and how he evidently knew more than he wanted to tell her. 3. That the FBI kept her home under surveillance for 15 months after the assassination. 4. Why she would not testify in the trial of Clay Shaw in New Orleans, although J.B. Marshall and Mary Moorman did. 5. Her eventual vindication and validation through experiences with Bill Marrs (author of Crossfire) who introduced her to others who witnessed the assassination, and her experiences with Oliver Stone and Kevin Cossner during the filming of the movie "JFK." 6. The details of the attempts on her life (most significantly, one almost-fatal car wreck caused by the steering-wheel bolts being unscrewed and another time when her car's brake-fluid line was found to be cut). She saw the little white puppet thing--"lamb-chop". She saw the hair bulge on back of JFK's head due to Grassy Knoll shot. She gets a lot of details right on the money. I'd say that really corroborates that Zapruder's Film is solid as the Rock of Gibralta. I assume you wanted to be helpful in bringing up Jean Hill's witnessing for the event, so I just took the ball and ran with it.

Just so much smoke The Zapruder Film's witness is still as Solid as the Rock of Gibralta. The motorcycle windshield height information solidly impeached all issue of Moorman standing in the street for the head shots time frame Polaroid Photo. Moorman also recently said she was on the grass. Doubly impeaching the claim. Everyone recognizes that all the questioning was leading and devisive for the cover up of the JFK assassination and attempting to shoe horn everything into 3 shots, TSBD, and LHO. It became even worse with the Warren Commission's efforts. The real issues were that Jean Hill reported seeing Jack Ruby running toward the Grassy Knoll and she heard shot coming from Grassy Knoll. So, they aggrivated the stuffings out of her to try and make her change her story. Hooking up Ruby was a sure formula for disaster as he quickly links back to Chicago and Ruby's Drug dealing there and the Bronfman Drug dealings and Morty Bloomfield. Ruby even changes his name to avoid such an obvious association when he moved to Dallas. All the rest is just so much noise to avoid that association.

The claim of Moorman standing in the street for her last, or head shots time frame, Polaroid photo is impeached. She was standing on the grass for that last photo. Supported by her own recent witness, various other photos / films, and even the Z-film. All consistent. Claim is multiplly impeached. IMHO, The issue was pulling off a comment about another of her photos and out of the physical context. Seconded: Perez: "about the fact that she heard two shots after the head shot" Zapruder analysis indicates two head shots. Second head shot came from Grassy Knoll and a shot a second behind that came from TSBD.

Moorman made several famous Polaroids that day. 3 of the JFK parade itself. One photo is missing of the parade because she apparently gave it away. Two parked car photos exist and two of the JFK parade still exist. It would be rather difficult for JFK to be looking up and in her direction after he was hit in the back and neck with a bullet and had his arms up. So, most likely the photo she refers to as getting his attention happened before this event. And Zapruder's Lense was not on her at that moment in time. Before the JFK hands up event, it would be possible for her to step into the street for several seconds to get around those on the curb to look up the road toward Dal-Tex and snap JFK sitting up and smiling. In the photo sequence above the road seen in photo 3 is clear for a long distance before the limo nears and she could easily step to street briefly. This would be the lost photo she snapped and returned to the grass. She has to moved up to the grass for photo 5 to avoid being run over by a motorcycle. Her most famous Polaroid Photo was near the time of the head shot, and JFK was looking down, slumped over a good bit, and Jackie was trying to see what happened to him. He was not looking toward Moorman at that time. Nor would Moorman be standing in the street at that time because a motorcycle was very close on the road to prevent that happening and JFK was occupied, looking down, and not smiling in any fashion for a photo. There was about 4 seconds from the neck/back shot and the head shots, and it would be impossible for her to get a good photo of him after that back shot and those 4 seconds afterwards until the head shots. IMHO, I suspect somewhere in Moorman's recollections she is talking about one of her first photos, out of 3 total, that was taken at least 4 seconds before her famous head-shot near time photo. I am not impressed this has any affect on the Zapruder Film's witness to that day's events. IMHO, I am convinced that things have been removed from sequence and the issues confused because they were taken out of the whole physical context. Moorman has effectively cleared up any question per the standing in the street for the near head-shot issue. She stated the head shot instance photo was taken by her on the grass. IMHO, To attempt to claim otherwise is beating a dead horse. ========

IF HBO and Hanks are going to do a Political Presentation, then counter with the essential truth elements. "Poly-Tics" blood sucking doesn't do well with truth elements. Just solve the crime, get the buy in. Hanks might really intend to solve the crime, and only a leak on the script can tell for sure and that may still be in flux. Hanks always surprises with some benevolent ending in his works. He likes to leave everyone with a high note ephiphany. It is going to be very difficult to dismiss that the Lincoln assassination, 98 years earlier, had all the essential elements of the JFK assassination. Each leads right back to British Intelligence and Montreal. Even the MLK hit leads right to Montreal, via his g;obal "Dreams" on South Africa's British Aparthied and the former British Colony per Palestinian's homeland. The US did not have to remain an occupied UK Colonial interest, if the UK's big banking controlled the US money system. It was even more efficient to Overlord the US without the British Flag flying over the former Colonies. It appears Mason Ben Franklin helped London pull this off. Even for the French Colony of Vietnam, this was all about Opium Dealing to fund the last of the French Colonial resistance to Communism in IndoChina. The "French Connection" started with the Vietnam Drug Wars and Marseille and the Corsicans were the facilitators. JFK's Apotheosis-Upper Echelon's Communion of Gold In so many ways, the JFK assasssination links back to the Religious Theme for a 3rd Temple at Jerusalem. The first Temple by Soloman had the Ark of the Covenant as its Central Theme and some simple Rules handed down from Moses' time. But this was taken, apparently taken by the Babylon invasion, but some suggest it was spirited away and burried down in Yemen. The Hebrew began their Babylon Talmud writings in this time and included lots of the issues of Babylon's need for power and control. Babylon became a great evil due to King Nimrod and his tower efforts to get close to god. Nimrod tried to become god, yet suceeded in becoming a great tyrant. In the times of Nebuchadnezzar not much had changed, and the Talmudic views took on too many of these old ways of tyrants in Babylon. Eventaully, the Hewbrews are allowed to go and many settled back in Jerusalem and eventaually a Second Temple is raised. It becomes the center of Government and its most Holy of Holies is a large room covered with Gold Leaf and covered with a Veil. Rome's Governemnt controls the region. Only the most Holy are allowed to see the Golden Empty room. In the times of the second temple, the old values of Moses were gone and only the Pharisee and Sadducee were worshiping an empty room of Gold. This spirit of riches is what the Babylon Talmud supports and Golden Empty Room was their Communion of Gold. There appeared to be no higher values as in the times of Moses. Most know the rest of the story is that a group called The Essene were formed in Phonecia in an area called Mount Carmel, and this was the area that was home to Joseph, Mary, and Jesus. The Essene beliefs ran counter to the second Temple's Pharisee and Sadducee beliefs derived from the Babylon Talmud. The Essene had their temple at Mount Carmel and they rejected the one in Jerusalem. Those differences had Jesus calling the Temple's Rabbis a Den of Vipers or snakes. Eventaully these differences would come to kill a Essene high priest named Jesus. The Essene also had a quarter in Jerusalem, were guardians of the Tomb of David, and even ran a Monastary near the Dead Sea. Now fast forward to the times of JFK, and we see that much of the old religious theme writings were used as a religious basis to renew the area of Israel out of the area of Palestine. The idea was to give the Jewish people a homeland and avoid Pogroms. Yet, since this aggrivated the issues of the Talmud going back into play, matters turned into perpetual wars for the region. JFK gets involved and finds the very godfathers of Israel at the Nexus of the CIA's formation. They are getting involved in running drugs via the old French methods to fund their Colonization efforts in IndoChina. The French have lost Cambodia, Laos, and half of Vietnam and are struggling to hold onto the remainder of Vietnam. Then the US gets dragged into the French's Vietnam mess and to keep the Communists from getting money from Opium trafficing, they get involved in Drug trafficing and using the French Connections Dope Dealing Mafia connections. Lots of this money is handled by Tibor Rosenbaum and laundered in Swiss Banking accounts and part does to Israel war efforts. JFK lands right in the middle of this corrupt Intelligence Circle mess. A six-page "British-US Communication Intelligence Agreement", known as BRUSA, later UKUSA, tied the two countries into a worldwide network of listening posts run by GCHQ, Britain's biggest spying organisation, and its US equivalent, the National Security Agency. Though its existence has long been known, the agreement, negotiated in London in March 1946, is only now being published, and for the first time officially acknowledged, after freedom of information requests in Britain and the US. Under the agreement, the countries agreed to exchange the knowledge from operations involving intercepting, decoding and translating foreign communications, including the "acquisition of communication documents and equipment". In a passage which ensured that GCHQ's activities remained wrapped in official secrecy, the agreement states: "It will be contrary to this agreement to reveal its existence to any third party whatever." Documents released and available from today, and free for a month, at http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/ukusa include amendments and annexes to the agreement. One, dated 1948, states: "The value of Communication Intelligence in war and peace cannot be over-estimated; conservation of the source is of special importance." It adds: "The time limit for the safeguarding of Communication Intelligence never expires." The documents emphasise the importance of individuals with access to this information now know as "sigint", short for signals intelligence to be indoctrinated about its sensitivity and the need for it to be protected. No one who knew about these intelligence gathering methods "shall be committed to a hazardous undertaking which might subject him to capture by the enemy or third party", one document says. GCHQ's cover was blown by Time Out in 1976, but it was only officially "avowed" in 1982 when Geoffrey Prime, a former linguist at GCHQ, was jailed for 38 years for passing secrets to the Russians over a 14-year period. He was released in 2001. Many documents have been weeded out of the GCHQ files to be released today. They include an appendix on the "designation of intercept targets" and another on "collaboration in the field". Also missing is a document titled: "Arrangements for emergency location of Comint (Communication Intelligence) units". A GCHQ spokesman said last night: "The 1946 UKUSA agreement formed the basis for co-operation between the two countries throughout the cold war and continues to be essential in keeping the UK safe from today's threats." Ed Hampshire, a senior records specialist at the National Archives, said: "The agreement represented a crucial moment in the development of the 'special relationship' between the two wartime allies and captured the spirit and practice of the signals intelligence co-operation which had evolved on an ad-hoc basis during the second world war." He added: "As the threat posed by Nazi Germany was replaced by a new one in the east, the agreement formed the basis for intelligence co-operation during the cold war. The two nations linked by common bonds of history, culture and language agreed not to collect intelligence against each other or to tell any 'third party' about the existence of the agreement." The UKUSA agreement was later extended to include Canada in 1948, and Australia and New Zealand in 1956. According to the intelligence historian, Richard Aldrich, the British tried to use the Commonwealth as an "equalizer", summoning the Canadians and the Australians to a London signals intelligence summit before meeting the Americans, Shortly afterwards, Stewart Menzies, the head of MI6, met an American team led by Joseph Wenger at Bryanston Square in London to work on a bilateral deal. "When negotiations became sticky, Menzies whisked everyone off to White's Club for a bibulous lunch and suitably refreshed they resolved their differences", says Aldrich. The agreement was signed on 5 March 1946 by Colonel Patrick Marr-Johnson on behalf of the UK's London Signals Intelligence Board and Lieutenant General Hoyt Vandenberg for the US State-Army-Navy Communication Intelligence Board. The US was reluctant to include Commonwealth countries as equals and on occasions blocked intelligence sharing with them. The 1946 agreement states the exchange of intelligence would not be "prejudicial to national interests". But, despite occasional rows, the eavesdropping network, sometimes referred to as Echelon, has expanded. Norway joined in 1952, Denmark in 1954, and Germany in 1955. Italy, Turkey, the Philippines and Ireland are also members. Documents released today contain thousands of intercepts from the Soviet Union but stop at 1949, as does the first official history of MI6, to be published in the autumn. Though GCHQ employs about 5,500 staff, significantly more than MI5 or MI6, its budget also remains a secret. Then sensitivity surrounding GCHQ operations is further reflected in its strong opposition to the product of intercepts being used as evidence in court trials, a ban which critics say would obviate the need for control orders and secret hearings but one which GCHQ argues is needed to protect the capabilities of its technology. GCHQ, the government's communications headquarters, is based in Cheltenham and grew out of wartime Bletchley Park where mathematicians, scientists and linguists broke the German Enigma codes. Snippets of life under Stalin in GCHQ files The GCHQ files reveal examples of repression, censorship, industrial and agricultural upheaval - and plans for Stalin's 70th birthday. In 1948, farm workers resettled in Kamchatka appealed to Vyacheslav Molotov, the deputy prime minister. "For four years we have somehow failed to receive accommodation, cattle, seeds, and fodder." Patriarch Alexis, head of the Russian Orthodox Church, told the bishop of Tashkent in December 1949: "The Holy Synod has approved the text of the congratulatory address to be presented to Iosif Vissarionovich Stalin on the occasion of his 70th birthday."
