  1. well Marina did lie. her story only changed when she was presented with the late discovered "oswald note" whose provenance is in question. And he was never asked about the Walker shooting while in custody as he had not yet been linked to it. so any alleged statements he made are pure hearsay,
  2. @Bob Ness Yes, let's see how steve roe and others rationalize their way out of the evidentiary trail. Wanna bet the line of attack is that cops make mistakes ( including all of them that saw the original bullet). Maybe they are also color-blind. @Benjamin Cole good article as usual. But i really dont think LHO was at the scene the night of the shooting. The photos were either planted or he was asked to do recon at another time as a set-up. No one ever saw a man on a bus holding an unusualy package. Remembe the incriminating evidence (alleged LHO note and Marina testimony) magically occurred the day before the FBI had to prepare its final report on the assassination. and to borrow from @Paul Cummings, "do you believe in magic"
  3. what this represents is another example how the historic record was manufactured and built on planted evidence, junk science, perjured testimony and witness intimidation.
  4. based on lexis search, there appears to be a Julian Wilcox 3rd who works in some intelligence capacity. JW Jr. appears to have passed in 2019.
  5. @Benjamin Cole If CM was my client, he would have kept his mouth shut. John Davis believed LHO ran errands for his uncle when LHO was in New Orleans during summer 1963. After all, he had no $$ and managed to get an apt with no documented income. I dont think Marcello was used by intel. I think he used their connections with LHO. Marcello was a very shrewd manipulator. He was looking for a patsy and LHO was perfect b/c government would be frozen when he was accused. But of course, it was hard to figure out where the mob ended and the CIA/exiles began.
  6. You might find the following exchange between David Belin and Bella Abzug that took place on 11-11-75 before her committee of interest. it reveals why the shooting recreation was designed the way it was. Belin When you say we did not reconstruct, we reconstructed what happened to the bullet passing through President Kennedy's neck. What we did not do, and what I believe we should have done, was, when we had marksman tests run, we should have run them with a moving vehicle rather than with the.se stationary targets. We also should have done one other thin . At the time the tests were run it was assumed that all the shots 􀀙fired took place in about 5½ or 6 seconds. But, if ou assume that the first shot struck President Kennedy's neck, yexited, and hit Governor Coru1ally, then the second shot struck Kennedy in the head 5½ seconds later, and the third shot missed-which was certainly a plausible theory-then that also should have been investigated. The argument against reproducing the exact shots was that we did not have to show that it was necessarily probable; all we had to show was that it was reasonably possible to do what was <lonl', an<l that is the way the tests were run. Ms. ABzug. In other words, the specific shot was not attempted; that is, one bullet penetrating the neck of one individual, and passing through the back and wnst of a second individual t Mr. BELIN. That was not attempted, except they were able to determine the fact that Governor Connal1y's jacket showed a bullet entering in somewhere at a slant and indicative of the fact that the bullet was probably tumbling when it hit Governor (',onnally, and probably hit something else in the meantime, coupled with the other tests that were done. We did reconstruct tests on his wrist to see what would happen if a wrist were hit with a pristine bullet, and that was evidence o f the fact that one shot did all of the damage to Governor Connally. Ms. ABZug. Was there a specific decision not to try to duplicate that shot? Give me a yes or a no so we can get off this subject, and on to some other questions. Mr. BEUN. There was a specific decision·not to try and have a moving target made. I do not know exactly how you could duplicate a shot going through the neck and then striking a human body, but to the best of my recollection that specific thing was not done.
  7. @Benjamin Cole Marcello didnt build LHO's profile. he exploited it. John Davis suggested the LHO ran errands for his uncle who you know worked for Marcello. In the CAMTEX sting operation, Marcello is recorded as saying he knew LHO and his family. Marcello had experience killing politicians and using patsies. Marcello he didnt have to worry about the autopsy. That was an unexpected gift from the government. He knew Hoover would not pursue the mafia because they had him by the shorthairs. Hoover had a pony problem. He knowingly bet on fixed races that NY mafiaso Frank Costello told him about. And when the the local FBI officer began sniffing around Marcello associates, Hoover shut down the investigation.
  8. Former WC staff attorney Burt Griffin told me several years ago that the WC doubted Marina's veracity so they used Ruth Paine to box in Marina. He said they interviewed Paine and then used Paine's testimony to force Marina to stay with the story as told by Paine. Marina was afraid of being deported. This was not only reported in a NYT article from November 1964 but you can see these concerns intimated in the beginning of her initial testimony in Feb. 1964. It begins with her explaining how she has cooperated and if memory serves me, also how she was now going to tell the truth......
  9. @Ron Bulman are you saying these excerpts are from North's book? @Benjamin Cole Yes- Ruby was mobbed up. Several good books on this including Schein's "Contract on America and Davis' books. I've always thought Marcello was behind the assassination and not simply to get rid of LHO. Otherwise no reason to to use their guy to rub out LHO.
  10. @Vince Palamara is there a RIF number for Shanklin memo and where is the blue page titled Marina from? Not much info in your post.
  11. @W. Niederhut neither the CIA nor the President have explained what the national security harm is and why it is of such gravity that it outweighs the public interest in disclosure. that is one of the reasons why we have filed the lawsuit.
  12. @Benjamin Cole The link to the bill is: https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/118/hr637/text
  13. @W. Niederhut when it comes to the JFK Recordfs, Trump and Biden are equally culpable for failing to comply with the Act. as to why Biden and Trump did not release the records, they were told by the NSC and CIA that release would jeapordize national security. They are afraid of not following advice of the national security community for fear of potential consequences if so-called classified information is released.
  14. @Matt Allison Matt- I thinm you need to get your ears cleaned out or remove the Biden defender ear buds. The agencies basically push around NARA. The procedure is that NARA sends out a letter to the agencies saying the records will be released unless the agencies request postponement. If NARA does not agree with their grounds for postponements , they can elevate to the WH. This is definitely failure of leadership in the White House. Biden has the power to overrule the agency postponement requests. Instead, he has not only caved to their requests to further postpone 60-year old records but then has abdicated his statutory authority by illegally delegating future decisions to the NDC. For a man who has a bust of RFK in the oval office, this is abysmal and beyond disappointing. He needs to grow a pair.
  15. Here is link to the bill. It currently has a projected 3% passage rate due to lack of sponsors. No media coverage except for what Jeff Morley and I have been doing on JFK Facts substack. https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/118/hr637/text
  16. The Justice for Kennedy bill (HR 637) that was sponsored and introduced by Representative Schweikart (R-Az) would provide for the release of all JFK assassination records within 30 days of its enactment and would eliminate the prohibitions on releasing the Oswald tax records as well as those subject to deeds of gifts. The bill has been sitting in five House committees because no other representative has sponsored the bill. Please take a moment and contact your representative and ask them to sign on as a sponsor the bill so this bill can move to hearings before Congress recesses for the summer. And please share this request with your friends and on social media.
  17. @Benjamin Cole @Matt Allison When Biden authorized further postponement of JFK assassination records in December 2022, they were two buckets of records subject to the order. The first batch were records that NARA and agencies were still working on (section 2(d) records) . I believe the roughly 900 records released in April and May represent this bucket of section 2(d) records. There may be additional releases of section 2(d) records by the end of June The second category of records were those that the agencies had requested postponement and NARA had not objected to (section 2(c) records). The release of these records are to be released pursuant to the Transparency Plans. MFF has alleged, inter alia, that the Transparency Plans do not comply with the JFK Records Act, that NARA acted arbitarily and capriciously when it told the President that these Transparency Plans complied with the Act and that President Biden violated the JFK Act by delegating future release of the section 2(d) records to the National Declassification Center (NDC) since the Act provides the president has the "sole and non-delegable duty" to make postponement/release decisions. And by providing that future decisions will be made by the NDC, the president has effectively terminated the JFK Act. The media has not yet come to appreciate the gravity of the problems represented by the Transparency Plans and the unlawful termination of the JFK Act.
  18. maybe because Douglass is catholic? in any event, it's a good choice and he shouldnt be faulted for referencing that book over others. This is quibbling. Big picture is that we have a presidential candidate talking about the assassination. hasnt happened since 1968
  19. Talbot's book is good. I just think Douglass as an author is harder to attack.
  20. @William Paris I agree and we should widely promote his views. @W. Niederhut I think it is better for RFK Jr to stick with the Douglass book. The other books are too strident for the masses and the authors more controversial. Douglass is unassailable.
  21. IMHO- this is not blatant policitical discussion. it is a good question-and an important fact if true- as to whether RFK's polling is a function of his views on the assassination. People are longing for the truth and to some votes, this might be the single most important factor. we should promote this possibility. perhaps we can leverage it to get Biden and Congress to act. It is a legitmate discussion
  22. this is second release in accordance with Biden's 12/15/22 order. Agencies had until May 1st to decide if they wanted to request further postponement. If they desired further postponement, they had until the end of May to work out disagreements with NARA. If they cant reach agreement, then the decision goes to the White House.
  23. This follows a previous release in April. Under Biden's December 15th order, agencies had to notify NARA on May 1st if they objected to release of the remaining redacted records. If the agencies objected, they have the month of May to negotiate with NARA. if agreement cannot be reached by the end of the May, the decision is punted to the White House.
  24. @Greg Doudna was your question to me about the toolmarks about the bullets related to the Tippit shooting or the MC rifle?
