  1. Correct. Not at all. And the cost of enough ammo to get up to speed for a poor person like LHO is substantial.
  2. One problem with the Myer animation is his use of the entry and exit points of the projectile and his use of the jacket as a reference (I'm not much steeped in the effort I admit). I believe (going from memory here) that I did a 3d model of Kennedy when you and Cliff were having the discussion and mapped JFK's shirt onto the model and ignored the jacket. The shirt clearly shows the entry/exit and using the real shirt as the mapped material reduces the potential inaccuracies to almost nil regarding those two points of reference. A fitted shirt closely aligns with his skin and the bunching of the jacket and angles become less of a problem. If I recall correctly, I did this to demonstrate the wound location in contrast to the WR locations and confirmed in my mind that Cliff was correct about that. I don't remember going as far as projecting a path through the wound locations (for whatever reason - it's not hard) but imagine I wasn't certain of the torso position. I may still have those models somewhere on an old computer, but the effort wasn't as full-throated as either of these two. I was just goofing around for fun at that time but if I were to redo it to confirm anything (at least in my mind) that's where I'd start. I'm pretty certain my impression showed that the path suggested a level or barely negligible declination or descending path relative to JFK's position. Lotsa variables though.
  3. I'll gently suggest my posts directed at you are because in spite of the fact you have something to offer here you continuously post obnoxious insults meant to derail threads and start flame wars and it gets tiresome. I've read other posts of yours that present cogent arguments in a more or less respectful manner. Then you circle in to add arrogant blather I suppose to elevate yourself (I don't know why you think it does) and belittle people rather than speaking to something you actually know something about. As far as your vision I'm sorry to hear that and I will refrain from teasing about errors related to it. My hope is you will cease with the tr011ing and add to dissecting the JFKA with whatever point of view you have and the experience you've accumulated. Or go away if you're not interested in that.
  4. Yeah, there is. J Walker typing hahaha. You do know when there's a little squiggly red line under it that means it need to be checked for spelling. Don't believe me? Ask the nurse or the bar tender, whoever is closest. Or both. Go away.
  5. It's not sour grapes if you're referring to me. Are they correctable? The position of the seats? The torsos? Deflection of the projectile? I think these are good to describe a theory and possibly to refute or confirm Meyer's animation, but he concludes his effort to say he's established it as fact and I'm skeptical. I think they can get a nuts-on creation of the terrain and buildings but the position of the vehicles? I dunno. I applaud the effort to be sure and am definitely interested in the results.
  6. I thought I read somewhere that the coffin couldn't fit through the door on AF 1 with the handles and they were removed.
  7. But David, explain this. This thread is about the shot sequence. Here is an earnest, firsthand witness who contradicts himself very clearly. You can't mistake the certainty about his recollection nor the problem with it that he's not aware of. He alludes to a mystery but seems to favor the WR.
  8. You're really not very good at this are you? Here's your post on the topic of Oswald and the CIA: While you're looking for the ten people who can count in Arizona maybe you can find somebody who can help you spell too? Or is that the J Walker typing hahaha? You could go tr011 at the home instead of here you know.
  9. Where would I find them or search for them? It's interesting for sure.
  10. I phrased it incorrectly. That's what I meant. Belin leading, coaching or grooming the answer. That's my suspicion at least.
  11. Are you suggesting that Bellin coached him how to answer off the record? That's what it looks like.
  12. Because of a series of bad breaks they weren't able to do so. Spastic multi-agency-wide equipment failures at inconvenient times. Much of the rest got fumbled into the incinerator on top of that. Very unfortunate.
  13. In this particular case, the report of the shots occurring - pow... pow-pow - seems to me to be nearly unanimous. I could be wrong as I've never inventoried the witness testimony, but most of what I have heard includes the final two shots being in such quick succession that Oswald couldn't have fired them. If true, that makes Oswald the lone shooter the actual conspiracy theory. I have enough firearms experience to know firing the MC in such a way is nearly impossible. Recovering from the recoil and reacquiring a moving target 100 yards away is quite the feat. I believe experts have said 2.3 seconds is required to rechamber a round after firing but would severely limit the ability of the shooter to accurately aim the rifle even with a 4x scope. Probability comes into play here even if it isn't necessarily probative. It makes sense to look at other possibilities.
  14. @Sandy Larsen And speaking of models how do they know the correct dimensions of the vehicle? They don't because the evidence was altered and destroyed IIRC and that makes a fairly large difference. I believe design drawings have been used to establish the vehicle dimensions. As I'm sure you know when constructing something designers and engineers produce a drawing, not the actual thing they're designing. Joe in production actually creates the "thing" and the drawing isn't usually built perfectly corresponding with what's on paper. When Joe says to his boss "The window actuator won't fit with the door panel reinforcement here" his boss says, "Make it work somehow and write it up." The as-built record usually doesn't happen. Sometimes the engineers send an order to "design build" meaning they aren't committing anything to paper and are relying on production to design as needed. All this is to say without the actual limo, in the state it was in that day (tire pressure, weight load and distribution etc) the very beginning of the effort has a degree of uncertainty, without any other variables considered, to be conclusive. Any other errors could result in a cascade of inaccurate data. I feel confident that Myer's evidence could be refuted successfully in court and that's true of this effort also.
  15. Yeah, the problem is with any of these recreations it's very difficult to establish any certainty. It's great they're creating the models and I think the point clouds are accurate and all which is great for a historical record but there are so many variables in the end I think they'll only be able to demonstrate probabilities rather than make any conclusions. Myer's "proof" is ridiculous of course, as anyone in the field would likely point out. I don't even know whether they can accurately establish when the shots were fired which could introduce a large error from a difference of a fraction of a second. It's tempting to say work backwards from a conclusion and see if it agrees with the data but that has problems also. What they're using now I tried to develop in 1994 or so (when Windows was known as Chicago) as an as-built system for large and technical construction projects (biotech, hospitals etc). The project was called Attic (archive) and unfortunately predated the capabilities of the time. It's interesting to see someone try their hand at it in almost exactly the same way. Frankly, when I do architectural/design pre-viz stuff today I still find inaccuracies after I went out with a tape and measured the damn thing hahaha. This type of effort is a good way to explain a theory and I applaud the effort but remain skeptical regardless of the result. Myer's conclusion is ridiculously advanced as proof but is over-baked methinks.
  16. Gil - You uploaded a video of I believe a speechwriter who held off on leaving town and was in the motorcade - something like that. He seemed to be a supporter of the WC but as he was recounting his story, he explained how he heard a pow-pow,pow report but it didn't seem to occur to him that Oswald couldn't have done that. I was going to post it but for the life of me can't find it it's driving me nuts (short drive around the corner). Who was that? I was going to post it here.
  17. @Lori Spencer These may be of interest to you. Lotsa info on Walter Sheridan from the LaRouche magazine Executive Intelligence Review. Not my political cup of tea and I can't vouch for the reporting but worth the read. Borrows from Hougan's book "Spooks" quite heavily. A lot of stuff on Sheridan taking down Garrison. Quite an interesting read for anyone interested in the JFKA. Seems NBC has a lot to hide and if true, it's no wonder they blither on the way they do. Goes on about Bloomfield and Permindex. A lot of this could be why the Sheridan collection has been shielded by RFK's family and NBC. part 1 https://larouchepub.com/eiw/public/1981/eirv08n49-19811222/eirv08n49-19811222_052-introducing_nbcs_walter_sheridan.pdf part 2 https://larouchepub.com/eiw/public/1981/eirv08n50-19811229/eirv08n50-19811229_058-how_permindexs_walter_sheridan_t.pdf part 3 https://larouchepub.com/eiw/public/1982/eirv09n02-19820112/eirv09n02-19820112_055-sheridans_operations_against_tea.pdf Permindex related: The Permindex Connection (larouchepub.com)
  18. Exactly. Why they needed some new-fangled "pulse camera" or whatever is another interesting question. A motion picture camera with an intervalometer would do exactly the same thing all day and night. It's been done since about 1910. Maybe that's what they were talking about but it's not and wasn't anything secret.
  19. I don't think that Gil posting this is in any way at odds with that. If today's political right somehow identifies with the extreme right of the 60's that requires introspection on their part not Gil's or anyone else's. Ruffle feathers it may, but I doubt anyone today looking at the KKK and Minuteman of JFK's time would feel the need to defend them or be upset about the obvious. Gil's illustration of the place and time is largely accurate and not an attempt to draw a comparison of anything today.
  20. Sure. I agree. It's helpful to the subject at hand. Let's see if it's real or not.
