Imagine shilling for a dictator that wantonly kills children and civilians.

Think about how much of a sub-human cretin you have to be to do that.

Imagine using the same rhetoric as the third reich while thinking that you represent morality..

Oh really? So, you and Matthew Koch can call me a National Socialist because I decry a war criminal, but my replies to that must be reported?

Snowflakes need to stay out of the sun, otherwise they'll melt.

Sorry that you can't follow the nuance in difference between calling you a National Socialist and pointing out that you are using similar rhetoric in an attempt to demonize and thus dehumanize whoever your comment was aimed at.

Mathew,

What is missing from Tucker Carlson's commentary here about Trump questioning the value and funding of NATO in 2015, and later, is the context of Trump being a multi-decade Russian money launderer and erstwhile Kremlin asset.

The Trump Organization was largely bankrolled after 1990 by the Russian mafia and Putin's oligarchs, as described in detail by Catherine Belton and other historians.

Putin's People: How the KGB Took Back Russia and Then Took On the West: Belton, Catherine: 9780374238711: Amazon.com: Books

Trump's well known hostility to NATO, and to our closest allies in the EU, is rooted in his subservience to Putin and the Russian oligarchs who have kept Trump's business "empire" afloat for decades.

It looks especially bad in retrospect, given what we now fully realize about Putin's agenda in Ukraine and the former Soviet Union, doesn't it?

Eastern European nations today have no illusions about the value of NATO-- unlike Tucker Carlson and some people in the Trump cult.

Willam thanks for commenting because your comment supports exactly what Tucker was saying about hysterical takes on the left. Your comment isn't even supported by reality. Why do I say not supported by reality? Is because Trump did supply arms to Ukraine and most important of all PUTIN DIDN"T INVADE WHILE HE WAS PRESIDENT. Cults are associated with lack of reality, so who's part of a cult William? You mentioned alot of untrue things in this post, Russian Oligarchs kept Trumps Business afloat? Funny since Trumps tax's came out, we've heard nothing of the sort, infact it's been quite a "Nothing Burger" So if you are not in a cult why do you keep projecting upon others?

"What is missing from Tucker Carlson's commentary here about Trump questioning the value and funding of NATO in 2015, and later, is the context of Trump being a multi-decade Russian money launderer and erstwhile Kremlin asset."

William mind source citing that factoid? (In a non abstract way)

"Eastern European nations today have no illusions about the value of NATO-- unlike Tucker Carlson and some people in the Trump cult."

Once again another perplexing statement especially since Zelensky could have avoided the whole thing. I fail to see how the amount of aid is justified given the problems at home in America. The only thing I am left with is that you justify that amount of aid because you actually believe the things you wrote about Trump being a Kremlin asset.

Mathew,

Investigative journalist Russ Baker did some groundbreaking work back in the spring of 2017 on Trump's multi-decade involvement with Felix Sater and the Russian mafia in NYC.  Baker's writing on the subject was picked up by a few M$M sources at the time-- without attribution.

Why FBI Can’t Tell All on Trump, Russia - WhoWhatWhy

Catherine Belton's later history of Trump's involvement with Putin's oligarchs, Putin's People, is referenced above.

Yes, Putin seems to be trying to terrorize and freeze the Ukrainians into surrendering to his totalitarian police state-- destroying their will and means of resistance.  And he's sending his poorly trained Russian conscripts to the front, like sheep to the slaughter.

The man is a bloody psychopath, absolutely corrupted by absolute power.

I think he may, ultimately, resort to using nukes.

Here's hoping that he's not long for this world in 2023.

What will the new year bring?

Here are two photographs separated by 66 years.

May be an image of 2 people and people standing

Great photos.

Side by side tells an incredibly amazing story.
