When the Zapruder Film / Nix Film / Muchmore Film is analyzed we can determine definitively the following: 1) CONNALLY begins to lay back on top of NELLIE at Z-290. 2) The limo is decelerating by Z-304, evidence by PO HARGIS and MARTIN overtaking the limo as seen in sprocket hole areas. 3) HILL is seen moving between the follow up vehicle and the limo prior to Z-313 or the head shot occurring. We do not see HILL leap off the follow-up vehicle, I would think this could be closely determined by someone so as to narrow the timing down to show the action started very close to Z-300. All of these events are tied together they are not random coincidences unless you insist the assassination consists of only unrelated random yet coincidental events.

Chris, are you projecting how you believe the SSA should have reacted? When we look at the photographic evidence with hindsight we know that KENNEDY was injured by the first shot, no witness in DP realized this, including JACKIE. Witnesses continued to smile, wave and applaud the President until the fatal head shot occurs, this is a fact. No witnesses that heard the first noise including four SSA comprehended the first noise was a threat. We don't know what short of noise this was, it was termed a 'noise' or 'firecracker' like, it could have been a very soft popping sound, there are ambient noises outside, four SSA were alerted by this noise and first looked in the direction they believed the noise originated from, they obviously did not detect danger and another noise was not forthcoming. Remember, HILL's report is created from hindsight and he is also omitting evidence detrimental to the governments cover story. There was communication between the Queen Mary and the limo, it would seem obvious that there was an agreement for GREER to slow the limo to allow HILL to transfer to the limo, the limo was at a location where they should have been accelerating, HILL would not have jumped off the follow-up vehicle if he had believed he would not have been able to catch an accelerating limo. We also know with absolute certainty that GREER was decelerating the limo at the time HILL was moving between the vehicles and prior to the fatal head shot. All of these pieces of evidence are not isolated random coincidences they all form a pattern that tells the story of what was happening. You must piece them together in a reasonable and logical manner to understand what happened during the assassination.

David, HILL could have reacted to KENNEDY having raised his arms to his neck verses CONNALLY laying back on top of NELLIE, but the reason that this is less plausible is because KENNEDY can be seen to raise his hands to his neck as the limo emerges from behind the highway sign, about frame Z-225, HILL does not move toward the limo until after Z-300. Z-290 is the timing of when CONNALLY starts to lay back on top of NELLIE. You can see in ALTGENS #6 which is taken about frame Z-255, HILL is still looking toward the limo, he has not taken action, we do not see HILL again until frames in the Nix and Muchmore films where he can be seen moving from the follow up vehicle to the limo and the timing is just moments prior to the fatal head shot. Logically if HILL had not reacted to KENNEDY upon hearing the noise at Z-190 or seeing KENNEDY react by Z-225, why would he have finally reacted at ~Z-300? What changed? CONNALLY laid back on top of NELLIE. Remember JACKIE made no indications that help was needed or that her husband was in distress, she was unaware that KENNEDY had been injured, why would HILL have reacted? But when CONNALLY laid down, this must have been alarming. A passenger laying down in the Presidential limo must have been terrifying to HILL and other SSA that were monitoring the odd actions of the CONNALLYS and KENNEDYS in the back of the limo.

Paul, if you explore the hypothesis that CONNALLY is injured after turning to look at KENNEDY and just prior to laying back on top of NELLIE, what explanation is there that will reasonably address the fact that CONNALLY would have been severely injured and supposedly dazed while laying on top of NELLIE but was somehow capable to leap off of NELLIE and do it as evidenced in the Zapruder film, in 1/2 of a second. Lay down in the back seat of a car and time yourself how long it takes to sit up. turn and crouch down facing forward, now place a person underneath you, they also have to do the same thing, including wait for you to get yourself off their body. But the CONNALLYs both accomplish this in 1/2 of a second, 0.5 seconds! How do you explain the actions of CONNALLY and NELLIE starting at Z-325 as CONNALLY appears to be driven down and to his left dislodging NELLIE from her location?

CONNALLY claimed that when he turned, he saw that KENNEDY had been injured by the first shot. NELLIE also claimed to be aware that KENNEDY had been injured by the first shot, this Z-frame #286 corroborates this portion of their stories. CONNALLY was uninjured when he laid back on top of NELLIE. CONNALLY is injured after the fatal head shot (Z-film shows Z-325, but frames were removed from Z-film, YARBOROUGH opinion was about 3 seconds later, YOUNGBLOOD claimed all three shots happened within a few seconds) This gif is only frames Z-314 and Z-323 alternating every ~1/2 second, this is how fast CONNALLYS moved in the Zapruder film, from laying down to sitting forward, it is obvious frames were removed, this is the only conclusion that is even conceivable, without taking into account that CONNALLY was supposedly severely wounded and according to both NELLIE and CONNALLY had been in some state of shock at the time NELLIE pulled him down.

HILL: "We were traveling about 12 to 15 miles per hour. On the left hand side was a grass area with a few people scattered along it observing the motorcade passing, and I was visually scanning these people when I heard a noise similar to a firecracker. The sound came from my right rear and I immediately moved my head in that direction. In so doing, my eyes had to cross the Presidential automobile and I saw the President hunch forward and then slump to his left. < these two sentences are not joined by an immediacy > I jumped from the Follow-up car and ran toward the Presidential automobile. < photographic evidence shows HILL was moving toward the limo prior to the occurrence of the fatal head wound and following the action of CONNALLY laying back on top of NELLIE > I heard a second firecracker type noise but it had a different sound-- like the sound of shooting a revolver into something hard. I saw the President slump more toward his left." HILL does not provide details as to where the limo was when the first shot occurs other than "Well, as we came out of the curve, and began to straighten up" and no details on the second, the first shot causes JFK to react, the second causes the fatal head wound which occurred as HILL was moving toward the limo. HILL tells us that he heard a noise which was similar to a 'firecracker' he does not take action for the same reason that no other agent reacted, because they were not alarmed by this sound and only four agents can be seen to have any response to this sound. If you have it in your brain that the first shot was a high powered rifle and that the agents should have reacted and protected the President you are not comprehending the mechanics of the assassination. The second shot was around or at Z-313, correct. Frames were removed prior to Z-313, with absolute certainly prior to Z-133 and frames with absolute certainly were remove after Z-313. Did anyone realize JFK had been injured at circa Z-190...no. Please watch the Z-film, and read JACKIES testimony, JACKIE does not turn because of the sound of a high powered rifle, she does not turn because of a noise, she turns because of CONNALLY YELLING "But then suddenly Governor Connally was yelling, "Oh, no, no, no.", when she turns she sees her husband with his hands at his neck, but JACKIES attention goes to CONNALLY until Z-290, when CONNALLY breaks contact and begins to lay back on top of NELLIE. JACKIE did not hear a noise and was not aware that her husband had been injurred. The same applies for every witness in DP. That does not mean some were not aware of odd behavior of the President with his hands to his throat. IF KENNEDYS reaction was so conspicuous why didn't JACKIE cry out, she knew her husband better than anyone else in DP and was aware of the potential of an assassination on his life, she does not react until after KENNEDY is fatally wounded, why did she not react? May I offer that it would be the same reason that HILL did not react or READY or LANDIS or MCINTYRE or GREER or KELLERMAN or all SSA, because IF they heard the first noise they did not understand that it was threatening, the second noise heard was the first high powered rifle shot that occurred around z-313, which caused the fatal head wound, this is when reactions can be identified in the photographic media. Animated gif of HILL HILL looks toward the limo after Z-190, he continues to look toward the limo until ~Z-240 when he is lost from sprocket hole image, in ALTGENS #6 HILL can be seen to still be looking toward the limo. Yes KENNEDY reaching for his throat was less conspicuous than CONNALLY laying backward over the top of NELLIE.

Chris, I would rather not get into the details of WITTS testimony until the assassination is understood, I will be happy to share my understand of WITT and what his testimony means at a later time.

Chris, evidence has been posted on CLINT HILLS reactions, but allow me to provide you with important points. 1) CLINT HILL claims he heard two shots, the second of which was the cause of the fatal head shot. 2) HILL claimed to react after the first shot but before the second shot, this testimony is corroborated by others. 3) The first shot appears to have occurred around Z-190, this is substantiated by testimony from READY, LANDIS, HICKEY and HILL that all claimed they heard the first shot and reacted to it, the only time that all four of these SSA reacted simultaneously was immediately following Z-190 and they all reacted by looking in the direction of the gk. Zapruder Frame -207 is a clear example of these actions 0) Also please notice although READY, LANDIS, HICKEY and HILL seem to be aware of some noise coming from the direction of the GK, MCINTYRE does not seem to have noticed nor does PO CHANEY, HARGIS or MARTIN. 4) HILL can be seen to monitor the actions of the occupants in the limo after ~Z-200, he is seen looking towards the limo even in Altgens #6 or Z-255, this is supported by claims to have noticed KENNEDY's actions during this time. 5) We must use logic here in that if HILL heard a shot at Z-190 and he reacted before the second shot, but we do not see him react until after Z-300 then it was not the sound of the first shot that caused him to react and it could not have been the sound of the second because he reacts prior to the second shot having been heard, than there must be another reason for HILL to have reacted. 6) The other event that was occurring after Z-190 was that CONNALLY had turned in his seat and was conversing with JACKIE, by Z-300 CONNALLY had laid back over the top of NELLIE, this must have been an alarming sight for HILL who would have been bewildered then alarmed by the actions of CONNALLY. 7) We know CLINT HILL reacted immediately after Z-300 because we can see him running toward the limo prior to Z-313. CONNALLY laying back over the top of NELLIE must be the stimulus for HILL to rush to the limo. Why didn't READY also react, because he was scanning the crowd to the rear as seen in ALTGENS #6 and could not have noticed CONNALLY's odd behavior when he laid back on top of NELLIE. 8) All of this also helps prove that the first shot fired was silent or like a 'firecracker' which caught the attention of the four SSA but did not cause them to be alarmed, seeing CONNALLY lay down in the limo caused HILL to become alarmed, causing him to react by rushing to aid the occupants of the limo. 9) READY can be seen to react at the sound of the shot at Z-313, which is the first HPR shot heard within DP. Zapruder film evidence supports this conjecture. Nix film evidence supports this conjecture. Testimony supports this conjecture, if you also realize that the SSA were pressured to create reports that would not directly conflict with WC/R fiction, although there is still much evidence within these reports that is in direct conflict with the WC/R. In the case of CLINT HILL's SSA report he was honest in claiming he reacted after the first shot and before the second, what he was forced to omit IMO was that he most likely heard 2 additional HPR shots after the fatal head wound. He could only be truthful to a point.

Larry, it is very kind of you, thank you. I will consider it. You obviously have reached your very own conclusions and state them firmly as if their were no other interpretations So far not one person has provided opposing evidence or a reason to doubt that I have in deed found the answer as to how the assassination really occurred. I have also asked a continual stream of questions that seem to be impossible for others to answer, answers should be obvious to anyone that understands the assassination, of course I state my own conclusions firmly, that is because I perceive the assassination clearly and unambiguously, I comprehend how the photographic evidence is corroborated by testimonial evidence and know how testimonial evidence was twisted to obscure the truth and where lies were told to hide the truth to help build a false case. I created a novel database from testimonies that allows an in depth analysis of many details within testimonies that reveals trends that can not be easily discerned otherwise. I know what happened. I consulted today with a firearms expert concerning the smoke seen on the knoll following the assassination. He reconfirmed what others have also stated that modern firearms do not create smoke to that degree, it would be unusual to see smoke from the discharge of a HPR with modern ammunition. Unless the weapon on the knoll was a very low velocity musket utilizing black powder. In "New video - JFK Assassination: Nothing but the truth" Marrs implies that a heavily oiled weapon would cause this smoke, Marrs should be called into question and asked to prove this point. He was also X-army guy and agreed in principle that the smoke more likely would have been created purposely as a decoy to draw attention away from another area. He was unfamiliar with the JFK assassination but when he was shown Z-film at frame Z-325, he pointed out that this was when CONNALLY was struck by the bullet, he was puzzled to find out that the common belief was that CONNALLY was wounded around Z-220 or Z-230. It was rewarding for me to find that a person unfamiliar with the common beliefs could understand the evidence in the Z-film better than researchers that have spent a portion of their lives tunneling into propaganda and lies.

Larry, you have made some very good points. Currently considering an online publication that will catalog all of this evidence so that a newbie can understand the assassination. (Which I will not write.) Already have a website. I have posted here and JFKASSASSINATIONFORUM in the hopes that the evidence, analysis and conjecture presented would be reviewed on the fly pointing out holes in the analysis, very disappointed in the response from members of both forums to say the least. Virtually every point I have posted is from my analysis, as far as I am concerned the assassination community is ignorant of the truth, sorry but I have been posting for years and have yet to see any realization as to what really happened, the community knows a lot of information, a lot!, but IMO they have no idea how the assassination occurred IMO and have given me no reason to believe the information I have been posting has been presented before. I have not read any books or publications or viewed videos expressing these ideas. If there are some reasons why the 'Assassination Four Shot Model' is flawed I would appreciate knowing why. Larry, I don't have the expertise necessary to compose a monograph, this is why I post evidence with analysis and conjecture on a point by point basis. Alternative if forum members cannot understand each point made, what would be the use to compose in an expanded format? Once the model is more widely understood let the academics take it from there and compose a monograph fitting for the subject.

Jack White wrote "According to Fletcher Prouty, in covert operations "coincidences" don't happen. They are PLANNED" The open umbrella should be considered suspect, the fact that he moved the umbrella up and down is suspect, the fact that he was positioned at the very start of the kill zone is suspect and most significant. The Cuban Man should be considered suspect, the fact that he was positioned off the curb and into the street is suspect, the manner in which he stretched his hand over his head to wave is suspect, the fact that he was positioned at the very start of the kill zone is suspect and most significant. Every aspect listed for these two men should be suspect and questioned, the fact that they stood one in front of the other in close proximity must be considered to be conclusive that their intentions were for same purpose and were to signal persons with intent to carry out the assassination. All of these coincidences were a necessary part of the plan, it also produced a visible sign or signature to those that know how things are that the assassination was the result of an inside job.

Brad, you mentioned some witnesses claiming shots to sound like a rail road torpedo, this is a misconception and a myth. Let me give you examples 2 sheriff deputies claimed they thought the first shot they heard might have been the sound of a motorcycle backfire, but after the second shot they realized the first shot was not a motorcycle backfire but the sound of a high powered rifle in that all three shots sounded the same, it was that they had no expectations to hear a rifle shot. 1 sheriff deputy termed all three shots 'explosions' 1 sheriff deputy thought the first shot might have been a rail 'road torpedo' but after hearing the second realized it was rifle fire. Affidavits from sheriff deputies provide the proofs they heard three shots all from a high powered rifle that were undifferentiated in the type of sound they made. A different sound between the three HPR shots is a myth propagated by the WC/R to cover up the fact that there were four shots fired and that three HPR shots occurred sometime after Z-312. You must also keep in context that these claims should not be isolated, there were 16 other sheriff deputies that immediately recognized the first shot to be from a high powered rifle and that two more followed, they did not differentiate the sounds. Don't focus on the exceptions. This would be a diversion and lead to confusion.

Brad / Larry, many things are conceivable, but there is no need to discuss these fringe ideas mainly because none of them are needed to explain how the assassination occurred. If a car bomb had exploded it would have certainly pointed to a conspiracy, which may not have been possible to sweep under the rug. The following maybe a real example of disinformation used to divert attention, William Cooper became convinced that GREER turned and shot KENNEDY, he based this theory on a undisclosed 'insiders' knowledge, this knowledge most likely came from the CIA to divert COOPER and discredit his other works. To those that trusted what COOPER said, they may have wasted a lot of time studying GREER instead of real evidence. I believe the same disinformation arose with the UM, man in the sewer and man in Dal-Tex building..etc., as long as these wild theories can divert our attention they will continue to arise, such as the latest... HICKEY accidentally killing KENNEDY. Some of these fringe theories no doubt do arise from well intentioned but misinformed researchers. All of this should tell researcher...after 50 years, that we have missed something fundamental about the assassination, there is more information about this event than probably any single event in history, yet after 50 years there is more confusion today then ever. Why have we continued to solve a puzzle in the same manner for 50 years? We have been stubborn and somewhat dull but persistent in avoiding the truth. Larry, I have a problem with conspirators coming forward claiming to have been a part of the assassination, when we have seen many witnesses murdered for the mere knowledge of seeing something, the conspirators are not going to allow someone that actually has inside information to broadcast it. The exception is EH HUNT who provided an outline of the 'Big Event' to his son upon his death. I believe HUNT still believed what he had done was for the benefit of the country but felt his son deserved to know some truths concerning his fathers life. These 'conspirators' coming forward are CIA diversions, publicity seekers or just looking for a way to cash in on conspiracy theorists frenzy to find an answer to the truth. None of which is necessary to resolve the assassination mystery. We are continually prodded to continue our never ending search, looking for the smoking gun, a clear photograph of one of the snipers, the real original Zapruder film that some wackos claim to have once seen... we have become convinced that we must have that key piece of evidence that unequivocally proves the conspiracy before we can form some sort of official conclusion, but I offer to you all in ALTGENS #6 OSWALD IS standing on the steps, but the overwhelming response is NO IT IS LOVELADY!!!I Alternatively - with OSWALD rejected I will also say, we do not require the original Zapruder film we do not require that one clear photograph of a sniper, there is abundant evidence showing how the assassination occurred and abundant evidence showing that the WC created a second fictional story to obscure the truth and this story has been supported by the news media since the moment the assassination occurred. Lets get real.

Robert, Oops...I forgot one question. Do you believe the Wiegman film has been edited? My email friends question why just a couple frames after the JFK limo is seen on Elm St. why Zapruder & Sitzman are missing from their filming spot on the pedestal as Wiegman makes his way towards what is believed to be the Hesters (where the fellow gets up off the woman & runs to look out the back side of the pergola? They were following the late Jack White's analysis in this are & tell me Jack believed Zapruder & Sitzman were added to films & static photos but did not consider the possibility that Dave Wiegman's film had been edited & portions including Zapruder & Sitzman had been excised, only to resume once they had left their filming spot. What do you think? BM FYI - My browser will not allow me to quote, this is why I cut and paste. Yes I believe all films have been edited, portions removed and or frames removed. The Zapruder film also had special effects added to create the appearance of spray to give the illusion that a shot came from the rear.

Robert, several of my friends interested in this topic that have not yet joined the Education Forum have asked me to present you with some of their questions: Brad, thank you for the interest and the questions (1) Do you think it is possible that the entire ambush was carried out with silenced weapons & the explosions witnesses heard were the result of demolitions (flash-bang grenades, fireworks, etc.)? Some believe the Cuban was Orlando Bosch, demolitions man. Could such devices have generated the gun smoke people smelled on the ground or traveling down the slope of Elm St. in the caravan? Brad, I think it would be highly unlikely that the assassination utilized more than 1 silenced shot, and three shots from a high powered rifle. One part of the evidence that is peculiar is the smoke that was generated on the knoll, It is strange that snipers would use a weapon or ammunition that would generate a large amount of smoke, if anything they would use smokeless powder, I am going to be consulting with an expert tomorrow to get an opinion if a modern weapon could possibly have generated the smoke. It occurred to me that the smoke might have been a distraction to draw attention away from the monument area and the rail yards to provide time to evacuate unseen. There is adequate evidence that all of the shots came from DP, knoll and monument areas, gun smoke would have been generated and detected. No evidence for explosions, the three shots from a high powered rifle sounded essentially the same. (2) Why would shooters need a signal (umbrella man) with Dealey Plaza being so small & the North pergola practically 'in your face' as a vehicle clears the sidewalk monument? Visual signals were essential, the shooter teams had to know beyond a doubt that the assassination was a go and that everything was in in place, someone had to provide this signal, also there were extras within DP these people had assignments to control the area before and in the aftermath of the assassination. Here is a gif of a lady in black, stepping onto the curb, she has a cane or umbrella raised over her head, ROSEMARY WILLIS can be seen to stop running as she passes this woman, because ROSEMARY starts to stop running immediately and then turns to look at this woman it is logical to conclude that the woman said something to ROSEMARY to stop her from running into the kill zone. It is also logical that both the UM and CM were signaling, the difference might have been that the CM was signaling to the shooters and the UM was signaling to the extras. The shooter team would not have knowledge of who the extras were and visa versa, each team would have to have one person they knew to trust to provide the go signal. (3) Do you believe the South knoll extending from the South Pergola to the corner of the car park & the railroad bridge over Commerce Street was the source of any shots? Based on evidence, first shot came from corner of wall, black dog man, fired silenced shot, HPR from gk, HPR from monument area, HPR possibly the gk (4) People reported police in the area behind the stockade fence that they observed before & after the attack. How did these police get there (were they dropped off or did they have a vehicle parked in the railroad yards)? Could a police cruiser have been the means shooters used to dispose of their weapons and/or get transported out of the area after the attack? These were not police, these were members of the shooter teams dressed as police and some carrying secret service credentials. They essentially walked away from the scene. don't know how they removed the weapon, ARNOLD claims at least one was dismantled and handed to a man in a rail road workers uniform, who carried it away. (5) Are you planning on uploading your analysis in a series of videos with graphics on YouTube? My analysis is available on JFKASSASSINATION.COM under threads designated as DTL - # - 'name' The DTL stands for Deconstructing The Lies, there are 13 or 14 threads with extensive evidence and analysis and conjecture. That's all for now. You may not be aware of it, but you have several interested in this topic lurking regularly & saving your analysis. No, but I hope that what is posted is helping them understand the truth. Sincerely, BM PS: The suspicion that Umbrella Man poisoned JFK with a fleshette is hard for people to shake off. Evidently, the information disclosed from the Frank Church Committee about the weapon in existence convinced people that Umbrella Man attacked JFK with it & refuse to let go of that assumption. Brad, I don't know how to argue with crazy. If someone cares to evaluate evidence I would be happy to continue to provide evidence and analyze the connections, 50 years of crazy has been difficult to defeat.

Within testimony is truths if one understands the proper perspective to view the assassination, truths can be identified. Give truth some consideration. Pat posted "When one actually reads the statements of these men one finds 1) the "antics taking place on the sidewalk" was in fact a fellow newsman dropping film thrown to him by Jackson. 2) Jackson and the other newsmen said the first shot rang out AFTER this incident." Posted was graphic evidence proving these newsmen were busy watching the antics on the sidewalk at least until Z-249. The newsmen claimed the first shot they heard happened AFTER watching the antics. Reason and logic dictate that according to these witnesses the first shot they heard had to have occurred sometime after Z-249. They all claimed to have heard three shots. This portion of their testimony follows the 'Assassination Four Shot Model'; the first shot was silent, these men did not hear it because we know with all certainty the first shot came before Z-249. This in itself proves the first shot was silenced, that not many witnesses heard it. The first shot these witnesses could have possibly have heard had to have come at Z-313, then two more shots followed. "When one actually reads the statements" actually reading the statements is not enough, one needs to understand what is being said. Although these men lied about shots coming from the TSBD, there is still valuable information within their testimonies that can help define the assassination such as timing of the shots and that there were more than three shots fired during the assassination and that at least one was silenced and three where from a high powered rifle that occurred after Z-312.

DARNELL was traveling in the same vehicle as Robert H. Jackson, Tom Dillard, Mal Couch and James R. Underwood and does not corroborate their testimonies in his 11/29/1963 FBI report, to make the point DARNELL sates that he never looked to the TSBD building during the assassination. Does this not mean there was nothing about the TSBD that drew his attention, such as shots from a high powered rifle, he does not even mention anything about a newsman in the vehicle claiming to have seen a weapon in a window. DARNELL was not asked to provide testimony because his story does not support the fiction the WC was busy creating. It is easy to surmise this is the same reason the national newsmen were also ignored.

And why is it that the only testimonies came from newsmen from Dallas? Why do we not have testimony from the national news guys in motorcade? assistant White House press secretary Malcolm Kilduff (right front) Merriman Smith, UPI (middle front); Jack Bell, AP; Robert Baskin, Dallas Morning News; Bob Clark, ABC News (rear). David Wiegman Jr., NBC; Thomas J. Craven Jr., CBS; Thomas "Ollie" Atkins, White House photographer; John Hofan, an NBC sound engineer; Cleveland Ryan, a lighting technician. Frank Cancellare, UPI Cecil Stoughton, White House photographer; Henry Burroughs, AP Art Rickerby, Life magazine; Donald C. “Clint” Grant, Dallas Morning News. Jimmy Darnell, WBAP-TV, Fort Worth As well as Drivers Every one of these men must have had an impression as to where the shots came from, many of them rode in a convertible and would have had a good view of the TSBD and the SN window and chances are they were not distracted by some antics on the sidewalk while the assassination was occurring. Why not consider all the evidence in context, instead of centering on bits and pieces that have been strung together to form a fictional story. Photographers ran into DP to take photographs and film in the aftermath of the gunfire, this should be of paramount importance to determine where the shots originated from, the concept of shots coming from the TSBD is not supported by actions, to believe that human nature, capabilities and human tendencies somehow completely failed or became unpredictable would be absurd to even contemplate, yet this is exactly what must be concluded to believe any shots came from the TSBD and that 4-600 witnesses where completely and utterly fooled.

They claimed they were aware of three shots having been fired from a HPR from the sixth floor of the TSBD, what then are they doing watching antics on the sidewalk? The sound of the HPR shots was claimed to have been heard by two witnesses two blocks away from DP, it was a tremendously loud noise. EUINS was a ninth grader Also claimed 4 shots, do you ignore this? WORREL was in high school Also claimed 4 shots, do you ignore this? ROWLAND may have noticed DOUGHERTY working on the 6th floor, DOUGHERTY was there working until just a few minutes before he went down to the 5th floor when the shots where heard. BONNIE RAY WILLIAMS ate his lunch on the sixth floor, in the snipers nest, according to initial police reports, he left a bag of chicken bones and a bottle of soda behind, attributed to OSWALD eating his lunch there, WC later tried to distance WILLIAMS from the SN, it is conceivable that WILLIAMS actually was still on the sixth floor during the assassination. Pat, maybe you want to compare your data base with mine someday, you might be surprised.

What you say about majority of witnesses claiming the shots came from the TSBD can be proven to be untrue, it is a misconception or a myth. When I have time I will try to prove this to you if you want to understand what the truth is. It amazes me that you continue to believe the TSBD was a part of the assassination when there is no photographic evidence that supports that witnesses attention was on the TSBD following the gunfire. Almost all attention was directed at the knoll and monument areas then rail yards. How is it virtually every person depicted in film and photographs following the gunfire could have been so fooled? Even TRULY who lead BAKER to the roof initially believed BAKER needed to get to the roof to get an overview of the rail yards, he was shocked to discover BAKER thought the shots came from the TSBD, TRULY knew they had come from the knoll. BAKER is revealed in his lies when he gets on top of the roof, the first thing he does is to run to the West side to look at the rail yards, afterwards as an afterthought BAKER does a quick inspection of the roof. Pick and choose the evidence that suits you but this is the truth. What happed to the hierarchy of photographs trump testimony, how is it when photographs do not support dogma it can be discarded in favor of certain specific testimony?

Pat, I have already provided adequate proof that COUCH is an unreliable witness and testimony impeached. COUCH can say whatever suits his needs, the fact is COUCH does not film the TSBD couch films DP in the aftermath of the shooting. This goes to the adage don't believe what they say believe what they do. If the TSBD /SN had been important to COUCH, in that a HPR weapon had just been fired from this location, then COUCH would have most certainly filmed it, he did not, he did not even bother with the TSBD because it was unimportant at the time, it was a non-issue, it did not become important until much later when the authorities claimed the SN as the location for the shooting. You can see every photograph and film in the aftermath of the assassination is focused on the knoll and monument areas, all of the attention of witnesses are on these areas, the TSBD is not of any importance, none. Immediately after the gunfire, when BAKER was running to the TSBD, he had to push his way through employees that were moving back into the building to return to work. It must be obvious there was no concern from them that a shot had come from within the building. Virtually every employee returned to work in the TSBD immediately following the gunfire, regardless of the later statements they made to the FBI or WC where some of them thought maybe the shots had come from the TSBD.

Pat, the news media has staged photographs to recreate the news, this is common practice, some iconic photographs we believed where real are now known to have been staged. The Dillard photo is staged 1) DILLARD claimed to believe the shots came from the TSBD, yet he takes only two photos of the TSBD then leaves DP 2) If you look at the DILLARD photographs they do not contain STYLES and other women in the windows on the fourth floor 3) I forget which of the men is looking toward the camera, but at a time when all the activity is supposed to be on the knoll and rail yards, he is looking directly into the camera, watch the birdie. 4) We know the WC demanded > ?FOR SOME REASON? <, these men recreate their exact positions, exactly how they were in the windows while watching the motorcade, DILLARD merely captured this recreation. 5) NORMAN, WILLIAMS and JARMAN claimed they jumped up and ran to the windows on the West side to see the activity or they jumped up floated the notion that the shots may have come from somewhere within the TSBD then ran to the windows on the West side to see the activity in the rail yards. 6) there is no look of surprise on the faces in Dillard's photograph, they look devoid of emotions to me. From the testimonies of NORMAN, WILLIAMS and JARMAN they claimed to be extremely excited and reacted accordingly. It is important to put all of the evidence into context. The WC recreated NORMAN, WILLIAMS and JARMAN appearing in the windows, DILLARD or some other photographer captured this photograph and it became evidence. Also note: proof has also been posted that impeaches DILLARDS testimony, he should be considered to be unreliable, his two photographs of the TSBD must be considered suspect.

Underwood, KRLD-TV Dallas (this would also included testimony from PO BAKER who should be considered unreliable and testimony impeached) According to the WC/R story line, which these four men supported, requires that two shots had already been fired, the newsmen can be seen in this graphic to be concerned with some antics taking place on the sidewalk while two shots had already supposedly been fired by a HPR from a sixth floor window, in which these men claimed hearing and discussing and eventually seeing. Photographic evidence can not be correlated to testimony that is in support of the WC/R, the conclusion must be the WC/R is a creation to cover the truth and build a false case against OSWALD who was the 'patsy' or the entire body of photographic evidence has been tampered with purposely to not support the WC/R theory. As I have posted, this graphic shows a period of time where the WC/R claims multiple shots have already been fired, as well as does all Conspiracy theories, please note there is not anyone depicted in this photographic media that seems to be distracted or aware of gunfire, this supports the 'Assassination Four Shot Model' in that the first HPR shot heard by anyone in DP comes at Z-313. The people captured in these images have not yet heard gunfire, including the officer depicted on the left. I would like to hear any comments from those that still believe shots from a HPR came before Z-313 and an explanation as to why there is not any apparent reactions from ANY witnesses until after Z-313. Then why did many witnesses fall to the ground after Z-313 or can be seen to react?

This officers attention is directly toward the location that WEIGMAN had run to, I don't remember off hand what his name was but he was stationed on one of the corners the corner at Houston and Elm, he also ignored the TSBD and ran toward the monument area in DP. Is this officer serious or not about this location?
