  1. That's part of what keeps me coming back to the case; no matter how much I read, there's always something new to learn.
  2. Congratulations, Vince. It's well earned. You already hold a place as the foremost civilian researcher on the Secret Service, and you still contribute much to our understanding of the case with your books and YouTube videos. I wish you even more success in the future. We all appreciate your tireless work on this important subject.
  3. From my understanding, reading what emergency room technicians have said, is that once a bullet enters a body it can go in practically any direction and will not always continue on the previous trajectory.
  4. Were these patsies actually guilty of the shooting or the killing in question? Were these patsies the subject of multiple pre-assassination impersonations in multiple states and/or multiple countries to set them up to take the blame on advance, like Oswald was?
  5. When did "patsy" become defined as "actual killer that can't be traced back to their boss" instead of "fall guy set up to take the blame"? When Oswald said "I'm just a patsy", was he confessing to being a shooter but a shooter that was following someone else's orders? He had already denied shooting anyone and the nitrates test on his cheek came back negative, according to Mark Lane court admissible evidence that he did not fire a rifle that day. And again, how does telling the world that Carlos Marcello killed JFK in 1963 endanger national security in 2022?
  6. I am confused about what definition of "patsy" both of you are using. Could you clarify? I'm talking about someone who didn't do it being set up intentionally to take the blame in order for the real perpetrator to get away with it. Oswald wasn't confessing to the crime when he said "I'm a patsy", was he? He had already denied shooting anyone that day.
  7. When has the mob ever felt the need to use patsies when executing a hit? When has the mob ever set up patsies in advance of a murder? There are still documents relating to the JFK assassination that are kept secret today. The stated reasoning is that they pose a threat to national security. How could revealing Carlos Marcello had JFK murdered in 1963 jeopardize national security in 2022?
  8. I would be interested in hearing Jim Marrs speak. In my opinion he was thorough and level headed. Both editions of "Crossfire" are still among the first books I use for reference. I'm agnostic on JVB. Like with Beverly Oliver, I don't explicitly disbelieve her for any specific reason. But recognizing the level of controversy surrounding them, I typically just leave them both out of the mix whenever I am evaluating the case. James Files I don't believe at all.
  9. I'm completely confused on this one. Sorry. Tomlinson couldn't say for sure that CE 399 was the same bullet because he did not mark it. Tomlinson allegedly did not have much experience with and/or knowledge of weapons and ammunition. The bottom line is: was CE 399 ever positively identified by Tomlinson as the same bullet he handled on November 22, 1963? The answer is no. According to Josiah Thompson, Wright, who, as I understand it did have experience and knowledge of weapons and ammo, was crystal clear that the bullet he handled that day had a pointed tip, unlike CE 399.
  10. Thanks for bumping this thread @Jamey Flanagan . It was thought provoking to read. I've been fascinated by the Coley blood pool mystery in particular for a while. I did my own transcript of the Black Ops interview, and I believe his story. You may find this tidbit interesting: In @Vince Palamara's 2015 book "JFK - From Parkland To Bethesda" Pg. 46, Vince quotes a passage from 21 H 213-215. Parkland nurse Bertha L. Lozano - "A technician came to the desk and asked me to expect a private patient who was bleeding... blood technicians came to ask me who 'Mr. X' was who did not have an ER number. Hematology also came with the same problem and was told the same thing."
  11. No one can. CE 399 has so many unbelievable things about it, but, in my opinion, this is the easiest to understand and the most convincing. The bullet that was found had a pointed tip. CE 399 has a rounded tip. For anyone rational, the question should end there.
  12. I believe YouTube no longer shows the number of dislikes on any of the videos. I think the number of positive comments vs negative comments, and the number of likes and responses to those comments might be a better metric of how the videos are being received.
  13. AJ Weberman was a member of this forum? Interesting. David Von Pein has been banned. I'm not sure about the others.
  14. Has that bullet been identified as coming from a 45? I didn't know it was ever officially found. From my understanding it has always been characterized only as a possible bullet and not as a bullet of a particular caliber. I personally don't think there's much evidence of a handgun being used. It's possible, but in my opinion far more likely rifles were used in all the shooting of Kennedy and Connally.
  15. The conspirators, in order to get away with it, had to control the narrative. That means controlling the investigation and the evidence. Sure, the mob had plenty of experience with killings that were not traceable back to the actual players because the actual players remained unknown. Do you have any historical examples where the mob regularly used patsies to cover up mob killings?
  16. So the mob just got lucky that the US government immediately leaped into action and did everything in its power to discourage any investigation or speculation and to use all their resources to cover the mob's tracks, not just immediately but for decades afterward? I don't buy that at all. I look suspiciously on any element of the assassination that relies on luck as a key factor in success. If the mob didn't want to cover their tracks, why bother setting up Oswald in advance? Why use Oswald at all?
  17. The fact that you take the Paine's testimony at face value or always find an innocent explanation for their behavior will always, in my opinion, be a serious flaw in your overall analysis. This alone causes me to question your conclusions. I believe you haven't yet proven the Furniture Mart incident was truly Oswald based on the argument and evidence you've presented so far in other threads. It's puzzling that you take Ruth Paine to be honest, but then reject her assessment of Oswald's inability to drive. As I see it, your devotion to the concept of the Paine's being innocent and uninvolved in any sort of conspiracy exposes another weakness in your theory. You approach your theory assuming only one person was impersonating Oswald in the lead up to November 22, and have settled on Craford. In my opinion, it doesn't make sense to eliminate the consideration of other possible impersonators. The pre-assassination impersonations of Oswald were, in some people's opinions, a co-ordinated effort. It also doesn't make sense, in my opinion, to completely ignore the fact that Michael Paine would have had easy knowledge of Oswald's whereabouts, Oswald's schedule, and the places Oswald frequented. Along with Michael's access to Oswald's belongings, Oswald's family, and Ruth's car, Michael also had a strong resemblance to Lee Oswald. I know there was a difference in height between the two men, but unless a witness to a particular possible Oswald impersonation incident specifically referenced "Oswald" as being short or on the short side, to me, it's folly to consider completely eliminating Michael Paine as a possible Oswald impersonator. I am glad that you are no longer arguing that the Lincoln Mercury test drive was really Oswald. Certainly there were mob connected figures involved in the assassination of JFK, as there were figures connected to Cubans, Texas oilmen, ect. But the overall conclusion that the mob did it all is disproved by the fact that the Mafia, as powerful as it was, could not have gotten into the autopsy room at Bethesda Naval Hospital. Only people in the highest levels of government had that access.
  18. I'm looking forward to the four hour version in March. I'm glad it's getting so much attention and praise.
  19. @W. Niederhut I second the comments made by @Douglas Caddy above. I am grateful for the posts you and others write in this thread. You all are made of stronger stuff than I. You continuously counter the baseless assertions with facts and cogent analysis. It is appreciated.
