And then from Oct 14 to Nov 1 LEE Oswald is still in Atsugi being treated... then on Nov 2 LEE OSWALD leaves from YOKOSUKA for SF, USA If this is all LEE OSWALD with him winding up at El Toro... HARVEY could conceivably go straight to Santa Ana from Taiwan or Yokosuka. There is nothing I can find that placed HARVEY back in Atsugi before LEE leaves on Nov 2 The following is the only notation in his Marine Med record AFTER 10/31/58.... Here is my timeline... If HARVEY never makes it back to ATSUGI while LEE is finishing up his treatments, there is no conflict. Steve... I've made the argument that the clothes BLEDSOE describes was fed to her after the fact... "3 buttons missing, hole in elbow, grey pants, unkept..." since the Briarloom shirt and grey pants are found in the bottom drawer at Beckley. Yet... you have this nice holster which 'probably' houses the pistol when not in use. He would then have to remove the pistol from the holster and leave the empty holster to be found? So I find out that there is a list of items NOT PHOTOGRAPHED... So what do we find? Yet ANOTHER Wallet, except this one does not list the faked ALEX HIDELL SSS card starting with "42" . We must remember that all these items were taken the night of the 22nd and returned on the 26th to be photographed and taken back... More items were returned from FBI than was taken. is the photo of the HOLSTER at the DPD 11/26.... wonder why they would list that in the NOT LIST ??? NONE of the items in this Wallet are claimed to have been photographed IN DALLAS... but of course we have the FBI photos of them. Finally - we'd have to agree that little if anything is 100% in this case.... we also should agree that the evidence designed to focus attention on Oswald was found to the point of overkill by our FBI and DPD men... the duplicity runs rampant in this case... (While living at 101 San Saba "Marge" is taken to 2220 Thomas by Stripling to pick up some things) - multiple residences were truly not uncommon as one looks thru the Oswald history... as well as Inventory page #11199/11200 which ends with Item #455 and then proceeds to list everything that might be found in/on a dresser & bathroom. I voice my support for Ed's work (among others tackling this question) and the ongoing duplicity of the evidence at every turn. What would be nice is dropping the "I'm right - You're wrong" POV and simply admit that while there is evidence supporting each argument, the focus of the investigation was LEE HARVEY... there is no advantage or disadvantage for Oswald being at Beckley... So June 1958 is the Oswald altercation with a superior officer.... he gets Conf SSCM June 27 - 30 and July 1 - 24... but that's extended to Aug 12th... 6 weeks in the brig and busted down from PFC to PVT.... yet the sentence was only 28 days.... It would be LEE OSWALD who is in the brig and stays in Japan while HARVEY comes to Atsugi and then departs for TAIWAN on Sept 14th... It would appear that both men are at Atsugi in Aug/Sept 1958 before HARVEY goes to PING TUNG and LEE goes back to El Toro... But first - a 1 MONTH LEAVE (Nov 19 - Dec 18, 1958) only a couple months after getting out of the brig.... (and with the same 2 lines crossed out above it) It appears to be right around this time that HARVEY takes over for LEE while LEE is sent back to El TORO

Yes I do and I'll remind you that you showed me how the grade cards were simply modified (#1 and #3 from my composite) so while not lining up, the grades from that first line are the same... #2 is a completely different card - CE1873-B - and I recently found yet another version (Bottom) with the WILLING ST address which they only lived in while Lee was in 2nd grade. They moved from 8th to Willing then to Ewing... the completed CUMULATIVE RECORD has them jumping from 8th to Ewing... on 3/18/48 he changes schools at the same time they move to Willing.... Notice too that on Card #1 the destination is #18 Clayton yet it says "Original record sent to #28 5-9-49" by that date there would have been 4 lines of school years like on Card #3 On the newer, yellow BOTTOM CARD - why doesn't it match card #2 - it completely skips over 1-27-47 while the final cumulative record skips over 2nd grade entirely..

And I'll have to disagree with you... the only photos we have or a young Oswald other than school photos, are all Lee... ear-bends-ID and all... We know the large image is LEE... with a close-up of the ear 3rd from the left... next to the arrest photo ear you posted The top right image was from a color version of the same photo you posted... didn't transfer well.... In January 1943 while Lee was still 2 - as in that photo - John and Robert are sent away to the orphanage... given how poor Marge claims she was - those MUST be hand-me-down clothes... All three boys are in the orphanage as MARGE MEETS EDWIN at the Naval Base in Algiers.... Orphanage application says she was a telephone operator in Dec 1942 when putting Lee in.... What makes you think the photo above is HARVEY - the little refugee boy from Hungary (as if) Mr. JENNER - Your mother did remind you repeatedly that you were orphans?Mr. PIC - Yes, sir.Mr. JENNER - That sort of thing. In July of 1962 - according the the info I have - Oswald and Marina were at 1501 W 7th the ROTARY APTS "Marguerite" then returned to Fort Worth and rented apartment #101 at the Rotary Apartments, 1501 W. 7th. T he manager of the apartments, Mr. L. R. Huffman, remembered that 'Marguerite" worked regularly as a practical nurse. The MERCEDES in Ft. Worth is indeed a vacant lot with driveway apron... 2703 Mercedes in Benbrook does not exist... 1420 Mercedes is the largest numbered address... Looking at the time period from a H&L POV... Lee "appears" to have been in Louisiana training at Lake Ponchartrain where FERRIE and ARACIA SMITH set up a camp and armed the recruits... the Lake is directly between 120 N Telemachus and 600 W 24th... 1961 while Our Ozzie is in Minsk: from H&L Fred Leemans, and his employees at Canal Street Baths, were witnesses to Lee Oswald's presence in New Orleans in 1961 and his friendship with Clay Shaw, aka Clay Bertrand. July 1962: Betty Parrott, the girlfriend of CIA Agent William Dalzell, recalled that several waiters at the Court of Two Sister's Restaurant on Bourbon Street knew Lee Oswald. The significance of Leander D'avy's testimony is that it places Lee Oswald in New Orleans in the summer of 1962 while Harvey Oswald was in Fort Worth.

Agreed... but that is LEE and his real mother... as for timing... the summer of '47 was the time GEORGIA BELL claims short, fat Marge and her little son are living at 101 San Saba.... With the real Marge and Lee gone.... and Marge EKDAHL buying San Saba in July 1947... the 2 boarders called themselves OSWALD and were there Summer 1947 is starting to make a little more sense now.... With GE owning EBASCO... and GE's close ties to the government at the time... AND both Ekdahl and EBASCO being in NY the same time Marge et al are there.... and the Fuhrman's and the Tippit call and HUNGARY and then back around to the IRC... I believe we need to run scenarios related to Oswald's duplicity and the entire EKDAHL time period.... FWIW DJ

This is from the trip Ekdahl and Marge took in the summer of 1947 I believe as they were still married, yet on the outs with Edwin shacking up with some woman on 8th street... I believe this was an attempt to smooth things out... I used his school photos to place the year... couldn't be summer 48 as Ekdahl was gone...and in 46 she moved to Covington, LA while the marriage was having probs... Or the whole thing with EKDAHL had some other purpose since he was a wealthy socialite intellectual while Marge was nothing of the sort... Ekdahl, Korth and the Ft Worth crowd were trying to take control of the Electrical supply from all the small independents... that's what the company where Ekdahl worked did... - The company was formed from the Electric Bond and Share Company, a holding company that sold securities of electric utilities. It was created by General Electric in 1905 - -Wiki Ekdahl's office was nearby in the Texas Electric Service Company (TESCO) Building at 408 West Seventh... Yup, that's what we found as well.... see the FBI report related to Sept 1, age 6 and Benbrook down below 1 - From which source does this record originate? These would have to be the alphabetized master records of children at the different schools within a school district (Ft Worth; Arlington; etc.) 2 - What is the likelihood that the source, transfer, &/or digitization was altered 3 - the timing coincides with a few important events and some serious fibbing from Robert 4 - That letter from the WORTH HOTEL is 2 days before the supposed enrollment CE1873-C claims to offer his 1st grade info yet it starts with JANUARY 29, 1947 - which we all know was 2nd grade... what they offer starts on 1/27/47 at Lily B Clayton... There is no mention of San Saba or the BENBROOK SCHOOL.... and in true WCR style, the description is on one page while the cards on another paired with the next year's data... But first.... I MISREAD THE TOP IMAGE as June 47 instead of January... and the change in placement of the subjects... but this starts with 2nd grade at Lily B.... nothing here relates to entering Benbrook in Oct 1945.... and since we have a partial year to begin the card... why do we not see the BENBROOK SCHOOL partial year from Nov 1, 1945 to May 1946(??) - his mastoid operation was in FEB 1946.... We have that FBI report (below) related to specific requirements and info found on his BENBROOK ENROLLMENT CARD... which I'm still looking to find....

Correct - NANCY LEE OSWALD from 1947/8 offers nothing more than these TARRANT county records... Harvey Francis Oswald was one of Robert Sr's brothers.... as to the rule about entry ages for children starting school... I believe you had to be 6 by Sept 1st... Lee would be 6 in Oct '45 I believe we got this info from the Tarrant County people... I still am having a hard time with the creation of a person - in the first place - and that fictional person just happens to live with HARVEY OSWALD and MARGE EKDAHL ???
