  1. You want to know what the scariest part of this whole thing is? Donald Trump said that he could declassify things just by thinking about them. That means that if I want to file a Freedom of Information request to get access to our nuclear codes, I would have to get inside of Donald Trump's mind. No thank you. I'll pass. Steve Thomas

  3. Russian Panic Spirals With Arson Attacks, Street Fights, and Manhunts The Kremlin is struggling to control the sheer chaos sweeping Russia a day after Vladimir Putin announced mass war mobilization. 4. I think we are going to see big changes in Russia this next week. People are being snatched off the street, loaded on buses and sent off to the front lines. Putin is emptying out his prisons and sending the convicts off to war. Russia doesn't have the food or weapons or winter clothing to logistically supply 300,000 new conscripts. Now the Russian people are facing the prospect of nuclear annihilation if Putin launches nuclear weapons. The airports are crowded with people desperate to get out. This reminds me so much of what Russia looked like at the end of WWI. It looks like 1917 all over again. Steve Thomas
  5. Parents Furious as Shooting Hoaxes Terrorize Schools: 'No Way to Live' BY SHIRA LI BARTOV ON 9/21/22 AT 12:05 PM EDT https://www.newsweek.com/parents-furious-shooting-hoaxes-terrorize-schools-no-way-live-1744958 On Monday, 10 schools across Virginia reported threats in the school districts of... Albuquerque, New Mexico, police announced a call about a weapon at Sandia High School on Monday and a false report of violence at Volcano Vista High School on Friday. Multiple schools across Colorado were swarmed with a police and SWAT response after false active shooter reports on Monday, while similar threats ravaged North Carolina schools on Tuesday. Hoaxes struck Mainland High School in Florida on September 11 and Hollywood High School in California on September 13. A hoax call to Heights High School in Houston, Texas, on September 13 reported that a gunman had shot 10 people in a room. This Is Insane Steve Thomas
  6. https://www.rawstory.com/mar-a-lago-new-york-ag/ Among other things, in litigation over a search warrant executed at Mar-a-Lago on August 8, 2022, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida noted that 'the seized materials include . . . correspondence related to taxes, and accounting information.'" The filing continues, "documents concerning taxes and accounting information would appear to be responsive to OAG’s subpoenas, but no such documents for Mr. Trump were produced by counsel for Mr. Trump despite a representation by that counsel that: I 'diligently searched each and every room of Respondent’s private residence located at Mar-a-Lago, including all desks, drawers, nightstands, dressers, closets, etc. I was unable to locate any documents responsive to the Subpoena that have not already been produced to the OAG by the Trump Organization.'" 7. New York attorney general files civil fraud lawsuit against Trump, some of his children and his business By Kara Scannell September 21, 2022 https://www.cnn.com/2022/09/21/politics/trump-new-york-attorney-general-letitia-james-fraud-lawsuit/index.html “James is seeking $250 million in allegedly ill-gotten funds and to permanently bar Trump and the children named in the lawsuit from serving as the director of a business registered in New York state. She is also seeking to cancel the Trump Organization’s corporate certificate, which, if granted by a judge, could effectively force the company to cease operations in New York state.” Okay, so now his university has been shut down as a fraud. His charity has been shut down as a fraud, and now his company. If it looks like one and quacks like one, can you spell D-U-C-K? Steve Thomas
  8. Jean Paul. You'll notice that this report was signed by Roy Westphal and Preston Parks of the Special Service Bureau. https://www.history-matters.com/archive/jfk/wc/wcvols/wh19/pdf/WH19_Batchelor_Ex_5002.pdf (page 4 of Batchelor's Exhibit# 5002. The middle column of this Report bothered me for a long time, until I realized that INT didn't stand for Interview. It stood for whether that person was in DPD's Intelligence File. You'll notice that three of the names have a case file number. Roy Westphal addressed this in his interview for Larry Sneed's book, No More Silence. No More Silence https://books.google.com/books?id=7uT-47ysB5MC&pg=PA326&lpg=PA326&dq=Dallas+%22+Roy+Westphal%22&source=bl&ots=eii6yRhLo8&sig=nr0C2_dukxaBfdcQiFnDLg3ugKM&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjt-9Xpi8nRAhVpwFQKHZBBDX0Q6AEIHDAA#v=onepage&q=Dallas%20%22%20Roy%20Westphal%22&f=false Says that it is his understanding the Hosty was trying to recruit Oswald as an informant because he had been to Russia. Says it didn't pan out. He had gone home and realized that he hadn't written his Report on the man at the Trade Mart wanting to wave a “Free Cuba” sign and was denied that opportunity. He picked up Preston Parks and returned to the “office which was in a little building at Fair Park”. “As I was writing the Report, the Captain called and wanted to check the School Book Depository employee list with our files. We had handwritten, partial lists; some of them you couldn't read the names. But we did find one, a member of the American GI Forum. The Captain then instructed me to bring the entire file down to his office.” He recognized Joe Molina and helped serve a search warrant on him, but does not say anything about Harvey Lee Oswald and the 605 Elsbeth St. address. V. J. Brian (also of the Special Service Bureau) addresses this list in his WC testimony. http://mcadams.posc.mu.edu/russ/testimony/brian.htm “Mr. BRIAN. He told him, short and very quick, that they knew that Oswald was a Communist and that he was in the Book Depository, and he said, "Write a report and get it back to me right now." And he went right back and wrote a report. I forgot about the whole incident, I didn't think it would be important and I didn't--well, in fact, I didn't have time to because when I got back there they had a list of names they were going to start checking out and they handed me six of them and says, "Start going and checking here and here and here and checking these people." So I never did dwell on it again.” Westphal told Sneed that, “Of course we didn't identify any of our informants to them (the FBI). We kept that secret because we didn't want them swiping them from us because the Feds had more money than us since our budget was very, very limited and they could pay their informants.” Did Harvey Lee Oswald at 605 Elsbeth come out of these DPD files? 9. Did anyone comment on Oswald's Polish accent before he went to Russia? A wile back, I tried to do a compilation of the "By-the Baltic" references I came across. https://www.jfk-assassination.net/russ/testimony/oswald_m1.htm WC testimony February 3, 1964 Mr. RANKIN. Did you know that Lee Oswald was an American when you first met him? Mrs. OSWALD. I found that out at the end of that party, towards the end of that party, when I was first introduced to him, I didn't know that. https://www.jfk-assassination.net/russ/m_j_russ/hscamar1.htm HSCA testimony 1977? Mrs. PORTER. No, I didn't. When he asked to dance, we just talked very little. Mr. McDONALD. Did he tell you he was an American? Mrs. PORTER. No, not at that--not during the dancing, no. Mr. McDONALD. At this time you were speaking in Russian together? Mrs. PORTER. Yes. He spoke with accent so I assumed he was maybe from another state, which is customary in Russia. People from other states do speak with accents because they do not speak Russian. They speak different languages. Mr. McDONALD. So when you say another state, you mean another Russian state? Mrs. PORTER. Yes, like Estonia, Lithuania, something like that. Mr. McDONALD. Did you suspect at all that he was an American? Mrs. PORTER. No, not at all. https://www.jfk-assassination.net/russ/testimony/demohr_g.htm Mr. De MOHRENSCHILDT. That is right, it is spelled this way. That is a Swedish way of spelling. And the letter "o" with two dots over it is a typical Swedish letter which cannot be translated or written down in any language. So in probably moving to Russia, or to the Baltic States, you see, which was an intermediary area between Russia and Sweden, they probably changed it to S-c-h-i- l-d-t. And it can also be written in Russian, at the same time. Mr. De MOHRENSCHILDT. Yes--because I am more or less of a French orientation. And when I became an American citizen, I did not like the prefix "Von" which is German to the average person. And so we used "De" which is equally used in Sweden or in the Baltic States, interchangeably. Mr. JENNER. Sometimes people refer to you as Baron De Mohrenschildt. Mr. De MOHRENSCHILDT. Yes. Mr. JENNER. Would you explain that? Mr. De MOHRENSCHILDT. I don't refer to myself as that, you know. But supposedly the family has the right to it, because we are members of the Baltic nobility. Mr. JENNER. Through what source? Mr. De MOHRENSCHILDT. Through the Swedish source, from the time of Queen Christina Mr. JENNER. What was your impression of his command of Russian? Mr. De MOHRENSCHILDT. Well, he spoke fluent Russian, but with a foreign accent, and made mistakes, grammatical mistakes, but had remarkable fluency in Russian. Mr. JENNER. It was remarkable? Mr. De MOHRENSCHILDT. Remarkable--for a fellow of his background and education, it is remarkable how fast he learned it. But he loved the language. He loved to speak it. He preferred to speak Russian than English any time. He always would switch from English to Russian. https://www.jfk-assassination.net/russ/testimony/bouhe.htm Mr. BOUHE - I never discussed a membership in any organization or hunting club. But I now remember that when I asked him after the week's work is done, what do you do--"Well, the boys and I go and hunt duck." And he said, "ducklings". The reason why I remember it is because he didn't say "duck," but he said in Russian the equivalent of "duckys-duckys". Mr. LIEBELER - He used the Russian word that was not the precise word to describe duck? Mr. BOUHE - Yes; but a man going shooting would not use it. He spoke in Russian and did not try to get the Russian word exactly. Mr. LIEBELER - Did you speak to Oswald in the Russian language from time to time? Mr. BOUHE - Yes; I did. Mr. LIEBELER - Did you form an impression as to his command of that language? Mr. BOUHE - Yes. Mr. LIEBELER - What was that impression? Mr. BOUHE - A very strange assortment of words. Grammatically not perfect, but an apparent ease to express himself in that language. Mr. LIEBELER - Did Oswald's command of the Russian language seem to be about what you would expect from him, having been in Russia for that period of time? Would you say it was good? Mr. BOUHE - I would say very good. Mr. LIEBELER - You think he had a good command of the language, considering the amount of time he had spent in Russia? Mr. BOUHE - Sir, for everyday conversations, yes. But I think that if I would have asked him to write, I would think he would have difficulty. https://www.jfk-assassination.net/russ/testimony/raigorod.htm Mr. RAIGORODSKY. Well, from what I understand, George De Mohrenschildt comes from what we call by-the-Baltic Germans. Mr. JENNER. What is--by-the-Baltic Germans? Mr. RAIGORODSKY. The by-the-Baltic Germans are Germans that lived by the Baltic Sea and they were Russians or rather, Russiafied Germans and they were in the service of the Czar for generations and generations and were considered Russians. Most of them were barons, you know, and I don't know whether George's family were or not, but the "de" Mohrenschildt signifies that his family had a title. Mr. JENNER. That's the "de"? Mr. RAIGORODSKY. The "de"---yes; it signifies that. https://www.jfk-assassination.net/russ/testimony/gregoryp.htm Peter Paul Gregory, a native of Chita, Siberia, told the Warren Commission that “I thought that Lee Oswald spoke [Russian] with a Polish accent, that is why I asked him if he was of Polish descent….It would be rather unusual…for a person who lived in the Soviet Union for 17 months that he would speak so well that a native Russian would not be sure whether he was born in that country or not.” Etymology https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baltic_states The term "Baltic" stems from the name of the Baltic Sea – a hydronym dating back to the 11th century (Adam of Bremen mentioned Latin: Mare Balticum) and earlier. Although there are several theories about its origin, most ultimately trace it to Indo-European root *bhel[4] meaning white, fair. This meaning is retained in modern Baltic languages, where baltas (in Lithuanian) and balts (in Latvian) mean "white".[5] However the modern names of the region and the sea, that originate from this root, were not used in either of the two languages prior to the 19th century.[6] Since the Middle Ages, the Baltic Sea has appeared on maps in Germanic languages as the equivalent of "East Sea": German: Ostsee, Danish: Østersøen, Dutch: Oostzee, Swedish: Östersjön, etc. Indeed, the Baltic Sea mostly lies to the east of Germany, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. The term was historically also used to refer to Baltic Dominions of the Swedish Empire (Swedish: Östersjöprovinserna) and, subsequently, the Baltic governorates of the Russian Empire (Russian: Остзейские губернии, romanized: Ostzejskie gubernii).[6] The terms related to modern name "Baltic" appear in ancient texts, but had fallen in disuse until reappearing as the adjective "Baltisch" in German, from which it was adopted in other languages.[7] During the 19th century, "Baltic" started to supersede "Ostsee" as the name for the region. Officially, its Russian equivalent "Прибалтийский" ("Pribaltiyskiy") was first used in 1859.[6] This change was a result of the Baltic German elite adopting terms derived from the stem "Baltic" to refer to themselves.[7][8] The term "Baltic states" was, until the early 20th century, used in the context of countries neighboring the Baltic Sea: Sweden and Denmark, sometimes also Germany and the Russian Empire. With the advent of Foreningen Norden (the Nordic Associations), the term was no longer used for Sweden and Denmark.[9][10] After World War I, the new sovereign states that emerged on the east coast of the Baltic Sea – Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and during the Interwar period, Finland – became known as the "Baltic states".[7] Posted in the Education Forum by Jack White April 2, 2010 http://educationforum.ipbhost.com/topic/15686-did-harvey-return-from-russia/page/3/ “I am still doing comparisons of the Russian LHO with the Dallas LHO. Some depict the same person, some do not. The point is...we do not really know what the variety of LHOs in Russia represents...a substitute or doctored photos, or both. But the photos show something suspicious was going on. This leaves us to wonder...did the fake defector Harvey return to the US, or was a Russian impostor substituted for the US impostor? 10. Key GOP candidates balk at committing to accept the midterm election results: report by Tom Boggioni https://www.rawstory.com/gop-election-results/ “According to a report from the Washington Post, a solid one dozen Republican Party candidates running in battleground states avoided committing to accepting the results of the November midterm elections. The Post reports that "In a survey by The Washington Post of 19 of the most closely watched statewide races in the country, the contrast between Republican and Democratic candidates was stark. While seven GOP nominees committed to accepting the outcomes in their contests, 12 either refused to commit or declined to respond. On the Democratic side, 17 said they would accept the outcome and two did not respond.” “Other Republicans who either refused to commit or didn't respond include Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), Sen Ron Johnson (R-WI) and Blake Masters (R-AZ).” Great! We just won't have elections in the United States anymore. Everybody will be appointed. 'Course that raises the question of whosa goin to be doin the appointin. Steve Thomas

  16. Donald Trump sues the world. UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA CASE NO. 22-CV-14102-MIDDLEBROOKS DONALD J. TRUMP, Plaintiff, v. HILLARY R. CLINTON, et al., Defendants. __________________________________________/ ORDER ON MOTIONS TO DISMISS SIGNED in Chambers at West Palm Beach, Florida, this 8th day of September, 2022. Donald M. Middlebrooks United States District Judge (7) I reserve jurisdiction to adjudicate issues pertaining to sanctions. https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.flsd.610157/gov.uscourts.flsd.610157.267.0.pdf Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint is 193 pages in length, with 819 numbered paragraphs. It contains 14 counts, names 31 defendants, 10 “John Does” described as fictitious and unknown persons, and 10 “ABC Corporations” identified as fictitious and unknown entities. To say that Plaintiff’s 193-page, 819-paragraph Amended Complaint is excessive in length would be putting things mildly. And to make matters worse, the Amended Complaint commits the “mortal sin” of incorporating by reference into every count all the general allegations and all the allegations of the preceding counts. See id. at 1323; see also Magluta v. Samples, 256 F.3d 1282, 1284 (11th Cir. 2001). Such a format hopelessly complicates any effort to untangle what facts apply to which claims or defendants. The Amended Complaint also contains impermissible fictitious-party pleading. “As a general matter, fictitious-party pleading is not permitted in federal court.” Richardson v. Johnson, 598 F.3d 734, 738 (11th Cir. 2010); Fed. R. Civ. P. 10(a) (“The title of the complaint must name all the parties.”). A limited exception exists: “when the plaintiff’s description of the defendant is so specific as to be ‘at the very worst, surplusage.’” Id. (quoting Dean v. Barber, 951 F.2d 1210, 1215–16 (11th Cir. 1992)). Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint does not describe the fictitious defendants with the requisite specificity to proceed against them in this fashion. He describes the John Doe defendants as “journalists, publishers, editors, investigators, state or federal officials, co-conspirators, officers, employees, agents, managers, owners, principals and/or other duly authorized individuals who caused or contributed to the incident or incidents for which the Plaintiff seeks damages[.]” (Am. Compl. ¶ 44). He describes the ABC corporations as “media companies, publication companies, editorial companies, municipalities, state or federal agencies, law enforcement authorities, investigative agencies, political organizations, political affiliates, private firms and/or other duly authorized corporate or governmental entities who caused or contributed to the incident or incidents for which the Plaintiff seeks damages[.]” (Id. ¶ 45). These descriptions do nothing to specifically identify the John Doe individuals or ABC corporations. As a result, the fictitious individual and corporate defendants are dismissed without prejudice. 17. For me, it matters less how Oswald got to Beckley from the Depository, then finding the answers to two questions: Until someone can definitively answer these two questions, for me, the whole point is moot. 1) How did the Police first learn that Oswald lived at 1026 N. Beckley, and, 2) Why, when the police arrived there, were they looking for Harvey Lee Oswald" According to Will Fritz, someone, whose name he could not remember gave him Oswald's Beckley address before he began interrogating Oswald: WC testimony of Will Fritz (4H207) Mr. FRITZ. When I started to talk to this prisoner or maybe just before I started to talk to him, some officer told me outside of my office that he had a room on Beckley, I don't know who that officer was, I think we can find out, I have since I have talked to you this morning I have talked to Lieutenant Baker and he says I know maybe who that officer was, but I am not sure yet. Sheriff Decker's file on the assassination, given to the Warren Commission list the assailant's name as "Harvey Lee Oswald" (12H51) (CE 5323) Deposition of Sheriff Decker dark brown heavy folder with a label on the outside: Harvey Lee Oswald. WC testimony of Earlene Roberts April 8, 1964 http://jfkassassination.net/russ/testimony/robertse.htm Mr. BALL. Do you remember the day the President was shot? Mrs. ROBERTS. Yes; I remember it---who would forget that? Mr. BALL. And the police officers came out there? Mrs. ROBERTS. Yes, sir. Mr. BALL. Do you remember what they said? Mrs. ROBERTS. Well, it was Will Fritz' men---it was plainclothesmen and I was at the back doing something and Mr. Johnson answered the door and they identified themselves and then he called me. Mr. BALL. What did they say? Mrs. ROBERTS. Well, they asked him if there was a Harvey Lee Oswald there. Mr. BALL. What did he say? Mrs. ROBERTS. And he says, "I don't know, I'll have to call the housekeeper," and he called me and I went and got the books and I said, "No; there's no one here by that name," and they tried to make me remember and I couldn't, and Mrs. Johnson come in in the meantime and there wasn't nobody there by that name, and Mrs. Johnson said, "Mrs. Roberts, don't you have him?" And, I said, "No; we don't, for here is my book and there is nobody there by that name." We checked it back a year. Mr. BALL. And you didn't have that name you didn't ever know his name was Lee Oswald? Mrs. ROBERTS. No---he registered as O. H. Lee and they were asking for Harvey Lee Oswald. Did Fritz make up the story about an officer telling him out in the hall before he went in to interview Oswald the first time that Oswald lived on Beckley? Did he get the name Harvey Lee Oswald and that he lived on Beckley from Decker when he stopped in to see Decker on his way back from the TSBD? Steve Thomas
