  1. I came to the conclusion that the only way someone could not think that the Oswald Diary was a fraud is to just simply not ever try to read it. If Oswald was inclined to keep a diary...why start with his [presumed] travel to the Soviet Union? Also, why end it with his [presumed] return to the USA? Why didn't he chronicle his daily life in the Marine Corps? Who has ever read this rambling journal in its entirety? Much of the writing reads like Pollyanna in the 5th grade. Printing here...scripting there. I was concerned with its purpose and where it came from. Was Hugh Aynesworth involved with that question? Why didn't Oswald proceed with his memoirs pastime after returning to America? Certainly he had the time on his hands while he wasn't working. 2. Sirhan was stabbed some time ago [an assassination attempt?] If he isn't pardoned...Gascon will just say that it was up to the parole board.
  3. Sure. If the father's first name is Nicolai...the daughter's middle name would become Nikolayevna.
  4. Like a lot of other evidence...all that evidence disappeared.
  5. Many witnesses stated that the last shot [the fatal one] was a pa-pow sound. I believe that JFK was hit twice in the head simultaneously. One shot in back of the head with a forward motion............. and instantly, a shot from behind that fence on the grassy knoll.
  6. Was it ever reported exactly which model she had? The Series 40 covered several models around 1958 on. I had a Polaroid [wished I could have hung on to it] The original would eject a picture that one peeled of the backing after allowing as mentioned 10 seconds for a B&W to process. Then one needed to allow some drying time before handling or damage may occur. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Polaroid_instant_cameras
  7. Don't beat yourself up...There are those that claim they are researchers that have studied the case for 40 years [or so] and are absolutely convinced that Oswald did it...all alone for no apparent reason that they can offer...[did it for his love of Castro etc] As far as the shots---No one will ever know [in this life]---How many and when. The search links are really hairy. What did that Dictabelt recording ever offer?
  8. Dallas police...'Secret Service protects the president'--- Secret Service... we had assurance from the Dallas police and the Sheriff's dept to secure the Dallas streets----Dallas County sheriff...'Wasn't our job to protect the president, that was Dallas police responsibility'
  9. "Let them see what they've done".... was an interesting choice of words.
  10. Yes sir but it was also "commonly accepted" that Oswald did the deed..all by himself..for no apparent reason at all. The statement below [from Chapt 2 Warren Report 'the Assassination] is contradicted by several sources.... It was Johnson's super desire to get 'the hell out of Dodge'. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_inauguration_of_Lyndon_B._Johnson#cite_note-Warren-2
  11. There are other links probably------------------------------ Lyndon B. Johnson demanded to be sworn in alongside Jackie Kennedy Lyndon B. Johnson insisted that JFK’s wife Jackie Kennedy accompany him back to Washington hours after her husband's assassination on November 22, 1963. IrishCentral Staff @IrishCentral Nov 17, 2020 Jackie Kennedy stood beside Lyndon B. Johnson as he was inaugurated on Air Force One just hours after President John F. Kennedy's assassination. Lyndon B. Johnson insisted that JFK’s wife Jackie Kennedy accompany him back to Washington on Air Force One just hours after her husband was assassinated and that she stand beside him in the famous photograph where he was sworn in as president, a new book reveals. The famous photo of Mrs. Kennedy, with JFK’s blood still on her clothes standing dazed beside Johnson as he took the oath, only occurred after Johnson insisted she be present so that Kennedy supporters accept his legitimacy as president. 12. I have read the Fred Litwan stuff and saw no reason to dig up and ridicule the Garrison inquiry over and over again accomplishing nothing but unproductive mockery. Everybody stay warm...... Karl
  13. I saw that program... and the irony is that Tucker advocates all this disdain for the bias and misleading fabrications of the main stream media . I would like to ask him if he is aware that there is absolutely nothing new about fake news. I don't think that I am all that "right-wing" but I am a conservative guy and can see clearly that someone had to take the fall to placate the general public. The main media folks are not and have never have been interested at all in 'defending Oswald'.
  14. I do wish to amend the above that Pete Mellor is correct in saying that register and ledger are commonly used interchangeably. I was simply referring to the dictionary definition.
  15. Apologies if this was mentioned already..... When LBJ was sworn in...Jackie was present by his side in AF1. She did not wish to personally leave her presence beside her husband's casket but submitted to Johnson's wishes to attend. Why LBJ wanted or even insisted that she be there is anyone's guess.
  16. Yes...Room 0 was originally a dinky storage room. Jail cells in Mexico are bigger than Room 0. Here at the house we keep a record of our deposits and withdrawals in a ledger. When we went to a hotel or sometimes at a wedding or funeral we sign a register... this is a record of attendance. Gladys Johnson was [not so clearly] describing something that she apparently didn't [if ever] had. Her words [" I couldn't tell you exactly"] indicates this. I don't think that Exhibit A originally said "Moved Out". Oswald did not move out...or I guess the Dallas Police moved him out one could say. Exhibit A was created all in one sitting...anyone can see that. If anything it is evidence of collusion and conspiracy. Regardless of the granddaughter's claim...I cannot see what hassle the record could have caused her as Mrs Johnson mentioned in her very testimony that she saw a chance to make some money from it. Today...such a souvenir might certainly fetch hundreds if not thousands.
  17. One more thing can be said about this Exhibit A....It appears to me that in addition to being a copy of the original...it seems to me that there was some alteration. It looks like there was a [something] OUT [something] and possibly writing underneath that also received a block-out. And again..Why was it ever filed as Top Secret? What national security could have been conceived?
  18. From that same link .... http://mcadams.posc.mu.edu/russ/m_j_russ/worrell.htm Couldn't find Mr James Richard Worrell Jr's Affidavit to the FBI 11/23/63 It has vanished from the mcadams link.
  19. Staff Report of the Select Committee on Assassinations U.S. House of Representatives Ninety-fifth Congress Second Session March 1979 http://mcadams.posc.mu.edu/russ/jfkinfo4/jfk12/hscawtns.htm#tsbd
  20. 1) Why would Oswald walk around with his address in his pocket? So he wouldn't forget where he lived? 2) The [secretive] Dallas cops would have never told anyone what they have and what they don't. That is a fact.
  21. Yikes!....I forgot to point this out---Why did Gladys Johnson ask to correct a date that supposedly Mrs Roberts had entered saying that she herself got wrong? Sound a bit convoluted to anyone else there?
  22. From what I could understand...there was no "ledger". Johnson was asked to show anything that Oswald had "signed". Why did Ball ask for a "signature"? Mr. BALL. Did he tell you what his name was? Mrs. JOHNSON. O.H. L-e-e [spelling]. Mr. BALL. Did he sign anything with that name? Mrs. JOHNSON. Yes, sir; I have it in my purse. Mr. BALL. May I see it? Mrs. JOHNSON. I will be glad to--I don't want you to keep it. I want you to--I brought it for your information. I knew you was going to ask that. Mr. BALL. Now, is this in his handwriting? Mrs. JOHNSON. This "O. H. Lee" is in his handwriting and this other is in the housekeeper's handwriting--Mrs. Roberts. Mr. BALL. And these are the rates you gave him? Mrs. JOHNSON. Yes. Mr. BALL. I would like this marked as an exhibit to this deposition, mark this Exhibit A. Below is Exhibit A. This was our ledger... a previously blank slip of paper. Ledgers are notebooks and usually have all tenants listed do they not? And why was it stamped "TOP SECRET"? The dates and amounts look like they were all filled out at one time along with Room 0 and 'OUT' as the final entry. Also...could not the signature O.H. Lee been made as an afterthought? Why didn't Johnson want Ball to keep that slip? What made her say that she knew he was going to ask for it? Mr. BALL. Could we make a copy of this and return this to you, Mrs. Johnson? Mrs. JOHNSON. Yes; I have been told that I could sell this and I haven't gotten any money. I think about $30 is what I have received, all the trouble and all I've had and I've had to take the rugs up once or twice. People like to have driven us crazy before we asked for any information what to do. I hated to be rude to people, I didn't know what to do but they got so---- Mr. BALL. We will make a picture of this and give it back to you. Mrs. JOHNSON. May I have something to erase this November 13, 15--I got that wrong, anyway. I was looking at the calendar and this, I was thinking it was November 13 that he left he left my place on a Wednesday before this assassination on Friday. Mrs Johnson thought she could sell this paper that is considered [as an afterthought?] TOP SECRET by the authorities. And then mentions that she has already received $30 if I am reading that correctly. Mr. BALL. We will make a copy of this and give the original back to you and we will mark this "A." Did he sign that "O. H. Lee" in your presence? Mrs. JOHNSON. Yes sir. Mr. BALL. On that day? Mrs. JOHNSON. Yes, sir; the day he rented the room, they sign the register--they sign the register before I accept any money. Now Johnson mentions a "register". I suppose that is the same as a ledger but technically not. Earlene Roberts was the housekeeper but apparently assisted in taking in the boarders. Mrs. ROBERTS. No, and he didn't register as Oswald---he registered as O. H. Lee. Mr. BALL. Did he sign his name? Mrs. ROBERTS. O. H. Lee. Mr. BALL. Did he sign his own name that way ? Mrs. ROBERTS. O. H. Lee---that's what he was registered as. Mr. BALL. Did you rent it to him, or did Mrs. Johnson? Mrs. ROBERTS. I rented the room to him. Mr. BALL. You did? Note Counsel Ball's apparent surprise there. I believe the sheet of paper below was faked. The actual register or whatever simply disappeared....or else why didn't the Commission acquire it?
  23. The deal was...Oswald was supposed to get gunned down at the Texas Theater. I would suppose that the cops blew their assignment. What "cop killer" wouldn't have been blown away? As far as "jurisdiction" goes... Recall that Henry Wade [Hoover's shine boy] was head honcho over the entire Dallas County arena. If Ruby had slipped up...Oswald would have probably "hung himself" in the county jail or some other demise.
