  1. Frazier says; When he walked up and I saw him with the rifle, my heart jumped into my throat. I knew the president had been shot, and I was now face-to-face with someone not in police clothing carrying a weapon. I was terrified. He bored a hole right through me with his brown eyes, and I said, "Don't worry, I didn't see anything". But his appetite was not affected. He went straight to the basement and ate his lunch ...
  2. If Frazier did not witness the event, it was a clever addition. There are vague references to Bowers seeing someone placing a rifle into the trunk of a car. Re: Debra Conway interview with Olan Degaugh.
  3. You can see 20 yards down the Elm extension in the Wiegman footage. I can see at least one white car parked on the south side of the Elm extension facing east. What moron gunman would shoot from the GK and walk up Elm street with a rifle? He must have been dodging people running down that way ... the same people running that way looking for a guy with a gun.
  4. Marina told the Secret Service at the Six Flags that she never saw a rifle in the house during the period of time that encompassed the Walker shooting. Marina also said that she never saw a pistol that Lee owned or in his possession either on him or in the house.
  5. Mr. NORMAN. ..... I heard a shot, and then after I heard the shot, well, it seems as though the President, you know, slumped or something, and then another shot and I believe Jarman or someone told me, he said, "I believe someone is shooting at the President," The explosions just 10 or so feet above their heads should have been like 160 decibels, and someone says "I believe someone is shooting at the President". .... and that was after the hearing two 160Db explosions.
  6. When Truly arrived at the first floor freight elevator area, he pressed the elevator button and activated the call bell. So the electricity to the control panel was working assuming the call bell was one of those electrically activated types. I can't imagine the bell was one that you pick up and shake or one that hangs and you swing the clapper. Although, the call bell may have been seperate to the control panel on a different circuit. The lighting was working, no-one claimed they were running about in darkness. (more info req) So Truly looks up and figures both elevators were on the 5th level. The EAST elevator was hand-controlled, so he did not expect that one to respond. The WEST elevator will respond at the press of a button providing the the gates were shut on the elevator, and every safety gate on each floor was in the closed position. Truly did not suspect any electrical issues, that is why he called up the elevator shaft, not once, but twice. He also did not mention anything about an improperly working call bell. Mr. TRULY. ...... I rang the bell and pushed this button. Truly and Baker run up the stairs to the 5th floor and take the EAST elevator to the 7th floor. So the power was definitely on at that point. But the WEST elevator was not there when they arrived on the 5th, so the power to the elevators was definitely on as they were ascending the stairs. It was much later that the power to the elevators was shut off; Mr. MOONEY - It was a push button affair the best I can remember. got hold of the controls and it worked. We started up and got to the second. I was going to let them off and go on up. And when we got there, the power undoubtedly cut off, because we had no more power on the elevator.
  7. Euins, who attended National Defense Cadet Corps for a year described many gun parts protruding from the window .... but no scope Mr. EUINS. The man in the window. I could see his hand, and I could see his other hand on the trigger, and one hand was on the barrel thing. Mr. SPECTER. How far was it sticking out of the window would you say then, Amos? Mr. EUINS. I would say it was about something like that. Mr. SPECTER. Indicating about 3 feet? Mr. EUINS. You know--the trigger housing and stock and receiver group out the window. Mr. SPECTER. ...... could you see whether or not there was a telescopic lens on the gun? Mr. EUINS. No, sir.
  8. What is obvious to me about the above photo, is that is was taken by someone sitting on the passenger seat looking up. Starting down from the top of the photo we see the top line of the trim. Then we see what looks like the fold line of the trim, and finally the bottom line of the trim. Between the fold line and the bottom line, we see the impression. Whatever was the cause of that deformation, it appears the force was at an angle upward, in other words from the direction of the camera taking the photo.
  9. He also said he saw another man with a rifle the next day ... outside his home
  10. The first shot caused JKF to raise his hands towards his neck then he slumped left as noted by witnesses. Example: Mr. SPECTER - And what reaction, if any, did he have at the time of the first shot? Mrs. HILL - As I said, I had yelled at him and he had started to raise his head up and I saw his head start to come up and all at once a bullet rang out and he slumped forward like this [indicating]. Mr. SPECTER - Lurched or slumped, as you say, to the left? Mrs. HILL - Yes. Mr. SPECTER - Did his head drop down? Mrs. HILL - Yes; he was just, you know, slumping down like this. Note in the above testimony how the President was raising his head just as the witness heard the first shot (the GK noise). If the sniper was aiming at JFK's forehead as JFK was looking down with Jackie towards the middle of the seat as Hill previously described, and he depressed the trigger just as JFK raised his head to Hill's yelling, the bullet impact would be lower than anticipated. A failed kill shot. There were more than 3 shots, many more. I have alluded to the noise from the GK that was a cover for the first shot. In other words, people heard that sound but not the sound of the sniper weapon. I also have Decker's mate Weatherford as a possible rear shooter that let off a round at the same time. This may be the Tague shot. I'm not convinced on the chrome trim. To me, it looks like a uniform impression rather than a bullet hole. Regarding the limo exposing JFK: I have Greer down as complicit.
  11. The "throat" entry shot, which was the failed first shot, was not a long shot. If that first shot had been a successful head kill shot as intended, one shell would have been placed on the sniper nest floor. After the first shot came the gap or pause in the shooting, then 2 quick rounds by the back-up team. Back to the first shot: it was simultaneous with the firecracker sound everyone heard by the grassy knoll. That noise was cover for the first shot. At this point, the grassy knoll team were out of there. Also done at this point was first shooter. The gap or pause: This is when the limo slowed down to a crawl and Jackie was moving very close to her husband. JFK had already slumped forward and to the left before the back-up team let loose. The kill shot: Two successive shots rang out .... clap clap, or how Kellerman described ... Mr. KELLERMAN. Let me give you an illustration, sir, before I can give you an answer. You have heard the sound barrier, of a plane breaking the sound barrier, bang, bang? That is it. The second of these shots entered JFK's right temple and exploded out the rear occipital area. Which means this shot came from the GK right? Wrong! Mr. TRULY. I heard an explosion, which I thought was a toy cannon or a loud firecracker from west of the building. Nothing happened at this first explosion. Everything was frozen. And immediately after two more explosions, which I realized that I thought was a gun, a rifle of some kind. The President's--I saw the President's car swerve to the left and stop somewheres down in this area. and Truly told Baker that he saw the limo swerve left and stop; Mr. BELIN - What other officers did you talk to and what did they say that you remember? Mr. BAKER - I talked to Jim Chaney, and he made the statement that the two shots hit Kennedy first and then the other one hit the Governor. Mr. BELIN - Where was he? Mr. BAKER - He was on the right rear of the car or to the side, and then at that time the chief of police, he didn't know anything about this, and he moved up and told him, and then that was during the time that the Secret Service men were trying to get in the car, and at the time, after the shooting, from the time the first shot rang out, the car stopped completely, pulled to the left and stopped. Mr. BELIN - The President's car? Mr. BAKER - Yes, sir. Now, I have heard several of them say that, Mr. Truly was standing out there, he said it stopped. Several officers said it stopped completely. After the first failed shot the limo swerved left and exposed JFK to the back-up team. The witnesses tell the story.
  12. David, the above is very close to what I've got. Re Grassy Knoll team: The noise and smoke is pure distraction. There is a tower that overlooks this area, and of course they were aware that the tower was occupied by a person who observes. Yes, the gunpowder smell came from this area 100%. A noise came from this area 100%. The grassy knoll team drew people and law enforcement to that area, and that was their intention exactly. Re TSBD team: Again, distraction, right down to parading a rifleman in plain sight and sticking a barrel out the window as seen by Couch etc. Before the sniper nest was vacated, they had to know how many shells to leave on the floor, so they had some form of communication with them. If the Stemmons sign "Cuban" guy had of signalled a successful first kill shot, there was never going to be additional risky and quickly successive shots. Why risky? Of course Jackie was expected to react ... and she did. She held her husband and moved close. Those additional shots were the work of seperate and very competent back-up professionals. I have the shots coming from the least photographed area, and a place where people and police did not converge.
  13. The guy below has hair, a moustache, and looks young. Rowland definitely didn't describe that guy in the sniper window. So who was the old bald "negro" noticed in the sniper window from just before 12:15 to around 12:24? The only employee that comes close is the guy below. If not him, maybe an outsider.
  14. IQ 147. Yes, I enjoy reading Rowland's testimony. He gives us clear descriptions of two simultaneous occupiers of the 6th floor ... and he reported the south west rifle holder within minutes to Craig. The rifle guy was facing Rowland, the sun reflecting over the entire weapon which was held at 45 degrees across his chest. He was looking in Rowland's direction for a good 15 seconds ..... in plain sight. The rifle guy was slender, height undetermined, short dark hair, wearing an outer light coloured, half-way buttoned up shirt over a polo shirt. AND at 12:15pm .... where the rifle guy was standing, in the south west corner, BOTH windows were fully open whereas only one was open at circa 11:00am. This "Oswaldesque" guy really wanted to be seen.
  15. "A" was the 6th floor south east sniper window as marked on CE 356. Rowland went on to mention observing " 2 or 3" "negro" people underneath the sniper window on the 5th floor.
  16. Let's home in on a "bald" person seen in the sniper window who was there 5 or 6 minutes before Euins looked up. Mr. SPECTER - Mr. Rowland, a couple of other questions. Are you able to give us any other type of a description of the Negro gentleman whom you observed in the window we marked "A" with respect to height, weight, age? Mr. ROWLAND - He was very thin, an elderly gentleman, bald or practically bald, very thin hair if he wasn't bald. Had on a plaid shirt. I think it was red and green, very bright color, that is why I remember it. Mr. SPECTER - Can you give us an estimate as to age? Mr. ROWLAND - Fifty; possibly 55 or 60. Mr. SPECTER - Can you give us an estimate as to height? Mr. ROWLAND - 5'8", 5'10", in that neighborhood. He was very slender, very thin. Mr. SPECTER - Can you give us a more definite description as to complexion? Mr. ROWLAND - Very dark or fairly dark, not real dark compared to some Negroes, but fairly dark. Seemed like his face was either--I can't recall detail but it was either very wrinkled or marked in some way. ...... Mr. SPECTER - Over how long a time span did you observe the Negro man to be in the window marked "A"? Mr. ROWLAND - He was there before I noticed the man with the rifle and approximately 12:30 or when the motorcade was at Main and Ervay he was gone when I looked back and I had looked up there about 30 seconds before or a minute before. Mr. SPECTER - How long after you heard the motorcade was at Main and Ervay did the motorcade pass by where you were? Mr. ROWLAND - Another 5 minutes. Mr. SPECTER - So that you observed this colored man on the window you have marked "A" within 5 minutes prior to the time the motorcade passed in front of you? Mr. ROWLAND - Approximately 5 minutes prior to the time the motorcade came, he wasn't there. About 30 seconds or a minute prior to that time he was there.
  17. A trained Marine loads a crappy revolver with odd rounds. Oswald leaves the TSBD thinking he might be framed for shooting someone, so he shoots a cop and attempts shoot another. Oswald leaves the TSBD thinking he might be framed for shooting someone, so he catches a bus thats on the way back to the scene of the crime. The whole bus, cab, Beckley, gun scenario is truly laughable. It really is time to move on.
  18. Mr. JENNER - He told you at that time and informed you that he was unemployed? Mrs. BLEDSOE - Yes. Mr. JENNER - And he would be seeking work? Mrs. BLEDSOE - Yes. Same guy?
  19. Mr. BALL. The first time he came to see you? Mrs. JOHNSON. Yes; that's something about 3 weeks before he came back. Mr. BALL. This was 1026 North Beckley? Mrs. JOHNSON. Yes. Mr. BALL. He talked to you? Mrs. JOHNSON. Yes; the first time and the last time; the first time, he told me he wanted a room and I told him I was very sorry, I just rented the last room and he said he was very sorry, he wanted to get near his work So the person that Mrs. Johnson talked to in late September had a job.
  20. Beckley resident Hugh Slough described "Oswald": "I'd call him a fidgety-type person, very nervous and very high-strung." If Oswald was a CIA asset / FBI informer, I doubt he was the guy Hugh described living at Beckley Did the Johnsons or Earlene Roberts ever pick Oswald out in a line-up? Did any of the Beckley residents? Were the bus drivers who picked him up every morning, and dropped him home every afternoon ever questioned? Did any of the regular passengers at Oswald's bus stops ever come forward? Where's the Beckley resident ledger? Mrs Johnson said that "Oswald" enquired in person weeks prior to moving into Beckley, at a time when he was supposed to be in Mexico. You mentioned that Oswald was invisible. Well, if he lived at Beckley, he was invisible on the TSBD/Beckley public transport route for 6 weeks.
  21. Frazier said the lead Harley Police Motorcycles were backfiring In the clip below, you hear the backfire at around the 25 second mark.
  22. Its an unmistakable sound .... and the very first sound they should have heard The 6.5 bullet as it passes within a very short distance of the ears of the QM Secret Service just before it impacts the Limo targets
  23. How about the same FBI agent that followed Oswald to Dallas from New Orleans? Pena: When Oswald was transferred to Dallas, de Brueys was transferred to Dallas at the same time.
  24. "The police sent Tippit and Mentzel out looking for Lee Oswald in Oak Cliff shortly after the assassination. Probably before 12:45 p.m. They knew his identity already and knew where he lived. He was an FBI informant." Earlene Roberts mentioned a tooting police car. We can safely exclude that vehicle as one driven by searching police. Earlene makes no mention of anything resembling Tippit or Mentzel checking in on Beckley, which would be a likely destination if they believed he actually lived there.
