Probably many of you know this, but I was searching the Internet and I came across Walt Brown's belief that Noah's Ark exists and is either on Mount Ararat or in the Zagros Mountains in Iran. I wonder if he is the one who came up with the theory that Noah was given the DNA of all creatures, male and female, and that's how they fit in the Ark.

Walt Brown is a highly educated man, but he's had a change of heart concerning LBJ. He denounces Barr McLellan's book and no longer believes that it was Mac Wallace's fingerprint found on a box in the TSBD.

I read somewhere that Prof. Brown taught History at Ramapo College, NJ near where I once lived. He no longer stands behind the episode called "The Guilty Men" in the Men Who Killed Kennedy.

I was surprised by this 180 degree turn in events. Can anyone comment on this? It also seems that he's become an evangelist.

Fascinating, John. I was not aware of this film. It's curious that it was found in the archives at the Jesuit Georgetown University of all places. I'm not attempting to overly emphasize the connection here, but Oswald also gave a speech at The Jesuit House regarding his experiences in the Soviet Union. Oswald's cousin, (can't recall his name at the moment, but he was Lillian Murret's brother) was studying for the priesthood there at the time and arranged it. I've been unable to determine if Oswald was invited to speak and his cousin arranged it or if it was Oswald's idea to speak and his cousin arranged it. But this "training film" of which you report is definitely worth tracking down, IMO.

Had to comment. I'm not surprised an anti-Kennedy CIA film was found in Jesuit Archives. Or that Oswald gave a speech to the Jesuits. Ferrie was an ex-Jesuit.

About 6 weeks ago the Jesuits had to cough up 166 million dollars for molesting Native American and Eskimo children for years in their Jesuit run school in Alaska. You can't sweep that under the rug.

The part about Viet Nam -- Kennedy was going to sign a document calling for the withdrawal of the "advisors" from Viet Nam, but he died in Dallas. He was not a Globalist. Basically, let other nations choose their own form of govt. He didn't want to conquer another land but make this one greater. This wildly inaccurate hit piece typifies the way the left has treated the Kennedy legacy for decades now. That's why the whole left-right charade is fooling fewer and fewer people every day.

JFK was killed by very powerful forces, and the high paying shills in the mainstream media, who serve as their official mouthpieces, made it clear long ago that they still despise him and his family. They don't even try to hide it; whether it's Sy Hersh's "exposes" or Gerald Blaine and Clint Hill blaming JFK for his own assassination, the animosity is still obvious.

No other modern Democratic president arouses this kind of ire in journalists, historians or bloggers. There are strong indications that FDR, for instance, knew about Pearl Harbor in advance, and his presidency began nearly thirty years before Kennedy's, yet there is no way a critical work about him could be published even now, some sixty five years after his death. Harry Truman oversaw the establishment of both the Pentagon and the CIA, and dropped the bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. When was the last hit piece on him written? We saw what happened when pressure from Jack Valenti and other LBJ loyalists forced the History Channel to stop airing the part of "The Men Who Killed Kennedy" that implicated him in the plot.

The world in which the likes of Macarey, Hersh, Noam Chomsky, Alexander Cockburn, Christopher Hitchens, etc. operate is decidedly of the "left" wing variety. Now, if the "left" is what it is claimed to be, shouldn't these guys consider JFK some kind of hero? On the contrary, they have no interest in the circumstances surrounding his death, and believe it was meaningless, anyway, since he was an unprincipled, mafia-connected serial adulterer. As for RFK, his leftist credibility was established first hand, when he made eradicating poverty his primary issue prior to and during his ill-fated presidential campaign. Did anyone even know the shamefully impoverished souls of Appalachia existed before Bobby visited them, and forced the media to recognize them? Has any other politician been back there since, outside of his own daughter Rory, who made a film about the subject some years back?

In my view, there has always been an establishment "left" and then the renegade "left." FDR represented the establishment left of his day, while Huey Long would have represented the ultimate renegade. Truman and LBJ were not really leftists, but were accepted by the establishment "left." JFK, on the other hand, was never accepted by the established left. Eleanor Roosevelt and Harry Truman hated JFK. Stevenson belatedly tolerated him. If anything, the established left hated Bobby even more. They gave him the "ruthless" tag, and never forgave him for working for McCarthy or being the hard nosed counsel for the McClellan committee, which they interpreted as being "anti-union" instead of simply being interested in rooting out corruption wherever it was.

When Ted Kennedy decided to run for president in 1980, the same press that had been justifiably criticized by the "right" for ignoring the unanswered questions about Chappaquidick suddenly decided it was a very important issue. Who can forget Roger Mudd's notorious hit piece on Teddy, which when edited left him stuttering and stammering and almost singlehandedly derailed his campaign. As recently as a few years ago, we saw the "left" leaning press publish an interview with Caroline Kennedy, who was considered a shoo-in to be appointed to the U.S. Senate, in which a large number of "uhs" were included for readers to enjoy. They even clean up the grammatical mistakes of athletes- do you mean to tell me that this highly unusual inclusion was accidental? Again, to no one's surprise, another Kennedy's chances at public office went down the drain.

To borrow a phrase from the oft-disliked Alex Jones, the left-right paradigm is bogus. The establishment loves "leftists" like Clinton or Obama. On the other hand, they will never allow "leftists" like Cynthia McKinney or Dennis Kucinich to be elected president. There may be broad areas of agreement bewteen "leftists," but generally speaking, those that are truly interested in protecting civil liberties and in promoting peace are never allowed near the White House. As documented so well in Virtual JFK, Kennedy was the last president to defy the call to war, and he did it multiple times. Bobby Kennedy was the ultimate "dove" candidate, and clearly would have been just as reluctant to follow his marching orders as his brother was. On the other hand, Gene McCarthy, imho, was a typical establishment "left" candidate.

The fact that so many "leftists" remain committed to distorting JFK's (and RFK's) record is curious, if they were indeed the kind of vacuous playboys they are portrayed as. Why should they care about these obsolete political figures from another era, who supposedly epitomized the cold-war mentality, and were actually planning no real reforms of any kind? I think we know the answer to that, and we'll continue to see these kinds of smear campaigns, if and when the next Kennedy runs for high office (right now, I suspect they've already got a few juicy pieces on Robert Kennedy, Jr. in the can). They killed JFK, RFK and JFK, Jr., and they do not want another Kennedy in the White House.

In the past 15 years or so Gore Vidal, when asked who was the worst President said, "Jack Kennedy, because he brought us closest to complete annihilation."

Actually, his Joint Chiefs of Staff brought us the closest. President Kennedy found them so rabid to get into a nuclear war with Cuba, he feared they would go ahead without warning and do it without his permission.

Actually, the worst President we ever had was George W. Bush, who suffered from short-term memory loss (from his cocaine days) and was the instrument the right wing used to do their dirty work.

I bet he's guzzling down beer right this minute.

A researcher friend of mine emailed me years ago in the early morning to tell me that they found Barbara Olson alive in Europe. I had to take a pill for tachycardia. I couldn't rest for 2 weeks. But nothing came of it. The facts weren't straight. I don't think you can imagine how many people hoped she was alive.

Recently someone uncovered this video and realized there was a woman who looked like Barbara Olson checking her luggage and walking fast to the gate while talking on her cell phone. I'm surprised you're not interested in this. It follows the official story.

Yes the overwhelming evidence indicates that flight 77, a Boeing 757-200, hit the building. This has been extensively discussed on several threads here. The only thing Jack's studies prove is that he is easily confused.

I want to say that I've just spent 2+ hours with a computer tech. I don't know where 9-11 exists on this Forum. Political conspiracies? I wanted to put it where people would see it, but it got screwed up. Barbara Olson is a big deal in 9-11. This was the first time we saw an airport video. It seemed to follow the official story. Then my computer crashed. I don't believe the people who say they saw a big plane go into the Pentagon. What they saw was a plane go over the Pentagon and land at Ronald Reagan airport. They did see the plane and it looked like it caused the Pentagon explosion. They missed the missile, watching the big plane. It's like people who say about President Kennedy that the shot happened inside the car, that the driver did it or that Jackie killed him herself with a small gun held under his chin. That's one way 9-11 can be compared with the Kennedy Assassination. There should be a forum dedicated here to 9-11. There isn't. Too bad you don't like it and that you can't see the importance of this video. It's like when you told me I was "stalking" Donald O. Norton. No, that was John Armstrong.

Hmmm. I agree, Mike--it might be worthwhile, but it's hard to tell considering the "sources" of information, e.g., wiki-anything. I hadn't checked it out any further than noticing it was new and available at Amazon! I didn't intend to "endorse" it--if that's how it appeared. I only meant to report its existence.

Amazon puts out books like the one you mentioned. They have a tan exterior with black inked words on all their covers. I really don't think much of value is to be found in them but you never know. One had celebs born in Nicaragua. Of course, Bianca Jagger was named, but it's like a formula thing. I'm an amazon associate and I never saw or read one of these books. It just seems to be a means to try to make money (like everything else).

If Israel controlled America, then why didn't they get the nukes they've been begging for since Kennedy's presidency?

In light of JFK's big alliance with NASA's NAZIs to push the space program into high gear to compete with the Russians for space, there appears to be an issue. Russia certainly has a good number of old German rocket scientists helping them. We find around Nov. 12, 1963 that JFK was going to sell Russia and the US to work together on space programs and use that for Peace making with the Soviets and the US, using the common issues of space and ole German rocket scientists as the venue.

That would make Israel very unhappy. Ben Gurion quit and took up farming over the battle with JFK. JFK wanted to have zero impression anyone was helping set up Nukes so close to Russia after the deal to yank the Jupiter Missiles out of Turkey. Israel having nukes would make a huge deal similar to Turkey's nuke rockets.

And in the end game with JFK, with JFK dead, it appears the Joint Chief's LeMay grand plan to make war with Russia was changed to war with Vietnam to fuel to the Mil / Ind Network's need for a war to make their defense system strong and funded. There are lots of Jewish folks in Russia, which Israel wants to being to Israel. Perhaps there is more to the story, as LBJ took the Zionist stance. Russia's Jewish were preseved and Israel got the bomb.

The greater need for that time was peace with Russia and not bombs for Israel, a US Ally. Kruchev would have had a shoe pounding fit over that and aimed Russian nukes at Israel. It was a catch 22. Perhaps one that helped to kill JFK on November 22, 1963.

If one played out the scenerio at the time. If LeMay and Lemnitzer were allowed to attack Cuba under the fake up "Operation Northwoods", it might have told Russia that the Cubans attacked first and they might not do nothing.

But, the greater intelligence says that Russia had a significant troop presence in Cuba and even many tactical nukes. If LeMay attacked Cuba with a US military force there would have been a nuclear counter attack. Russia would become involved.

LeMay would send the bombers and missles toward Russia, Russia would fire on the US and its ally building bombs at Dimona. And Israel would be history.

This is what angers me about Gore Vidal. He claims that Kennedy was the worst President ever, because he came the closest to nuclear annihilation.

Kennedy's Joint Chiefs of Staff wanted nuclear war. Jack and his brother were isolated; no one agreed with them regarding the diplomacy he extended to Russia.

Gore Vidal, whom I hold in high regard, is wrong and should read Brothers by David Talbot.

Douglas, I never knew anything about you. I listened to the 2 hours with you and Merritt. I want to listen to them again. But I just wanted to tell you that you're doing the right thing. I haven't yet read your book.

In Merritt's hour he described sexual assault, starting at age 16 by Catholic priests. Why is it that everywhere you turn in Watergate and Kennedy's Assassination, Catholicism rears its ugly head? I know the Catholic Church wanted our boys to fight in Viet Nam because the Catholic Diem Bros were killed. They were terrible. But the Vatican didn't want to lose a country to communism.

President Kennedy was killed 2 weeks later and Johnson signed the document to put American soldiers in Nam a few days later. Had Kennedy lived, he would have signed an order to bring home the "advisors" and get out of Viet Nam. The document was on his desk for Nov.23, 1963.

Are we protectors of the world?

You know Gore Vidal always says Kennedy was the worst President we ever had because he brought us closest to a nuclear war. Bull! His Joint Chiefs of Staff did. He was working back channels, diplomacy. He saved us.

Many people this week contacted Donald Trump, any way they could get him -- email, letters, phone calls. I, too, expressed my opinion on the Internet. Like Kennedy, Trump wanted to keep the money in this country first. Build us up again. Make us rich. But now Trump's not running. What's going to happen next?

Now we're going to have to deal with Israel. I've read somewhere that we have to watch out for China. They're bigger than us and might have nuclear weapons. Who knows?
