Benjamin Cole
Meanwhile, the Biden fist-bump with murderer MbS...well, what was supposed to be the upshot? "A cartel of oil-producing countries led by Saudi Arabia agreed to steep cuts in oil production, defying a behind-the-scenes diplomatic push by the Biden administration to avert cuts that could push up global gasoline prices and may offer a small lifeline to Russia’s battered wartime economy. In a meeting on Wednesday in Vienna, the OPEC+ group that comprises most of the world’s top oil exporters agreed to cut production, on paper, by 2 million barrels per day, the biggest slash in production since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020." ---30--- I would prefer an American president not publicly fist-bump with a guy who had an American journalist murdered and cut up into small parts. Matthew Koch
NY Post editorial June 3 2022: We must stop Russia’s land bridge to Crimea — and destroy the Kerch Strait bridge now https://nypost.com/2022/06/03/we-must-stop-russias-land-bridge-to-crimea-now/ "The culmination of the Donbas battle is near. For the first time in this war, the pendulum starts swinging in Russia’s favor. By summer’s end, it’s possible that Moscow will fully secure its land bridge to Crimea. This would have catastrophic consequences. The Russian land bridge would enable Putin’s control of the Black Sea coast from Crimea all the way to Georgia. The Ukrainian military must destroy the bridge. But it can only do so if the Biden administration shows itself ready to finally and properly stand up to Russia. Why are things turning in the Donbas? The West is still far too slow in getting heavy weapons to the frontline. Ukrainians continue to fight ferociously, to be sure; but they remain overmatched in military capability. Ukrainians slow down the invaders, yet Russia keeps making progress, killing as many as 100 Ukrainians every day. Industry is decimated; critical infrastructure is being torn up. Refugees are on the run. Moscow now occupies 20% of Ukraine. Russia’s overarching aim remains the same: the destruction of Ukraine. We’re seeing that blocking the country’s capacity to export vital agricultural and industrial goods is but one element of the Russian strategy." We now have what appears to be another terrorist attack. The video looks more to me as a non demolitions expert, that the explosion comes from under the bridge and is bigger than a car bomb. Could the NordStream Pipeline be by the same group of people? Seems to have a similar MO. I initially thought that Putin did this or maybe the Wagner Group did a false flag for Putin's birthday present. This seemed to me to be too convenient and gives the Ruskies the justification for phase II. But, when Ukrainian leadership cheered on twitter about it. I guess they did it? It seems like the Ukrainians are taking Credit for it.. Edited October 8, 2022 by Matthew Koch Added the date the article was written

Ben, Would you prefer Kevin Coup-Denier McCarthy as Speaker? How about Medicare-Slayer Paul Ryan? John Tobacco-Industry Boehner? Pedophile Dennis Hastert? Newt "Freddie Mac" Gingrich? Pelosi is, far and away, the best House Speaker of the past quarter century-- warts and all. And your misogyny is showing again. Consider joining Incels Anonymous. Meanwhile, you're, obviously, still delusional about Trumplicon pseudo-populism-- imagining that Trumplicons are concerned about American workers because they fear monger about immigrants. It's almost as if you never read the rebuttals people posted in response to your repeated claims that Trump is a populist. Can you list anything that Trump has ever done to benefit the American working class? His signature legislation was the December 2017 GOP bill cutting taxes for billionaires and attempting to sabotage the Affordable Care Act. W- I think the EF is trying to attract new members, and given the state of the current fundraising effort...new members are needed. It might help the EF if we addressed each other in civil and collegial tones, aside from being good manners and the usual low bar for intelligent discourse. If you regard Trump in low regard, that's fine. If I am dubious about Pelosi, that's fine. There is no need to disparage someone else's viewpoints. I suspect some new members have tested the waters and found the discourse dispiriting, and so...departed. I am concerned that If the "anti-Trump" adherents continue, soon the forum will be left with less than 10 paying members. You could form your own chat-room at that point, and the EF left to vanish.
