Len Colby
Texas Republicans Disavow Foul-Mouthed Election Winner By DANIEL VICTOR MARCH 2, 2016 Photo Robert Morrow The Twitter account of the brash, outsider Republican is rife with conspiratorial accusations, declarations of dubious veracity and a stream of oftentimes crass language. Other party leaders say they wouldn’t be able to work with him. “He has a truly incredible history of making irresponsible and outrageous statements,” said Matt Mackowiak, the vice chairman of the Travis County Republicans in Texas. “That past will come to light, and it will be used against Republican candidates.” http://www.nytimes.com/2016/03/03/us/politics/texas-republicans-disavow-foul-mouthed-election-winner.html?_r=

Douglas Caddy
Roger Stone, who is a close friend of Robert Morrow and co-author of a book with him, gave Robert the idea of running for Travis County (Austin) Republican Chairman. Both Roger and Robert are Libertarians and former Republicans. Robert's candidacy and election is in sync with Roger's brilliant plotting over a year ago of Donald Trump's campaign whose aim is to shake up and destroy the entrenched political establishment in both parties. Personally I applaud what Robert has done and admire his guts in undertaking the endeavor that has made the Austin Republicans, headed by Gov. Abbott and former Gov. Perry, look ridiculous. You have to live in Texas as I do to comprehend the utter corruption of the state government under the Republicans who have ruled Texas politics for three decades. It was just as bad when the Democrats ruled for decades as one-party government brings out the worst. http://www.nytimes.com/2016/03/06/opinion/sunday/chickens-home-to-roost.html Edited March 6, 2016 by Douglas Caddy
Douglas Caddy
Robert is immune as to what people think about him. Obviously his coup in getting elected Travis County Republican Chairman is going to attract lots of attention to his prior extreme antics and over the top statements. The Republican Party leaders actually do look ridiculous because they knew he was on the Republican primary ballot and they did not mount an effort to educate the party faithful as to who he was and what he stood for. Now they've got a real problem on their hands but most likely with the power they have they will find a solution of sorts. I am a Bernie Sanders supporter who, like Trump, is trying to upend the political establishment. The chickens are indeed coming home to roost and it is about time. I have read that Robert supports Ted Cruz and has attacked Trump. I find this strange but let us not forget we are talking about Robert Morrow. Here is Roger Stone's take on Cruz, which is a forerunner of what Trump will use against Cruz in the next debate: http://dailycaller.com/2016/01/26/who-is-the-real-ted-cruz/
Larry Hancock
Very interesting article Douglas, talk about deep politics. And as to Robert, I'm afraid this sort of language is nothing new, at least in terms of his prior comments on Johnson, JFK etc.
David Andrews
I don't see Trump shaking up and destroying the Democratic Party one whit. In the end, he won't drive voters into Bernie Sanders' camp, but into Hillary's, which would seem to be the overarching strategy of his backers. Mockingbird press like this seems to be shepherding the reaction: http://www.slate.com/articles/news_and_politics/politics/2016/03/mitt_romney_s_only_weapon_against_donald_trump.html Edited March 7, 2016 by David Andrews
Douglas Caddy
I am a member of a tiny group that believes Hillary will have to drop out of the presidential campaign at some point because of her health issues and/or legal difficulties stemming from her email scandal. If this were to happen, Sanders would most likely be the Democrat's presidential nominee and between his call for revolution and that of Donald Trump both parties would be altered forever. http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2016/01/06/law-enforcement-officials-medical-professionals-theres-something-seriously-wrong-hillary-clintons-health/
David Andrews
The Clinton concussion rumor has been kicking around the supermarket counter tabloids for a year, with no one acting on it. As we know from the George W. Bush administration (not to mention the Reagan administration), the face sells but the team manages. It won't be the Trump team or the Sanders team. Weirder than a Trump presidency would be Bill and an ill Hill doing a reverse-Woodrow Wilson admin, but no one would blink at it, least of all on Capitol Hill. Kathleen Collins
No wonder Morrow is so rabidly obsessed with Democrat Lyndon Johnson, who probably had a hand in Kennedy's Assassination. Kathy C I didn't see this coming. Yikes!
Cliff Varnell
I am a member of a tiny group that believes Hillary will have to drop out of the presidential campaign at some point because of her health issues and/or legal difficulties stemming from her email scandal. I say this as a dedicated Bernie Sanders' man -- there is no Hillary e-mail scandal. It's a purely political witch-hunt. The Republicans politicized a national tragedy at Benghazi by politicizing the fog of war and an arbitrary retroactive gov't document classification system. Nail La Hillary for being a card-carrying member of the Globalist Oligarchy by all means, but this e-mail flap is nothing but Dominionist Oligarchy noise. The Globalists want to make the world safe for bankers. The Dominionists want to make the world safe for the Return of the Messiah Jesus. If this were to happen, Sanders would most likely be the Democrat's presidential nominee and between his call for revolution and that of Donald Trump both parties would be altered forever. http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2016/01/06/law-enforcement-officials-medical-professionals-theres-something-seriously-wrong-hillary-clintons-health/ The GOP empire is striking back at Trump. My crystal ball shows a Cruz-Kasich (or Kasich/Cruz) ticket emerging from a brokered convention. Edited March 16, 2016 by Cliff Varnell

Evan Burton
If Trump does get the nomination you can place bets on when he'll be assassinated. The most disturbing thing is that he makes Cruz look moderate.
