  1. Mr. Skakel, who spent close to 11 years in prison, left Thursday as a free man on Bond, his conviction overturned. So not all the Kennedy's are cursed. Kathy C
  2. To me, LHO did not shoot anyone that day. I believe he was supposed to be waiting for a phone call and that running cop was trying to shoot him, only a woman was standing next to LHO. I'm not surprised that someone shot a film from the South Knoll, besides Orville Nix and Mary Moorman, because these photos and films were confiscated and some people never got their films back. From: “Studies In Murder” by Edmund Lester Pearson. Bill, please get the date right on Karyn Kupcinet. Few people do, including Penn Jones Jr. She was killed, according to police, on November 28, 1963 around 12:30 am, Thanksgiving. She was found on November 30, 1963 around 7:30 pm by actor Mark Goddard and his then wife, Marcia Rogers Goddard, daughter to Henry C. Rogers, talent agent and friend of Irv Kupcinet.
  4. When I was friends with a certain researcher, he showed me photos of the exhumation of President Kennedy, done in the middle of the night. They wanted to move the President to a more prominent or spacious space. There was a photo of Ted Kennedy standing next to an empty grave. Next to him on the ground, lay a stainless steel container that could very well have what was left of Kennedy's brain. This happened in 1967. Jackie came to the cemetery when it was all finished and prayed at the grave. I don't know where I read this next one -- but not in the scandal sheets. Bobby and Jackie had President Kennedy cremated in late November so he wouldn't be dug up in the future for a further autopsy. The funeral parlor they picked had a cremation record for someone in late November 1963, but did not list whom they cremated. I don't know how much of this is true. It would mean the coffin they buried Kennedy in was empty or carried his ashes -- maybe in that stainless steel container. Kathy C
  5. Dear Duncan, You do deserve a lot of credit for bringing forth that picture. Yes, it does look like Lee Odom. But Tan Jacket Man doesn't seem to have Lee Odom's ears. Kathy C
  6. I agree. In those days I don't think most Americans thought of it being a change in government. Do they know about us now, as we're facing martial law. Two days ago Illinois had signs saying martial law was in effect. The soldiers demanded to get into homes. There was a riot in Chicago. Chicago became a very crime-driven town in the past year or so. I think that some of that crime was done on purpose so they could enact martial law. And John McCain is behind it. Yes, other countries know us better than we know ourselves. I don't think we saw this coming. Don't laugh, but I believe Obama is the Anti-Christ. Kathy C
  7. Gordon Arnold was filming the motorcade on Elm St. according to Anthony DiFiore. What happened to this film? Could it be the "Other" film? He was in a good location. Kathy C
  8. Robert L. White had a Museum exhibit in St. Petersburg, showcasing his life-long collection of Kennedy things. I met him when he gave a speech at the Hudson library in Florida. A certain friend of mine took me to the museum, but it was closed as it was a holiday. We went upstairs anyway. The Kennedy exhibit was taken down. The next day I heard that Robert L. White had died. He was in his early 50's. He didn't look like a sick man. It was sudden and was diagnosed a heart attack. I felt that was suspicious. My friend didn't think so. Here's an article from an auction house. Something is not right about his dying early. ohn F. Kennedy: The Exhibition at Florida International MuseumIt was his dream to eventually transform the Collection into a permanent exhibit within a museum, which focused not only on John F. Kennedy, but on one of the most tumultuous eras in American history. In 1999, Robert was able to realize this vision when his Collection became the cornerstone and focus of the Florida International Museum in St. Petersburg, Florida. The Robert L. White Collection was displayed there, with galleries traveling nationally and internationally, through 2003. While on display, Robert was able to share personally his knowledge and enthusiasm with the many thousands who visited. Robert and his Collection were afforded the deserved respect for his life-time of effort. Two years ago, at age fifty-four, Robert White suddenly passed away. He is dearly missed by his family as well as his close personal friends and the thousands who had the opportunity to know Robert through his Collection. “This is my life’s work and I want to share that with the Nation,” Robert said in an interview. The White family have determined that it is appropriate to offer Robert’s personal Kennedy Collection to the public. These treasures have been showcased as the finest privately-owned Kennedy collection in the world. Through Robert White’s remarkable efforts and keen sense of history, many treasured artifacts will now be passed along to future generations while history is preserved. 9. I didn't know Jim DiEugenio's posts were missing, but I second it. His posts should have been preserved as he is a top-notch investigator. Kathy C
  10. This is why I could never understand the conversation of Jackie talking to Pres. LBJ after Kennedy died. She suspected him. Yet she sounds like a delightful little girl to get to talk to him. This is a week or so after her husband was killed. I can't understand it. The thing that makes me more angrier is LBJ telling Jackie to leave the bedroom of Air Force One so he could use it privately to talk to his advisors. And of course the shameful photo of him ducking down when his car turned onto Elm. He later explained it, saying he was trying to hear the radio the Secret Service were speaking into. His poor wife stayed sitting up. Kathy C
  11. I don't believe that's Jack Ruby in your top pictures. This man is very suspicious. He was heavy-set and wore a dark brown coat and sunglasses and he does resemble Ruby. There is Kennedy Assassination footage in B&W on youtube that shows this man walking past the Doorway slowly after the Assassination. He keeps looking back at the doorway; it seems like a signal to me. Also there is a film (I don't think the Hughes film) that shows him walking fast, against the crowd on the West side of Houston Street. This man had something to do with the Assassination, obviously, but I don't know what. I've never seen any research about him. He's not to be confused with Tan Jacket Man, a Duncan MacRae noteworthy, major find that everyone seems to ignore. I don't understand this forum lately. Many members hold grudges against other members, myself included. But if someone deserves praise, heap it on. Also, Walt Brown has a book out called the Chronology. Yes, it's expensive, but he put so much work and research into it. As time goes on, it is going to be recognized as a major work on the Kennedy Assassination; and then see its price go up. Yes, that's Ruby standing on a table on the evening of Nov.22,1963. He is a different man. Kathy C.
  12. I looked over all the books about President Kennedy's Assassination. Although it's been out for 4+1/2 months, only 2 people congratulated me. I did not write the book. I was told my theory was going to be in it. The name of the book is "Hit List" by Richard Belzer. It's about the dead "witnesses" following the Kennedy Assassination, starting with Officer Tippit, then LHO, then Karyn Kupcinet. I guess she's a light-weight witness. She was killed because Irv Kupcinet, her father, became very interested in Jack Ruby, originally from Chicago. Irv sometimes had a co-writer write a portion of the column, Ivan Bunny. This Ivan was very good friends with Jack Ruby. The murder of their child both haIted any Kennedy investigation by Kupcinet; and also added a shocked distraction for Chicagoans that ripped Ruby off the cover page. Those stark headlines were terrible to behold. Then Frank Sinatra's son was kidnapped and that kept America in suspense and then the last effect happened: The Beatles came over. The Kupcinets were an hour away from Chicago at the opening of a new Sara Lee factory. Irv knew many business people and would mention them in his columns. A friend of his was able to track him down at the plant. Irv was as surprised as was mobster Dorfman, whom Irv questioned right after Ruby shooting Oswald. Dorfman said, "What? Sparky wouldn't do that. He's a nebbish kind of guy." Many years later, when the film JFK was coming out, Irv ripped into it, saying it told a lie. Kup mentioned this so often, that fellow columnist, Roger Ebert, felt compelled to mention it. But I found out from a gossip columnist I knew, John Austin, that the original treatment used Karyn Kupcinet as a character who knew beforehand about the assassination. Penn Jones put that story together. This was not the truth. He should have known better. Fortunately, they used Rose Cheramie. I think it's all right to include Belzer's book as a Kennedy book in the 50th anniversary, even if you don't like one of the chapters, which fell to me. Kathleen Collins
  13. I made a mistake about who was with Bobby Kennedy to view his brother in the coffin. It was Robert McNamara. McNamara said, "Close the coffin. It's a wax dummy." I read today that the funeral home covered his face with wax because there was shrapnel on his face. I know we're talking about autopsies here, but I read the preparation of the body and a "second" autopsy. After the Kennedys saw the body -- somehow the body was secretly taken and given another "autopsy." Supposedly, they ruined all the bullet wounds, so if there was an exhumation the team would be unable to prove whether the shots came from the back or front. I believe this weighed on the Kennedys' mind. And it's quite possible he was cremated. (Even though the Catholic Church back then did not believe in cremation until they realized all the real estate they were losing.) I have tried all day to find where I read that. I remember they said that at the first funeral parlor his eyes were removed. Does this ring a bell with anyone? It sounds like Lifton; and the dueling coffins. Has anyone read before that he was cremated? If they exhume his coffin, they might be in for a surprise. Kathy C
  14. I think he was, by his own admission, a musical "middlebrow." I don't think Judy Garland is "middlebrow." So she didn't sing opera. She was the best singer I ever heard in my life. I like to go on youtube and hear her sing "The Man that Got Away," from the movie "A Star Is Born. Kathy C
  15. Regarding Sturgis being a Grassy Knoll shooter, wasn't he with another man, standing on the base of a sign at the corner of Elm and Houston near the Dal-Tex building? Kathy C
  16. Thank you, Douglas Caddy, for writing on this subject. When I attended a Jesuit college, one of the priests said "The Clergy should be running the country." That's the New World Order. These men can't keep their zippers up when little boys are around. We have a Constitution. The Jesuits and the Vatican want to burn it. If it ever comes down to the clergy or any organization running this country, I will leave for Canada. Don't give them their power back. They're reprehensible. Kathy C
  17. President Kennedy liked Morton Downey Sr, an Irish tenor. He also loved Judy Garland and would ask her to sing Over the Rainbow over the phone. He also liked Rosemary Clooney. Kathy C
  18. I think LHO was involved in espionage. I really think he came from Russia. They made a patsy out of him by dipping him in Communist activity. He trusted people too much. And there were definitely lookalikes. Kathy C
  19. Thanks Ken, As for the Kenndys, well, RFK, Jr. is a lawyer whose opinions on the subject are well known, Caroline has been offered the position of Ambassador to Japan, her cousin is now a Congressman from Massachusetts, Ted and Patrick are considering their options, Townsend is still outspoken on issues, and there's a dozen others in the wings, so they are involved in politics and public service, and permitting the conduct of a new and proper forensic autopsy would be a proper final tribute to JFK. it's not a matter of if, but rather a matter of when the body is exhumed and subjected to the latest technological tools available. In fact the body has already been exhumed, in 1967 when the New Orleans Grand Jury was in session and could have requested a proper autopsy had they know the body was being exhumed. It happened at night, after Arlington cemetery had been closed, when an inquisitive reporter noticed a lot of activity there, and the increased security, and when inquiring further, was taken into custody, as a secret military operation was underway. The "eternal flame" was doused, the granite and cement markers removed by machines, the casket removed and relocated nearby in a new grave, the small casket of son Patrick (secretly removed from his grave in Mass) was buried next to JFK and it has been suggested that RFK placed JFK's brain in the casket before it was all reburied and the grounds relandscaped before the cemetery was reopened to the public the next day. So don't say they never will exhume JFK's body because they already did. BK Bill, you might know that I tend to be all over the place with my own interests regarding Kennedy. The first thing I want to say is I saw photos of this moving of the coffin. But when I tried to find them again, one important one was missing. To the best of my recollection, there was one photo of Ted Kennedy by the grave and next to him on the ground was a stainless steel container. Rich Dellarosa and I discussed this. We speculated about it. Could it be what was left of the brain? Then I don't remember where I read this or saw a film about it: When the coffin was taken to the White House, the Kennedys looked at it. Jackie said, "It's not him," and walked away. Robert Kennedy and Schlesinger (?) looked at it and Bobby said, "It doesn't even look like him." His friend said, "It's a wax dummy. Close the coffin." After awhile, the people from the funeral home closed the casket. They wouldn't allow the Kennedys looking at him again. Someone said they did this because somehow the body was back in the funeral home, having a second autopsy. But really, it was to destroy the bullet paths. Then they sewed up his head. And somehow the body of John Kennedy was put back in the coffin. But this seems unlikely. Wherever I got this information from, it said that the body of John Kennedy was secretly cremated, possibly with the family's permission. Then maybe that stainless steel container held the ashes of the assassinated president, John F. Kennedy. (I did not get this material from the National Enquirer.) There will be no autopsy. This material I've read recently, but I can't put my finger on where I read this. Possibly on the Internet. I hope someone recognizes it. A document exists of all the cremations the funeral pallor did for November 1963. The dead people are named. In late November there is written that a cremation was done, but doesn't include the name. Kathy C
  20. All those videos don't work. They're all about secret things the government doesn't want us to know. I would have loved to have seen them. Kathy C
  21. I can only add that any American government photo is automatically in the public domain. As first lady Jacqueline Kennedy could be photographed wherever she went while holding that title. As is Kennedy footage taken by an unknown citizen or a network. It seems to me that holding the Zapruder Film away from the citizens for 7 years or so, breaks that law. We should have been able to see that film after it was processed. Instead, imo, the govt kept that film a secret and altered it. It seems to me that if Jacqueline Onassis was walking down Park Avenue and someone took a picture of her, that picture could be sold. It isn't in the public domain. She held no governmental purpose anymore. She was a private citizen at that point. If she went to her husband's grave site, that, to me is a governmental picture in the public domain because Kennedy's grave site is governmental. Kathy C
  22. Are you serious? We;re dealing with a potential lead in a hideous crime. So it's a pubic hair. We're all adults here, aren't we? Kathy C
  23. What I know from the kid and the dorky guy, they share a lump in their chins. Kathy C
  24. Here's a picture of Oswald as a kid. Does he look like the guy in Post 1? One thing I noticed with looking up their pictures, this kid, whoever he is, always has a striped shirt on, except maybe once. Is this Lee or Harvey?
  25. Yes, Ian, that is a picture of the real Lee Oswald as a kid. There are several pictures of him. And he probably is the man in the picture I posted. IMO. Ken, I originally came across this photo on Rich's site. And then I saw it again on Armstrong's CD. I think this young man was quietly killed after Harvey died. There was a story that he jumped into a Rambler car and was taken to Redbird Airport, where they sent him somewhere. Then how did he have the time to hang out in the Texas Theater and leave with 2 cops from the back door? Something was going on here. Supposedly there were a group of left-wingers who infiltrated the plot of the Kennedy Assassination. They knew where the shooters were and they were there to physically stop the shooters from killing Kennedy. But they didn't arrive at Dealey Plaza until Kennedy was on Houston Street. They couldn't stop it. Now, this is from things I've read over the years. I don't know how true it is. They landed at Redbird Airport very late. Phil Ochs was involved in some left wing group. He can be seen standing in front of the Dal-Tex building after Kennedy was shot. Kathy C
