  1. I don't believe there would be much to investigate. Here's Mrs. Hayes letter. You can judge for yourself. It starts on page 18 of CD 464 http://www.maryferrell.org/mffweb/archive/...mp;relPageId=20 Steve Thomas It isn't clear if Bobby Kennedy saw this letter. The thing that bothered me was when she wrote that she had several people under surveillance for the FBI. What was going on in New Orleans? All these shadowy people. It probably didn't start with Oswald. Last week, I provided some links where you can hear Oswald speaking. In the first tape made in Russia, I think this Oswald was learning English, not teaching it. I don't know who defected to Russia, that miserable country, but the Harvey Oswald that came back was not an American. It is the same voice in the Dallas Police Station as it was on the Russia tape, only his command of English was much better in 1963. The only thing his "brother" Robert said about his return: "I couldn't believe how much hair he lost." Kathy
  2. OK, I don't get it. Tosh Plumlee. Is he William Plumlee? What is his relation to William Plumlee and was he killed in the plane or not? Has someone here tried to contact him? Kathy
  3. Peter, I read The Doors of Perception in the early '80's. When I was a teenager, they gave you drugs at that time like they were candy. In my case, specifically, Darvon. On them, all I wanted to do was daydream, and listen to someone telling me something and watching TV like I never saw it before. And listening to music: that was the ultimate. However, it also made me nervous, as in those days they had a lot of caffeine in the compound. Why was I prescribed this? Menstual cramps (they were good for something). Unfortunately, I had a severe panic attack one day, and was up all night thinking a stuffed alligator that my brother brought home from Florida, was going to attack me. I never got it refilled. I remember watching TV one afternoon after taking it, and it was the greatest God-damned show I'd ever seen. I wanted to do the same thing as on this show. What was this fantastic program? The Pillsbury Bake-Off. At that time, I learned to cook and bake. But I swear, for an hour-and-a-half that day those bakers had my attention. Kathy
  4. I hope this is not off topic, or maybe we could start a new thread, but what is it like to take "mind-expanding" drugs? I never have, so I don't know. Do you get "high"? Does it ever get too intense? Please describe it. Kathy
  5. Peter, I believe you are correct about the landing strip. There was also a weapons training facility not too far away. James If my assumption is correct that Rosselli acted as a bag man for the plotters, is there significance to his arrival here in the months prior to the assassination vis either a hired assassin's part payment and/or supply of gear. Hmm, weapons training nearby!!! Do 2+2 make 4 in this case? PS. Forgot to add this CAMARILLO FAMILY MAUSOLEUM Situated at rear of St. Mary Magdalen Chapel, 2532 E. 7. ******************************************************* Firstly, I don't give a flying f___ about Elvis. My time was/is The Beatles. Secondly, the person who told me about E. Howard Hunt and Frank Sturgis being seen on Martha's Vineyard that weekend is a very highly-respected JFK Researcher. And I believe that the plane crash Ted was in in the mid-sixties, was designed to kill him. Ironically, he was the only one to survive. They killed his brother, Robert, then they destroyed him. I was surprised when he ran for the Presidency in 1980. What was that all about? Especially since he was with his wife, whom he immediately divorced when he didn't get the nomination: Carter wouldn't release the delegates. Finally, that TV interview where he was asked about Chappaquiddick and he just stammered. He just stammered. Yes, in a way, he was assassinated at Chappaquiddick. So I guess you can put your Bigfoot back in your mouth, Wise Guy. Kathy
  8. Dawn and the rest of you guys, see yesterday's blog on just that: Freedom of the press. I quoted an article from AP about NASA that warned the information could not be broadcast, rewritten or told in any way, shape or form, without their permission. The information! Please see it: thecloakofdarkness.blogspot.com Re Chappaquiddick, there was a woman's purse found in the car with Mary Jo. It belonged to one of the cottage's other female guests. I feel it was very illegal to not have an autopsy. I still can't believe it. But the parents didn't want it as the story centered around that Mary Jo was pregnant and that's why she was killed. And then there was talk of exhumation. Her parents were destroyed. When you think back to those days, wasn't it stupid that if an unmarried woman was pregnant it was such a disgrace it could be a motive to kill her? Kathy
  9. Good luck on Lost Light and Mary's Mosaic. I'm interested in learning what your research has found. The only frightening thing to me is President Kennedy, already on Cortisone-amphetamine shots, taking LSD. I was never into street drugs, so I never took the hallucinogen and I don't know anyone intimately who has. I don't like this business that Kennedy was tripping away while his country might have needed him. But it's certainly intriguing. I am reading Brothers and haven't got to that point yet. I looked in the index and Marilyn Monroe was not listed. In view of the fact that she socialized with the Kennedys and died mysteriously one Saturday night, I don't know why this was overlooked, while Mary Meyer wasn't. But I guess Mary Meyer is new information, and one tires of MM scenarios. There was a slim photo book of the Kennedys, John, Jackie and their children. I don't remember the name of it. But it contained a picture of Jackie Kennedy, looking elegant, walking alone on what seems to be the same towpath where Mary met her death. I wonder if Mary believed Oswald did it. I think she'd be very wise about that, and know there was a conspiracy. But apparently, she didn't think this conspiracy would affect her. Unfortunately, she was caught alone in a secluded area, murdered and her death blamed on a black man who was later acquitted. The problem is, why was she murdered. Did she know who was behind the assassination? I would think the ultra right-wing would love for her story to come out, especially about taking LSD with President Kennedy. Then you go back 2 years earlier and see Marilyn Monroe murdered, and if it's true she was going to call a press conference Monday and tell about the Kennedy brothers, I would think the ultra right-wing would love that. It seems it only benefits the Kennedys and their left-wing entourage to shut her up. This is distressing. Kathy
  10. I couldn't register on your first link. I got nowhere. Kathy
  11. Be careful because you don't know what you're breathing. All I could think of is Dealey Plaza catching on fire. What would we do if it didn't exist anymore? It would be like erasing President Kennedy from the earth. In history the assassination would become this dim thing no one alive remembers. On the other hand, there are many people, I suppose mostly British, who are on this huge Forum about Jack the Ripper. So that stayed in the mainstream consciousness. Forty-Five years from now is anybody going to care about Kennedy? When Gore Vidal says President Kennedy was the worst President we ever had because "He brought us close to nuclear war," he is very mistaken. The military and the joint chiefs of staff were wanting that. A small nuclear war with Cuba so we could install democracy there. Kennedy felt we couldn't control the whole world, nor should we impose our will upon another nation. He preferred diplomacy. The stupid military wanted nuclear war. I read this in Brothers. Kathy
  12. It was a combination of acetylene and propane that caused the fire. Kathy
  13. 11:40 am: A gas plant exploded in Dallas, TX. The area has been evacuated. Fox News said it happened on the southwest side of Dallas and they mentioned Commerce St. and that the smoke from the fire was heading "downtown. " Several people have been rushed to Parkland Hospital. I don't know how far this fire is to Dealey Plaza. Some highways have been shut off to drivers. They didn't say anything about Stemmons Freeway, but the highways mentioned were I-30, I-35. Can you imagine if it travels to Dealey Plaza? I'm going to get a map of Dallas and look where it is: South Industrial Blvd. Kathy
  14. He looks like Richard Nixon to me. (Kidding) Kathy
  15. Now that John's revealed the IP and specs on the poster, I'm becoming a little skeptical as to the veracity of the claim. Also, a few years back, Plumlee's daughter was posting over on DellaRosa's forum, and I do believe that if something had happened to her Dad, she'd have been the first one to have posted word at least here, and if not on Lancer, as well. **************************************** Terri, was that the woman who posted several photos of her father and wanted to know if he was involved in the Assassination and could anyone recognize him? He had white hair. She seemed rather distraught. I guess if you think your father had a secret life and killed Kennedy, you would be distraught. Kathy
  16. Looking at that photo, it's the first time I've seen this man at the retaining wall near Black Dog Man's position. I wonder who he is. Notice how bright the grassy knoll is compared to what the ones who overturned the govt did to the Moorman photo. Kathy
  17. Myra, someone could have gotten his computer info very easily: The FBI. It's been proven today that the FBI has been monitoring some people through their own Spyware. Wouldn't Tosh Plumlee be one of the ones the govt is spying on? Maybe everyone on this Forum is being spywared. Anyway, at thecloakofdarkness.blogspot.com I have posted a link and part of the article about the FBI admitting it spies on citizens. The article says what their spyware can find out about you; what it targets. And apparently, it's legal. Kathy
  18. And they chopped down trees with an ask. Unfortunately, I came from a Jersey City, NJ family and I pronounced asked as the A in air then gst. Agst. Mayor Koch made a big thing about New Yorkers pronouncing asked in that way. So I had to learn how to say it right; it's a bit difficult. I notice people from that area often say schtraight ahead or Spruce Schtreet. I had to learn to leave that schtr sound out. This was in my '30's. A girlfriend of mine, who comes from Maine, recently alerted me to the fact that I pronounce tomorrow as tamorra. I never knew this. BTW, Harvey Oswald was not an American. In my opinion. Kathy
  19. Terry...Louisiana people I know say NOR'-LINS (phonetic, note accent). I have heard NAW'-LINS. They do not enunciate NEW and say it as one word. Texas people say NEW-OR'LINS. Some southerners may say NOO-AW'LINS. Nationally it may be NEW-OR'LE-ANS or NEW-OR-LEEN'Z. My observations FWIW. Jack I just listened again to the tapes and a video of him talking to the press while in police custody. That man is not an American. But I noticed one thing: he pronounces the word "asked" the way many New Yorkers do. I myself always pronounced it like that, but learned how to say it correctly. Oswald pronounced it "agst."
  20. Maybe one may be found to be a zoomed version of the other. Bill Thanks Bill, You are correct. Here's what the zoomed version looks like, from that segment. And, matching background frames. Zoom threw me off as it appears to be from a different angle. chris A few questions. 1. Why is the film in B&W and in color also? You see the family lying on the ground, which is in color. 2. If the Hesters, Zapruder and Sitzman crowded into the pergola right after the assassination, that says that there was no tripod in there, as some believe, nor a cameraman. Kathy Collins
  21. ******************************************************************* "She supported George W. Bush for president in 2000, donating $5,000 from Tecon Corp --" "Did Shannon know about her father-in-law's connection to the Kennedy Assassination?" Take a look at her age, and the fact that she's a Bush supporter, which leads me to believe that she probably bought the Warren Commission Lie hook, line, and sinker. Shannon West Murchison might have been one of these people (which is worse) who knew of her father-in-law's involvement in the Kennedy Assassination or heard rumors to the effect, and felt if her father-in-law had anything to do with Kennedy's death, then maybe Kennedy deserved it. Probably Kennedy was destroying the country, helping the blacks get civil rights and was possibly a Commie. Along those lines. There is some confusion about whom she considered her mother-in-law. Shannon loved vintage clothing, as I said. And when her mother-in-law died, she gave Shannon all her clothing. The mother-in-law spent a million dollars on clothes each year. Shannon died in 2005 at age 48. Virginia L. Murchison pre-deceased her in 2001 at 51 years of age. So their ages were close. Either she's the "mother-in-law" with all the clothes, but not the mother of Clint Murchison III or this Virginia is Clint III's sister. Will look into it. I can't believe that coroner planted Tylenol into everyone's mind with no evidence. And that her bruising may have come from liver failure. Finally, he decides it was Listeria that killed her. Meningitis. Highly suspicious. Listeria is a bacteria found in food poisoning. Kathy
  22. What I could never understand: Why kill the President when his militant political opposition could have just leaked the story of Mary Meyer and her drugs and the Marilyn Monroe incident. Or J. Edgar could have done it. Or someone go to the people and say we know this about the President? Also, he wasn't exactly a "popularly" elected President as Nixon came quite close. In a sense what the far right-wingers did when they killed Kennedy was to destroy a lot of hope people had in America, because Kennedy became a martyr and people gradually began to not trust their govt because of evidence of a conspiracy to kill Kennedy. Kathy Collins
  23. Here is another obituary that I found. Like Mr. Drain, he suffered a stroke. DAVID L. JOHNSTON 12:00 AM CDT on Sunday, April 22, 2007 By JOE SIMNACHER / The Dallas Morning News jsimnacher@dallasnews.com During his two terms as a Dallas County justice of the peace, David L. Johnston had jurisdiction over misdemeanor civil and criminal matters. At the time, he was also an acting coroner, ruling on the cause of death in many cases. But from the afternoon of Nov. 22, 1963, and into the following morning, Mr. Johnston presided over legal proceedings followed around the world. That Friday afternoon he issued a search warrant for a suspect's room on North Beckley Avenue. That evening, he arraigned the renter, Lee Harvey Oswald, with the charge of murder with malice in the death of Dallas police Officer J.D. Tippit. Shortly after midnight, he formally charged Oswald with the murder of President John F. Kennedy. Mr. Johnston, 80, died Tuesday of an apparent stroke at his East Dallas home. Services were Saturday at Sparkman/Hillcrest Funeral Home. He will be entombed in Hillcrest Mausoleum. While Mr. Johnston's role in history attracted considerable media attention, he rarely discussed those events with anyone outside his family, said his son Thomas Johnston of Mesquite. "Every five years or so – when there would be a significant anniversary like 25 or 30 [years] – some reporter somewhere would find his name and call him up," his son said. "My dad would routinely tell them, 'Look, President Kennedy is dead, Johnson's dead, Oswald's dead, Ruby's dead. Everybody's dead – who cares?' and hang up on them. That's how he was." In November 1963, Mr. Johnston was among those waiting to hear the president speak at a luncheon. After the shooting, law-enforcement officers who recognized the justice of the peace from his days as a deputy summoned him to Parkland Memorial Hospital, beginning his involvement in the event. Mr. Johnston asserted that when he arraigned Oswald, the suspect came under Dallas County jurisdiction and should have been transferred to the county jail and not returned to the city jail. "My dad always said that had they transferred Oswald in the middle of the night – as soon as he had been arraigned – no one would have known any better and no one would have been able to get to him," Thomas Johnston said. Had Oswald not been killed by Jack Ruby on the morning of Nov. 24, 1963, Mr. Johnston was to have arraigned him on charges of assault to murder Gov. John Connally the following week. He was a Mason for more than 50 years. Kathy
