Calvin Hicks was one of those under the radar guys at JWWAVE. He worked on JMATE. Was a paramilitary/ops guy prior to BOP invasion. (pg 36) Worked at Quarter's Eye. Mr. Hicks was assigned to JMATE Project in October 1960 as an operations officer in the Paramilitary section. His years of' Agency experience and varied operational assignments enabled him to immediately take hold and perform the many functions required in the Paramilitary Operations Section in a most outstanding manner. This included recruitment, training, briefing, debriefing and in -exfiltration of:agents supervision of the infiltration of supplies and bodies for the Paramilitary Operations Section·; case officer· for certain high level agents and their W/T Operators inside the target area.. Was from Texas. Worked for David Phillips during the "Chilean upheaval". He later worked for Harvey on Task Force W , the 303 Committee. and later the Intelligence Watch (IW). Sorry Michael and Ron. I meant Vidal was WITH umbrella man. (Best Trumpian correction 🙂 ) The identification that Vidal was the radio man/Cuban guy came from James Richards. He had contacted Vidal's family and they confirmed that it was Felipe that was there. Most of the pictures you see of Vidal floating around were from James Richards who got them from Vidal's family members. Vidal's good friend Hargraves was sitting next to him on the curb.

This is 429 pages long. Takes quite a while to load. I haven't read the whole thing but there is lots going on here. On page 22 Nagell gives a description of Leopoldo and "Wrangell" to Jones Harris. Claims that Ferrie knew them both. Also claims that Leon Oswald was alive on Sept 14 or 15 but NOT alive after Sept 19, 1963. Claimed there were 3 plots: 1. Dec 1962 Miami Armory 2. June 1963 L.A.
