@ David Von Pein & James DiEugenio: Now that I've had some time to look over the transcript of the 1975 CBS TV Special 'CBS Reports Inquiry: The American Assassins' that I left a link for others to obtain it also & absorbed some of it, I have gone back & looked this thread over & decided for myself that this thread is a 'keeper' for many to refer back to because the topic discussed is very much alive today in what we see on our TV sets & computer screens. The MSM is very much alive & breathing. Faces & genders have changed, salaries have increased, corporate heads have been replaced since the times these CBS TV specials were 1st broadcast. Convincing the public that LHO committed this crime solo has never been an easy task for anyone to tackle. I see ample ammo in this thread for David's viewpoints in the transcripts, his & other reader response comments as well as Jim's throughout this thread, page 1 to here. In many ways, I started out on this topic like David sees things now & wandered over to James' side of the fence early in life. My 5th grade teacher thought the entire story was 'fishy', my parents thought Castro & Khrushchev were directing LHO. When my dad was ordered to Viet Nam in 1965, he & his friends were convinced LBJ & the Joint Chiefs were behind the assassination. There's been confusion & turmoil in this case since the beginning of it. At times, I wander back over to David's side. I find this normal when people search for truthful answers on a subject that distresses them. All of it is like watching a good trial. Under our democratic system of justice, one can't have a trial where the prosecutor tells the jury at the trial's start, 'OK folks, we know this guy did it & is guilty. Let's save us all a lot of time & effort & the jury determine right now that this man is guilty so we can take him outside & hang him'. It doesn't work for the Defense to tell the jury at the beginning of a trial something like, 'You folks know this man is being railroaded. He's clean. he didn't do it. Find him Not Guilty now so he can be released & get back to his normal life'. That doesn't work either. The system requires both a prosecutor & defense. The more they hate each other & duke it out in court, the better the trial is. Ying needs Yang & vice versa. Adam needed Eve & vice versa. David needs James & vice versa. Each has a fundamental right to participate in any thread, regardless of who opened it or closed it. When it comes to MSM, after learning about past Cold War sins such as Operation Mockingbird, how can anyone be expected to trust MSM? Who makes the more acceptable liars: Uncle Walter & Deadpan Rather or a Miss Pretty like a Megyn Kelly or Poppy Harlow? If it's all a pack of lies, why do we spend so much time watching it on TV & computer screens day after day? At this stage, I don't believe the thread has been hijacked at all. I believe there is ample food for thought for everyone to consume. I do sometimes wonder what would have happened if the US Government had concluded from the very start of this crime that apparent, obvious or suspected fraud in the evidence in addition to ambiguous evidence with conflicting 'expert' analysis made it impossible to pin the crime solely on LHO & leave it at this: 'We aren't really sure what happened, who all may have been involved or how to find the perpetrators. We're open to modify our conclusions as new info becomes available & accepted'. Had the public been given that option, I believe it would have been accepted at the time as reasonable. @David Von Pein I'm grateful for your kind words, David. I wish your JFK channel had been operational back in my college days (many, many moons ago). I could have impressed a lot of professors with the material you so generously have provided the global public free of charge. I must admit that this particular CBS TV report slipped right past me. If my friends come through for me (they've not failed me yet!), I will let you know how & where you can add their efforts to your magnificent online JFK video resource collection. I understand some libraries claim to have the program in either VHS video tape or DVD (or both). That's where we collectively are searching now (along with Internet resources). As for the caution I used....several times in the past I've let a day or two pass by & re-visited this & competing JFK forums only to find some folks bashing each other & being placed on restriction (or worse). It was peaceful when I left & like WWIII when I returned (lol). The general tone within the last two pages of this thread suggested to me that the waters might have become quite choppy. I usually start tip-toeing or hide in the shadows with the lurkers when that happens. I can't be too careful; my head is valuable to me. It's the only one I was given (lol). Best always, Brad Milch PS: As an avid Big Band & Swing Era enthusiast, I often find myself searching for hard to find live performances from that era & I can appreciate the hard work & blood, sweat & tears you put into your several JFK audio & video Internet collections. It's not as easy to create what you have, David, as some might believe. I find the swing era fascinating because it tells me what was going on here on Earth when I was floating around in the Twilight Zone & before I woke up one day & discovered I was here (sometimes I feel like I left one Twilight Zone only to wake up in another Twilight Zone that is worse than the previous one I left. Political campaigns & elections often leave me in such a mood of despair when I compare what's being offered to replace what we as a people collectively just experienced as a leader & role model). I have come to realize that I missed a lot of great music, multi-gifted singers & musicians, really gorgeous women, a lot of heavy partying & the same stuff one sees on TV news today (minus the people blowing themselves & others up stuff). It's a frustrating hobby as well, because so little audio or video survived from the countless performances that were given all over the world by any given artist of that period. Glenn Miller is particularly frustrating because Glenn was one of the few Big Band orchestra leaders that had a recording capability of his own. That meant Glenn could record audio of his performances sponsors didn't pay to have broadcast on radio. What happened to those performances after Glenn vanished shortly before WWII ended is an enduring mystery. Some collectors claim to have portions of some of them but are unwilling to share at any price. To me, Glenn's final civilian band radio performance & the one that followed it the next day (not broadcast, but recorded by Glenn Miller) are as precious as the Beatle's final global concert at Candlestick Park in California in 1966. Fortunately, a primitive audio & some video of that final Beatles concert survived. Nothing survived from Glenn Miller's last two performances that I've been able to hear completely (or get my hands on). To make matters worse, Coca-Cola sponsored Glenn's final radio show & the company doesn't even have a copy of that show. Coke writes about the show on its website but has no audio of it to present. Go figure... Ditto for the Andrews Sisters, Gene Krupa, Tommy & Jimmy Dorsey Orchestra, Benny Goodman, Harry James, etc. They were the rock stars of their generation, they played live in public all over the world & yet very little audio or video is available for folks alive today (or in the future) to experience all that they left this world, unless collectors break their selfish attitudes. As Prince just recently demonstrated, nothing anyone acquires in this world can be taken with them other than the spiritual track record of what they did & how they treated others while here. In essence, we're all just passing through...

@James DiEugenio: I realize there is a risk involved & me possibly becoming the victim of someone's posse or Cavalry by adding some info to your thread at this point, but there simply is no other way to get it publicized to your readers that are following you & your info supplied in your thread, particularly this rare CBS Inquiry show that was broadcast in 1975. The 1975 CBS TV Inquiry 'The American Assassins' is currently being sought in digital video clip format by several JFK folks I know that have authored JFK video channels. Apparently, it is a rare gem that has slipped through the cracks of time (I don't recall watching the broadcast back in 1975. I do remember 'All In The Family', 'The Jeffersons' & 'Sanford & Son' being the hot TV shows at the time. Elvis was still alive & the movie 'Jaws' was scaring people away from the ocean & raking in the big bucks at theatres while folks were still listening to disco music. That's 1975 in a nutshell to me). I'll post a link to the results of their combined efforts when I hear from them (if someone doesn't get there first & post a link to the actual TV broadcast). YouTube often responds to a complaint about a video by deleting it unexpectedly & terminating the uploader's account. Folks won't have that problem with G-Drive, I am told. Microsoft also has an online storage drive. I am told using it results in a flood of email spam for the person that uploads videos & links to them on that drive. I've been searching for the complete final Glenn Miller Coca-Cola Spotlight Bands radio performance from late Sept 1942 for over 15 years now. A Internet radio DJ shared a few seconds of that broadcast with Miller talking to his audience with me, the others I contacted blew me off without responding. Miller disappeared over the English Channel way back in late 1944. Since I came along in the very early 1950's, that's a long time to wait to hear his final civilian band radio show performed 2 years before Glenn Miller vanished! As Michael Douglas would probably put it from one of his famous movies, 'Selfish/greed is good'. Patience & fortitude is often required when asking some people to share something in this world. I think it's important to come to terms with the dishonesty that was perpetrated on a trusting global public following the ambush & death of President Kennedy, particularly when it comes to the discarded snakeskins CBS, Dan Rather & Walter Cronkite (among other rich TV newscasters) shed & left behind in a trail over the years. I never miss an opportunity to remind folks that were not aware of it before, that CBS, along with Hoover's FBI & Rowley's Secret Service conducted dishonest, historically inaccurate re-enactments in their crime scene analysis that was later expanded on by dishonest computer graphics animators. They made the ambush seem easy by leaving out JFK's guards & their transport car tailgating the late President during the assassination. None of that should have been left out of what was offered to the public as 'proof' LHO accomplished the assassination of JFK unaided, regardless of clearance for the fatal headshot existing at the time. Hi, Pamela From what you posted here & what I've read of your experience with the Z-film in the past, I highly suspect you were a victim of a marketing strategy when you first were unexpectedly shown the Z-film at a movie theatre. From what I remember from marketing professors from my college days (many moons ago), slipping something out to the public that then disappears is a strategy gimmick to generate interest. My guess would be that someone at Time-Life was kicking around the idea of putting out an early version of 'Image Of An Assassination' (or something along those lines). 1964 was just a year from the mega-bucks deal Time-Life had made with Abraham Zapruder. I suspect corporate heads were looking for a way to recover their expense losses or possibly already planning the single-bullet theory dispute team that launched into the 'Matter Of Reasonable Doubt' issue of 1966 that re-ignited the controversy over the WC's 1964 report & launched the JFK researcher career of Josiah Thompson & his 'Six Seconds In Dallas' in 1967. As James DiEugenio has demonstrated in his 1967 CBS JFK Cover-up expose, MSM (particularly CBS) began responding to criticism of the WC by airing rigged & deceptive JFK TV News Specials (usually teamed by Walter Cronkite & Dan Rather). Dan's still around to enjoy the millions he was paid, Uncle Walter dropped out of life many years back. Marketing strategists were involved in all of it. Speaking of marketing strategies, I can remember quick TV & radio soundbites announcing 'The Beatles Are Coming! following the JFK assassination. At the time it seemed weird, but when the Beatles & their media blitzkrieg finally did hit the USA in early Feb 1964 all the doors were open for them to become fast superstars. In fact, there was a year's backlog of Beatles songs awaiting release before the group ever set foot on American soil. The older I get, the more brazen marketing types seem to become. Today, when a celeb releases a sex tape or starts showing up in public flashing themselves shamelessly, it's a good bet a new album, movie or concert tour is about to be released for some really big breadwinner in the entertainment world. In many ways, I envy you, Pamela. Until the public sees JFK's limo make the turn from Houston Street on Elm Street (as Zapruder described to Jay Watson on live Dallas TV before his film was developed), you are one of the select few that actually 'saw' the Z-film. The rest of us have seen something that was monkeyed around with by visuals specialists in an attempt to deceive the global public (reference the collective works of David Lifton & Doug Horne). FWIW. I doubt the CIA was pulling some type of MKULTRA operation on you in that theatre. In 1964, the company was probably too busy flying in tons of weed that eventually would start showing up at the Middle & Jr. High Schools I attended or was about to attend during that time frame. @Wade: Your scenario is a valid one, Wade. I look at all possibilities, even LN viewpoints. Personally, I think JFK's guards knocked him off quickly at point blank range. I have problems envisioning sniper teams shooting over the heads of fellow agents, but then again, I wasn't there. While it's fresh in my mind, I'd like to comment on some Bill Decker observations I have after visiting Dealey Plaza many times in the past. First & foremost, when Bill Decker made his emergency radio call to his officers to report to the triple underpass rail yards, all he had to do to lead his men in the hunt & potential capture of the shooting perpetrators he believed were located in that area was to simply open the passenger door of Jesse Curry's white Ford Galaxy (visible in James 'Ike' Altgens photo #7), cross Elm Street (1-2 street lanes), walk up the West side of the triple underpass, cross the train tracks & there he would be, in the same area many of his employees parked their cars! Decker might have even seen Dan Rather standing on the sidewalk with his CBS 'grapefruit' bag to make his film drop off for processing that Rather claims was his purpose at that location during the ambush & aftermath of JFK's murder. Had Decker been an Army commander & left the scene as he did for subordinates to deal with, he would have been relieved of Command IMHO. Decker's office was a short walk from the kill zone. Exit the building, walk across Houston street to the back of the pool & monuments, walk across the meridian grass & one is at the crime scene. A very short distance & walk. It wouldn't have taken much effort for one or more of Decker's employees that parked in the area behind the grassy knoll stockade fence to transport weapons to & from the crime scene. Who would stop & question one of Bill Decker's deputies? Decker's emergency radio call to his men was from a short distance around either side of the mouth of the tunnel created by the triple underpass to his office on Houston/Main streets. A very short, quick walk. Several of Decker's deputies were already outside the building & heading towards the rail yards on their own (Eugene Boone was one of them). Most, if not all of Decker's witness statements read to me as basically saying the same thing over & over. Almost like they were prepared in advance. How many different people see & hear the exact same thing in a traumatic, unexpected event? How many use the same words to describe what they saw & heard? Bill Decker has not been closely scrutinized in prior analysis IMHO. He was allowed to fall through many cracks that might have solved this case long ago. What you have written previously in this thread is deserving of a book publication, Wade. As researcher Jim DiEugenio has pointed out in his JFK history books expose, a book like yours is sorely missing from the propaganda force fed to US students currently. @Wade: Your analysis & interpretations are as fine as any I've read in the 53 years I have been studying JFK's ambush & murder. Some would say your version of events make more sense that anything pushed by the US Government & its ever changing list of key players since the crime happened. I do want to add some food to the thought mix here about some current events & how present analysis is more closely scrutinized than it apparently was 53 years ago. Please don't take any of what you are about to read as any type of argument against what you believe is the truth of JFK's suspicious demise: Briefly, two events in the last year have caught the global public's eye & much is being discussed about them both on the Internet. They are the mass murders of Ohio's Rhoden family (8 members murdered) & the Waco 'biker massacre' that occurred at Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco, Texas just about a year ago (May 17 marks the 1st anniversary of the infamous shootout) in which 9 bikers were murdered. First, let's briefly discuss the Rhoden family mass murder victims, who Ohio police, other investigators & state officials are pointing fingers of suspicion at & who some analysts currently believe the culprits really are: Everyone should know that when drugs are alleged to be involved in a mass homicide or drug operation bust, the habitats, bank accounts, vehicles & other possessions of the accused are seized by the county or state the alleged crimes occurred in until & sometimes after the conclusion of trials. This procedure dates back to the days of Bonnie & Clyde (the woman who owned the last car the duo & their gang stole, were subsequently ambushed & killed in, Ruth Warren, was forced to take on one of the B&C posse members in Federal Court, long after the crime duo were slaughtered in it, just to get her car back. Ruth Warren spent a small fortune to accomplish this. It was reported that the Louisiana parish sheriff in possession of the B&C 'death car' was charging visitors a nickel a head just to sit in the car for a few minutes). While Ruth Warren legally fought to get her stolen car back, relatives of B&C fought legally for a long time to retrieve the guns seized by police following B&C's ambush & slaughter. The loot the crime duo allegedly had on their persons when attacked & murdered was not retrieved, nor was paperwork indicating ownership of Louisiana property B&C allegedly had when ambushed & killed by law enforcement operatives in early 1934. BTW: Bill Decker factors into the B&C ambush too; Decker was flown from Dallas to the small Louisiana town that received the slaughtered crime duo to attend their autopsies. Decker can be seen in photographs standing behind the slaughtered duo prior to the start of their autopsies. J. Edgar Hoover also factors into the ambush & murders of Bonnie & Clyde. Hoover's 'Bureau Of Information' (father to the FBI) was supplying tracking info to the posse that surprised the crime duo, ambushed & killed them. Hoover had B&C family relatives phones tapped & at least one family snitch on his payroll. At present, friends, neighbors & Rhoden relatives are contesting the alleged Rhoden family drug operation allegations. They are being described as good people not involved in selling drugs of any kind by those who knew them best. We all know that almost everyone will open the door to a police officer standing outside knocking. Police have stated there were no signs of forced entry into any of the 4 Rhoden crime scene residences. The perpetrators got past vicious guard dogs too. It appears the family knew their murderer(s). In a small town, everyone knows the police & vice versa. To make a long story short, some analysts currently believe the Rhodens were murdered by members of police, county or state officials possibly involved in drug operations of their own. The mass murders of the Rhoden family have effectively wiped out an alleged competing drug operation & allowed the county/state to seize the 4 residences plus other belongings of the Rhodens, effectively bypassing Rhoden family heirship. Some at this point say on the Internet police & state officials are the perpetrators, not Mexican drug cartels (El Chapo), family feuds, some disgusting inbred family relationships type thing, jealous neighbors with a grudge, etc.. To date, no visual proof of a marijuana drug operation has been supplied to the public, nor info on buyers & distribution of the alleged operation. Now, let's briefly look at the Waco biker shootout. Originally reported by CNN on Sunday, May 17, 2015 as competing biker clubs (Bandidos & Cossacks) fighting at a public restaurant (during a scheduled biker meeting) over the right to wear a patch on their biker vests & not be obligated to pay dues to the competing club led to gunfire erupting between the competing bikers with law enforcement officials joining in (in an attempt to stop the unlawful fighting & shooting) & killing 4 of the 9 victims. Most of the bikers at the scene were arrested & held on $1 million dollar bonds. That initial CNN & police live TV narrative has changed several times over the past year to bikers claiming the police present did all the shooting to each biker club claiming the other club did all the shooting, to variations of both. To make matters more confusing, law enforcement officials disclosed that mixed in with the fighting & shooting bikers & police responders were undercover police disguised as bikers. Police & restaurant surveillance video has been slow to trickle out to the public. To make matters worse, some of the police dashcam video is silent, meaning that the shooting can be seen but not heard by visual analysts. That alone fuels suspicion to some analysts that the police are hiding something. In another thread I posted a link to one of the latest police dashcam videos (silent) that captures a good portion of the entire shootout & aftermath. One of the victims is seen dropping to the ground like a rock after being shot in the neck. It was the 1st video I have ever seen of a person getting killed from a shot to the neck. More on this in a moment.... Like most of the Waco biker victims, released individual autopsies indicate most victims were shot from an elevated position more than 5 feet away. This led many to speculate that the shooters were police rooftop snipers positioned on the roof of an adjacent restaurant to Twin Peaks. After watching this video countless times, I believe the gunshot neck victim was shot by a person dressed as a biker (genuine or undercover) kneeling down around some parked motorcycles & firing in an upward trajectory (just the opposite of what the autopsy states, no rooftop snipers involved). The apparent shooter runs to behind a brown truck seen parked near the police officer's squad car supplying the dashcam video. That person is bald headed & dressed entirely in black. He joins others hiding at the rear of the brown truck. Others dressed as bikers can be seen also being shot dead in this video. No one identifiable as a police operative can be seen shooting at a victim. To date, no one has been brought to trial for any of the 9 deaths. JFK was shot in the neck also 53 years ago. The possibility that he died with that shot or was close to death as a result of it has not been completely factored into the multi ambush analysis one can find in the public record over the years. Nellie Connally looked directly into JFK's face after the 1st shot she heard & consistently stated on record that JFK looked 'dead' to her. How many self-proclaimed 'expert' or accredited expert analysis have you ever seen incorporating Nellie's experience or the biker victim dropping to the ground instantly from a gunshot wound to the neck have you ever read on the JFK case? Analysis can be good & it can be wrong. Coroners make wrong analysis of people's deaths every day in every country on Earth. Murderers skate whenever that occurs. Just because the fellow drives a Jaguar & lives in a mansion doesn't mean he knows what he's doing in every case he handles. To date, I have yet to see the SS agents tailgating JFK's touring car factored into a shooting analysis. This is in spite of witnesses on record smelling gun smoke as they were driven down Elm Street to & past the area of street previously occupied by JFK's Lincoln & his SS guards & transport car 'right on top of him'. Neither have the outboard JFK limo DPD motorcyclists been factored into any shooting analysis. 53 years is a long time to pretend those persons were not present during the attack on JFK's life. In a totally honest analysis, everyone who was present when the crime occurred gets scrutinized. In this case is mostly LHO who gets pulled through the old washer water ringer. All of this, I offer as simply food for thought. @Roy: I agree, good Sir. If I peg CH correctly (he's from my father's generation: born in the 1930's, just missed the Great Depression & too young to serve in WWII), everything in life that is wrong is someone else's fault. Never admit guilt. Show him proof of wrongdoing & he'll hysterically deny it (to the point of becoming violent) if he's made of the same stuff dear old Dad was. My Dad forced me to go to church but he was never there. To him, what Jesus taught got him arrested & murdered. To him, life consists of a continuous grab for as much of the goodies there is on Earth (money & anything wearing a skirt) & then death comes along to stop the fun & games that others pick the slack up on when the dead ones are gone. The Good Book stuff he didn't want to believe in. My Dad was a 'do as I say, not as I do' guy. His motto was 'no one ever helped him, so don't ask him for anything'. If I wanted a class ring or schoolbook as I neared graduation, get a job & earn the money. Today's younger folks would have had a rough time had my dear old Dad had raised them (lol). CH should take a lesson from Prince, Michael Jackson, John Lennon & George Harrison (among other wealthy notables) that died unexpectedly & had to leave their fortunes here on Earth. None of them could take their fortunes with them. Neither will CH. The more one gets into, considers & accepts David Lifton & Doug Horne's research & books, the more Mr. Hill's alleged presence & participation comes into play into that sordid post-JFK ambush scenario; particularly when considering what allegedly took place when JFK's body was forcibly removed from Parkland & allegedly hidden in the cargo bay of AF-1 on its way to a clandestine, pre-autopsy bullet removal operation at Bethesda. If I peg CH correctly, he's as selfish as others from his generation. Doing the right thing is inconceivable to selfish folks from the 1930's in my humble opinion. Best, BM

In one of the countless YouTube interviews of Gary Mack, he said something that I found interesting in one of them. Gary's analysis of the snipers' nest had the shooter standing behind the window sill boxes, rifle barrel resting on the top box & shooter simply pointing the barrel in the general vicinity of body mass (no use of fixed sights or scope for aiming), pulling the trigger 2-3 times & working the bolt rapidly. Gary believed this is how the shooter (Gary believed it was LHO) avoided the gas blowback coating his face. The boxes would also serve as a thick shield if any of JFK's guards were fast enough to return fire. Gary theorized that this is why LHO only changed his shirt & not his trousers; trousers were shielded from blowback by being behind the boxes). The type of shooting Gary described is what Army marksmanship instructors called 'slop shots' when I served. It's also known as 'Annie Oakley' style 'guestimate' without aiming style shooting (similar to the manner in which Chuck Connors demonstrated during the opening sequence of TV's 'The Rifleman'). I commented in another the thread that the sniper's nest shooter should have smelled like he had been firing fireworks had he fired 2-3 rounds off using conventional aiming techniques. It should have been easily detectable to anyone who came into close contact with that person. For LHO, this would include Officer Baker, Roy Truly, Pierce Allman, bus & taxi drivers (+ passengers), LHO's landlady, Officer Tippit, Texas theatre arresting officers, those who 1st interrogated LHO at DPD headquarters in addition to the DPD hallway TV reporters close enough to LHO to smell him. I don't recall any of those people ever commenting that LHO smelled like he had been popping fireworks (the most common description of how a person smells after firing a weapon). I can remember a grime that built up under our fingernails after my units fired their individual assigned weapons at rifle ranges for annual qualification. The grime resembles how a mechanic's fingernails look after working on cars. It took quite a while to completely get it out from under fingernails. The point is: LHO should have reeked of gunsmoke everywhere he went & whoever came into close contact with him & those persons undoubtedly would have commented on it. Gary's theory obviously would cause problems for a second gunman sharing that window & at least one witnesses stated on record that she saw 2 armed shooters in that particular TSD 6th floor window. Today's CIA joke of the day (intended for CIA Internet snoops possibly monitoring the Education Forum, indicating business is slow at Langley): A married couple show up at CIA Headquarters to apply for a job. Both are sent to separate rooms & told to sit in a chair in the middle of the room & wait for an interviewer to show up. The man is seen first. The CIA interviewer looks over his resume & hands the man a pistol. The pistol is unloaded, but the man is told it is fully loaded. The job seeker is then directed to go into the next room & shoot in the head until dead the person sitting in the chair & the job is his. The man goes into the room, closes the door & discovers his wife sitting in the chair in the middle of the room. Several minutes of silence pass. Finally, after a long period of time, the man opens the door & walks over to the interviewer waiting on him to shoot his wife in the head. The man is in tears. He tells the interviewer that he loves his wife & cannot shoot her in the head for any reason. The man is told to wait in another room to pick up his resume & afterwards he can leave the building. He wasn't hired. The interviewer now goes to the room where the wife has been sitting, hands her the unloaded pistol & sends her to the room where her husband is waiting to retrieve his resume. The wife is told to empty the gun into the head of the person waiting in the room & the job is hers. She takes the gun, opens the room's door & goes inside, closing the door behind her entry. In a manner of seconds, the interviewer hears screams, pleadings & the sounds of a horrific, desperate fight inside the room. After several minutes of this, finally, there is silence. The interviewer is shocked when he opens the door. There is blood everywhere & all the furniture is overturned & broken. The room resembles the aftermath of an earthquake. "What happened in here?" the interviewer asks the woman. "The gun you gave me wouldn't fire, so I beat him to death with the chair" replied the woman..... BM

For me personally, it settles an issue that began in late 1974 & has nagged at me ever since. Since that time I believed a fatal shot from the TSBD 'sniper's nest' at Z-313 was impossible; now I can see that it was possible. That says it all for me. By rolling up your trouser legs & wading in the water with us all (and checking out all sides of the body of water we splash around in from time to time), you have demonstrated to me that you are a man of high scruples. If apologies are warranted to you from anything & everything I have ever said to you in the past in a mean spirited kind of way, I humbly & sincerely apologize. The truth is all I ever sought in the JFK murder case; if it's deemed to be on your side of the fence, that's where I'll quietly graze with the matter kinda settled in my mind. Do you remember me talking about Mrs. Rodgers, David? If she were alive today & could see your re-enactment photo efforts, I have no doubt that you'd become her pet quickly (lol). Mrs. Rodgers often complained that she couldn't see what you created & posted here. From what I can see, it appears there is clearance over the Queen Mary's windshield. I suspect Chris Davidson & other visual analysts are working your re-enactments photos over with a compass, ruler & protractor as I type this. That means that a shot over that obstacle was possible. It would have cleared the agents' heads in the front seat by mere inches or fractions. This demonstrates just how close the shooter came to killing more people than just JFK. Often the savageness of the crime is left out of the various theories on how the shooting occurred. My interest from all this came from an on site visit to Dealey Plaza in the very early 1970's with a couple of Army buddies. We took turns standing, squatting or sitting at the Z-313 spot (there was no street X back then to point it out) while the others pretended to be the Queen Mary by standing a few feet back (closer to the TSBD). None of us could ever see the bottom of the sniper's nest window, regardless of what posture we used or what we sat or stood on (simulating car seats & running boards). Unscientific, yes, but it was all we had to use for visual tools. Again, I commend you for creating your re-enactment photos. You corrected something that's been visually wrong for 53 years. The Queen Mary can be seen at the Z-313 spot in the Nix, Muchmore & Bronson films. The height of the Queen Mary & its bulky hood & fat front fenders specifications are of interest to several folks good with math (I'm not one of them). I figure that if Stephen King could locate replicas of the JFK parade car & Queen Mary, someone else should too & get measurements. Measurements in conjunction with angles & the decline of the street could possibly answer some questions about the shooting as time goes by. Now I ask you, David. I was disappointed in James & Len Osanic's interview from last night in that Mr. DiEugenio points out CBS left out the LHO sidewalk tree & the curve in Elm Street but forgot the most important detail of all......no representation for the SS followup car & it's agents inside the car & outside on the two running boards was included in the re-enactment. IMHO, the public needs to focus on that issue of the vanishing guards & their car that was left out of the initial SS & FBI filmed re-enactments starting the week after the assassination & continuing into 1964. Visit Mr. Von Pein's spectacular video collection & look for the SS followup car & actor stand in's for the agents in the Government re-enactments & those conducted by MSM in their TV specials, computer animators & TV mini-series & movies. You won't find them. CBS used a portion of the SS film re-enactment & boldly told its audience that what they were watching was a filmed re-enactment of JFK's murder when in fact what theaudience was seeing was a car representing JFK's limo being driven as a solo target down Elm St. with no consideration for the big & taller obstacle that was directly behind it (Queen Mary) during the actual ambush. Line of sight blockage wasn't a problem for an alleged assassin because Hoover & Rowley's boy removed it from an unsuspecting public that trusted them. What Hoover's FMI & Rowley's SS did was like running an ad for a used car photo in the newspapers & not mentioning the other side of the car (not visible in the photo) is allsmashed in. I'm beginning to think some JFK researchers are afraid to discuss the missing SS followup car in the initial re-enactments & those that followed the past 53 years. @Steve & David, If either of you served in the US military & remember firing your M-16 & .45 cal pistols once or twice a year at a military rifle range, you probably remember the smell of gunsmoke you & your unit reeked of as you were transported back to your bases, forts, etc. (I don't know how the Navy accomplishes this feat out at sea; perhaps they wait until they arrive at land?). I can remember my Army units showering with their individual weapons to rapidly clean them before turning them in to the Arms Room NCO. Prior to the shower, we all smelled like goats that had been shooting off fireworks (that's putting it nicely). I mention this because if LHO had just shot the alleged murder carbine, he should have smelled of gunsmoke. Those in close proximity of him should have smelled it in the TSBD lunchroom, encounter with newsman Pierce Allman, city bus, taxi ride, & rooming house. Just changing a shirt wouldn't remove the stench IMHO; a shower & complete change of clothes was needed to smell 'normal' again. When LHO allegedly spoke to the DPD officer through the window of his passenger side window, Officer Tippit should have smelled the gunsmoke/gunpowder on LHO IMHO. When one adds the alleged pistol murder of Officer Tippit, LHO should have smelled pretty 'ripe' when arrested. I don't recall any of the arresting officers or initial interrogators of LHO mentioning that LHO smelled of gunsmoke or gunpowder when he was brought in to DPD Headquarters, do either of you? @James DiEugenio: James, just after reading the sniper weapons article at CTKA, I ran across some police dash cam video of last year's Waco biker shooting (massacre?) that has been troubling me deeply. The video shows several bikers being struck by bullets that their autopsies identified as primarily in the head or trunks. One victim in particular (Jacob Lee Rhyne, age 39) was shot only once in the neck. One can see him aiming a pistol at other bikers when he suddenly moves both his hands towards his neck & instantly drops to the ground dead, like a rock. I instantly thought about JFK after watching this scene several times the past few days. Do you think JFK might have been killed by the shot that hit him in the neck too (direct hit or passing thru from a back entrance, depending on your interpretation of the wound)? I recall Nellie Connally stating in interviews that when she turned to look at JFK after hearing the first shot, JFK looked 'dead' to her. I believe that's in her book too. If that's possible in this case (as the Waco dash cam video demonstrates), it indicates the Zapruder film interpretations need to be re-thought. I must admit, I didn't know a person could be killed from a neck bullet wound injury. After expanding the video to 'full screen', at 1:20 into the video, look beneath the word 'Open' on the banner & you'll see Mr. Rhyne point a chrome pistol at someone, take a shot & is about to take another shot when he is shot in the neck & falls straight to the ground, dead. Other videos depict Mr. Rhyne having shot a biker lying on the ground near the side entrance sidewalk in his head & killing him a few seconds prior to becoming a victim himself. The Nix film shows a glimpse of Mr. Ready in the street on his side of the Queen Mary. Roberts never left his position in the front seat of the Queen Mary. Maybe someday Chris Davidson or another gifted mathematician can compute how much velocity was needed to drive the Harper fragment from JFK's doomed head to where the fragment was found near the end of the grass meridian in Dealey Plaza. Perhaps that math could prove if JFK was shot at point blank range. I would find that of interest in this case. How people decide to become SS agent groupies would not be of interest to me at all. I believe there is no acceptable reason for the SS agents & their transport vehicle to be missing from the original investigators' re-enactments & trajectory analysis (FBI & SS 1963-1964), all of the CBS TV specials (and other MSM network specials that conducted re-enactments or used what the WC published), all of the History, Discovery, Nat Geo, Tru-TV JFK TV specials and the various TV computer animations that depict a solo, unguarded JFK parade car traversing Elm Street during the ambush. The Queen Mary's precise location at the Z-313 (fatal headshot) can be seen in the Nix, Muchmore & Bronson films. There is no mystery of where it & its occupants were when President Kennedy lost his life 53 years ago. Kathleen's post triggered a reminder to me that when interviewer's get the opportunity to question living witnesses they often do more harm than good in the questions they fail to ask their guest. The general public does not have the means or opportunities to ask questions themselves. A good example of this is the list of interviews conducted by the Sixth Floor Museum & posted on YouTube. The car with the door shooter Kathleen describes in the Nix film might have been seen by Buell Frazier leaving the area. Frazier told the Museum in his recent interview that he was scared & hung around the TSBD steps for a while after the ambush. The interviewer did not ask him if he saw any cars leave the parking lot area after the attack. The Newman family had probably the best view of the ambush that culminated directly in front of them because neither of the adults was distracted from filming the JFK parade car approaching & passing them. Simple questions incorporating research revelations such as 'did you smell gunsmoke in Elm Street', 'does the Zapruder, Nix, Muchmore & Bell films depict everything you saw; if not, what is missing?' or 'what were the SS agents doing within your view' have yet to be asked of the Newmans' when the Museum interviews them as guests & posts their interview videos on YouTube. As a result, today's global public & that of future generations continues to be cheated out of their history by questionable people with questionable motives that conduct themselves as their visual trail demonstrates on a crime of global importance when interviewing living witnesses. We ask the questions here at the Ed Forum interviewers & MSM do not. Everyone's input is important on this case IMHO. A football coach I once knew compared the ambush of JFK to a series of quick football plays that moved the ball downfield rapidly to the end zone & left the opposing team & spectators stunned, mystified & baffled. That research, IMHO, along with the combined efforts of those that visit,comment on this Educational Forum & researchers that work diligently at finding answers takes us as close to the truth of JFK's demise in Dealey Plaza as we are ever likely to get. To myself, I like to think there's some sort of comradery between US Government agencies in that a suspected CIA or FBI sharpshooter positioned in the TSBD would not fire over the heads & shoulders of fellow operatives for risk of wounding or killing some of them. Same for the GK. Then again, I wasn't there when all this went down & I was a kid playing marbles at recess. What we discuss here in Mr. Von Pein's thread is a friendly reminder from us to him as to why we collectively do or do not buy his flavor of Kool Aid. What we all leave here for future generations to absorb & ponder is a written reminder that something very wrong occurred in our lifetime that none of us had the power to prevent & the official & MSM explanation of what happened to JFK in Dallas has not satisfied many of us. That's all we legally have the power to do under the US system of justice. BM PS (just @Kathleen): As a fellow who has spent time with some ladies in my life (thank you, my guardian angels!!!), knows a bit about astrology & the animal kingdom in general, my own take on Jackie's reaction to the shooting is this: A woman that loves her man (regardless if she's a Leo like Jackie was) or a lioness protecting her lion (also Leo's), will instantly move to attack whatever is threatening her mate. What I see in the Z-film is Jackie going after her husband's killer where she perceives that person to be; in this case, not towards the Parade Car's front seat, the TSBD or the Elm St. sidewalk, but in the car directly behind her on the right hand side (where SAIC Roberts, SS agents Ready & Landis were). I have no doubt that had she made it off the trunk she would have bashed the agent with the weapon he was holding once she pried it out of his hands. I suspect that agent would also have lost one or both testicles & have been clawed, bitten, punched & kicked from head to toe while ducking any & all objects hurled as airborne projectiles. Had the shot originated from the parade car's front seat, Kellerman or Greer would have been bashed. Jackie would have flown over the Connallys' & beaten her husband's attacker there IMHO. I've witnessed too many women respond to a crisis situation attempting to protect their child or other loved one from an attack or other forms of danger to think otherwise. Any man who foolishly believes a scared, mad woman cannot deliver a Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield or George Foreman quality fight in a crisis situation has never had one 'go off' on them (lol). Jackie demonstrated to the global public just how strong & determined a woman she was in the sad & spectacular burial of her husband that she orchestrated. Your input, when added to the gunsmoke several witnesses in the head portion of the motorcade smelled as they were driven through the kill zone is added in & sidewalk spectator interviews of those closest to the ambush (Bill Newman, Mary Moorman & Jean Hill, among others) is factored in & taken into consideration, it becomes obvious that either a reaction to an outside the motorcade attack directed to it occurred on Elm St. or the attack came from within the motorcade itself from where Mr. Yarborough places it (SS agents outside their transport car) or both. I strongly urge all interested in this unsolved case to research back in time to the original radio & TV broadcasts & subsequent newspaper coverage, examine the WC exhibits & testimony, look at all the TV specials 'proving' that LHO committed this crime solo, watch all the re-enactment animations & the original SS re-enactment film from late 1963-1964 & find the SS Queen Mary & representatives of the persons that car contained during the actual ambush as the car tailgated JFK's parade car down Elm Street. Hint: you won't find them anywhere in the visuals portraying the ambush. They vanish. Like magic. It's time to factor the JFK SS agents & their transport vehicle into the analysis. 53 years is a long time to pretend they weren't present during the attack on President Kennedy that stole his existence. @David & James: It's the simplest explanation for the crime. It's also the reason the dance has taken so long to remove the focus on JFK's corrupt guards & place it on LHO (where it was originally intended). Ask anyone who has ever worked for Uncle Sam & they'll tell you the higher ups NEVER do anything wrong. Hillary will walk a plank before admitting she screwed up big time with her email server. Uncle Sam's sock puppets (MSM) will broadcast footage of Soviet fighters buzzing a US Destroyer, but won't air footage of whatever it was the Destroyer did that peeved the Soviet Air Force off. The photographic record went thru many hands connected to the Government before the public saw the pieces of this, portions of that & darkened out visual info here & there. A good portion of it went thru the hands of Life magazine. Almost all of it has been accused of being victims of visual alterations. YouTube is flooded with visual analysis of JFK ambush films & photographs ranging from amateurs, noted & respected visual analysts such as David Healy, David Lifton, the late Jack White, Josiah Thompson and many others, to pranksters making an a$$ of themselves online. By going on what Bill Newman & Bob Clark reported in an early radio broadcast about SS men scurrying around the JFK parade car during the shooting (along with Mary Moorman or jean Hill remarking in an interview they thought the SS was firing back), I am of the opinion the shooting took place in the street between the two cars, away from Dave Powers. If Dave saw anything, it was probably the back(s) of one or more agents or the shot he 1st heard & saw JFK pulling his arm in the car & to his throat could have come from Kellerman or Ready without him seeing or hearing it. Pistols can be silenced also. To Connally, because the parade car was traversing a steep decline, any gunfire would sound to him like it was coming over his right shoulder, even if it originated from behind him from someone on the sidewalk. One SS Agent could squeeze a pistol fast enough to have done the shooting without the spectators being the wiser. I have faith in James (I've read all his books & follow his Internet Black Op radio interviews with Len Osanic) finding the truth someday, somehow, with something those who pulled this slick crime off didn't think of 53 years ago. I encourage James DiEugenio to introduce this topic on one of his upcoming radio interviews with Len Osanic. I'll bet the highly JFK murder educated Mr. Osanic has some candid thoughts about the subject. With some listener call in participation it should prove a dynamic show; perhaps a trend setter. The burden of proof doesn't exist globally. What criminals get away with in the USA by covering their misdeeds doesn't work everywhere. For example, if ISIS fighters got their hands on a defenseless person & wanted to execute him/her, there is no phone call for a lawyer first. Their 'proof' is whatever the perpetrators determine it to be. If your head is wanted, your head will be taken. There was some discussion in the Ruth Paine thread a few weeks back about LHO's brother Robert getting it on with Marina. I kept waiting for someone to comment that 'maybe that's how LHO's alleged rifle got out of the Paine garage' with helpful brother Robert stopping by to 'service' Marina while she & LHO lived apart & how long the alleged adultery began & lasted, but no one ever did. From what I heard on the radio as a kid, only the Shadow knows stuff like that. He don't need no proof either. BM

Hi, all: There's an underlying issue here that's not being discussed that gets its share of discussion on college campuses around the globe. For those who tip toe through the tulips on the JFK ambush & murder, I'll spell it out here: Namely, the strong belief that President Kennedy & Texas Governor Connally came under gunfire by those closest to both men: The SS personnel in the followup car just a few feet from the back of JFK's head. Point-blank range. On Elm Street. Distraction fire from the TSBD & knolls. Gunsmoke smelled by witnesses originated from Queen Mary and/or SS agents firing while on foot in the street. The men with guns Bill Newman saw leaving the Queen Mary had just shot the President (something he didn't see). If one follows (or recalls from life experiences) the progression of investigation that began with newspaper & TV reports to the WC, the early critics & ballistics/trajectory analysts of the WC, The Church Committee, the HSCA, all the way to David Lifton's 1st book detailing SS JFK body snatching, body hiding on AF-1, covert pre-arrival at Bethesda & apparent body alteration & looks at Vince Palamara's books detailing SS SAIC Emory Roberts calling back John Ready's apparent attempt to get to JFK during the ambush & Robert's dumping JFK at Parkland for LBJ, one has to question if all that info is true & accurate, why did the SS want to get the bullets out of JFK's body so badly & why did the SS people involved act the way they reportedly acted?. Why did the SS agents & their car disappear from tailgating JFK's parade car down Elm St. during the ambush from all Government investigation re-enactments & each & every CBS & other network TV special pushing the 'LHO did it' theory (this includes Dale Meyers' infamous cartoon that so impressed Peter Jenning more than a decade ago)? The answer is blowing in the wind: the bullets that wounded & killed JFK & wounded Connally were SS bullets. For the timid or blind, I said it.... I'm talking about SS people involved in a Coup d'état to murder JFK & replace him with LBJ and doing it not in front of hundreds of people, but around a dozen or two scattered around the area in front of the North Pergola & the triple underpass where two bright yellow marks were painted on Elm Street in a dip in the road that prevented most of the motorcade cars & occupants from witnessing with their eyes unobstructed exactly what was going on during the JFK ambush. Closest agents to JFK during the ambush: Emory Roberts & all 4 running board agents. All were armed with pistols. Pistols shoot exploding (dum-dum) rounds as well as rifles do. Parade car front seat SS agents make up the other two closest armed agents. To the sides of JFK & alongside the running board agents & interior occupants of the Queen Mary would be the 4 DPD motorcycle escorts that should be factored in as possible firing points too. FWIW, after 53 years of following all this good & bad JFK research. IMHO (means nothing to anyone but me), JFK was murdered by some of his guard detail. The 'dead SS agent' story, regardless of its origin, was disseminated to the public to give the impression that JFK & his guards came under fire during the ambush & not focus attention on the very real possibility that JFK's guards killed him.

Perhaps overlaying the Queen Mary from WC photos with the white Lincoln used in the SS re-enactment film at the z-313 location might do the trick for some. It's better than the Government of those days pretending the guards & their car were not present during the ambush; it would give today's JFK enthusiasts & students an idea of what obstacles may have been present to a TSBD shooter 53 years ago & if the JFK 'kill shot' was possible or impossible to make from that alleged sniper's window at Z-313. That may be the best JFK researchers keeping the interest in the case alive may be able to do with the tools they have to presently work with. I do know after the completion of the 11.22.63 mini-series Dallas filming (that caused a bit of an uproar over traffic jam problems), several film combos appeared on YouTube of the various filming spots that captured the motorcade ambush re-enactment. There was an amazing amount of footage taken of what was cut down into what looked more like a brief music video. My 1st thoughts on that footage was wondering how many JFK researchers that footage could help in their various areas of expertise. Unfortunately, missing from that series is the most important view of all (IMHO): what an alleged TSBD shooter should have seen with the Queen Mary practically on top of JFK's limo with actor stand-ins in both cars. There was no TSBD 7th floor line of sight to the Elm St. motorcade footage put on YouTube at all. Hmmm...I wonder why. Stephen King's motorcade ambush re-enactment was unique in that it contained both JFK & SS car clones plus actors representing the actual persons involved in the shooting. Most re-enactments just use a JFK parade car clone & (like Hoover & Rowley's boys) omit the Queen Mary & its SS agents. I can't help but wonder if shady operatives held a gun to King's head & confiscated his 7th floor TSBD looking down to the Elm St. kill zone footage. It's possible, I suppose: stranger things in life have happened (lol). Who else but an organization well known for assassinations & drug running (that many globally suspect murdered President Kennedy 53 years ago) could take a piece of its own US Presidential 'kill zone' & turn it into a money making business, charge patrons the better part of 20 bucks & not let them look out the 'kill window'?
