That would rather defeat the purpose of having a drain so as the parking area would not take in standing water. I could be wrong but I believe that is Jim Garrison in that picture I posted.

If this will help...The 'drain' behind the fence is actually a vault-or a large step plate door about 3X4 ft. that opens into the drain system placed when the underpass was dug out. I've been back there and it is locked. You would probably have to be someone very important to have it unlocked.

It reminds me somewhat of architect Robert Cutler's stuff put into motion. He had graphically introduced something like nine or so possible shooter positions.

Is this anything that can be linked or copies be posted? Some say that [was it General?] Lansdale was present in Dealey that afternoon and pictures of him were taken. Very suspicious.

Back then when I [or anyone else I knew] was learning to drive...one would first obtain a learner's permit by taking a written test demonstrating they knew and understood the rules of the road. This was required to sit behind the wheel and operate a vehicle only with a licensed person along side until a state officer would accompany the student for their driving operator's test. Is it any different now? I don't think so.

I have. There is a whole lot of unsupported speculation. However there was also a lot of CIA chicanery [LSD experiments and mind control stuff] that has been exposed. I can accept that there must have been a Lee Harvey Oswald imposter who participated in framing him and I believe that Kennedy's enemies in the CIA and Kennedy haters in the Dallas police were involved. Johnson and Hoover were pleased that Kennedy was gone and gladly supervised the cover up.

I would certainly concur with that assessment. But why not a rope or belt? I would imagine that if a severe chop to the throat was observed [horrible bruising and such] that it would have been mentioned in the coroner's report. Besides, how could anyone have possibly known that there was actually a karate chop involved? A 2X4 would produce the same result.

Above I posted the amended death certificate of Jim Koethe. This was the original before the autopsy. Certainly if he was karate chopped the cause of death would be a broken neck rather than suffocation. It remains an unsolved homicide. There are literally dozens upon dozens of links referring to the karate chop.

One absurd account! There is always this anonymous "somebody told me" in every one of these police statements. According to the police transcript, his boss [Chief Curry] ordered men not to the book building but to the railroad yards. So how did Westbrook know anything about the book building? Curious. He sends everybody out of the office not wanting at the time to go with them. Why? Then he "sat around not knowing what to do." A police captain didn't know what to do? There was "no car available" to a police captain? So he goes on a leisurely stroll for- one mile - from the DPD station. President Kennedy has just been shot and he can't commandeer a ride. He states that "I walked"..."I stopped along the way..."I caught some false reports"...what false reports?..."until I reached the building". "After we reached the building, or after I reached the..." Oops a slip there? Westbrook claimed that he "helped start the search". After a supposed 20-30 minute hike to the TSBD...wasn't there a search already in progress? Where did Westbrook really go that day? As an add..we are surely certain that he did not walk from City Hall to Dealey Plaza. Captain W R Westbrook was lying...plain and simple. One thing concerns the height--- [71"] on the Hidell card. The ROKC link here... http://reopenkennedycase.forumotion.net/t1380-the-great-oswald-height-debate ...dismisses this apparently [as opposed to the 69" Oswald] because 23 yr old Lee Oswald shrank due to...? Middle age? That makes no sense to me. The military medical dpt. does not change vitals. The Hidell card is fake. Jack White showed in a demo that the Oswald picture is a composite but the splice [I believe] runs from the left side of the hairline to the right side of the chin. Note the double hairline. There is facial recognition technology.... wouldn't that work with pictures?

It seems implausible that someone who would wear a jacket in order to conceal a revolver would just throw it away only to reveal it. The actions and testimony of Westbrook is certainly very strange and suspicious. However in the testimony of the housekeeper, she seems pretty adamant that Oswald was indeed zipping up a jacket. Commission counsel Ball really drilled her on that and she stuck with her story.

Back to the 'Two Oswalds'... I thought I had asked about this earlier..but if Oswald did not go in the direction of the Tippit shooting but rather walked or got a ride to the Texas Theater---What might have happened to this supposed jacket that the housekeeper said he wore? I realize that no one would know, but it is still a consideration.

I don't think that Oswald felt like a patsy until after his arrest and charges. That he ever had a gun is fuzzy at best. Everything hinged on whatever the police said.
