Thanks! It sure looks like Main Street to me. Makes me wonder if they went through Dealey Plaza on that 1960 motorcade route?

Never seen a map of their 1960 Dallas motorcade route, but it would make logical routing sense. FDR’s motorcade went through Dealey Plaza in ‘36, to the newly-constructed underpass (which I think was a WPA project, if memory serves correct.)

Thanks! Oh, they 100 percent definitely went thru Dealey Plaza (see still photo from the video thumbnail). While I cannot swear the actual film excerpt is from Dealey Plaza itself, they definitely went that way.

Never seen this specific footage before, wow. Is that Main Street they’re traveling, with all the ticker tape flying in the air? Would make sense they’d go right through the heart of downtown.

Love the footage of Kennedy holding a ten gallon hat in his hand (never putting it on, of course!). If I remember correctly the hat was a gift from Lyndon, who thought Jack should wear it to impress the Texans on this campaign trip through the state. 🤠

A couple people stated that that is Main Street (there are still photos of them travelling down Main Street but, like FDR in 1936, in the opposite direction.

Ah yes, the evidence-free conspiracy theory that’s become accepted gospel in the 21st Century. 🤮

None of LBJ’s accusers ever had the testicular fortitude to say it to his face, or let the former president defend himself while he was alive.

Cowards, grifters, and fairy tale peddlers abound!

(That trailer looks like something an amateur YouTuber would throw together. Amazing Netflix is platforming this Bull hockey!)

I agree with you to a large extent, but, like The Smoking Gun documentary (the silly "Hickey shot JFK" theory), there may be important information included, as the book has some pioneering work included in it (Seaport Traders/Dodd Committee re: the weapons, the backyard photos, etc.) if one can ignore the Greer shot JFK crud. With such a dearth of assassination documentaries, anything positive is better than nothing (taking a glass is half full notion on it).

My pet theory is LHO purposely missed his shot on Walker, and yes, that was a trial run for an intentional miss on JFK.

I posit LHO did shoot to miss at JFK on 11/22, probably just once, as part of a false-flag failed attempt to be blamed on Castro. Most witnesses said the first shot sounded different from succeeding shots. It might have been the Tague shot.

My guess is, that pre-JFKA, LHO was assured authorities would make the paperwork on Alek Hidell ownership of the rifle stand up, and they would engage in a public search for Hidell, and maybe find a body somewhere.

My further guess is LHO knew something was wrong almost immediately after the JFKA, and thus he left the TSBD, took the taxi, and armed himself. The totally uninvolved LHO JFKA scenario...well, doesn't seem to hold water.

But given the rapidity of shots striking Connally and JFK, there had to be another gunman. The JFKA cannot be explained by a lone gunman armed with a single-shot bolt-action rifle.

There are weaknesses to every explanation of the JFKA...for example, why was LHO carrying a wallet with the Alex Hidell draft card inside? Was the wallet planted at the Tippet murder scene?

Who then could plant such a wallet?

That assumes LHO's co-conspirators planned to make him the patsy all along.

    Just IMHO.....

    Very interesting!

  5. "While I was listening, it occurred to me that this event explains Oswald's "I'm just a patsy" line. Here's what I thought (speculation warning):

    • Oswald is one of the two men seen around Walker’s house. He is being coached through the attempt. The camera is also used to take photos of Oswald at the site. This means that Oswald is “dirty” and there’s proof.

    • If Oswald is the Kennedy shooter, then at the Walker house he certainly doesn’t display the kind of marksmanship that he showed in Dealey Plaza. In the JFK assassination, the shooter fired three shots, hitting a moving target at nearly 90 yards away. With Walker, however, the shooter shot just once, missing from within 75 yards.

It seems to me that the two shooters were different.

    • Oswald is told to bring his rifle to the book depository, leaving it there for another agent who will do the shooting. He complies, and his prints are on the rifle.

    • After the shooting, when he is arrested, Oswald realizes that the rifle implicates him and him alone. He now knows that he is “just a patsy”. By announcing that, the conspirators realize that he'll reveal what he knows, and he has to be silenced."

  6. Secret Service (INCLUDING JOHN JOE HOWLETT!) surround the car including military and police. In a still photo, DALLAS POLICE CHIEF JESSE CURRY shakes JFK's hand! 2 press photographers flatbed trucks in front of limo. The Secret Service did NOT protect CANDIDATES until after Bobby was killed, so why they are protecting the candidates is unusual.

RARE film of the only other JFK/LBJ motorcade: 9/11/60 DALLAS/FORT WORTH! Good security and press

Strange Netflix would allow an "LBJ did it" production, but cut off Oliver Stones "JFK: Revisited".

I cant see how an "LBJ did It" production would pass the fact-checkers at Netflix.

It could be BECAUSE it doesn't carry the weight of Stone and a big media blitz behind it that it is viewed as harmless? Who knows. Jack Roth's new book (although a Skyhorse publication) is being distributed by Simon & Schuster, the biggest book outlet there is and one that usually caters to anti-conspiracy books. Stuff happens.

    1) I doubt that Netflix would invest in such a project.

    2) The production values of the video are below Netflix' standards.

So, it appears to be a video series that will be available through Netflix. Now, that's not saying much. At one point, I was regularly checking in on Amazon Prime and Netflix to see what videos were available. Well, I was surprised to see that roughly half the videos were self-produced schlock, some of which "borrowed" heavily from other sources. IOW, the quality of some programming available through these streaming services is about the same as that on YouTube, which isn't saying much.

It is coming to Netflix in 2023 per Tyler Newcomb. Yes, it is based off the book but it is coming.

I think it is a DIY trailer for the book done by the author himself. The title of the youtube video is even called "Murder From Within Book Trailer". There is no mention of Netflix on that trailer. I would imagine if this is being bought by Netflix for series, they would create their own trailer.

George W. Bakeman with his wife, Mollie, is hibernating at "The Oaks" in Hanover, Virginia. They have three children all married-Kathleen, 46, Beryl, 43 (born 1924), and Margaret, 36. There are 10 grandchildren ranging from 1 to 21, but no great-grandchildren. George has not any affiliations, but has various hobbies: cabinet work and gardening.

BARUJ BENACERRAF - whose "friend of his" father was George Bakeman, also named his one daughter BERYL... suggests that his "friend" may have been Beryl Bakeman as in 1942 she would be 18, or maybe the older sister...  yet Beryl  Benacerraf becomes a doctor as well...

I suppose then it is a good news/bad news situation. While I seem to stand corrected that Bakeman did indeed exist, he is long gone as are (probably) his children, assuming they would even know anything anyway. And, at this very late date, could anything even be verified or trusted?

    Mark,

In reviewing the testimony and reports of Sibert and O'Neil, it appears they had everyone in the autopsy room sign a document, and then retyped it up, which means that somebody may have signed the name Dr. George Bakeman, USN.

If your man Dr. George S. Bakeman was also in the USN, that would also give him an excuse to be there. Maybe he was there as a patient and just got mixed up with what was going on?

Also, it would be nice to hook up with Kathlee Fitzgerald, a JFK research who was hot on the trail of George Bakeman but then never reported on what she discovered.

We may be traveling down a well worn path were others have already been.

    Kathlee passed away in 2019:

I think Bakeman was just a mistake and they meant Burkley.

  12. Simon and Schuster distributing; Skyhorse publishing; doing very well in pre-order; I have a chapter dedicated to my work (I had no idea until someone sent me the table of contents page!). COMING 11/15/2022
