Vince Palamara
10/13/66 New York- LBJ in the JFK death seat, Bobby in the Connally jump seat; sad but true. Magic bullet keeper Secret Service agent Richard Johnsen in sunglasses in middle of photo (largely obscured by limo) Why the smiles?!
Greg Wagner
Talk about spooky. One can only imagine what Bobby must have been thinking during that ride. Great photos, Vince.

Terry Adams
Why didn't Bobby refuse to ride in it? It's not like it would have changed anything in his relationship with Johnson anyway!! This is strange!

You would think Bobby could not get it out of his thoughts that the car he was in was his brothers brutal death scene carraige. And to ride in it with someone he reportedly felt had something to do with his brothers murder just makes the pic even more surreal. Rick McTague
I imagine LBJ would not have let the opportunity pass him by to dig at Bobby deeper than the experience already did. From what I've read LBJ had the personality, motive and opportunity to do so. This to me is an extension of this not-so-famous post AF1 oath picture: Thanks
