  1. I'll start a new thread soon regarding this Attendance Record
  2. After reading this on the harveyandlee site; THE MARGUERITE OSWALD IMPOSTOR AND HARVEY WERE LIVING AT 101 SAN SABA IN BENBROOK FROM JULY THROUGH NOVEMBER, 1947 WHILE MARGUERITE (OSWALD) EKDAHL WAS LIVING WITH LEE (AND ROBERT AND JOHN DURING THE SUMMER) AT 1505 8TH AVENUE. MORE IMPORTANT, HOWEVER, WAS THAT 101 SAN SABA WAS OWNED BY MARGUERITE (OSWALD) EKDAHL AND WAS RENTED TO THE MARGUERITE OSWALD IMPOSTOR FOR 6 MONTHS. THESE TWO WOMEN KNEW EACH OTHER IN 1947. I assumed that both parties were familiar with each other. As for Getty, I provided a link that I thought was credible; You said: such as a record of where and when the photo was taken and by whom The link said: Joe B. Brown;Jack Ruby [Misc.];Marguerite Oswald (L-R) Judge Joe B. Brown & Mrs. Marguerite Oswald, mother of Lee Harvey Oswald, during Jack Ruby's murder trial. 3. We know that Myra DaRouse taught Physical Education to the girls in Oswald's grade, so obviously another teacher taught Physical Education to the boys in the same grade for the spring semester of 54. So you have two Oswalds in the same grade, at the same time, and you have a score of "73" for Physical Education. Do you have yet another Physical Education teacher for that grade that separately taught the other Oswald? Did the school not notice that there were twice as many scores for "Lee Oswald" for a whole range of subjects for that semester, that would have been forwarded to head office by their respective teachers? The document shows 4 days absent for that semester ..... was that "Lee" or "Harvey" or was it cumulative? The Attendance Register clearly shows in the H&L world, that head office has amalgamated two different Oswalds, for in 54/55, the record has to reflect "Lee" as you have "Harvey" already moved to Texas. What did the two Oswalds do when they saw each other out in the schoolyard at lunchtime? High 5 ?
  4. Declaring the Exchange Place address would not have allowed entry to the Beauregard school.
  5. That is why I asked "what address do you believe he declared". An address had to be declared, that would be a fact. As of today, you do not have that information. Your belief is, that in the days prior to enrolling as a student at Beauregard in September, 1953, "Harvey" was residing at 126 Exchange Place, yet you are not ready to believe that he declared the same address. Can any of the H&L followers venture a guess as to which address was declared?
  6. From what I see at that link, William Head provided the Register of Attendance and the FBI then "set forth as a summary" of that Register. I gather from that link that you believe that the Register of Attendance reflects "Harvey", not "Lee" for every semester at Beauregard. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Now, you have "Harvey" moving into New Orleans from North Dakota in the fall of 1953, and more specifically, on arrival, moved into 126 Exchange Place. So when "Harvey" enrolled as a part-time student at Beauregard in September 1953, what address do you believe he declared?
  7. Gene, refresh yourself with Halls testimony, she even describes Marina's sunburnt face over Easter, that she got from fishing with Oswald at that lake up the road from Neely. I don't believe I've seen that elsewhere. Sure, it could have been decided amongst themselves that the Paine's, the DeMohrenshiltds, the Halls and Taylor would all create Neely out of thin air, but it's a slight stretch. Not impossible though.
  8. If thats the case, do you have one Oswald reflected in the 53/54 fall and spring semester grades or one Oswald for fall and another for spring?
  9. There are good cases for and against Neely St Those that believe Oswald didn't stay there, have to consider the following (Off the top of my head); Both Paines said he was at Neely Both DeMohrenschildts said he was at Neely Mrs Hall said she and her husband John got directions from Elsbeth to Oswald's new place blocks away and were there for Easter Gary Taylor specifically describes the Neely upstairs verandah. He was there alone with Marina telling her about his divorce. hmmm Gary Taylor had it in for the DeMohrenschildts during his testimony, so I have trouble working out why he'd be going along with any conspiracy concerning Neely
  10. Just to be clear, you have one Oswald (Harvey?) present for the entire 1953 fall semester except for 1 day. This Oswald was part time and he attended only 2 subjects, Science and Physical Education, for the duration of the fall semester. I'm hoping you can address the following questions; 1. Both of the above subjects have the number "70" attributed to them. What exactly does the number "70" represent? How was it calculated? 2. Say there was a science class at 10am in the morning, and a physical education class at 2pm in the afternoon, how did that work for part time students? Do you imagine that Oswald was present at school for the entire day, or would he be in and out of school at odd hours? 3. Does this Oswald (Harvey?) who specifically selected science and physical education, fit your profile of the person? Are these subjects ones that you would expect him to choose?
  11. The photo in the middle is from Getty if that's any help; https://www.gettyimages.com.au/detail/news-photo/judge-joe-b-brown-mrs-marguerite-oswald-mother-of-lee-news-photo/50677247 The one on the left I believe is currently on the harveyandlee site which you linked previously, you said; See this article and scroll down the page to the last major batch of photos of Marguerite: https://harveyandlee.net/Moms/Moms.html
  12. Looks like these ladies were separated at birth .... they even chose the same pearl necklace
  13. The 1953 fall semester shows 70 for General Science and 70 for Physical Education. Not 74 for General Science
  14. Must of been a call from the grave ..... Weldon Lucas was DEAD
  15. John Pic sees this same person in "magazines and stuff" and recognises her as his mother as per his testimony.
  16. Pic stated in his testimony that he had not seen his mother since 1958, "except in magazines and stuff", which presumably would have been editions published post assassination.
  17. First of all, the photo that shows Ruth, Marina, Marguerite and Michael's legs in the living room, was not taken on the 23rd, it was taken on the night of the 22nd, after their return from Police Headquarters. If the photo depicts the couch on the East wall, as some strongly suggest, I doubt it would have been moved in the few hours between the assassination and the arrival of the LIFE reporters that same evening.
  18. Mr. JENNER - Consequently, on the afternoon of November 22, 1963, when you were looking at television, you and Marina were facing out--facing toward Fifth Street? Mrs. PAINE - Yes.
  19. The Lane broadcast was on June 4th, Tuesday evening, before RFK was "shot" just after midnight.
  20. In the film clip at the above link, Fritz says; "Rode a cab home and changed his clothing and started to the picture show where he encountered the officer that he killed" Where did Fritz get that info from? Oswald? It should have been obvious to Fritz that the killer was walking in the opposite direction, and therefore had no intention of going to the picture show
  21. The white car you see on the inset picture is driving on Stemmons Freeway. Whatever that white figure is that appears on the last 2 frames of the above gif, is moving behind the triple underpass
  22. On 10th May 1967, when Lane stated that RFK would launch his own investigation, Garrison was right there with him before the Grand Jury
  23. I've been looking for it, no luck yet! I bet it crossed Lane's mind that he said something he shouldn't of.
